| (December 6, 2010) I have used this place 2 times... once in Aug 2010 then in Nov 2010 and i must say i love it!!!! i cant give a rating on a place i only used once.... both times i used it i paid 40.00 for 3 days of parking. when i got there to drop off my car i was in and out of there in abt 5 mins. i got to the airport in abt 5 mins. Now when i got back from my trip i called as soon as we landed to have them pick me up and when i got outside from the terminal to wait for the shuttle it was there waitting for me!!!!! the great thing is that you can make your reservation online and its cheaper and faster process for when you get there! my car was well taken car of and was waitting for me when i got there no hassle no bull no headaches.everything was in my car just the way i left it my portable GPS and I left some money in the car and it was all there!!!! I will use this place again and i have recommend to my fam and friends and they said the same!!!

I arrvied at about 5AM an was quickly processed at promptly seated for my trip to the airport. | (November 29, 2010) At arrival, processing was swift, I was at the airport at the correct terminal within 10 minutes of arrival at the parking lot. My only problem is that I had to travel through horrible New York traffic to get to Smart Park JFK. If it was off an interstate like I-95 or I-78, that would be so much better. I am going to try to find another parking lot next time that is may be 40 minutes away from JFK but has shuttle service to the airport to avoid all the horrible driving conditions in through NY City.
On the way back, the staff was not friendly at all. The girl working did not even say hi or thank you or have a nice day, she definitely needs more training in customer service. Overall, I was picked up on time within minutes after I called them and my car was ready to drive out, very prompt processing. Would recommend this to others who live near by, however, if you are driving here from out of state like I drove from WV to here, I would recommend finding another place to park because of the driving through the horrible NY traffic took me an extra 2 hours being stuck in traffic near the Holland Tunnel and in Brooklyn and Queens. Avoid driving through those areas at all costs and save yourself lots of headache. |

| (November 25, 2010) I was a little hesitant, but WOW, what a great experience. Just as an FYI, this lot is right next to the JFK long term parking for 1/3 of the price. We pulled into the lot and were greeted by a valet on one side to hand me a ticket. On the other side a bus pulled up and the driver instantly hopped out and help take the luggage from the car and put it on the bus. We were quickly taken to the terminal. Upon return, we called after retrieving our bags and within 5 minutes the bus was there to take us to our car which was parked right out front and waiting for us. Would definitely use Smart Park again. |

It took about 15 minutes to get back to the lot as they use routes to (apparently) avoid getting stuck on an expressway. The car was ready when we arrived. Access back to Belt Parkway westbound was reasonable. |

Pull in and there is a lot attendent there before I'm out of the car. 2 minutes later I'm in the shuttle van to the terminal. When I get back, I call for pick up and in less than 5 minutes I'm on my way back to the lot. We pull in, the car is in front of the office, running and all set to go. I put my bags in the car, go in to pay and 1 minute later I'm on my way home.
Very friendly staff and a very well orginized facility.
Let's put it this way. Even if this lot was the same price as JFK's Long term parking lot, I would still use them. The fact that they are more than 30% cheaper is just the icing on the cake. THANKS AGAIN. |

| Got to Tour the entire airport |
| (November 14, 2010) My initial review was very positive. Dropped off my car and was whisked away to my teminal in minutes. The return was another story. After a long flight home from California, I collected my bags then made the call to have the shuttle pick me up. The 3-5 minutes promised on the phone turned out to be 15 oor so, but still in good spirits. Once on the shuttle, we bounced from terminal to terminal picking up other people (approx. 6 people), which took another 25 - 30 minutes, followed by the 10 minute ride back to the lot. Once there, I was happy to see my car, but learned I had to go inside to make the payment on the card I already gave them - of course the line was 6 people deep at this point (another 10 minutes...) So, the entire trip from baggage claim until I got on the road was about an hour! Next time, I'll just park in the terminal lot, pay the extra money, and save a lot of time. |
