| (November 15, 2009) A bit hard to find the place but it is only 10 mins from Newark Airport terminals so put the addressin satnav and you will be OK. For $8 per day you dont expect a plush reception area and you dont get it but the lot is very small so you only spend 1 minute in the checkin area. The transfer between the lot and airport and bac were very quick. No waiting, no one else in the shuttle bus so all very comfortable and efficient.
For $8 a day you can nor go wrong with this place. I have used it twice on business and it is cheap, quick and efficient. Try it and see. |

Being that I am almost exactly the same distance between Newark and Philly it usually doesn't matter which airport I leave from. | (November 12, 2009) i had chosen E-Z way becuase of the price, but i would never use them again. when we got off the plane we called the company and the representative who ansered was very rude and unhelpful. we told him where we were and then waited for half hour. we called back and were then told we were watining in the wrtong area and had to then go to a completely different area on a different level in the airport, we were traveling with a baby and had hand luggage and this was no easy task. overall i was displeased as the representative could easily have toild us where we should go on the first time around (they can only pick up from one stop in the whole airport) and we could have avioded this agony after a beautiful vacation. |

Therefore, when I was going to Florida on Oct. 31, I told my traveling friend to book E-Way because of the excellent service I had in August. We dropped the car off without a glitch, but upon returning on Nov. 7, we waited more than a half hour to get my car. It seems it was parked across the street, and some other car was parked in front of it. I was finally given that information after about 1/2 hour. My friend had an appointment that afternoon, and this made her late. Needless to say, we were both disappointed with the service. |

When I arrived, I just called them and after picking up my luggage, I went upstairs to the departure drop off door to wait for them (about 10 min.). This is a smart choice since there are less people here. Overall it's a good experience and it's the best value. |

| (November 7, 2009) When driving to the lot, we could not find it. At that point we called the number and the person told us to go to the crown plaza parking lot. At that point, we found the crown plaza and parked there. There were no signs telling us there was an actual "parking lot" there. We took the crown plaza shuttle, not realizing anything til we came back from the airport on our way home. We thought we would pay at the gate in the crown plaza parking lot. When we returned back to ez way parking, the gentleman who drove us there was very nice and had told us we needed to go into the ez way parking building to pay. We didnt even see this parking building at 6am, in the dark when we arrived because of the poor signage. WHen i went into the building i had told the gentleman i parked in the hotel parking because i did not see any signs and apologized. He was the rudest most, arrogant man I've seriously have dealt with in my life. He had the biggest attitude and was extremely upset we parked in the hotel parking lot. He charged me the the billed amount minus the day I came back early. I just could not beleive how I was treated by an employee of your company. If you are able to find out who was working when I arrived, he should be repremanded. He was just extremely, extremely rude and just about yelling at me for an honest mistake, becuase there was no signage that I had seen the morning we had arrived. Thank you

| (November 6, 2009) Left my car at the parking lot for 9 days starting 23-Oct-09. It was in perfect conditions. On the way back I saw them jump-starting my car. They brought me the car but no word about the problem until I asked "were you jump-starting my car just now?!!!!!". They said "oh yeah, it happens all the time"...
Long story short, when I tried to drive out, the car wouldn't move and the dashboard looked like a Xmas tree. It was towed the next day to Toyota. My car is 6 MONTHS OLD and has 3,600 miles on it! The diagnostic from Toyota is the following "...they killed the battery, maybe leaving lights on, door not completely closed, who knows. During the jump-start, they crossed the wires by mistake and created a short-circuit which blew all electronic systems making the car unsafe to drive". I'm NEVER going back there.

