The only minor shortcomings I saw were that I waited for the shuttle for 15 minutes at the airport and I wasn't given very correct and detailed directions to get to the lot they were to pick me up at. Other than that, I was pleased with the service.

| (March 25, 2010) It was ok. It was sort of confusing when I first got there as to where they wanted me to park. Once I did park I had two suitcases and no one even offered to help me with them. I then waited for at least 15 minutes for a shuttle. When I got back to Orlando and called I had to wait another 25 minutes before the shuttle arrived. This was all shocking to me because of the other reviews I read that said everything was very prompt and on time. The people weren't overly friendly but they weren't rude. It was really nice when we got back to the lot that my car was pulled up to the front row and was easy to get out of the lot. |

I am not from this area, so finding the business in the dark would have been tough enough without the construction going on in the area. I really think a large, large light would be most helpful during this time of construction!!! Everyone was helpful and friendly at PTF!! And, I really appreciated that! Thanks for taking care of my vehicle. If we need long-term parking in the Orlando Airport area again, we will definitely use PTF. |

| (January 5, 2010) I always use your parking lot and have always found excellent service. I had forgotten to reserve a space from Dec. 26 to Dec. 31st and went on line the 24th or 25th, worried that there would not be space. I was glad to see that not only was there space, but for some reason, there was a sale for $5.19 a day! So I booked. On the day that we arrived, we were not prepared for the construction that hid the driveway. You need temporary signs. We would have had a very hard time finding the place had we not been there before. We were surprised to find that you park the cars now rather than have us park our own, but registration went quickly and we were on our way. When we returned, we were given a bill that was for $7.99 per day. I disputed it. We found that the original paperwork I had zero in the space for daily rate, which I had not noticed. But it said that the total should be $25. and some change. Eventually, when I insisted, the second employee decided to refund the extra fees. It was not done graciously or gracefully. I still will park in your lot. But I will watch the fee information carefully.

Dec 17th when I drove to your old location on Frontage drive, SAW NO SIGN BIG ENOUGH TO INFORMING ME OF YOUR NEW LOCATION, and just assumed your new location was across the street, so pulled in their. Their name being very similar, I thought I was at your new location. Betcha alot of other people are doing the same thing. |

The shuttle bus was prompt when I left in the early morning, and upon return I called for the shuttle and it was there, the only thing was they had to wait for 4 other passengers to arrive, and at that point my flight had been delayed and it was 2 am. Wasnt too happy about that(because I was exhausted), but I was happy about the price... and a little wait vs $17.00 a day at the airport was worth it. But just make sure if you book on line, to bring this receipt with you, when I left she "misplaced" this ticket that I brought at drop off and tried to charge me $26.50 for 3 days vs. $19.00, though she found it and rang it up with no hassle.

I parked our van myself so we didn't use their valet service. The only negative I can think of is that the parking spot was on grass not pavement but that is a minor point. | Great service but reservations don't seem to make a difference |
| (December 2, 2009) I've parked at Park to Fly before and am always very impressed with the service. However, I like to self-park since I don't like the idea of giving my car keys to someone who knows what days I'll be away from home and also my home address (from my credit card used to make the reservation). I guess I'm just a worrier. So I made a reservation for self-parking on this website, paid the fee, and brought the printed page to the parking lot. They told me they had no more self-park room! So I HAD to valet park! Even though I had a self-park reservation made DAYS in advance!! Of course, by that time, I had no choice but to agree since I would have missed my flight. They still gave me the self-park rate, so I will use them again, but I will call ahead and make SURE there will be self-park space available. Overall though, the service is excellent. Shuttle buses are decently fast, personnel are friendly, and, when I had to valet park, my car was ready and waiting at the front for me when I got there. Definitely would recommend. |

| (November 29, 2009) Our last stay was great. thanks to advance reservation, we paid a little over $5.00 a day, for 7 days; this is about half what we would have paid for long-term airport parking. The shuttle to the airport was available immediately, and we had less than 5 minutes to wait for the shuttle back to Park to Fly when we returned. Our car was ready when we got there, and it took us only a couple minutes to pay and leave. We will use Park to fly whenever we fly out of the Orlando International Airport.
