My flight landed at 130AM so I called the hotline to request a shuttle come pick me up, they were there before I walked outside! I was very pleased with the professional and friendly manner of the on site staff and the drivers.
I would 100% recommend this to everyone and I will definitely go there next time I need to park my car at the airport. |

| (October 23, 2011) Only problem was when I called for the shuttle bus, not being familiar with Houston Intercontinental I specifically asked where I should wait and was not directed to the shuttle bus side of baggage claim. I waited with my mother on the wrong side of the building for the shuttle for over 20 minutes before calling again and discussing where we were standing. Only after asking two more times on the phone of the person I was speaking with did it become clear we needed to move to the other side of the building. This was not an easy task for someone traveling with a cane and luggage. |

| (September 28, 2011) Our stay at this parking lot was very easy, we made reservations online, pulled right in to a covered parking spot and was picked up right behind our car. We were given a slip of paper with our parking spot number on it so we didn't have to worry about remembering where we parked while having fun on our vacation. Upon our return, they picked us up from the airport and dropped us back at our car and the check out was a breeze, they even gave us cold little bottles of water when we left. | (September 27, 2011) Parking at this facility we encountered no problems at all. Everything went smoothly. The shuttle was at our car as we were parking and the driver assisted with our baggage. When we returned, again the shuttle was waiting and the driver assisted with our luggage both boarding the shuttle and when we got to our car. I had already reserved my covered parking spot via the internet and upon returning, we found our car safe and sound and somewhat cool since it was parked in the shaded area. We've used this facility twice before this visit and we will definitely use this facility again. |

| (September 12, 2011) The price was right and they got us to the airport with no issues. They do offer covered parking which I did not use. You can reserve a spot online which is recommended if you want to use them as otherwise they may be full.
They advertise 4-6 minutes between vans at the airport during normal hours but I had to wait about 15 minutes. To make that worse they were almost back to the parking lot when they turned around and went back to airport to make another pickup. This made me think they don't have enough vans running. |

I LOVE the ease of making your reservation online. When you get to the lot, the lady at the booth was so courteous and sent me off to the covered parking section. No sooner did I pull in my space, then the van came around to pick me up. The driver came over to my car to get my bags and was such a great help!
The ride back to the car was great as well. The driver put my bags into the back of my car. A BIG help to me, since I have back problems.
Going the extra mile for customers is why businesses get repeat business and I will recommend and use this place again.

| (August 24, 2011) Upon arriving we were given specific directions on where to park and as soon as we pulled into the covered parking area, the shuttle followed us to our car. The driver was out of the car to load our luggage and we were on our way to the terminal all within about 10 minutes. The only issue we had was when we came back from our trip, we had difficulty identifying the shuttle as it was not marked, but found out that it was a brand new shuttle. Overall, great experience and good price for covered parking. Will use them again for parking. |

Once I arrived I was given my row to park and within seconds the shuttle was available for pickup. I arrived at my air terminal within 15 minutes. I had the same experience when returning home. I arrived after midnight, call for service and once I received my luggage and walk outside the terminal the shuttle was available. The driver was also helpful with lifting my luggage on and off the shuttle. PreFlight help make my vacation a dream no worries regarding my car, I felt safe with leaving my car. |

Unfortunately, I had a coupon and had it stapled it to your printed email, so when I got back I had a minor problem since #1 I didn't have the coupon and #2 I couldn't proved that when I made the reservation I had been billed one day or whatever it was. Fortunately the email sent by you was still on my phone, and I showed it to the guy and was prompty out of there, but without the discount. Great, courteous and prompt bus drivers. Immediately on my tail when I pulled in, and waited less that 6 minutes upon my return outside of baggage for a ride back. Both drivers were very helpful, courteous and attentive. I need one of your frequent fly cards they can punch. As I am out of Hobby a lot as well.

