My only complaint is that the receipt I printed when I made the reservation said "About Airport Parking" and I was looking for that sign and had to make a couple of turns before getting to the right parking facility. | (August 18, 2010) I thogutht we had excellent service. I would have given 5 stars if the office received a copy of the reservation which gave a significant discount as an online booking. Had I not kept up with the printout for the 2 week trip into Alaska, I would not have received the discount. Even if I could turn it in at the time I parked and let them keep it on file, it would have been a little easier. Other than that, I appreciated the service, the covered parking, and the pricing. |

| (August 13, 2010) This was my first time to use PreFlight Parking, but my GPS took us right there. The rates, bus transportation, & facilities were as advertised. My only suggestion would be that a map be available to be marked with a felt-tip pin & given to new customers to show suggested entry/exit routes & the parking spot location (as done at motels). We received verbal directions to the assigned parking spot, but made a wrong turn along the way. Exiting was confusing, & it helps to know that you have to get pretty close to the exits or the lift-bar won't activate. We'll be back, & will navigate the facility better next time. |

| (August 12, 2010) This was the first time we drove to Houston and parked our vehicle at the PreFlight Parking. We usually take a connection flight, but coming from overseas with 2 kids is such a hassle and many times we've missed our connection flights. So we figured, let's try this.... And I must say, the service and facilities are fantastic! The two drivers who took and picked us up were very friendly, funny and helpful. It was way more than I'd expected. When we came back from vacation, the bus was already there. No wait and lost time. We were out of the airport and back in our car in no time. The price was a little high ($161.00 covered for 3 weeks) but a connection flight for 4 would have been more. I would recommend PreFlight Parking to anyone! AND I will be returning!! |

Pro:
the bus to and from the lot was quick.
Cons:
1)For the same price you can get covered parking elsewhere.
2)One cashier @ check-out. Computer went down. Cashier claimed she couldn't figure out the bill or open the gate=5 minute wait when I finally got to the front of the line.
REALLY need a second checkout person/computer.
I won't be using them again.

She was one of the freindliest and best customer service providers I have ever encountered!!!!! Not just to me but how she interacted with other customers as well. When leaving there was a back up due to "changing over" so she brought cold bottled water to the line of cars.
She had long dark hair and very jolly, polite and sweet!!!!! Wish I knew her name but maybe you can tell from who worked those days. She deserves a big kudo!!!! |

The location is near the air port and the price was about half of other parking areas (the spot to name one). we had no problems during the drop off or pick up by their drivers, who, by the way were very accomdating. | Another money saving parking experience |
| (August 10, 2010) This was my third time using PreFlight airport parking at IAH and it was pretty much like the first two times. I use covered parking to keep my car dry and out of direct sunlight. The facility is clean and spacious. Van pickup from my car to the terminal is timely. The only complaint I have is if you are not flying out of Continental terminal C, build in some extra van time because the driver will drop off those passengers first and then circle all the way back around the airport almost back to PreFlight parking in order to return to the other terminals. To avoid this they should go to terminals A and B first, but they don't since Continental is the hub with theoretically the most passengers on the van.
The other wild card is catching the van upon your arrival back to the parking lot. This time my wait was only a few minutes but last time I waited a good amount of time. But it is a small price to pay when you finally do get to your car and know you saved a lot of money versus parking in the terminal.
I will continue to use PreFlight until they give me reason not to, which means I could be a life-long customer. |

Price was reasonable; it is worth taking advantage of the discount through internet reservation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle picked us up at the parking slot within minutes of arriving. It was a no-hassle experience. We will use it again. |

| (August 2, 2010) This was the first time I've used a park and ride service and PreFlight was incredible. The employees were professional and courteous. The van was waiting for me before I arrived at my assigned parking spot. I parked and was at the terminal in less than 15 minutes.
Upon my return, I waited 5 minutes outside baggage return before the van arrived. The driver was friendly and helped me with my bags.
I wouldn't park anywhere else.

They dropped us off at the terminal in a timely fashion. When we arrived back home, the bus was already waiting at baggage claim so there was no wait to take us back to our car. | (July 28, 2010) We hand the cashier at the exit our slip and it takes her more than 10 minutes to give us a fee. It's 2:00pm and the temperature outside is 100 degrees and we are just sitting there inside the car that's been parked for a week in these extreme temperatures. Then it takes her another 5 minutes to collect the fee and open the exit gate. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Will never use you again! All the while 2 other cashiers are sitting there looking right at us while chatting to one another!!!!! |

| (July 24, 2010) I parked my car at PreFlight Airport Parking IAH from July 15 to July 20. Everything went really well and I was extremely satisfied with the services. I have nothing but praise for PreFlight Airport Parking IAH. The shuttle bus was there even before I finished parking my car, and it was already there waiting when my family and I got out of the terminal upon returning from our trip. The staff were prompt and courteous.
I made the mistake checking out through the machine when I was supposed to do it through the human cashier (because I had a prior reservation and a pre-paid deposit). The machine did not know about the special rate I got and the pre-paid deposit, and overcharged me by $17.50. I called the customer service to explain the situation and was told to fax my receipt and reservation details. I did and my Amex card was credited back immediately.
The only suggestion I would make is to make it clear on the reservation details that we should check out through the human cashier, and not the machine, if we have a reservation with a special rate and paid a deposit.
Overall, a great experience. |

| (July 18, 2010) We have parked at other parking lots at IAH and this was by far the best experience. To us the long trip home, after a relaxing and fun vacation, can be trying at best. We landed at Terminal E, went through immigration and customs like a breeze. I fully expected to have to wait outside in the heat for the shuttle. To our suprise the shuttle was there waiting. The driver happily assisted with our many bags and we were off to the lot. Very easy, very relaxing and not the exasperating experience of the dreaded last day of a perfect vacation.
Will definitely park here on all future trips. |

| Monday morn Disney Flight |
| (July 18, 2010) For a Monday am flight, I and my family were nicely suprised by the easy parking. Then within minutes a van was picking up our luggage and off we were to Disney. The covered parking was nice and a feeling of security when leaving my Jeep was excellent. The return was just as nice. We walked out of the airport and the van was pulling up! We were at our car and on our way home within 20-30 minutes. Both drivers were friendly and careful drivers. |
