Top notch service!

(November 14, 2009) We were treated nicely from drop-off to pick-up. The counter staff and drivers were courteous and helpful. The only unfortunate situation is the road work occurring outside the entrance. But once that is finished, the experience will be, I'm sure, 5 stars.

Great experience!

(November 12, 2009) The shuttle came fast and on-time. The staff are nice and happy to be a help. I've parked my car here for 6 days, and my car was in good care. When I go back, my car is already there for me. I'll park my car in Park to Fly next time.

Reviw of Park to Fly

(November 5, 2009) This was the first time we ever used a parking facility off airport property. We were concerned about the price to park, getting to the airport on time, how much problem would it be to get back to the car from the airport, and how safe would the car be. We found your staff to be very efficient and upon our return we found all of our concerns to be unfounded. Upon a quick check-in our transportation was waiting to take us to our terminal, with clear instructions on our parking recept we called to be picked up, and after a short wait we were picked up and dropped off at the door to pay our bill which was very reasonable, and get in our car which was waiting for when we left the building. We plan to use your facility again the next time we fly.

Weekend parking

Excellent Experience

(October 21, 2009) I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement. Even the pickup, at close to midnight, arrived just as we came out of the terminal. Fortunately for us, who carried on our luggage, there were no others waiting for their bags and we were able to get on our way back to Jacksonville without delay. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to making Park-to-Fly our regular place to stop on our way out of Orlando.

Great place - my new MCO solution

(October 13, 2009) Although this place is a few miles from MCO, they're quick highway miles. The people who run it could not have been nicer and faster. They whisked me to the airport as I was leaving and were there almost immediately when I returned. They even parked my car in their lot for me. Fabulous value, too.

Great Service!

(September 30, 2009) This is a great place to leave your car when vacating somewhere. It was quick and easy. I reserved a spot online and drove up there, right when I got there they got me keys and parked it and I was gone. It took about 5 mins to set everything up. On return easy pick up was awaiting too. 5 mins of pick up and I was on my way home. Best thing is I saved alot of mula for parking there and saved time also. Great service. Great speed. Great process.

(September 29, 2009) The service was good from the car park to the airport. 2 days later, i waited about 30 mins after calling the company to let them know i was waiting. There was 1 other person waiting and he had already been waiting 15 minutes. He complained and so did I. This was my first time to used this company. Maybe i'll try someone else next time. No one like to be waiting around after a long flight, especially we the company says their pickup time is around 6 - 7 minutes depenting on traffic. I would allow 15 mins max as the company is only about 2.5 miles from the airport.

Hassle Free Parking!

(September 28, 2009) All went well. Drop off and Pick up were seamless and quick. Vehicle contents were un-disturbed even though the vehicle was left for twenty-four (24) days. I used the Valet option. I look forward to using the service on a regular basis. They passed the test with flying colors.

Friendly Staff & Great Service

The folks who work three sincerely seem to be happy working there, and this gets passed on to their customers. We were very pleased using their services and will definitely use them in the future, as well as recommend them to others!

Review of facility use

(September 18, 2009) Park to fly was excellent in every way I can think of. Dropped off the car and was greeted immediatly and taken to the office. Everything was explained in laymans terms and then immediatly drove us to the airport. On our return, I called as explained and was told where to meet the bus. We walked to the spot and waited just around 5 minutes and was taken back to the main lot which was a short trip. I will definatly use there services again and will also have other things done while I'm away (ie:car detailed, Oil change) Excellent service and will recommend Park to Fly to my friends...............Thank You

While checking in I had set my resume on their counter and failed to pick it back up. When they discovered it I was called and very generously offered to have it returned to me. Unfortunately, I was on the plane already. It was a pleasant suprise to have a company be so willing to go out of their way to be accomodating for a perfect stranger. I give your services a 5+! (September 1, 2009) Park to Fly is a good parking alternative to long term airport parking. The rate were cheap and it was a efficient process. The lot was a bit shady and it's gravel and grass parking for the most part. If you can get over that part, it's a a good deal

Car wash

(August 28, 2009) I like the fact that your drivers loaded our luggage on and off the bus. I like the fact that my car was at the front office waiting for me. I know that you offer a paid car wash, but I was just in a hurry and never bothered to ask what a wash would cost. I would be nice if you just gave all the cars a quickie car wash. Or just gave a free one to new customers.

