| (March 18, 2010) Generally I like the service. This time upon my return, I called for valet, the phone rang about 30 times, I hung up, redialed, it rang 10 more times before someone picked up. Following that, I waited about 20 mins. at the terminal which was unusual. At the lot I waited about 20 mins for the attendant to bring my car. The attendant then said he couldn't find it. He was told it was in an offsite lot. We then had to get back into the van and drive to the offsite to pick up the car. Not as smooth as previous experiences but I will use again to see if this is the exception. Thanks for asking. |

| (March 18, 2010) I am in a service business so i am very aware of how i am treated by other businesses. First, the driver on the way to the airport was not very pleasant when i commented on his demeanor he told me he was very tired. Not what i want to hear when i am being driven on a highway. When being picked up we waited for almost 45 minutes, again not what i would call a good experience. Last, when we got into our call the 4 wheel drive was changed to 2 wheel, it is always left in 4 wheel auto. the seats were moved and the items we had in the rear were moved to signify that there was a fast stop made. I wish i had written down the mileage. would we use your service again, questionable at best. |

| (March 17, 2010) i was so impressed. I booked through ABOUT AIRPORT PARKING which got me a good deal from EZ Way Airport Parking near Newark International Airport. I parked and gave them my keys. I wasn't too thrilled about that, but for the price it was worth it. I just hope they didn't take my car out to go joy riding. but they seemed like nice individuals.
The shuttle driver to the airport, however, demanded a tip from me even before i got my luggage out from the back of the shuttle van... "what nerve"... but i just decided to give him only a dollar since he looked like he was from a starving 3rd world country.
anyways i was happy overall, the price was the most affordable around. for 10 days i paid $84 (with tax included)

| (March 17, 2010) I've been using AviStar consistently before, both Red and Blue. But this E-Z Way turned out to be just great! Convenient, fast, cheap, and secure. They keep the car at the 4-Points Sheraton hotel parking with the chain fence around and 24-hours security. But you MUST reserve in advance and bring the printed reservation with you to get the $8 / day price. |

I told him I would dispute the charge which I have. Everything else was great. |

Specifically when you turn right on North Ave, you need to stay right at the Y and then turn right on 1&9 North. Also the Hotel is now the Crown Plaza! The shuttle is right their when you arrive to take you to the airport, and when returning it took no more than 10 minutes for the shuttle to come pick me up. This is the least expensive long-term parking for newark airport. I would recommend this lot and will use it again in the future. |

- they insisted that I call them only after I have collected my baggage so that the shuttle does not have to waste time waiting for me ... but no consideration for the customer's time- after i picked up my stuff , i called from for the shuttle..they made me wait at the airport for 20 min... and I had to call them a couple of times to remind them that I was still waiting for the shuttle...
- however I have to say that this place was not too difficult to locate... specially if you have a GPS ... I am saying this only because a lot of people said that they had great difficulty finding this place... |

Please change the wordings on direction. It still lists the lot to be part of different hotel name. For those not failiar with the location (like myself), especially at 4:30 am I thought I was thoroughly lost. Being where the lot is, if you overshoot it you need to drive ways before coming back. |

| (March 16, 2010) This place is a great deal, and I will certainly use them again. We arrived, dropped off the keys and were immediately shuttled to the airport without having to wait. We had a short wait upon pickup, but no more than 10 mins on a busy Monday morning.
I am particularly grateful to the employees of EZ Way for finding and returning my PalmPre, which I had dropped in the van.
Only one word of caution: because of construction this place is hard to find. give yourself extra time and be sure to use mapquest as well as GPS. |

Over all it was good, was just a little confused when we got back to Newark airport as to where we were getting pick'd up at. As far as my car goes, the mailage & gas were the same as when I parked it & there were no scrapes or dings in it when I returned. So that makes me a happy camper!

| (March 15, 2010) Hello, overall everything went well. We'll use your service in the future. The only area I would like to see you improve on is pick-up location once back in Newark. We called the 800 number when we landed and the guy we talked to gave us little direction on where to go to find the van. He kept saying "International Door 5" which means nothing to someone unfamiliar with Newark. We finally figured it out after the 3rd time calling. The van picked us up on the 4th deck, international drop off area for departures. Which really makes no sense if you think about the fact that we were arriving back into the states.
My only suggestion would be to organize the pick up part a little more. Mayber review that a once you drop your car off? Just a simple one-sheeter giving directions on how to get back to your car once you land.

