| Amazing service!!! |
| (February 9, 2011) Wow...what great service...I arrived at the Thrifty location...someone personally drove me to the airport within minutes. When I returned to Louisville...went to the Thrifty counter a few feet from baggage claim...and they handed me my keys to my car which was parked just outside the door in their parking area. Very impressive and very convenient. I tried to toip my driver to the airport and he refused to take it. I would recommennd this company to anyone. |

| (January 18, 2011) Pulled up the the Thrifty building on crittenden drive and i wasn't sure if i was at the right place or not. I asked the gentleman at the counter: "is this where you leave the cars for the thrifty airport parking?" he said yes, this it it. he asked me where i was parked & i told him we were parked by the garage door on the left driveway at the front of the building. (The right driveway had a sign that read "Rental cars only" so we didn't pull in there. Either driveway seemed to be fine though- cause both doors lead to the same counter lol. He then got on a walkie talking and said "Theres a blue Honda by the garage door that needs shuttle to airport" then we hear "OK, be there in a min" from the walkie talkie. After about 2-3 mins of him taking information from me, he said go to your car and they will be there shortly. About a minute later an unmarked van pulled up and 3 guys got out. Initially i thought it was other guys that were dropping off their car too, lol - but it was the shuttle. It was unmarked, so i wasnt sure, but they said were taking you to the airport. One guy grabbed our luggage and loaded it into the van, one guy got into our car (well he was trying to, wife left the seat up and he was having trouble getting in, as we were leaving lol.) As we were leaving, i asked one of the 2 guys taking us in the shuttle (not sure why 2 men had to take us) where our car would be parked. He said - over there, as he was pointing to a lot back behind the Thrifty building - where there were several other cars and a fence, so i was a little less apprehensive about leaving my car with them.
Dropped off car on a Thursday around 3:30pm & Flight was due to arrive Sunday @ 3:05pm. Went to the Thrifty rent-a-car counter, presented the receipt that was presented to me when i checked the car in & the representive handed me my car keys and directed me to where my car was parked. (It was at the airport now- wasn't the whole time , i asked the shuttle driver as we left the Thrifty lot on crittenden drive & he said that it would be in a fenced lot behind the building on crittenden drive) It was nice not to have to wait for a return shuttle to take us back to crittenden drive (altho not far - but i was ready to go home lol) I'm not sure why my car was at the airport & not back in the other lot - for which we would of had to wait for the shuttle van to come get us. It may have been cause it was Sunday and the close @4pm and they were making sure - incase of our flight being delayed - that we would be able to get to it, if it was after 4pm. They gave us a phone Number to reach someone if we got in after 4pm and had trouble getting car then. We were in town @ 3:00ish so that wasn't a problem. I'm not sure what kinda of fiasco that would have entailed, but im sure it wouldnt be a problem at all. They seemed to have all bases covered.
The daily rate is $6.60/day but i had a coupon- which they gladly accepted. ($5.75/day - so it saved a few bucks)The page said reservations were required for coupon redemption - so i called the number as we were leaving out the door - and had no problems redeeming it.

Our total cost was $24.14 (3 days @ $5.75/day + various airport fees) - probably saved us $10 from parking in the airport surface lot or the airport garage.

| (January 6, 2011) Our experience was great. We were dropped at the front door of the airport. We were helped with our luggage. We were picked up in a timely manner and taken straight back to our vehicle. It was nice not to worry about our vehicle while we were gone. |

| (December 13, 2010) The service was very good. Just a little thing confused me that About Airport Parking qouted $6/per day, Thrifty charged $6.6/pay day. Thrifty said that About Airport Parking calculated wrong on taxes. If no such confused thing, I would have rated it 5 stars. |

| (December 1, 2010) Although originally harder to find than I had anticipated, once I did find it, it was very nice. People were friendly and it wasn't long after arriving that I was at the airport. When I returned it was easy and quick because the car had been moved to the airport lot and I could drive off quickly |

When we came back I assumed we would take a shuttle back to Thrifty where we dropped it off but instead our car was waiting right outside of the airport for us. This was a very pleasant surprise.

I had fast door-to-door service and definitely walked less than I would have if I had parked at the actual airport! I will definitely use Thrifty Airport Parking if I fly out of Louisville again! |

| Sunday check-in |
| (August 12, 2010) Checking my car in on Sunday was somewhat difficult and took much longer than expected. I waited 10 minutes before anyone even presented themselves to help me. The worker behind the counter did not know what he was doing and had to call someone else on the phone to get instructions. The driver was good, no problems there. Retrieving my car was no problem at all and went very smoothly and efficiently. |

We were driven to the airport with no hassles.
Since our flight didn't land until after the lot closed for the night, our vehicle was brought to the Thrifty lot at the airport.
We will probably use Thrifty on our next trip. |

| (June 30, 2010) the experience was a pleasant one. especially the pickup driver. he was friendly and i did not have to wait long.
the only thing i am disappointed about is that the service is only from 7 in the morning to a time in the evening that i do not remember. thus, clients that have flights that leave early or come in late are not able to use your service. leaving the clients to look else where, which you might lose that client. |

| Fast, friendly and very helpful |
| (June 8, 2010) We had a flight leaving at 8 am and returning at 10:10 pm. Thrifty said no problem even though their hours were 7 am to 11 pm. They promised to get me to the airport on time and told me not to worry about getting in late if my flight was delayed - "We're not gonna leave you stranded! So long as we know you're returning - we'll be waiting for you." Well - our flight WAS delayed and after nearly 13 hours of airports with 2 small children, we made it home after midnight. I went to the Thrifty car rental counter with dread - best case scenario was that I would have to wait for a ride to the off-site car lot, pick up my car, then return for my family. Worst case - we'd have to get a cab home. Instead? The friendly attendant just smiled and asked for my name - THEN HANDED ME MY KEY! And told me my car was outside in the car rental parking lot slot #411. That's it! We were done - and more than ready to get home. Thank you Thrifty! You've got a life-time customer in me! |

| Great staff - pay attention to office hours |
| (May 24, 2010) Very pleased, but take note: this website does not reflect Thrifty's actual office hours. I made a reservation for 4 pm on a Sunday and they CLOSE at 4 pm on Sundays. I happened to catch Gerry, the manager, just as he was locking up, but he still took care of me and made sure I got to the airport. He was very friendly and helpful.
I did take one star off because I had a terrible time reaching someone by phone to let them know my flight had been delayed and to confirm I would be able to pick up my car if I arrived after hours. I tried several numbers several times; I finally had to recruit my fiance to call while I was on my flight. He got through, thankfully, and I arrived just before closing time to get my car.
Overall, I'm happy with their service and will use them again when I fly out of Louisville. |

| (April 7, 2010) The parking was quick and convenient....just a short stay from the airport. I have two suggestions: 1. I was somewhat unclear as to where I should enter your facility to park. 2. I had to wait in line at the airport behind those that were renting cars. Both employees that I dealt with acted as if I should not have to have done that, but I saw no other option....other than being rude. Otherwise, no problems! Thanks. |

| (March 22, 2010) While we were pleased with the price and service, it would have been nice to know that we were not dealing with official airport parking. My husband dropped my family and I off at the airport with our luggage and then proceeded to try and find this parking area. He did not have good directions and had no idea he was going to a car rental service. Fortunately, he had the address and when he got there he went in and asked about it. So that part wasn't great but from then on we were pleased with the service. |
