| (July 9, 2011) I was asked to park my own car when I got there, which I did. It was moved and when I got back, my car was not up front and I had to wait. Overall satisfied, but since you knew when I was coming in, I didn't think I would have to wait. At least it wasn't raining! |

| (July 7, 2011) I've used EZ Way Parking twice now and have had great experiences both times. Safe lot, extremely close to the airport (less than a 5 minute drive). And the shuttle is very efficient.
My only complaint would be that there's only been one person at the register to pay, and if there are a few customers in one shuttle, you may have to wait a bit to get out of there. But other than that, it's worth the price! |

| (July 6, 2011) The drop off and quick ride to airport went without an issue. The quickness of the pick up on the return was awesome. I would have given a 5 but the driver picked up multiple people with massive luggage. We were packed in tightly and the driver was a little too eager to get us back to the lot quickly and should have driven a little more conservatively. I would definitely use them again as the complete experience from cost to ease of use was very good. |

Only 1 issue. Got to my truck and found my licence plate and holder where rip off and sitting on my hood. Showed it to the attendent and they where very apologetic and where ready to fix it. I declined and fixed it myself. Overall very happy with there servce and price. |

You spend so much less than parking in the airport's parking lots and save time by not having to wait for a bus or tram. Transportation to and from the airport was so quick with little waiting. |

But when we arrived back in town, I called for a pick up. We were told to go to a different Terminal. I'm not sure why they couldn't pick us up where we arrived!?!? We had to lug our baggage to another terminal (which meant taking a shuttle!)! We were exhausted from our flight, and our luggage was very heavy, so this was quite inconvenient. Then no one offered to help us load our bag on the van or unload it when we arrived at the lot. |

| (July 1, 2011) Parking at E-Z Way was great as far as the drivers to & from the airport. They were polite and friendly and helped us with our luggage.
The woman at the desk at the office was extremely unfriendly. Surprising when you work with people all day that she was that way. Usually a "people person" would be a much better choice to have work with customers. My only big complaint is that I was traveling with my 82 yr.old mother who is in a wheel chair or walking with a cane. We had 3 good size pieces of luggage. When I called to say we arrived, the woman on the phone was again unfriendly and told me to go up to door 5 at departures. This was after she made me call her back after I got my luggage. An airport person pushed my mother in the wheelchair & I lugged the suitcases. I called back when nobody arrived to pick us up and was told to go up higher to international departures. Now I had no help and had to leave my mother to try to find someone to help me carry all the luggage and push my mother. The person on the phone didn't care when I explained my predicament. It was exhausting after flying all night and then trying to carry all the luggage up 4 floors to departures. I should have been told that from the first time I called when we arrived.
Again, the drivers were wonderful but the people in the offc.that greet you and answer phones need alot of improvement. |

| (June 30, 2011) Drop off processing went fast. There was a shuttle available to take us to the airport right away. Pick up was fast also. The only thing I didn't like was we got picked up from the departure which is on the 4th floor when we got off from the baggage area which is on the 1st floor. With two luggages in tow, it was hard for us to do that. I suggest that if it is a pick-up from arrival, to pick up from arrival & not departure. I am not sure if this is the airport rule. Other than that, great place to park! |

- They immediately shuttle us from the parking lot to our terminal;
- On our return, they come very quickly (less than two minutes after we got arrived outside the specified terminal door);
- They honor their (very good) advertised internet discount rate, no hassle (you must follow the clear instruction to bring the printout of your reservation when you drop off your car);
- They have our car waiting for us right out front
- This time, we had to ask for a jump start to restart our car, which they immediately provided. (Our battery apparently doesn't hold sufficient charge over one week of idleness to restart the car twice - no fault of theirs!)
I don't know what more one could ask! We have every intention of continuing to make them our only choice for Newark Airport long-term parking. |

I was uneasy with this. I did not know this when I booked my reservation on line or I would have selected another lot. The van drivers were nice and very helpful. I felt that the female in the office could have been more friendly. She seems to lack customer service skills. I don't think I would park in this lot if I used the Newark airport again. |

| (June 13, 2011) I usually leave my car at the office and have a co-worker drive me to the airport, then pick me up afterwards when I fly. This time, the outbound flight was 7AM, and my return was 1AM. I didn't have the heart to ask anyone for a ride. I did some research on airport parking, and gave E-Z Way a shot. WOW! This is definately the way to go! I parked my car in a spot, brought the keys inside (no worries about losing them during the trip!) and 15 minutes later, I was in the security line at the airport! When I returned on a Friday morning at 2:30AM, an E-Z Way van was right there. My car was waiting for me in the front of the parking lot, nice and warm, and the van driver put my luggage in the trunk. The drivers are nice, the lot is secure, the rates are decent. The vans are a bit worn in the seats, but they are clean and run great. I will definately use E-Z Way again! |

| Overall OK, Not the Best Way to Start Our Vacation |
| (June 7, 2011) After searching on the web for an affordable parking service in close proximity to Newark Airport, we selected E-Z Way because of it's overall positive reviews. The online reservation process was easy and secured that we were to have the very reasonable $8 a day parking rate. We got to the lot at about 4AM and were able to drop off the car easily, however, the man driving us to the airport was unpleasant and rude. Members of our party didn't hear his request and were dropped at the wrong terminal. When asking to be taken to the correct terminal, the driver refused to accommodate our companions and started to drive away from us, even though he saw us approach the car/knock on the passenger side window...not the safest of business practices. Not only was he discourteous, when we tried to ask him a question he yelled at us. Clearly, this was not the way we wanted to start our vacation. Note to any travelers, be sure to specify your terminal before getting in to the car...hopefully it'll get your trip started off down a better path.
Our return trip was much better. We called the service number, were directed to the pick up point and were greeted by a pleasant driver who got us back to the lot and in our car quickly. The checkout process was simple. We definitely had a much better return experience. |

| My experience with E-Z Way Airport Parking |
| (June 6, 2011) This was my first experience with them. Dropping off was good, they attended to us quickly and professionally. However, when we returned we waited very long to be picked up from the airport. We waited 20 minutes but there were people there who had been waiting 35 minutes prior to us. When they did pick us up they said many employees called out that day so 2 people were trying to get cars, bring people to the airport and pick people up at the airport. The day we returned was Memorial Day so I am not sure if this is the norm or if it was an unusual day. |
