My experience!

(November 18, 2009) I loved parking with PreFlight, they arrived at my car and got me to the airport in a matter of minutes. When I returned from my trip, they were right there waiting for me at the airport. Not to mention their staff were very friendly! Next time I travel I will be parking with PreFlight! I cant wait!

Great Service

(November 18, 2009) We went right to the spot they told us and the bus met us there. The driver hopped off the bus and grabbed our bags and went right to the airport. Coming back we only waited about 5 minutes for a bus to come and once again the driver helped us with the bags. Excellent Experience.

Everything worked!

My Parking Experience

Fantastic and Efficient!

(November 16, 2009) This was the first time I had ever parked at the aiport. I usually do Supershuttle or something like that, but this was way cheaper, and I could move on my own time. I was even running a little late and was worried about how long it would take to get to the AP from the parking lot, but the shuttle basically followed me to my parking spot and was waiting for me, so I didn't have to wait for the shuttle for even a second. They were very efficient, and the lady working the booth was super sweet! I will def. do this from now on.

Excellent Service

(November 10, 2009) This was my first time at PreFlight parking. The service was speedy and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only regret is that I did not make my reservation directly with Preflight. The attendant gave me the information I needed to do this correctly next time.

5 day trip away from home

(November 6, 2009) I have used Pre-Flight Airport parking twice now. Both times I used the uncovered parking and booked my reservation online ahead of time to get a discount. I had good experiences both times. The drivers of the vans have been very friendly and helpful with my luggage. However, this second time the ride back from the airport to Pre-Flight was rather bumpy. Also, a van came through the parking area but did not stop so I called the number on my ticket and someone else was there within a couple of minutes to pick me up. The ticket does say you should call and let them know you arrive to tell them you need to be picked up but I did not realize that, obviously.

Best offsite parking experience

(November 6, 2009) I don't live in Houston area, but had to fly out of IAH recently. I reserved a covered spot at PreFlight online. Spot was waiting for us as we arrived. As we drove around the lot to park, the shuttle bus was following us to take us to the terminal. Upon our return, we only had to wait less than 5 minutes at the terminal for another shuttle bus to take us to pick up our car. No fuss, no muss, no problems with PreFlight!

Late Pick-up Shuttle

(November 5, 2009) Overall, no complaints besides waiting over 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from Terminal E after calling the number. The regular shuttle for the other terminals runs many times within that frame! And this was at 10pm--it wasn't busy at all. Everything else about the experience was fine.

Preflight experience

(November 4, 2009) It was my first experience , Service is good, But only problem is after 12 , u need to wait for atleast 15mins to pick u up from airport to Preflight place. If they have more pick up bus it will be helpfull . Thanks PReflight.

4 Day Stay

(November 4, 2009) THe gentleman that delivered me to the airport was very friendly and nice, but the guy who picked me up was loud, talked sports with 2 other Preflight employees that sat in the back of the bus. He offered no greeting, didn't help me wiht my luggage and spent about a minute just parked and yelled about basketball players with the gentlemen in the back of the bus, paying no attention to actually driving the bus back to parking lot...I was tired and just wanted to get to my car after taking two planes to get home. These 3 men talked so loud that I actually had to cover my ears...it was very bad customer service. And then when we finally got to the parking lot, no one even looked at me or offered to help me with my luggage. So I think I'll be looking into staying at a parking center with better customer service.

(November 4, 2009) This was my second time using this parking service and I must say it was just as great as the first time. The drivers are friendly and very helpful. I also love the parking area for your car. You feel very relaxed about leaving your car at this location and I tended not to worry about any theft. I will continue to use them for all of my airport parking needs.

Excellent Service

(October 30, 2009) I have never used a shuttle service at the airport and I have to say that for my first time, I was more than pleased. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had questions about specifics and the staff proved knowledgable as well. Upon my return, I waited only a few minutes (as promised) and was picked up at the terminal, dropped off at my car, and was greeted with smiles and a helping hand. I have to say that I would definately use PreFlight Airport Parking for my future flights. Thank you

(October 27, 2009) Tues 10/27 @ 10:30am -- First time parking here (actually first time using long-term parking at IAH). Chose PreFlight due to the good reviews. My car is still there, and I'm hoping that getting the car will be as easy and convenient as dropping it off was. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the gate who directed me to the proper covered parking row, giving me easy to understand directions how to get back to that area. As I made my way to my spot, I could see a shuttle following me there, and sure enough, they were right there as I exited the vehicle to pick me up. Very Nice! We picked up one more customer, and whoosh, we were on our way to the airport (2mins, tops). The people were very friendly and helpful, the location and the shuttle looked well kept and professional, and the covered prices seemed reasonable. If pickup goes just as well as drop-off did, I'll park here each and every time!