| (November 6, 2009) 1. Counter personnel are deliberately rude and seem to take pride in acting like fools.
2. Someone used my car. Upon my return I found my car was not in the spot where I parked it, both front seats were reclined, the radio station was set to hip hop music I NEVER LISTEN TO, and the car had 10 miles more on the odometer than when I dropped it off.
3. Arrogant guy at desk overcharged me on my return. I paid for 3 full days and thought I would return at 7pm at the end of the 3d day but still with 11 hours left on my 3d day. Flight was delayed due to Obama jamming up Newark and I arrived 3 hours late at 10pm. Rude desk guy charged me an extra $6 because I didn't pick up car by 7pm even though I had another 8 hours left on my 3 day period. Cheats. Penny wise, dollar foolish. These people DO NOT represent all New Jerseyans. |

| Car got broken into-no proper security measures |
| (November 5, 2009) We had found this long term parking online and were happy that the rates were much less than the in-airport long term parking and so we went with it. When we came back they told us that our car was broken in at night and the E-Z way parking people refused to take any liability for it. Obviously they are not providing adequate security and on top of that they took the entire parking cost even though our car wasn't returned the way we left it there.
I will not reccommend this parking at all to anyone-please make sure you check out that adequate security is provided by the company who you are trusting your car with before you leave it at any parking lot. If possible have them sign a contract that they are liable to any damages to the car. |

Just keep looking for the Crowne Plaza sign. We got there were quickly told where to park and a shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport, which was a very quick trip. Upon our return we got our bags and called for a pick up and they were already there picking up others. Payment was quick with no problems and we were on our way.
Would definitely use again. Best price and great service. |

After wairing 15 minutes from my first call, I told the ez phone person that I had no intention of fighting my way into the van. There were enough people now waiting for 3 vans. When it came 1 to 2 minutes later there was room for only 3 people. I got on first with my wife. After we arrived at the office 1 or 2 other vans immediately pulled in. My car was not ready as the wrong car was pulled out. We had to wait over 5 more minutes to get our car. I am not satisfied with your service and will not recommend it to anyone. |

The location is a little tricky as it is right by Crowne Plaza Hotel next to several highways, so it's important to leave time to find it. Also, I found that the customer service could use improvement. The individuals who work in the office area come off a bit cold at times. However, when all is said and done, the cost of parking is the best you can get close to the airport. They have a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up, so if you are savvy with GPS to locate the lot or leave extra time your first time, I think it's the best deal out there. |

He did not say upstairs ON THE DEPARTURES LEVEL. There was also a woman waiting for EZ. No one ever told either of us that we had to carry our luggage up stairs to the DEPARTURES LEVEL. After 15 minutes of waiting, I recalled and was then told to go to the DEPARTURES LEVEL upstairs from where we picked up our luggage at the BAGGAGE/ARRIVALS LEVEL. More care should be exercised and a sign should have been put in your office or some note on the contract. |

I will definitely consider E-Z Way again in the future when I need to park my car to fly.

| (October 15, 2009) I was very pleased with the very affordable parking that your company provides. I have mostly good things to say about your service, but there are a couple of negatives. Now that I know how to get there it is quite easy. My first time trying to find your lot was a little bit difficult. That is not a problem anymore. My biggest complaint is when I got back to Newark Airport and I called to be picked up. When I called the person I spoke to, she asked me what terminal I was at. So, I said Continental. She said what is the terminal letter. I said Continental. Now, you have to know that I just flew in from the West coast, and it was 12:30am. I kept saying to this women I am at Continental Airlines. She kept asking me what terminal are you at. Now at this point I said there is no one around, it's late and I am at Continental airlines at Newark Airport. She kept insisting I find out what the terminal letter was. I finally found a flight attendent who just got off my plane and she told me terminal "C". So I told your employee terminal "C" and then she sent the Van to pick me up. Very exasperating experience. Now I do not know how long you have been in business, but I think all of your employees should know what terminal Continental airlines is at. In fact, the Van driver even said, she knows what terminal Coninental airlines is at. Just wanted to let you know, that this was not necessary, and all of your employees should know where Continental airlines is. Not the passenger having to tell them terminal C. Other than that, I will use your parking lot again. Thanks.

