| (September 3, 2010) It was ok service at a cheap price. For only $10.00 a night you cant beat the price. Just dont expect too much. It is in the parking lot of a hotel. Singage is poor. Once you enter the hotel you drive to a booth that is on the far left of the lot. You leave your keys with the girl in the booth and they move cars around for you. We were taken to the airport quickly but had to wait almost 40 minutes for a pickup once we arrived. They pick you up at the top level (departures) all the way at the end. Not bad for the price, just wish the service was quicker. |

However, parking was quick and shuttle was fast to the gate. Pickup on return was even faster, and we were on our way home in no time. I'll use them again.
I'd only recommend they provide better directions and guidance on finding them. |

Only slight difficulty coming in as they share parking lot entrance with a hotel and you have to tell the hotel parking lot attendant that you are parking with E-Z Way so he can lift the gate for you. A few suggestions. On your website, I would let people know just where to go after entering the parking lot. The man at the booth did not guide us properly. I also s
wondered why we could not be picked up on the arrival level of the terminal. Working our way with bags to the departure level seemed unnecessary, especially when no one was let out when our shuttle came. |

| (September 1, 2010) I recently used EZ Way parking first time. Let me tell you how greatful I am to use EZWAY parking. It was really quick and couldn't ask for better service. I have been using EWR Airport Parking P6 and it is way better and quicker than that service. The only thing they can improve is put the sign when you get into Crown Plaza Hotel that EZ WAY Parking is on left hand side. Other than that, both time it was really quick. I called them when my plan landed and I did not have any baggage checked in so by the time I came out van was waiting for me. |

| (August 30, 2010) As others have reported, E-Z way parking is in the parking lot of the Crowne Plaza. If you are coming from the North, your GPS will NOT get you there, it will put you on the wrong side of the highway so that you can see the Crowne Plaza but it requires a U-Turn to get there. Go into the Crowne Plaza parking lot and make a LEFT to find the parking hut.
On your return, if you arrive back in Terminal C, the pick-up is on the HIGHEST level. Do not pay attention to what the attendant says when you call for pick-up. At the C terminal, it's Door #5, top level. (if you walk outside and see mid-level, go back inside and upstairs or you will be waiting all day).
Knowing all this, you will be fine.
The price is right and it's quite convenient once you have the wrinkles ironed out. |

When we called for a pickup (at the arrivals area), we were at door two and were told to go to door three which we did.
30 minutes later we then were told to be at door three at the departure area. At door three, we noticed the van stopping at door two and we then had to stop the van at door three for the pickup.
Otherwise the experience was okay. |

I was at the airport within 10 minutes of parking at the facility. When I returned from my trip, I called the parking facility while picking up my luggage. When I exited the airport, the shuttle was waiting for us and we were back at the parking facility within 5 minutes. My vehicle was waiting for me and it took only minutes to pay the facility and be on my way home. Definitely worthy of parking there again. |

Suggest adding to website and any address reference that they are located at the Crowne Plaza hotel. After circling several times using my GPS we finally called and someone asked could we see the hotel, Yep I could, Then just drive here.

| (August 15, 2010) The only issue I had was when I arrived at Newark I called and asked to be picked up. They told me to go to the internationl arrival terminal which I did. Which was on the groud floor near the baggage claim. I wait about 20 mts and called again. Then they said that I should go upstairs to which I did and the driver was there. I now know where I will have to go to be picked up. I was very happy when I got to the lot and my car was waiting for me. I will surley use this Parking lot again. |

We only had to wait about 5 - 10 minutes once we got upstairs @ the pick up point. The driver was polite and had a nice sense of humor. Our car was ready and parked right in front of the office, the price was as promised (no added fees or taxes), and I was given the correct directions how to get back onto 78 West. However, I have parked with them several times... and each time, the pick-up is a pain in the neck. First youhave to drag all your luggage up to the top floor and then you have to wait... usually 10 - 15 minutes or more. Whenever I meet someone else there, they are in the same boat as me having called 2 or more times to see where the dirver is. That is the one thing they can improve on... better timing and better communication on driver arrival on pick-up to return to the lot. |

I did call the facility after arriving at the airport but, when I arrived to pick up the car, the wait time was extensive. Everyone else got their cars in a timely fashion. I was told that my car was parked in another lot off the facility. When the lot attendant finally arrived with the car, he was carrying jumper cables. I questioned why he needed cables. was something wrong with my car? He answered, no. He said that another car he went to get needed to be jump started. Personally, I think he should have brought my car in a timely fashion and then return with the facility vehicle to jump start the other vehicle instead of having me stand outside waiting for about half an hour. Other than that incident everything else was ok. |