Pre check flight

(October 27, 2009) The convenience of parking at Pre check Flight is great. I book my reservations on line and receive my credit for the deposit on check out. The parking attendants in the shuttle are usually very pleasant and helpful; however, we did have an incident when the shuttle driver did not assist us with our bags on or off the shuttle. My husband has MS and I have a bad back and this made this particular ride to the airport very difficult for me, as I had to lift all the bags to and from the shuttle. Some of your shuttle drivers are woman who are not quite fit enough or up to the challenge of assisting customers on and off the shuttle with their baggage.

Horrible service

(October 22, 2009) I've recently moved to Houston and have had great experience with everyone I've encountered, except for PreFlight's employee(s). Despite their printed 4-6 minute shuttle time, I was waiting at the Terminal C pickup area for over 30 minutes after a week-long trip desiring to see my family. I saw dozens and dozens of their competitors' shuttles in the meantime. I finally called PreFlight and politely asked if the shuttle was running. The woman who answered was extremely rude. When I finally got my car, I asked the cashier if they only had one shuttle running. She was unbelievably rude (I believe it was the same woman). The shuttle drivers were courteous, however.

Exactly what they promised

(October 22, 2009) The buses arrived within a few minutes of my arrival on the lot as well as when I returned from the airport. My car was unharmed and everything was in order. Just be sure to have your reservation confirmation!

Courteous Staff and Friendly Service

(October 21, 2009) I enjoyed using Preflight Airport Parking IAH and had no problem in terms of my flight. The staff was very friendly and even chatted with us to inform us that some road block delays were because President Obama was leaving the airport to go back to DC. One woman who was probably the first on the bus was extremely frustrated for having to wait so long in an attempt to fill the bus, but they tried to be courteous and she was the first dropped off. I personally experienced great service and felt that my car was in a secure spot even if it wasn't one of the covered parking areas. Thank you for making my trip easy and hassle-free.

Beware advertised rates

(October 7, 2009) Watch out for this place. The discounts they claim on their coupons aren't the discounts you will get. My coupon showed an uncovered rate of $4.30 per day with an expiration date of 11/30/09. However, when I attempted to use the coupon in October, I was told the rates had gone up, and the coupon rate no longer was valid.

After Flight

(October 4, 2009) Pick-up from car parking facility was expedient. Pick-up at the terminal was a miserably long wait. I called immediately after claiming our luggage and 20 minutes later I had to call again, 15 minutes after the 2nd call the shuttle finally showed up. I made the reservation online and I'm pretty sure I didn't get the rate that was promised at check-out. Wasn't given a receipt and failed to ask for one so can't prove the price discrepancy.

Awesome Service!!

(September 30, 2009) Awesome service as soon as we got there, we were quickly directed to our parking spot and we hadn't taken our luggage out of the car yet when the bus was already parked behind us and driver was ready to help us with our bags. Same thing happened when we got back it was just a quick 5 minute wait when they were ready to take us back, and our vehicle was well taken care of. I would use them again no problem, thank you so much pre-flight for all the help and making my parking hassle free. No problems with the pre-payment/reservation online part.

Horrible Service

(September 30, 2009) I will never park here again. The woman who let us out of the parking area was unable to do simple math or answer a simple question. We were overcharged & rather than calling a manager, we were required to exit the lot then re-enter to speak to a manager. The manager apologized & called this woman to have us refunded the amount overcharged. When we tried to receive this refund & once again exit the lot, we again got grief & attitude. Upon voicing our frustration we were told to just exit ... while the gate was still down. We pointed out that she again was not able to pay attention & do her job. Finally the gate was lifted & we were able to leave after wasting an extra hour of our time. Never again!!!

