Shuttle was waiting and prompt,even though it was the middle of the night.Airport drop was quick. On return, though we did not remember where to wait for shuttle and had to call for it at desk. Could have been 5-star here. But after the call, the shuttle was there in a jiffy. Great service, forget Avistar and their confusion. Will definitely use E-Z way parking at Newark next time,no question! |

| (December 15, 2010) I have parked here several times, never had an issue and have always been satisfied. the drivers are all very courteous. This time, however, the attendant in the office was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. The day I dropped my car off, he was not very friendly and when I picked up my car he was outright RUDE. He told me one price and when I went to pay he charged me more. When I argued with him he cursed at me. I will never use this parking again and will tell everyone not to also.

| (December 14, 2010) This was place was great! It was very easy to find (since its right next to the Crowne Plaza Hotel) and very close to the airport. The check in was fast and quick and immediately the van took us right to the airport. The driver was very polite and explained the pick up instructions on our return. Once we got back, the driver picked us up within 5 minutes of us calling them. He was very polite and gave us directions how to return to the turnpike. Check out was quick and easy too. Very fast and convenient. I will definately use this place again. Thumbs up!!!!! |

| (December 7, 2010) It's hard to locate but being basically the parking lot of a Sheraton, it's tidy and nice. The shuttles usually take you to the terminals minutes after you arrive and I have never had a problem with overbooking, and I have used them several times over christmas etc. The vans are on the older side and the drivers drive like crazy sometimes. Therefore I give it a 4 and not a 5. |

| (December 7, 2010) This service was absolutely perfect except for one miscommunication. When we called to be picked up, we were told to go upstairs, door Four at the International Departures Building for Continental to wait for the pick up van. However there are two floors for Continental departure so we waited in the cold in the middle floor until I went to check the upper level where the van driver had been waiting for us. It was a 20 minute wait due to the non specific instructions. Otherwise, the service was perfect, easy and very reasonable. We will definitely use this service when we fly out of Newark. Keep up the hard work. The drivers were very friendly and lifted our scuba diving gear which can be heavy. I have recommended this service to our fellow club members who use Newark Airport. |

You must follow the directions on the website to find the location easily. | (November 25, 2010) I had a very good experience at EZ Way Parking. I arrived there very early 4 am and the shuttle van was there waiting to take us to the airport. Short drive...no problem. Also upon my return all I had to do was call the number on my ticket to get picked up. I went up to International departures and within 5 minutes the shuttle van was there to pick me up. Everything went extremely smooth and you cannot beat the price! I will definately be parking at EZ Way in the future! |

Finally I was told to to go to International Departures for pick up, which was quite strange as there were no International flights scheduled at that time and there was no one there except for EZ parking shuttle.
I had to carry all my luggage from arrivals to International departures at 1:AM in the morning.

| (November 22, 2010) Courtesy and customer service is lacking with the individual(s) in the office. It would appear there is a inherent feeling that the customer has no other choice. This is my second time using the service, and I’m not inclined to continue its use, neither on my list of recommended places to park a car.
The shuttle drivers are as courteous as anyone can expect.

| (November 21, 2010) Had to drive around in circles finding the location adjacent to hotel. This was frustrating even though I had RandMcNally, Mapquest, the entity's directions, and my navigation system to follow.
Once located the staff were friendly and put me at ease.
I was picked up at the airport on arrival in record time. Very pleased with the young gentleman who picked me up. Friendly, hospitable; however, the manager on duty had absolutely no personality. I don't think he thanked me for my business and when I said to him "Smile, you're in the hospitality industry." He stated, "Oh is that what this is." Terrible customer service from him.

| (November 19, 2010) It was fine although the drivers could have told us the proceedure for getting our car back after arriving back at the lot after the flight. We had to ask if we had to go in and pay in the booth or at the gate. It was raining and it could have kept us out of the rain a few more munuets.

although it was close to the airport if you don't know the best way to get to the crown plaza hotel it may take you a bit longer than expected. It was very convenient and cost was much better than parking at other long-term off airport facilities I've used. the van driver was excellent but persons at the desk whom i spoke with 2-3 times seemed curt but not rude.
all considered i'll try again to see who it is a second time. |

| (November 17, 2010) Overall, a great experience. Took about 15-20 minutes to get picked up when I landed, but it wasn't the end of the world. My car was waiting for me when I arrived and the checkout process was hassle-free. Everyone was pleasant both in person and on the phone.
This is the second time I have parked here, but the first time I had a REALLY hard time finding it. Just follow the directions on the website, even if they don't seem right (you will be driving through an area with lots of trucks until you get to a light). Make a right at the light once you see Perkin's and then keep your eye open for the entrance to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. |

| (November 13, 2010) This was the first time I used E-Z, and found it a good way to go. I had to park my own car, but the lot is fairly small and I was practically next to the office where I then quickly checked in. A van took my wife another couple and me to the airport, which was literally a minute away.
When we returned, the pick-up was prompt and the check-out process was fast and efficient. My car was pulled out and ready for us to head home. Rates are also cheaper than some of the near-by competitors.
My only other thought is that the area is not covered, thus bad weather would make checking in less comfortable than one would like. |

The only downside is the difficulty in finding the site. Luckily, I had left plenty of time to get to the airport, so, having to circle three times before arriving at the Crowne Plaza didn't faze me! I recommend E-Z Way Parking, but would warn other travellers to allow extra time, in case they have the same trouble I had. |