| (October 7, 2009) We had a wonderful time dropping our car off and getting to the airport. When we left we told to not call upon our return till we got our 'bags'. Since we didn't check our bags we called after we exited the airplane. When we called the person who answered was very rude and upsetting to us. They asked what terminal we were in and we didn't know, then proceded to put us on hold and not get back to us. When they finally did they said, go the international departures, door 5 and hung up. My friend who spoke to the gentleman was very upset. They could have told us not to call till we got to baggage claim even if you don't have 'bags' that were checked and how are we supposed to know what terminal we are in. Isn't that their job??? Also, the wait to pay was about 20 minutes. when the van finally showed up it was overloaded and told us we had to wait for the next one. So I guess good price isn't as good as service. My friend was very unhappy.

| TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE |
| (October 6, 2009) I made an online reservation to park my car at the airport.
When I arrived I produced my on line print out reservation. I was told I did not need it and they knew who I was. The rate I was quoted was about $8.00 a day.
I think I left the computer print out on the counter when I left.
I arrived back at Newark airport 6 days later and called to be picked up. The man who answered the phone was rude and I was confused as to what terminal I was at and asked him to wait a minute while I asked the security officer. When I returned to the phone 15 seconds later I realized he hung up on me.
I called back and he answered the phone and said please hold.
After 11 minutes of waiting on hold I hung up and called back. Seemed like this was amusing him.
I was told to go to door #5 and wait for the van.
The van arrived and the driver seemed some what anxious that I wanted to get in. He told me he had to drop someone off and would come back but I said I would just sit in the van. It seems he was dropping a friend ( black female) off at National car rental then doubled back to the terminal to pick up the other customer.
When we arrived at the parking facility I went inside and gave the attendant my ticket. I also gave him my credit card.
He asked me if I had any coupons. I did not believe I did.
He printed out a crdit card receipt for a lot more than the charges I estimated. I told him I was quoted about $8.00 a day and he said it was $14.00 plus per day.
He told me since he ran the card there was nothing he could do and if I did not pay I would not get my car.
I paid the charges and signed the credit card receipt and wrote next to my name"SIGNED IN PROTEST" because I planned on calling my credit card company and disputing the charge.
I then went out side and my car was not there. The lot attendant asked me where my ticket was. I told him I gave it to the man inside.He seemed annoyed at me.
After about 10 minutes they finally found my car and I left.
I will never use this company again.

| (October 6, 2009) Certainly, the price was right...this is the cheapest parking around EWR airport. Service was a little below expectations. Although pick-up van was timely, I was a little put off when the driver said something like, "Did you forget about me?" when I didn't give him a tip. (I only had my briefcase and I was in a hurry, so I didn't think it was that bad if I didn't tip. Also, I put a tip in the box at the counter.) I had very difficult time finding EZ Park even with the directions on the web. This was mainly my fault for not reading directions closely enough to see that you share lot with Crowne Plaza...you should make that even more clear.

I did not notice this as I left the lot and only became aware of it the next day. I understand I did not notice it while I was on your lot and therefore have no recourse, but this is not something that could have been missed by the person either moving my car or moving the car that hit mine.
I've used your lot in the past and the cost and ease of use had been a draw for me. However, this incident and the lack of honesty in reporting it will make me consider alternative parking arrangements in the future. |

| (October 1, 2009) if you plan to stay in business, maybe you should adjust your picking choices of staff members. the same woman that was there and unprofessional and rude when i dropped off my vehicle, was there when i landed and picked it up. My driver was quick and pleasant, but she has to be the rudest, most unprofessional and nasty person. next time I will pay more and park at the airport |

We were driven to the airport in a clean, well maintained van within minutes of arriving at the site.When we returned to Newark we were picked up at the international departures area after only a few minutes wait. Our own car was waiting for us to drive away as soon as we completed the easy payment process. We would definitely use this service as long as the price remains competitive.
