Our car was waiting for us at building before our shuttle even returned to the lot. Checking in and out took a matter of seconds. | (May 29, 2013) Parking lot arrival was very good...holiday Friday night and the driver got us off at 3:00 PM..we got there early and didn't wait long at all.. great driver...had to make several stops along the way but it was no problem.
On arrival, we called after we got out bags, walked out of the terminal & within minutes the shuttle was there within minutes...
Great service...I'd recommend it to anyone. Better than the cab service because we could take our car back to Rockaway, stop for some groceries or have dinner out on the way back from out trip...
Will do it again on 3-5 day trips. |

| (May 28, 2013) Check in was efficient, were at the Airport in no time. Upon arrival pickup was within 15 minutes, bill was handled efficiently and we were out of the lot within 10 minutes. Price was extremely competitive and service was great. Our car was 3 weeks old and it came back just the way we gave it to them. Would definitely use this service again.

| (May 28, 2013) My experience with SmartPark - JFK was overall satisfying. The only negative thing I experienced was the wait upon arrival at JFK and the initial phone call when calling to request a shuttle. While I understand that the company is typically used by repeat customers, the operator should consider the fact that upon arriving in the airport, no announcement is made as to in which terminal one lands. Additionally, if customers are not familiar with the airport and the pick-up system, the operator should consider conveying a little more patience with new travelers.
Additionally, after calling and clarifying where the pick-up would take place, I had to wait 25-30 minutes for the shuttle to come. Upon calling to ask how much longer I had to wait, the operator implied that the wait was my fault since I missed the first shuttle that drove by (nevermind that in 25 minutes I had not seen one shuttle drive by).
Overall, I would use SmartPark again since I am now familiar with the process, but I believe the phone operator should be more courteous going forward. Were she more courteous, I would also have indicated that I would recommend the business to others - now I am not so sure. |

| (April 23, 2013) The shuttle was there and waiting for us when we dropped off the car. That was great.
Unfortunately, when we arrived we waited at least 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The person on the phone when I called for pick up said we should expect a 5 to 12 minute wait. We waited about 3X longer than the latest expected time.
When all was said and done and we'd paid and were in our car to start the 4 hour trip home, an hour had passed from the time I'd called for pick up. Certainly longer than we had expected.
I will say the drivers on either end were great and very helpful with loading and removal. |

| (September 13, 2012) When I arrived, the staff was immediately there to help me, including quickly videotaping the exterior condition of my car, which I thought was a great idea to prevent possible disputes in the future. The shuttle to JFK was waiting for me, even sooner than I was ready to jump on.
Upon my return to NY, I was picked up in maybe 15 minutes after I called them. (I didn't time it). I got a free day for staying over a week-- make sure you ask for this. Check out was a breeze, and everyone was friendly. I feel fortunate that things worked out so smoothly. |

I drove in, dropped my car off (no looking for a spot--you just drop it off right in the front), and a shuttle was waiting to take me to the airport. When I got back, I called the number on my ticket, and the shuttle was at my Terminal in about 12 minutes. When we got back to the lot, my car was parked right out front, so I could just hop in after settling the bill.
Easy, simple, and straightforward--exactly what airport parking should be. I will definitely use SmartPark in the future. |

The van that picked us up was in serious need of a visit to the nearest repair shop. We were bounced around and with nothing to hold on to, it was a dangerous ride.
Except for the wild ride, we were very satisfied with SMARTPARK and would use you again as well as reccomend you to friends.

| (July 13, 2012) I recently used smartpark for a short 4 day trip. I entered smartpark area and went inside for details young lady gave me my ticket and bought me out side to get car info. Car mileage was checked and car was also videotaped. I was pointed to bus where driver did not help with my 2 bags. Airport was about 5min away. he droped us off. Called smartpark when i got back driver picked us up and helped with bags. total wait time was about 5min. droped us off at car where he put my bags in car. Pretty good service, safe and very inexpensive. Recommended to all!! |

On way home - Van was waiting for us which was great, but the Van had no A/C on a 100 degree day. Further a nice touch would have been if they had started my car and got the A/C going as well.
Except for that - close, convenient, and price was reasonable.

| (July 5, 2012) Driver from airport to SmartPark drove way too fast. Had two kids with us and was actually nervous about getting into accident. Told him to slow down but didn't. Had to hang on to rail to keep self on seat with all the fast breaking and swerving. All else was good but will not use again due to driver. |

| (June 29, 2012) When I dropped off my car, the attendant was a little rude (although at 5:15am perhaps he was just tired). When I called to get picked up at the airport, I called three times, was told to "please hold" (not ASKED if I could hold) and then hung up on! I finally got through... the check out process was a little muddled as the reservation I had didn't match the amount they said I should pay, but we finally got it worked out.
Cheaper than other parking near JFK, so I'll probably use them again. |

I was a little skeptical about the promised service but at 4:30 AM ,I arrived to a clean well lite parking lot and was immediately greeted by a very polite young man who processed everything , directed me to the awaiting shuttle and in 5 minutes left for the American Airline Terminal. The return was an equally pleasant experience. I've spread the word in my community--- Safe, secure, courteous and affordable.
