| (January 31, 2012) This is my second time parking. First time office staffs were not very courteous, I was concerned that I'll face the same poor behaviour, however 2nd time the staffs were responsive and courteous to the needs of the clients. They did a good job.

| (January 31, 2012) This is a great place to park but we had a hard time figuring out how to get in the parking lot. (You have to go through the gate to the Crowne Hotel.) Shuttle was there both when we arrived and when we called from the airport to be picked up. No wait either time. Felt like my car was taken care of without any problems and when we returned our car was right at the office where you get off the shuttle and pay. Will definitely use this service again. |

| (January 29, 2012) I like you guys - you have provided the best service in the last few times I have parked there.
On my return on Thursday, Jan 26th - the one van that picked me up, also picked up about 8 additional people. (several families)It made for a crowded ride with an unhappy driver and a lot of people checking out at once.
The fact that you have several vans left me the impression that you could pick up plenty of people at the same time without overloading the van or check out process.
Most of my parking runs at E-Z would be rated 4 or 5, but this one was a 3.

| (January 29, 2012) Overall my parking experience was good but I had difficulty finding the lot on the dark, rainy early morning. Looked simple from map and google maps. I used 78 from the west to 1&9 south (which puts one on the local road) and got off at Dowd Ave exit but after I made the right turn at the light I got lost. I did manage to see the Crowne Plaza and make my way there. It was not obvious that I should enter the hotel parking lot as there was no sign that I saw for the parking lot. The attendant at the Hotel booth directed me to the lot but the booth to check in in the lot was not obvious or lit with a sign so I wasn't sure where to go. |

| (January 26, 2012) I got to the lot, parked my car, walked inside with the papers I printed. Van was waiting for me after the 2 minutes I was inside. Took me straight to Terminal A and I was on my way. Couldn't have been easier! I was wondering how smooth the way back would be. I got off the plane and on way to pick up my baggage I called the number on my ticket (REMEMBER TO HANG ON TO THIS as you need the ticket number). They told me to meet driver upstairs by door 3. I grabbed my bag, went upstairs and there was the E-Z Way van waiting for me. Doesn't get any easier, will use again! |

| (January 24, 2012) We had to wait about 40 minutes for the shuttle upon our arrival back at Newark. It had snowed and my car was not cleaned up sufficiently. We had to clean more snow off of it.The woman answering the phone and manning the desk was a bit edgy and could have been more courteous. I have used E-Z Way at least 8 times before and have been more pleased in the past. This time, the service was disappointing. |

Ripped seats, non working seat belts. The drivers were always courteous and helpful but I don't need to be treated poorly, many other people will take my money and I am going to try another service. |

| (January 3, 2012) I had booked parking with E-Z Way on line mostly due to the price and my familiarity with the airport and area. I was coming into the city from the Midwest for a few days and the price was the best I had seen, the convenience of the train from the airport (Newark)to the city was right up my alley and my lack of a need to use my car while in NYC made this ideal. My issue is that the map that was provided with the booking was not accurate and I was unable to reach anyone by phone to help me find the facilities once I arrived in Elizabeth (the map is fine right up until you need to turn off the freeway). When I called the lot, the person who answered was no help and I almost decided against using E-Z Way due to this person's attitude and unwillingness. The second person I contacted who was at the booking office, even though not in the area or even in the same town, was much more helpful with a simple direction to look for the Hotel as the parking lot was there(this was after driving around for several minutes and a few more attempts to reach the attendant at the lot (busy signals)). Once I found the site, everything was fine. I will certainly use E-Z Way again now that I know how to find it but I advise future renters to forget the map and any thoughts of customer service. Just find the Crown Plaza Hotel (easy to spot from the road) and head there. I felt very secure about leaving my car with E-Z Way as the hotel parking lot is well lighted and always busy. So my final rating would be 5 stars for everything except the on site staff who get 0 stars (not very nice at any time). |

We pulled into the parking lot, the van was waiting and the luggage was loaded while i handed my keys into the office. We were on our way within minutes. On the return I called from luggage claim, was told where to wait for the van, which again arrived within 5 minutes even thought the pouring rain. Delivered us in front of the office and once again by the time I paid, the luggage was in our car and we were on our way home. Very positive experience and the daily rate was great. Some people have complained about finding the lot, but if you just look it up before hand or use your gps with the correct address, you will have no problem. They're located in the Crowne Plaza Hotel parking lot. I highly recommend and will be using e-z way again. |

It's about a 2 minute ride. It takes a bit longer on the way back. I've waited about 10 minutes both times for the pick up. When you call in to get picked up the operator is always nasty and very abrupt. All and all it's worth the money. |

| (December 15, 2011) I travel south twice a month on weekends and use E-Z Way Parking whenever I go. I usually get to the lot around 4pm on Fridays and return at 10 pm on Sundays. The shuttle bus is always on time and the driver is courteous and efficient. Andy and the rest of the staff are always serious, but courteous. I feel safe when leaving my car in this lot. While away, I never think about the car, so you know I'm secure in leaving my car at EZ Way Airport Parking. The check-in and check-out process is quick and the car has always been found the way I left it. |

| (December 14, 2011) This is the second time I have parked there and have no real complaints. Pick up both at the drop off and return have been swift and good. Could have friendlier staff though. Also use About Airport Parking at PHL, and seem to be more welcomed there. A little have a safe trip/welcome back would help show they care.
But, will definitely park there again.
Location is great - Hotel parking lot, so if you need to freshen up before or after a trip, good location |

You also can't beat the price, and I would definitely use this lot again. The only confusing parts were that you are actually making a right into the main entrance of the Crowne Plaza Newark Airport Hotel (we missed this turn the first pass), and the shuttle comes on the departures road when being picked up from the airport. |

After returning from our trip we had to get our bags from the baggage claim, and them haul them all the way to the "top floor" also known as departing international flights level, it would have been nice if they could have just picked us up right outside the baggage claim. Next time we will use on site parking so we don't have to deal with the headaches. |
