| (March 11, 2010) You came recommended and were very easy to deal with. I have one complaint. We had never been to Newark Airport before. My husband was waiting for the van on the wrong level and it took a while before that was sorted out. It may have stated which level on your written material and he did not read it, but in the future, I would make sure that it is very clear which level the courtesy vans pick up.

There were a few minor things that would have made its perfect. Your directions getting to you not good Sign for entrance not clear or big enough.!! Also it wouldn't hurt to explain to costumers that when you return that pick up is at International arrivals. this way you know head of time what you need to do.
Other wise everyone was very nice and my car was just has i left it maybe dirtier yet you do say its in an uncovered lot. So i would come again and tell others for the price its great. |

It took quite a long time to find the car, move other vehicles blocking it in, and bring it to the office area. Reason could be, less staff to do pick-up and valet. May be, it's exception. You can have better luck. I can also take second chance because of price. Thus, only 4 stars. |

| (March 7, 2010) Directions to the parking lot were very poor. We spent almost an hour driving around looking for it. The attendant on the phone when I called to ask for help was rude and not helpful. We obtained the directions from the website for EZ Way Parking. The overall parking experience was fine and quick but it was extremely difficult to get to the lot. Plan extra time for that as we did not and almost missed our plane. |

| (March 2, 2010) Coming home from the West Coast 2 days after the blizzard, I expected to find my car under two feet of snow. Called ahead before my flight took off from SFO to let them know I was coming, and when I got to the parking lot, my car was completely cleaned off and ready to go. Staff was efficient and courteous, and it was the smoothest part of my trip home. The only downside of this lot is that it really is hard to find, even with a GPS -- it's the Crowne Plaza parking lot. But otherwise, it's the best off-site parking at Newark. |

Our response was that we had been there long enough to see their competitors van make the stop twice. | (February 21, 2010) We were very pleased with the parking experience at E-Z Way Airport Parking. Having had a blizzard the 24 hours before we left for our vacation, we were very relieved that there was cleared space and E-Z Way was able to honor our reservation.
The instructions upon our return were stapled right to our receipt and when we called to be picked up, the E-Z Way driver appeared in exactly the 10 minutes we were told.
The best part is that the discounted rate from the website is one of the best rates around Newark Airport.
We would definitely park our car at E-Z Way whenever we are flying out of Newark. |

| (February 17, 2010) We found the parking area very easily. Check in was quick and simple. We rode in a passenger van to the airport which was suprisingly close by. It takes longer from P6 with the airport shuttles. We returned to over 15 inches of new snow, and my big suburban was dug out, and the snow cleaned off the truck. No one does that in long term parking for you. We were traveling with 3 kids so this made our lives so much easier. My only complaint is that we had to wait for the van to pick us up a little longer than I would have liked. But...it was worth the wait! |

However, car seat all the way back when picked up. Heat set to max. Car filty when returned. Don't understand why. Also, cashier (owner?) tried to charge for original planned length of stay when in fact, we came back two days early. Your internet add makes it clear that the cost on the reservation is to be re-calculated based upon actual stay. That works both ways.

But be careful about what time you put as your return time - they use that time exactly to charge you for any extra hour that you arrive after then. The website is not clear - except if you look in the FAQs - that you should include time for baggage retrieval and time to return to the lot. Even if you return on the same day, you can get charged up to an extra day. |

| (February 6, 2010) Searching through the web and discovering this parking lot with the lowest rate at $8/day, I was quite skeptical at first but reading most of the great reviews put me at ease. It's a bit hard to find but just look for the Crown Plaza Hotel. The shuttle was there waiting to take us to the airport upon check-in and when I arrived, the shuttle took 5 minutes to pick us up at the airport. I lost my ticket but the person at the counter was able to find the slip after giving him the arrival date and car model. Overall, it was a great experience and will surely use it again next time I travel from Newark airport. |

You Park, they take you to the airport...You get back, you call, they pick you up. Same deal as most parking lots around Newark Airport. They won't take the e-mail off of your Blackberry or iPhone if you booked through this site so be sure to print it out. That was a little bit of a pain. Otherwise, they were fine.

* be more specific as to your location (my GPS, following your street address, led me past the hotel to nowhere in the airport territory, and I had to find a U-turn and another one to come to the hotel);
* be more specific as to where to go after taking the ticket (I had to call and ask);
* if your pickup location is predetermined for each terminal, you should provide this information when we park, giving directions from the luggage pickup area (we had to take a couple of wrong routes - with heavy suitcases - until we reached the destination after calling to you). |

| (February 1, 2010) My experience was not too bad. Had prompt pickup from the Airport on return. Just that I noticed that they would drive your car around in the parking lot to optimize space and do not pay attention to the way the car is parke.d I found my car seering and wheels turned to the left in the parking. This is a problem with cars that have power steering as the power steering fluid would gush with full force to fill the chamber on the said side, which over a period of time ccould cause it to leak. I have had this experience with improper parking on my earlier car. Hope they would pay attention and park the cars with wheels aligned straight. |
