Friendly & Easy

(November 11, 2009) We drove in, someone directed us to a space and helped us to the shuttle. On the return, we called when we landed and the shuttle was outside by the time we got there.

Hard to find

(November 5, 2009) We were completely unfamiliar with San Diego. We had directions from Google, but, unfortunately, they weren't very good. We called to get directions, but they were also difficult to follow. It was not until we located a map that we were able to find Mission Brewery. Once there, they were courteous and efficient. The price had increased from $8 to $9 per day.

(October 27, 2009) I got lost in the early morning to the airport due to a road closed by Pacific Highway. I called your office and the gentleman directed and redirected me, sticking with me, as i got lost again but ultimately arrived at your parking lot. He also drove me to the airport. He was an awesome, terrific and genuinely nice guy even in his assistance with my baggage and dropping me off...even when I arrived, another nice gentleman picked me up and was helpful and cordial. He welcomed me back to San Diego and made conversation with me. Another nice gentleman who was at the exit booth made a lasting impression as well. All of your staff are absolutely gorgeous, gracious, and great.

parking spaces too small

(October 18, 2009) Spots were way too tight and we could not get our car out without backing into a fence and damaging our taillight. Definitely only appropriate for a very compact car. Shuttle service was timely, however the lot was quite some distance from the airport compared to other airport parking

2 day stay

Excellent Shuttle Service

(October 4, 2009) This was our first time using Mission Brewery. The shuttle service is excellent. We didn't have to wait a minute each way, as one was readily available. We were given the driver's phone numbers who answer right away. Everyone was personable. My only gripe is the place is underlit, which makes it hard to find at 5 am, when there is barely any light. It would be nice to have more lighting illuminating the entrance, like other parking garages. The place is sort of off the beaten track, which makes finding it challenging. Fortunately, we have gps. Other than that, will definitely use service again.

It seemed like it'd be great, but.....

(September 30, 2009) Our return was another matter. We called after we landed (no luggage to wait for) and still had a 15 minute wait for the shuttle. No problem, except our driver then went from Terminal 1 (us) to Terminal 2, back to Terminal 1 and back again to Terminal 2 before leaving the airport property, and there was someone else in the van before we got in! In all, I'd say we spent about 35-40 minutes waiting on or in the van. When I mentioned this to the gate agent, all I got was an "I'm sorry that happened to you" but no offer of a discount or anything like that. The parking was fine, and the trip to the airport was accomplished with little fuss. Our car was safe the whole time, and the price is the best I've found, but I think I'll pay a dollar more per day next time for a service that has multiple shuttles that come by more frequently.

Parking from 9/22 - 9/26

(September 29, 2009) Parking at Mission Brewery was a great experience for me, i am not a person who travels much and was a bit stresed about parking my car and what it would cost and the convenience of the whole thing. well the stress was a waste of time. the cost to park was wonderful and it was so easy for me to find the lot and the people there were so nice and got me to the airport bfore i new it. i was telling my husband about the experience. and we will be using Mission Brewery every time we need to leave out vehicle in the future.

More is better

Fantastic service

I had accidentally left on a car light, so when I returned from my trip, my battery was dead. Rosa took the time to come over, jump-start my car, and quickly get me on my way so I could get home. (August 25, 2009) Everyone of your staff was very upbeat, friendly and seemed to be in a very good mood and glad to be of help to each of us. It only took a few minutes for us to get picked up on our return flight back, the drop off on our departure was very efficient. I like that 'reserving' parking was available. I just wish it was just a touch cheeper, say a dollar less a day - and we would be using it much more frequently for our longer trips. Thanks, and my honest compliments to your staff. -brendan ..maybe a 'coupon' if we were to become "frequent-flyers/parkers" at your lot??

(August 13, 2009) Great location, right at the freeway exit. Did not even need to look for it, it was right there. Highly competitive rate. Accuracy of shuttle bus services. When there are so many other airport parking companies, location, accuracy and price are the keys to win customers over competitors. I am glad I chose Mission Brewery. If I could have the same rate, I would become your repeat customer.

