First of all when you come you just park in front of the building and take your stuff out into a bus waiting right there. They worry about parking it for you. When you come back, your car is waiting for you. MUST READ: After I checked in to the airport I realized that I had left a suitcase in the car. I called "Smart Park", they asked me for my ticked number and was at my terminal with my suitcase in 7 minutes. now THAT'S what I call good service. THanks a million you saved our trip.

When I arrived, the attendant greeted me immediately, handled my luggage, and took me to my terminal, while they parked my car. After my trip, my wait time for the shuttle was short, my luggage was handled for me, and my car was waiting at the gate when I arrived at the car park. I would deffinately use this service again. |

After a brief check for the condition of my car, we boarded the shuttle bus and were on our way to the airport within five minutes. When we returned to JFK, I phoned Smart Park and was told to go outside-the shuttle bus was waiting. It was and we were taken back to Smart Park in a few minutes. It took about two minutes to pay for the parking which was a very reasonable rate. Our car was at the exit gate waiting for us. I would definitely recommend Smart Park. |

| (November 12, 2009) smart park was an intelligent choice on my part for long-term parking at JFK. I have experience of such an arrangement in the Bay area having flown from SF airport for some years and used a similar long-term parking outfit there. Smart park at JFK worked really well - I drove in using the online directions, the staff immediately came to my car and helped me with luggage to their transit van. I left my key - in other parking facilites I have parked myself and taken the key, but no problem with either - and was taken to my terminal efficiently and in a timely fashion. Coming back I called and waited over 10 minutes (hence the 4 stars vs 5 stars) for the van which had picked up customers from other terminals. We went to the smart park facility, where I paid and left - last in line to pay and waited behind customers objecting to the price charged - the customers were mistaken, their charges were correct. My charge was as I expected and quite reasonable for the NYC area. |

Once I arrived I was able to hop right onto the shuttle and head over to the airport. They dropped me right off at my terminal and even helped me with bringing my bags down off of the shuttle. Getting back to Smart Park was the same experience. They picked me up right away and got me back to my car in no time.
I've already highly suggested that my friends use them next time they're taking a trip. The service is great and at such an affordable rate compared to other services in the area. I give them and A+!!! |

The staff was courteous and very helpful. From check-in to parking to terminal took a grand total of 15-20 minutes. Pick-up on return was fairly quick as well (even though we had to take a tour of the airport. I would definitely recommend this long-term parking resource. |

Special mention must be made of the night manager IRA. He was beyond helpful and courteous to us when we returned back at 4:40 am after our flight was canceled. Someone immediately came to check us in and within only a few minutes we were aboard the shuttle with our luggage. When we returned we called and had to wait less than five minutes to be picked up. Our car was ready when we arrived and it took only a minute to check out and be on our way. I would recommend Smart Park to others flying from JFK. |

| (November 9, 2009) Everything was fine but to call after you get your bags means the customer has to wait for the transportation to the lot. Most service companies do not want the customer to be the one waiting. Having the shuttle be called before picking up the bags would mean the vehicle waiting and not the customer but overall very happy with the company. Some discount for loyal use of the company should be tried. |

I landed after midnight on a rainy Saturday night after a several hour delay in Texas, and the shuttle arrived less than 5 minutes after my call. The driver helped me with my suitcase and upon returning to the Smart Park lot, my car was waiting, the driver transfered my bag from the shuttle to my vehicle, I paid my bill and was in my car on my home. After a long trip back to NY, this was completely stress-free. (and without doubt economical!) |

By the time you get back to the parking lot, your car is ready to go. Pay your bill, load your bags in your car and go...
You can get pretty good rates online as I did and pay $11.75 per day. It sure beats the other rates at JFK.If only they could make the traffic easier... |

| (October 11, 2009) Upon arrival, 6:30am, I was greeted and my luggage removed from my car. The condition of the car was noted, I handed over the keys and got a receipt ticket. My bags were loaded onto a waiting shuttle bus and the trip to the airport was quick and easy. I think the whole process of car check-in to airport was maybe 15 minutes. Amazing. Upon return, 5 days later, 6PM, after I received my bags from the airline carosel, I phoned their toll free number, was immediately greeted and told where to meet the shuttle bus for pick up back to SmartPark. The shuttle arrived approximately 5-10 minutes later, took us back to our waiting car. Our luggage was unloaded and I paid quickly inside, jumped in the car and went. Great, quick and a lot cheaper than JFK parking. I paid $12 a day with an internet special. |
