There was a shuttle waiting for me when I parked before my departure, and when I returned a simple call brought the shuttle to us in a reasonable amount of time. | (January 6, 2012) This is our second time using Park to Fly, and just as last time, our expectations were met, and exceeded. We had lots of luggage and three small children, and the driver was courteous and incredibly helpful. On our return, we had the same driver, and he even remembered us and made room for us so we wouldn't have to wait for the next shuttle (it was very late and chilly, so it was greatly appreciated). As long as we are flying out of Orlando, we won't park anywhere else! |

The shuttle bus was waiting when I walked out of the airport and my car was being being washed when i arrived to pick it up at the Park to Fly location. I only had one observation that should be mentioned and that was that the floor mat on the drivers side was dirty and muddy. Otherwise my experience with this company was very good. |

Shuttle to the airport was immediate and attendant was polite. On my return the shuttle arrived within about 10 minutes, the bus appeared a bit older but clean and functional. Check out was prompt and reasonably priced. In the end I wouldn't hesitate to use Park to Fly on my next trip. |

| (November 10, 2011) This was my first time on aboutairportparking.com AND it was my first time at the Orlando airport. Both were pleasant experiences.
At the parking lot, the check-in process was smooth and painless. The shuttle took me to the airport and dropped me off in front of my airline. On return, I called them once I got outside, and they were there within five or ten minutes. Back at the lot, I paid the price we had agreed to when I left (even thought my flight had been delayed by two hours), and my car was in the spot that I had left it.
I would use both aboutairportparking.com AND the Park to Fly lot in Orlando again and again. |

| (November 4, 2011) I was travelling by myself with my three small children, and was a little apprehensive about the logistics of moving my children and luggage from car to shuttle to check in. The staff here quickly put my mind at ease - I was able to park right next to shuttle and did not even have to unload my luggage from my car, the driver took care of it for me, and better yet, was extremely patient and kind as I got my children safely on the shuttle. Once we arrived at the airport, the driver again took care of all of my bags, even pulled them to the correct curbside check in, and I was able to keep my children safe right next to me. On our return home, we waited less than ten minutes and the driver was just as helpful as he had been on the way out. Genuinely kind and helpful people can be hard to find these days in the service industry, especially if you are travelling with children, but the entire staff at Park to Fly was fantastic! |