Safe, secure near airport parking

(August 13, 2009) This parking facility was excellent by any standards, especially when it comes to availability of space, price, and safety. The only thing that deterred me from ranking it with 5 stars was the not-so-frequent shuttle runs. Had I not allowed 2 hours to get to the airport before my flight, my timeliness may have been jeopardized by my waiting over 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive.

Why park anywhere else?

(August 12, 2009) After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant to go with this parking garage. I live here in San Diego and the last thing I want after a long trip is to get stuck at the airport waiting for a ride. This did not happen with Mission Brewery. I have now parked with them twice. On both occasions, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the gate guards were helpful with sorting out my internet paperwork. Then, the shuttle driver was in back of my car before I unloaded my bags. Upon my return, someone answered my call by the second ring and the shuttle showed up within 5 minutes of my reaching the shuttle stop. I have gotten good traveling advice from the drivers and everyone on the staff always greets me with a smile. I have trips planned every month for the rest of the year and I will keep parking at Mission Brewery. And, using the online reservation has saved me a few dollars here and there that I can use on my trip.

Problems with Pickup from the Airport

(August 10, 2009) All went fine when we parked at the Mission Brewery upon leaving on our vacation. We were promptly taken over to the airport. Unfortunately this was not the case when we returned. It took 3 calls to their dispatch and approximately 1/2 hour before we were picked up. Apparently they were only operating 1 of their 3 pick up vans. I plan on using the larger lots in the future since they tend to employ more vehicles in their operations.

Mission Brewery Parking

(August 6, 2009) I was very satisfied with the parking arrangements that were provided. The price was very affordable and the shuttle to and from the airport were excellent. The only problem I encontered was finding the entrance to the parking facility but I was prepared for this. When ever a person is going some where for the first time should always give themselves enough time to find where they are going. If I have to drive and leave my car somewhere I will definitly use the facilites again.

(August 6, 2009) This is the second time that our family has used Mission Brewery Parking. The service was very prompt and efficient both times. We will use this service over and over again and recommend it to anyone looking for fast, convenient transporation to and from the airport. In addition, I don't believe anyone can match the low prices. The online website is very user friendly which is also a great plus!

(August 5, 2009) This was the second time I used Mission Brewery and I have had no problems with them whatsoever. The parking is relatively cheap, the drivers come and pick you up promptly on leaving and returning and they are always friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend using MB and will do so my next trip too!

Just what we needed!

(August 4, 2009) From start to finish this was a great experience... we called Mission Brewery when we were just a few minutes away. It was 4:30am and we wanted to be sure there would be a van ready for us since we had a very early flight. Our driver was cheerful and helpful, getting us to the airport in no time at all. He handed us a card so we would have a phone number when we returned. We called that number right after retrieving our luggage and the van was at the courtesy pickup area in no more than ten minutes. RIght after we got to our truck we discovered that we had a dead battery.... within just a few minutes the driver showed up at our vehicle ready to jumpstart our truck and get us on the road. The young lady who took our payment as we left was efficient and very professional... and yet she took the time to ask how our trip was, and make us feel like we were important customers. Definitely we will use Mission Brewery again, and we'll be sure to recommend this business to anyone we know who needs airport parking. Thanks so much!

Great Online Price!

(August 4, 2009) Cheapest parking I could find near the SD airport. My only complaint was our wait time for the shuttle when we returned. But later found out that the traffic was unusual due to a light being out. Aside from that, no complaints. Would use this parking area again.