| (July 1, 2011) This was the first time we used airport parking. The start was a little rough. The lady at the entrance was not very patient with us. But after passing the gate everything went smooth.
We were picked-up at the car and also when returning the bus brought us back to our car.
We would definitely do it again.
The prices are competitive with a cab for us up till 2 weeks vacation. Longer parking is not economical. |

| (June 13, 2011) Well, all was good except we had misplaced our ticket. Our plane was late so after coming in at 12:00 am, tired, we handed him our email confirmation with our reservation scan on it, he still wanted the ticket that we did not have.
He made us search all over to try to find it but of course we did not have it. I felt that printed email confirmation would've been enough. After help from a co worker, he finally looked it up on computer and allowed us to pay and leave.
I'm sure we weren't the first that has ever misplaced a ticket, but made us feel like we were, she offered us a bottle of water and finally went on our way. |

| (June 7, 2011) ok but the online covered parking booking did not come up on your printout at the booth when i was leaving so there was a question as to what to charge me.
after quite a few minutes of searching without luck, the folks charged me correctly i think. 6.85? per day... plus my initial credit card charge of ???; i still have to check on that charge to see that it was processed correctly.
the place is easy to find if you have been there before however i missed it on the first pass as the large red sign is hidden due to the overgrown treeline preceding the lot; at 50mph and in traffic, i missed the lot on the first pass.
i had to loop around and still on the second pass almost missed the turn. the nice lady at the booth guided me into the parking facility as again the big red sign is now hidden somewhat by surrounding trees and hard to find when your traveling 50mph with traffic.
the parking fee is much better than 17.50 per day!! and still very close to the airport.
the shuttle was quick (i was the only passenger.) the very polite driver guided me to my parking spot and patiently waited for me to gather things and reminded me to check if i had my cell phone (very nice) he did not waste any time getting to the drop off.
i was stressed out, the employees helped/guided me into the lot over the phone... and my stress level went down. basically the people/team were/are great with a nice attitude and i would suggest the facility to anyone in the future. |

| (June 7, 2011) I think my driver was almost asleep when he forgot to drop me off. Granted it was 4 am and it was the end of his shift. I booked and prepaid online early but when I checked out they still charged me the whole thing. I was told they couldn't fix it because their credit card machine was down. I had to fax everything in and I'm still waiting for my credit. On the plus side, I didn't have to wait to get on a shuttle when my flight arrived. All in all, I will probably park there again but will check my receipt and be more vocal if it's that early in the morning. It was a good deal. |

| (May 2, 2011) Will ALWAYS use this place in the future. Parking at IAH can be expensive ($17/day) this place was less than 1/3 of that cost. When we got there we were told where to park and as soon as we pulled into our spot the shuttle pulled up behind our car, ready to take us to the airport. Can't beat that. When we landed we walked right out the door to the shuttles, spotted the PreFlight Shuttle got on and he left within 2 minutes of us walkng out the doors. From baggage claim back to our car took about 5-7 min. Irvin was our driver on the way back and he was great and super nice. I promised him that I would definitely write a review about him, he couldn't have made our return experience any better. |

| Return Pick Up Late |
| (April 16, 2011) Upon return from an international flight to terminal C and collection of my bags I went to the area where the van always comes to pick up customers and return them to the parking lot. I waited for more than 25 minutes for the van to come. This is unusual as I park and ride with PreFlight at least once a month. The driver apologized and was helpful but seemed focused on talking and "funny stuff" rather than business and effective service. Unusual indeed for this company. I will continue to use the service until proven this to be an unusual event.

| (April 14, 2011) The staff at the check-in booth and the drivers who delivered and picked us up, were extraordinary in their courtesy, helpfulness (we had large suitcases) and efficiency. The car was safe during the stay of over a month -- my major concern. The lot itself was not paved and did not provide cover protection from the sun. Outside of that, everything went well. |

| (April 10, 2011) Took very very long time to be picked up by PreFlight shuttle at arrival terminals. These happened almost all the times. It took so long sometimes we have to call to get a shutle to come by. |
