All staff were courteous and efficient. Shuttle to airport was ready when we were. Wait time for return was brief. Car was in the condition we left it in.

| (May 2, 2013) Valet service was limited. When I arrived, all the valet did was point to a place where I could park. I then had to remove my bags myself. He functioned more as a traffic cop than a valet. Likewise on return, valet didn't assist with my bags.

| (January 14, 2013) I travel in and out of Newark Int. about every two months. Vista was the fifth lot I tried because I was terribly disatisfied with the previous lots. Vista is fast and efficient. The wait for a shuttle to and from the Airport is always less than five minutes. They move the car to the front of the lot when you return so you never have to walk around looking for it. Plus the security is great. The staff are always very friendly and more than helpful. |

He took the bags and we got in the van. After calling on our return we waited under 10 min. Once again the driver took our bags. He was less pleasant, but certainly competent. I would really like it if you didn't have to print out the on-line reservation. The clerk told me I couldn't just show the email (although I think it says you can on the website) She gave me the internet discount after looking at my iPad. We'll be back. |

The Shuttle bus arrived at the airport in less than 5 minutes and the airport was crowded due to delayed flights.

| (August 13, 2012) As my plane was very delayed at O'Hare and the luggage took forever to arrive on the carousel at Newark, it was at least 2:30 a.m. by the time I called for pick up. My only complaint with Vista was that it took a long time for someone to pick up the phone, but the driver did pick me up within 10-15 minutes. Both the driver and the desk clerk were very nice considering the early morning time. I was most grateful to finally get in my car that was waiting in front and drive home after a horrible trip back from the west coast. I would recommend and use Vista Parking again. (This was my 3rd time, and I have been pleased each time. Check in and out is very quick, and the shuttle to the airport has been waiting each time.) |

Its as if they had no system of knowing what I was supposed to be paying. To me if I show you the paperwork once you should update in your system and be able to expedite your customers.
Also had used another service previously and enjoyed being picked up in our own car, upon returning from vacation. That was a nice plus. Vista does not offer this service.
All in all good service.
