| Directions to the lot off the Belt Way |
| (January 5, 2012) We had a difficult time finding SmatPark JFK lot off the Belt Way.
We also had a difficult time finding our way home from the lot to the Belt Way.
I would have helped if there were better directions for us. We came at night and left the lot early morning when it was still dark.
I may have been us not being familiar with the location. But, we wasted 30 - 45 minutes both ways.
Everything else about SmartPark was excellent. |

| (December 30, 2011) After dropping off car, within 2 minutes was on the way with the family and luggage to the terminal. On return, called after picking up luggage, was told where to meet the van, and van arrived within a few minutes. When we got to the lot, our car had been pulled up and was wating for us. After a long trip, not having to wait around was much appreciated and made for a pleasant end to the vacation. Highly recommend SmartCar. |

| (November 29, 2011) I used SmartPark JFK 2 times: on November 19-26 2010 and 2011. They have a good service and very convenient location. Last year we were waiting for pick up at JFK about 8 min after call, this year - less than 5 min.
Last year they charged $10.95/day; this year price was raised to $14.95.
I am planning to use SmartPark JFK in a future if the price doesn’t jump again.

| (November 23, 2011) Helpful sign to find the place when you exit the highway. I got there around 8am and there where shuttles waiting to load travelers. I literally got out of my car and walked onto a shuttle, my luggage was taken care of and we got to the airport in about 10 min, if that. Now, getting picked up from the airport was a different story.... I (and a few other passengers) waited exactly 40 min for a shuttle... It was 11pm when the first phone call was made and I was told a shuttle would be out shortly. 30 min later, still no shuttle so a second phone call was made and I was told the same thing and the shuttle was there 10 min after that. Once at the parking lot, the people were accomadating and took off a whole $2 per day for parking as compensation for our waiting. Would I use them again??? Maybe... |

| (November 16, 2011) The service was great from beginning to end. When we got there they gave us a ticket for the car and helped us get our luggage onto the shuttle bus. They took a video of the car and parked it for us. We got dropped off at our terminal and helped off the shuttle. The ride was less than 10 minutes from the airport. We arrived at 1am and the shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes from when we called. When we returned to the lot the car was waiting in the front. We paid and were on our way within 5 minutes. The services was great and I would highly recommend using SmartPark. I will use them again in the future. The rates are also terrific. |

Getting to the SmartPark location was easy to find and quickly we were on the shuttle headed to the airport. Perfect! On the return, I called them to tell them we were there and the very friendly representative gave me clear instructions on where to meet the shuttle. We simply walked out the door and the shuttle was sitting there waiting for us. We quickly went to the SmartPark parking lot and our van was waiting right there for us ready to go. Another perfect! The front desk is extremely friendly. When we arrived at JFK after an overnight flight from Lima, the shuttle arrived at the terminal in 5-10 minutes. The car is ready when we came to the parking lot. We took off after paying the fee. All is done in less that 30 minutes. We highly recommend SmartPark for anyone who is seeking for a perfect place to park the car. |

| (October 14, 2011) i've used jfk smart park a number of times over the past several years and always was pleased with the experience, prompt service, and a good price, though this time i was a little surprised by the $3 gas surcharge.....i believe that is cost of doing business, and a surcharge is not necessary..doing the math if oyu have on average three parties each trip to the airport, that's $9 per r/t and since you'r very close to jfk, doubt you use that mcuh gas...plus the price of gas has come down.
but saying that, would use jfk smart park again |

| (August 22, 2011) We recently returned to JFK after leaving our car at SmartPark JFK for 11 days. Everything was perfect. Diego met us when we originally dropped the car, and he was pleased that we had read about him online. He pointed out to us that all cars are videotaped upon arrival as a check for any existing damage. We noticed this being done to our car before we left for the airport. The driver was courteous and helpful with our luggage.
Upon return, we called SmartPark, gave them our ticket number and were told where to wait for the pickup. The van was there within minutes (I think this one was already on the airport grounds) and we were quickly transported back to the lot where our car was already waiting right up front. Girls behind the cashier desk were very friendly and gave us the expected one-day free discount without being reminded.
Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely park there again if flying out from JFK. |

Make sure when when reserving online that arrival time (pm/am) is correct, we made a mistake instead of putting am when we were to drop off the vehicle we put pm. We noticed that we made the error the night before, so we called to see if was ok to switch the time and they said yes no problem, however never mentioned they were going to charge us for an extra day. Very bad communication!!!!! Please be aware that they have communication issues!!!! |

Called in again after waiting for 30 minutes. Operator apologized for delay citing difficult traffic situation. At that time, the terminal traffic was crazy: Tow trucks were constantly pulling out cars and access to the terminal drop-off & pick-up lanes was blocked.
Terminal pick up arrived after a total of 35 mins.
Check out process was quick and we were off the lot within 5 minutes. |