Easy Parking at Mission Brewery

(August 2, 2009) This wa my first tome using Mission Brewery. I treavel for business and typically use a lot down the street. This was a personal vacation and I found a discounted rate so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous that there would not be a shuttle waiting when I arrived at the lot because it was very early in the mroning. Not only was it there, but the driver was great. Yhe same thing happened at the return. It could not haver been easier. I will be using them for all my travel. Excellent service.

first time parking

(July 30, 2009) I have never parked at the airport in San Diego. The brewery was a great place. Good price and good shuttle service. The lot was further away than other spots but the shuttle service made it seem like it was right next to the airport. If you are looking for a place to park don't worry about parking at the Brewery because your car will be safe.

(July 26, 2009) I was very pleased with the service I received. The check-in was easy and a van was waiting for me. I arrived at the airport within 15 minutes of parking my car. When I returned, I called the van from the airplane and it was waiting for me when I came out to the street. Wow! Considering that this was the lowest price (using the internet coupon), I felt that I received excellent service. I will use them again!

Helpful and Convenient

(July 26, 2009) During my recent trip back East to visit family I parked my car at Mission Brewery. My flight was early-morning so it was still dark when I arrived, and I got very lost trying to park. I called the parking attendant on my cell and he patiently and efficiently guided me back to Mission Brewery and got me to the airport on time. For $8 a day, it can't be beat.

Mission Brewery Review

(July 23, 2009) This was my first time doing long term parking and was quite satisfied with the whole experience. The area was well lit and looked to be safe and secure. Employees were helpful. The only issue that i had was the 15 minute wait to take me to and from the airport.

Found it easily, pulled straight into a spot and courtesy shuttle was right there waiting to take us to the airport even at 5 am. On return the courtesy shuttle was waiting for us as we exited the airport. Cost was $25 less than the usual parking garage I use so was definitely a bargain.

Good Price (w Reservation), Good Enough Service

(July 22, 2009) Good price if you reserve on line. Confusing directions of where to park and how to get the shuttle to and from the airport. This should be better next time. You are supposed to park outside for the airport parking but the attendant was nice and let stay inside where I had already parked. There was a pile (no exaggeration) of bird excrement on the hood of my car when I returned even though my car was inside the garage. Make sure you bring the sheet printed out from the website with your rate. All in all I'll use them again because the service was reasonable and the price was the best.

Customer Service Excellence

(July 22, 2009) My experience was excellent and so was the service. I made my online reservation and received a great parking rate. The shuttle van arrived quickly to take me to the airport and also when I called to be picked up upon my return the response time was fast. Both of the van drivers were helpful and friendly. The attendants at the booth were pleasant. The location is great because you're back on the 5 Freeway in 2 to 3 minutes. I was parked in the lot for eleven days and my cars was as I left it.

The shuttle drivers were clear in their instructions on where to meet the shuttle for pickup, helped with loading and unloading of luggage on and off the shuttle, and timely. When there was a delay the reason was stated and understandable and caused by customers, not by the parking lot staff. I highly recommend using this lot.

TIGHT SQUEEZE

(July 17, 2009) WHILE YOUR RATES ARE COMPETITIVE FOR THE SAN DIEGO AREA (ALTHOUGH ALMOST TWICE AS EXPENSIVE AS PARKING AT A LOT NEAR BRADLEY AIRPORT IN CONNECTICUT), YOUR PARKING SPACES ARE SO NARROW THAT THE POTENTIAL FOR HAVING YOUR CAR DOORS "DINGED" IS EXTREMELY HIGH. I WOULD RATHER PAY A DOLLAR OR TWO MORE A NIGHT AT A LOT THAT OFFERS WIDER SPACES THAN HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HAVING TO HAVE MY CAR DOOR REPAIRED FOR $50 - $200 (DEPENDING HOW BIG A DENT MY CAR SUFFERED).