Waited only 8 minutes from the time I arrived at the Term C International Departure door #5 as directed after I got my luggage. Its not a flashy parking lot but worth the value paid! It is a little difficult to find. Just look for directions to the Crown Plaza. Once you go once you should have no problems in the future. I will repeat using them again. |

Only constructive comment is that the reception area is little more than a trailer type lobby, which puts one off a bit. They could spend some money to upgrade that.

| (March 12, 2010) The drop-off was pretty smooth although the lot was packed and there was a fair amount of confusion. The shuttle driver told me the place has been very crowded lately. Regardless I got to the terminal quickly as the lot is right next to the airport. The pickup was also pretty smooth, the driver showed up within a couple minutes of when I called. I think I just got lucky with the timing of that because they were picking up other people as well. However when I got to the lot and paid, my car was not there. They had to bring it over from another lot which took about 10 minutes. There were other people checking out with me that didn't seem to have that problem so it might just have been a fluke.
I think I would be willing to try this lot again in the future asuming the price is right. |

There were a few minor things that would have made its perfect. Your directions getting to you not good Sign for entrance not clear or big enough.!! Also it wouldn't hurt to explain to costumers that when you return that pick up is at International arrivals. this way you know head of time what you need to do.
Other wise everyone was very nice and my car was just has i left it maybe dirtier yet you do say its in an uncovered lot. So i would come again and tell others for the price its great. |

| (March 2, 2010) Coming home from the West Coast 2 days after the blizzard, I expected to find my car under two feet of snow. Called ahead before my flight took off from SFO to let them know I was coming, and when I got to the parking lot, my car was completely cleaned off and ready to go. Staff was efficient and courteous, and it was the smoothest part of my trip home. The only downside of this lot is that it really is hard to find, even with a GPS -- it's the Crowne Plaza parking lot. But otherwise, it's the best off-site parking at Newark. |

| (February 21, 2010) We were very pleased with the parking experience at E-Z Way Airport Parking. Having had a blizzard the 24 hours before we left for our vacation, we were very relieved that there was cleared space and E-Z Way was able to honor our reservation.
The instructions upon our return were stapled right to our receipt and when we called to be picked up, the E-Z Way driver appeared in exactly the 10 minutes we were told.
The best part is that the discounted rate from the website is one of the best rates around Newark Airport.
We would definitely park our car at E-Z Way whenever we are flying out of Newark. |

I was to land at 5-00 in the morning and was prepping myself to get ready shovel my way out. But surprise surprise...when i reached the lot i found my car clean and ready for me to drive back home. I was not sure other places do that. But just that act alone was enough for me to rate this place 5*. |

| (February 18, 2010) Your direction need to be changed. They should say to make a right turn at the traffic light at the intersection of 1and9 from the New Jersey Turnpike So. We called the ofice and spoke to a very rude person who was not very helpful to give us directions to the lot. The lot attentants were very helpful. |

| (February 17, 2010) We found the parking area very easily. Check in was quick and simple. We rode in a passenger van to the airport which was suprisingly close by. It takes longer from P6 with the airport shuttles. We returned to over 15 inches of new snow, and my big suburban was dug out, and the snow cleaned off the truck. No one does that in long term parking for you. We were traveling with 3 kids so this made our lives so much easier. My only complaint is that we had to wait for the van to pick us up a little longer than I would have liked. But...it was worth the wait! |

| (February 15, 2010) No problems dropping off the car, staff was great, however a different story on the return. Waited over an hour for pick up,man behind the desk was anything but nice or happy. Total time from calling for pick up and getting our car 1 hour 40 minutes. Not real E-Z. |

| (February 13, 2010) Good service by driver both ways.
However, car seat all the way back when picked up. Heat set to max. Car filty when returned. Don't understand why. Also, cashier (owner?) tried to charge for original planned length of stay when in fact, we came back two days early. Your internet add makes it clear that the cost on the reservation is to be re-calculated based upon actual stay. That works both ways.

| (February 11, 2010) Our experience at EZ Park was all positive...the drivers were friendly and prompt and our car was immediately available upon our return. The price and service make it a 'no-brainer' for future overnite parking when flying out of Newark.
