| (February 24, 2011) This was a good value for its proximity to Newark airport. It took 5 mintues to get to the terminals. The shuttle was convenient both ways and the drivers were delightful. The shuttle service rates a 5 in my book. However,the desk personel in the parking lot were rude. When I called for pickup from the airport they asked for the ticket number. After providing it twice they told me they had no such ticket number. Not what I wanted to hear after hours of flight delays and a midnight arrival at the terminal. I told them the make and model of the car and they said OK and hung up. Fortunately my car and its contents were there when I arrived. The desk person checking out was very rude, barely acknowledged that I was standing at the desk and continued to "chat" with another employee even at that late hour. Very annoying. The lot was difficult to find if you did not know it was in the Crown Plaza hotel. |

This last trip, ( We have used your service numerous times) I truly feared for my life the way the driver was accelerating and braking. I would gladly sacrifice a minute of time for a safer, more relaxed trip back and forth to the airport. My tips for the drivers are based upon how safely they drive, not how fast!!!

This wouldn't have been so bad at rush hour, but it was at midnight and traffic was not an excuse. The staff is not the friendliest, but they don't need to be my best friends. The only challenge, which is not E-Z Way's fault is that we have had so much snow in the area that the parking lot cannot get cleared so getting out of the lot is a challenge. | (February 1, 2011) I was a little unsure about parking here. I had a little trouble finding the spot because the sign was not there. But the directions mentioned the Crownr Plaza so I pulled in there and found it just fine. My morning greeters were a little crabby, but I was parked and at the terminal in no time. The pick up was great. The car was ready and they had cleaned all the snow off my car. I couldn't have asked for better service. And the price beats themall. Overall a great experience! |

| Parking and weather don`t mix |
| (January 31, 2011) After returning to get my car, I was told my car was moved to another lot. What? Had no idea it would be moved. It was never mentioned. It snowed while I was away and my car was buried at the other lot.
I was told it would be about an hour wait. So, I was taken by shuttle over to the other lot and I cleaned my car off myself. Workers helped shovel me out. They are only using shovels in the lot. No plow or snow blowers. If I self parked though, I may have still been stuck.I am glad they helped get me out but I was not happy that my car was moved from the original lot without my knowledge. |

| (January 29, 2011) The online reservation was easy. When i got there, i was late and the driver got me right to my airline. Very helpful. When I arrived back 01-28-11, the man who answered the phone was very curt. Hetold me I would have an hour wait for my car. When I got to the office, my car was shoveled out, and I had no delay. The same man was rude to a man that came in with a reservation, at first tod him they weren't accepting any cars, and to call the central office to complain. The counter man clearly didn't care that the man had a reservation, or that he was tryng to make a plane. Finally, he agreed to let the man have my space. another man got off the shuttle with me. He had called to let them know he was coming 1 day early - he was told that it would be at least a day to get his car. he said he had come home early because his father had died and he needed to get home. the guy behind the counter couldn't have cared less - told him to go back to airport and rent a car. I don't know how that one turned out. |

| (January 29, 2011) While it was the cheapest long term parking near the airport, customer service is not their forte. Granted, I arrived in a snow storm, and returned in another snow storm, however, I had to wait almost a half hour to be picked up at the terminal once I called. They refused to pick me up at the Airtrain station. Also, once I got there, I had to wait another half hour for my car, as it was snowed under. They did a crappy job of cleaning the snow off, leaving me to do most of it. Also, had approx. $10 in quarters that were missing when I got the car back. |

| (January 28, 2011) I have parked at E-Z Way five or six times over the past couple years and have always had a positive experience. Courteous drivers; prompt rides to and from the airport; I have no complaints. Two things to keep in mind: #1) It's tricky to find the first time, so do your homework and know where you're going. #2) When you return from your trip, they pick you up upstairs at Departures and NOT downstairs at Arrivals. You'll be waiting for a while if you forget this. |

| (January 25, 2011) This was the first time I tried both "About Airport Parking" and E-Z Way Airport Parking at Newark, NJ. The reason was that the price was right (much cheaper than other parking lots). Although we had to call numerous times upon our arrival at the airport to pick up our car, it was waiting for us when we got to their hut. We did have to pay for an extra day cause our plane was delayed 2 1/2 hours past the original time we stated that we would arrive. Also, our car was full of snow. It would have been nice if they would have removed it before we came to pick it up. All things being equal, this was a satisfactory experience and well worth the savings. I will definately use them again. |

The staff is very fast to help direct you to a van usually waiting and your luggage is loaded.
The driver takes you to your terminal A, B or C. points you in the right direction and unloads your luggage.
Upon your return to Newark after getting your luggage you simply call the office they take your claim # and direct you to your pick up location.
When you return to the office present your coupon pay your bill less than $80 for a week as of Jan 15, 2011. ( Coupon is on E-Z Parking site).
Your car is brought to you or may be waiting for you at the office when you arrive.
Fast easy and a great value.

My experience with E-Z Way parking has been awesome. I just had to drive my car to the lot.There was shuttle right by the entrance and they dropped me at my terminal. Then the big snow storm happened which dumped 30 foot of snow in NY area and I was thinking that on my return I had to dig my car out of the snow. When I returned I just had to call them and they had a shuttle back to the lot in 5 min. To my surprise my car was cleaned and waiting by the entrance. I am very happy by their service. |