A Mostly Pleasant Experience

(September 25, 2009) I had no issues finding it, and the drivers were very courteous both to and from the airport. The only complaint I have is when I was paying at the end. I could not find the email I had printed out after doing the online reservation, and couldn't remember if I had already paid or not. The lady looked put out that I could not find the email (found it later in my bag), and finally offered to look me up by my name after I got out of my truck while still in line to look for it. She looked at some list, and finally found my name. Turns out I had only put down a $5.00 deposit, so I paid and left. There was a car behind me the whole time too. It was my fault for not having the email confirmation handy, but she could have been a little friendlier, and offered to look me up on the list before getting out of my car. Overall, it was a good experience.

Exit signs

Wait

(September 17, 2009) The service was very good except that on our return we had to wait around 10 minutes for a shuttle from this parking lot to come. We saw shuttles from several other lots come and go several times before ours came. The attendants were all very courteous.

Ticket Machine

(September 16, 2009) Overall, I had a really good experience with PreFlight. However, the machine that takes the white ticket when entering the covered parking took my ticket and I did not get it back. When leaving, I was asked for my white ticket and I told the person that the machine didn't give it back. I was told that it DID give it back to me when in fact I completely remembered thinking how strange it was that it ticket went into the machine and did not stamp it and give it back to me, instead it sucked the ticket in and didn't give it back. The only ticket I received was the red one that the driver gave me. I did not like the fact that I was basically being told that I didn't know what I was talking about when in fact I did. Please have your machine checked out. I was told that it happens every day...someone not having their ticket, perhaps theirs is getting stuck also. Thank you! :)

(September 15, 2009) This was my first time to use PreFlight Parking. When you leave a vehicle for over a week you always wonder how it will fare. Everything went fine, attendants were very cordial and the price was GREAT! I would definately use PreFlight again.

Quick Service

(September 14, 2009) Made reservation online. Very pleased with shuttle service to and from airport. Hardly no wait time at all. Not pleased with the lack of knowledge of the cashier when leaving airport. Had to call Manager the next day to resolve the amount that I was overcharged as a result of making reservation online. Manager corrected. I would park there again.

Pleased with Service

(September 12, 2009) Overall we were very pleased with Preflight Parking and would use them again/recommend to a friend. My only complaint was that they didn't tell us we needed to keep our handwritten ticket that they gave us when we parked and got on the shuttle. We lost our ticket (had we known we needed to keep it we would have kept better track of it - the way it seemed was that it was just a reminder of where you parked) and had to go through an ordeal to get out of the lot.

Shuttle service

(September 10, 2009) The shuttle service was excellent going to the airport, but when I came back I had to wait a good 30 minutes for the shuttle to circle around.

This was awful

(September 10, 2009) First off, I was fairly disappointed to arrive and find that I had to park back behind the office, not in one of their real parking spaces, even with a reservation. Getting to the airport was fine. But coming back... Their piece of paper says a 4-6 minute wait. It was twenty, easily, if not more. Then it was another 20 minutes to cram more people onto a full shuttle. It took over 45 minutes to get from the airport door to the lot, and another 15 to my car, because there were so many people on the shuttle. Will gladly spend an extra buck or two a day to never park there again.

Nobody was awake

(September 10, 2009) After waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle and calling three times nobody told me the pickup spot wasn't where they dropped me off but rather downstairs in terminal B. Probably won't use you again as it would have been easy for the person answering the phone to ask me were I was after the second call.

(September 9, 2009) Pick up to airport was very quick. Drivers were helpful with bags. In comparing with other parking places, the pick up at airport on my return was a bit slower. Many competitors came by in the ten or so minute wait for the return drive to the lot.

On my arrival, I called for a pickup and arrival was prompt, driver once again was very nice. Upon return, I could not locate my parking ticket and I was given nothing but courtesy while searching for the ticket. Great Job!!

(September 1, 2009) It was easy to find the parking, it is close to 59 highway. I arrived a bit earlier than I planned but I was not charged for that. A shuttle came immediatelly and I was dropped at the terminal 10 minutes later.The driver helped me with my baggage and was very nice. When I was back, the shuttle was staying near the terminal so I did not even wait. Again, the driver helped me with the baggage.

(August 30, 2009) I made 2 calls to your office and had to wait 30 minutes for your shuttle to pick me up at Terminal A Sunday night. It didn't help that I watched multiple shuttles from your competition pull into this terminal while I waited.
