| (August 19, 2011) Everything worked well. the shuttle to and from the airport was smooth. The only thing that irritated me was that when i was paying my bill i was asked to show my discount voucher again to get the discounted rate -i'm glad i didn't throw it away. Also, i was advised to clear all valuables out of my car -that did not inspire confidence (although nothing was missing).

I was pick up within 15 minutes and was back to the parking lot a short time later. When I arrived, my car was ready to go. I paid and loaded my bags and left. My vehicle was very well taken care. |

| (August 14, 2011) Great service going. The only reason they are getting four out of five stars is because it took them about 35 minutes to pick us up from the airport when we returned. We were waiting exactly where we were told to. Had to call back and was told that "two drivers were sent already and that another was on the way". Other than that, all was good. My car is only two months old and I was worried about it being parked there. My worries were for nothing. The car was in perfect condition when I picked it up. I would use them again. Price was terrific also. |

| (August 14, 2011) We only use EZ Way Parking now as they are consistently affordable, easy to find, courteous and reliable.
We did get lost initially when we went there but now we have it down pat. Also, to reach the NJ Turnpike when we leave to go home is extremely easy.

| (August 14, 2011) Overall I was very pleased with the experience. Price was fair, pick up and drop off worked very well (virtually no waiting at either end). The staff were pleasant and friendly. My car was well looked after. My only difficulty was iniitially finding the site. Perhaps some clearer directions on the website and warnings about pitfalls in navigating the complex road system around the lot might be helpful. I spent 25 minutes driving around before I found you. I would use E-Z Way again, now that I know where it is. However I would not recommend you to a friend as they might be in a hurry and might strugle to find you in good time. |

I was a little hesitant because some of them were not that great,but we had a great experience,much better than I could imagine. Next time I will definitely use them again. We did not have to wait anywhere. They came immediately and picked us up at our return at the airport.2 minutes and they were there. And very reasonable rates. |

| (August 8, 2011) your directions and some of the employee attitudes could use some work. This was the first time we used your lot. My driver to the airport was great but we missed our flight because we didn't realize the lot was inside of the hotel site. So we lost valuable time having to make a u-turn back to the location. The inside woman was not very friendly nor when we came back to get picked up the fact that you pick up on the departure level was rather confusing. I had to call back to verify where we were to get picked up. Best

Sorry that we had a glitch this time. We parked in the lot and stayed at the adjacent hotel. I asked if I would have access to the car before we left for the airport as we had two bags to leave in the trunk. I was told yes but in the wee hours when we asked to get in the car before departure we were told no, that it was already parked. We ended up having to check our carry ons due to having too many bags. $50.00 I hadn't planned on.

| (August 5, 2011) The directions from the internet off Rt 1&9 were a little confusing. Made a left by a restaurant on the left but actually should have made a right. Got to spot shortly
afterwards after correctly guessing which way to go.
Ride to the airport was quick and easy on a Tues morning.
Made the initial reservation with a Discover card on the
internet but curiously could not pay the balance of the bill with Discover; the office only took MC and Visa. Luckily I had another credit card with me. The pickup was quick and efficient. Thank you. |

| Fire George, give Horatio a raise |
| (August 5, 2011) My flight back to Newark was delayed, so I arrived back later than expected - around midnight. Horatio was my driver and he was so courteous and kind. However, I arrived back to a completely flat tire. George barely uttered two words to me to explain this, and he moved at a snail's pace on his way to and from my car. I am not saying it's impossible that I had driven over a nail on the way to the airport and the tire hadn't had time to deflate yet. However, E-Z Way moved my car at least once while I was gone, so the company may have caused the flat as well. I certainly think that, since they had my keys and car, a head's up about the situation was definitely in order as well as traditional kindness that one could expect from anyone in a customer service position of an apology when something goes wrong on their watch. Not only was George rude when he told me I had a flat tire, but he also ignored me when I asked him questions about it and dropped my keys and slurred his speech leading me to think he was likely under the influence on the job. I let the person running the office that night know that he was not only unapoligetic but also rude, and she said that she would let the manager know because there had been other complaints about his behavior. In an economy with 10% of the population unemployed, please let this lackluster "worker" go and make room for another hard-working, respectful individual!
At this point, I'm a woman alone with a flat tire and an hour to drive to get home. Thank goodness Horatio offered to help me to change the tire. He did an outstanding job with this, making me feel comfortable doing this outside in the dark in the middle of the night, which wouldn't be the case with many men with whom I'm not acquainted. His "good samaritan" attitude, excellent skills with a car, and time taken to go the extra mile should be applauded. In my opinion, he is a model employee and one that EZ Way should do everything they can to keep, if they are interested in repeat business. It is difficult to understand how these two individuals work at the same company. I hope that Horatio will have a long, successful, career at your organization with increasing responsibility.
I don't believe I will be back because I am uncomfortable with leaving my car keys with the staff (I didn't know that I would have to do this ahead of time) and because there is no assurance George won't be sent to pick me up from the airport - yikes. |

1. The drivers seem to feel they are at a racetrack and they drive much too fast and too abruptly.
2. Was it really necessary for the driver to unload our luggage into a huge puddle and let it stand in the pouring rain? A couple of extra seconds and the luggage could have been put directly into our car, which was parked adjacent to the van. |

| (August 2, 2011) W-Z Way is located in the parking lot of Crowne Plaza Hotel. It is important to remember this because the sign for E-Z Way parking could be easily missed. Just look for Crowne Plaza. The parking is inexpensive but you MUST have the printout of your online discounted booking at the time of check out. If not, you will pay MUCH higher rate.
It is a budget operation, nothing fancy, but provides the service cheaply and efficiently.
Will use it again. |

Bear in mind that there are very few signs (the only draw back). The best way to find EZ way is to go to the Crowne Plaza parking lot, through their gate and then left to the EZ way trailer. |

I'd arrived, and was told my car was in another "bigger lot". I was then driven there and then handed a snow shovel to dig my car out from a storm that had occurred almost a week prior to me arriving back in NJ. I had been on a 10 hour flight and spending and hour to dig out my car after being Jet Lagged totally sucked.
The other time I dealt with them, the guy at the counter gave me "attitude" for no reason. Not really into getting off a plane from a nice vacation, to come back and immediately deal with the NJ attitude that I'd escaped for a week.

| (July 23, 2011) Our departure worked very well, the problem, however, was with our arrival, as we waited for a van that never appeared. We were told that a van would arrive "shortly," but after a half-hour wait, it still had not arrived. A fellow traveler said that she had been waiting for 45 minutes with no van arriving. We were ultimately picked up by a kind driver from another parking facility that is located next door to E-Z Way, at the Econolodge, because his fare had not shown up. The woman working at the desk did not even mention any difficulty with drivers, and she did not offer any apology for the delay and for the situation, but remained her brusque self. This was a very disappointing end to our trip! |
