| (August 23, 2010) Departure was painless and a pleasure, but arrival was not near as smooth. Traveling with wife and two young kids and Smart Park had us waiting outside AA termainal at JFK for thirty minutes; sorry but that is not cool or accpetable.
Cashier was kind enough to apply a substantial discount to our bill, but I will think about using them in the future. Not sure right now, especially since 4 or 5 Avistar shuttles drove by us before ours finally arrived. |

| (August 6, 2010) I normally park at JFK's long term parking. However, it's a pain because you have to park then take the tram to the airport. Smart Park was super convenient. They took me directly to my terminal. When I arrive they picked me up quickly and had my car waiting for me. I will definitely use them again. I'm glad I found a more convenient and affordable option for my long term parking needs.
One word of advice, you may have difficulty finding it the first time so give yourself enough time. It took me a couple of passes because my GPS couldn't recognize that it was on the other side of the highway. |

I would recommend that you choose a woman who is friendly to work the front desk when one comes to pick up one's car. I arrived Monday afternoon Aug. 2 at around 5PM. The woman at the desk had an unfriendly "attitude" which is the last thing a tired traveler needs to deal with. Otherwise everything else was 5 stars and i would use you again. |

Inbound return trip took a little longer for the van to arrive and was quite full; they needed more vans. The car was ready when we got to the lot and the price was exactly what was listed on the on-line reservation. Will DEFINITELY use these guys again! |

To start off, the rates are great! Whenever you come across a price so great, you tend to think what's the catch. With SmartPark, there is no catch. We drove into the lot, my car was taken in, and we were on the shuttle to the air port in MINUTES! When we landed, I got my luggage and called them for pick up. They were there pretty quick, and had my car ready. We were out of the lot in literally less then 5 mins. With SmartPark, you can feel rested about leaving your car because you can trust them. They value you as the customer and make sure the entire process was hassle free, LITERALLY! This place is definitly the spot to park when flying to JFK. I have recommended using them to all my family and friends.

| (July 25, 2010) When we arrived at JFK Smart Park the people there could tell we were running late for our flight and I could tell that they were making an effort to get the car checked in and get us to the airport as quickly as possible. What really set them apart was the driver who took us to the airport and what he did after he dropped us off. We had forgotten a folder with our entire travel itinerary and tickets on the bus. We didn't know what we would do since we were already running very late. Then we saw the driver coming back to bring us the folder that he somehow noticed was still there. We barely made the flight as it was, we probably would have missed it if not for him. Add this to the overall experience including a very prompt pick up from the airport on our return and I definately give Smart Park JFK my highest endorsment. |

Called after clearing customs and was told it would be about 10 minutes. I didn't time it, but it seemed like a little longer than that but that could be the 18+ hours on an airplane with no sleep talking.
Driver very helpful loading luggage and offloading at the parking area. Car was waiting by the checkout booth.

| (July 12, 2010) I have always used the JFK long-term parking in the past but when I recently saw the rates were $18 per day, I decided to look into other options.
I picked Smart Park because of other good reviews. On the day of departure, I drove into the parking and there was a van waiting in the lot. This might have just been good timing on my part. After the attendant checked me in (10 mins), the driver drove me and another couple to our terminals. He dropped the other couple off first but it still only took about 20 minutes after we left the lot for me to get to the JetBlue terminal. Since I arrived at the SmartPark lot over two hours before my departure, I had plenty of time to kill!
When I returned, the pickup was about 15 or 20 minutes after I called. We has another pickup at the Delta terminal and the drive back to the Smart Park lot seemed to take a long time (half an hour) but it could be I was just tired. My car was waiting for me when I got to Smart Park. After I paid my bill (price of 13.95 as advertised + tax), I was off.
The service was quick and courteous from the Smart Park employees. I didn't get any jokes or one-liners but that is fine with me. |

| (July 1, 2010) My experience was very good, although I hesitate to provide a 5 star rating only because when I arrived back to my car, the area was experiencing a power outage which resulted in having to wait in a long, dark line in order to be checked out manually by credit card. I wasn't provided my keys until after check out and eventhough my car was waiting for me & the shuttle arrived promptly, my car was locked when I arrived which meant I was unable to load my luggage until after check out.
Overall my experience was good, and would have been better if the site had had power during my arrival back. I would use them again.

| (June 30, 2010) This was our first flight out of the JFK airport. Smart Park was a convenient and efficient place to park. I liked being able to reserve a spot on line ahead of time. The drop off at the gate and pick up at gate was efficient; no major problems. The drop off just took a few minutes longer because the guard would not let the driver through the area he wanted to drive because he said he wasn't on the approved list. We were still ok on time though. I would recommend Smart Park. |