It was nice but

(July 15, 2009) It was a little disorganized. We reserved online prior to being there. Once we got there we handed our paperwork to the attendant who still asked us all the questions that was printed on the paperwork and filled out stuff on his end. He handed us a parking card and sent us on our way. We spent a little more time than expected sitting next to the attendant booth. (In and out at other parking lots). The shuttle van was quick and the driver was very nice. When we returned the call to p/u by shuttle was quick. When we tried to leave the lady asked for $27. Our balance was supposed to be only 20.40 because I already paid $3 and some change and we got a discount for online booking. Now I handed this paperwork to them the day we got there, good thing I got it back or didn't toss it. I had to pull out all my luggage and find that piece of paper. I would have preferred to pay the whole balance online so we could just show our ticket and leave. All and all I would park there again but I hope it's more organized by that time. Easy in- easy out :)

Outstanding Service

(July 14, 2009) Mission Brewery Parking did an absolutely outstanding job. They were quick to get us to the airport and quick to pick us up from the airport. We were extremely comfortable with their facility and had a great price. Highly recommended.

Suggestion to get you to 5 stars

(July 13, 2009) I make a reservation almost every other weekend at Mission Brewery, I would like it if you would consider (by using orange cones) saving spots for your customers that make reservations. It would nice just to drive to any area that is marked reserved without all the hassle of hunting for spots when you get there. If you have 5 reservations, cone off 5 spots, have the driver with the reservation take one of the spots when he/she enters the lot and keep the cone in the van for the next vacancy. This is being done at the parking lot that I use in San Franciso and I am a repeat customer there and tell all my friends to park there. Costs would be minimal and customer satisfaction would go higher for this change. Joe Joe

Easy Parking

(July 10, 2009) Like clockwork! Since I was traveling with three kids under age 7 I needed this parking to work well. I parked my car and the driver helped me with my luggage and we were off to the airport within minutes. When I returned, I retrieved my baggage called the number and walked across the street and again within minutes the driver was there. I will park there again. The only worry I had was small parking spaces, luckily no door dings.

Couldn't have gone more smoothly

(July 9, 2009) Setting up my reservation online was a breeze. I drove past the lot the first time because I didn't know what I was looking for. Really, I don't know how I missed it. When I pulled into the lot, it was nearly full but I easily found a spot. My only complaint is that the other patrons park their cars haphazardly and a few of the aisles were a little tight. The van picked me up right at my car as I was grabbing my bags. We picked up a few other patrons and headed to the airport. The whole process took less than half an hour. When I landed, I called from the baggage claim. They picked up on the second ring. There were two vans on the way. If I missed the first, the second would swing around in about 10 minutes. I made the first van. The driver was looking out for me. Back at the lot, I was dropped off right at my vehicle. The gate guards and van drivers were all extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using this lot again. Thanks for a stress-free experience when I had other things to worry about!

(July 7, 2009) I liked the idea of a reservation and the fact that I saved by reserving ahead of time. The pick up and delivery was VERY timely. The only dislike I had was parking ourdoors vice indoors. Otherwise, the whole thing was pretty neat and reasonable.

The sites were tight---and when we tried to exit a lane we realized--TOO LATE--that a big pickup truck was sticking out too far. We had to reverse quite a distance and brushed against the fence twice. NOT NICE! I would suggest designated sites for extra long/large vehicles.

Great In and Out

(July 1, 2009) Mission Brewery was easy to reach, easy to park. The shuttle was there before I had the back of my car open I and was promptly transported to the airport. On my return, I called for pick-up and found that the shuttle was already on it's way. I, however, was standing in the wrong place for pick-up and I'm sure that by the time I was in the right spot the nice lady shuttle driver had been around the airport a couple of times looking for me. I will be using Mission Brewery whenever I fly out of San Diego.

AIRPORT PARKING

(July 1, 2009) I WAS A VERY PLEASED USING MISSION BREWERY AIRPORT PARKING. THE SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS RAPID GETTING TO THE AIRPORT AND PICKING ME UP UPON MY RETURN. I WILL MOST LIKELY USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. THE ONLY DOWN FALL IS THE TIGHT PARKING AREA.

One of your workers, Rafael, was very courteous, professional and cheerful. On the way back you made it easy for pick-up and before I knew it, I was on my way back home, after being dropped off by my car. Thank you.