Bottled Water

(August 24, 2009) Every thing went well. Shuttle drivers are courteous. One recommendation. The Parking Spot provides a free bottle of cold water to drivers as they leave the lot. Of course their fees are higher. Perhaps you can have cold bottled water for purchase? Thanks, Teresa M. Hatfield

Really Good Customer Service!

(August 5, 2009) Though the place doesn't look like much (not paved, very crowded), the customer service is excellent! I've used them twice now and both times, I had almost no wait to get on the shuttle to go to the airport. When I returned and called them, they were there before I could get out to the curb. I'd use Park To Fly in Orlando anytime!

First time experience

(August 4, 2009) This was the first time we left our car on a remote lot. When we drove in, we were surprised at how large the lot is and how many cars were parked there. As we pulled up, an employee came up to us, asked our name (we had made a reservation in the morning), helped us get our luggage from the car and took our car to the parking area. We walked in, and within minutes, we were on our way to the airport. When we returned from our trip, we called Park to Fly and they were there in about 10 minutes. After we paid our bill, we couldn't start the car. We had serious corrosion on the battery cable connection. Again, the employees were very helpful. They not only jumped the battery, they also did the best they could to jerry-rig the connector so that we could drive back to Daytona Beach. They also told us where the closest Walmart was. We stopped there and bougth a new connector. Everyone was helpful, pleasant, and efficient.

Pleasant experience

(July 28, 2009) The location of the business is very easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. I missed the statement of the area to wait for the pickup at the airport when requesting to be picked up upon our return. I am used to flying into Jacksonville where the buses have marked spots with the company name. I realize the area is shared at Orlando by many park & fly businesses but if there was some kind of sign giving a general idea of who picks up where there would be less confusion.

Our flight was delay by hours and we were tired from being held up and then we get home and we had to wait again. Quicker Than Airport Parking

(July 25, 2009) I was in my car within a half hour after arriving at the gate - and I had to pick up baggage first. That pretty much says it all. I appreciate the prompt service by the shuttle bus, and having my car out and waiting for me was priceless.

Great service at a fair price

(July 19, 2009) Park To Fly was easy to find, just northeast of the Orlando airport two short exits away. Our car was taken into the lot quickly, and we were on their shuttle and off to our flight quickly. We thought ahead and looped through the airport to check our bags at the airport BEFORE we went to Park To Fly. Upon returning a week later just after midnight, it was only a short wait for the Park To Fly shuttle in the ground transportation area, one floor below the baggage claim area. Our car was waiting out front when the shuttle arrived at Park To Fly. The service was great, and we saved a significant amount of money versus using the Orlando Airport parking garage. We will definitely use Park To Fly on our next trip out of Orlando.

Security Concern and Facility Prersentation

(July 14, 2009) It is said that first impression is the last impression; well the look of the facility do not give a good impression. If I had more time I will had parked somewhere else. I had to park in the grass 12" height and next to a wooded area without fence that did offer the opportunity for vandalism. The attendant had to walk through wet grass to get into my car. overall the facility do not offer the confidence that your car is secure and of course they relive them self of the responsibility if something goes wrong with your car. The price is great, but I rather pay more for a clear mind. No, I will not use this facility again.

First Time Parking

(July 10, 2009) Service was fine; one extreme disappointment was the dried grass fragmetns that are still stuck all over the car finish from when they weed-wacked between the parked cars and it dried to the finish; plain water hose wont take it off, a full car wash will be required.

(July 8, 2009) It was a pleasant experience and much more affordable than the other alternatives. The bus was available for us immediately on the way to the airport as well as when we returned. The lot looked a little shady, and it was not in great condition (i.e., not entirely paved, crowded) but our car remained safe and was in good condition when we picked it up.
