The van back to Vista was late and I had to wait for an unusually long time for it to arrive and when it finally did we were again delayed while the driver negotiated with a large group and then packed us together like sardines ... bottom line is when you have been traveling and finally get home you just want everything to go smoothly and be stress free ... no drama and no delays ... |

The location is right off the turnpike ramp, and upon arrival I am driven promptly and speedily to the airport terminal check in level. Pick up on my return is equally easy. Back at Vista, my car is always already waiting for me right at the parking lot entrance. All I have to do is pay and I'm on my way. |

Be sure to take your paper if you book online, because even though you already booked if you don't show them the paper they try to charge you full price. Would use again now that we know the ins and outs. |

I think we were fortunate enough to have had someone else that may have called from our arrival terminal just before us, so the van arrived just as we walked outside. My main complaint is that our car was totally covered with bird poop and a coating over entre car of some type of residue. Cars should not be parked under bird wires or trees. If they are then a car wash should be provided! |

| (November 11, 2009) I've used Avistar and Skypark many times. Vista is just as easy as Avistar and cheaper and much easier than Skypark. Just need to pay attention the first time you try to find Frontage Road. I missed a turn, and I called and they got me right back to Frontage Road 1-2-3! |

I live north of Newark Liberty which means a shorter trip than it would if I had to drive to a parking facility south of the airport. The price is quite competitive and there was no wait for the bus when I left and no wait when I returned. My car was sitting right by the office so I paid my balance and drove off.
I will certainly expect to use Vista the next time I travel. |

The shuttle drivers are courteous and good drivers, the desk people are personable, the price is great and the airport pickup on return is very timely. Never had a problem - and we've probably used them 20 - 30 times. sometimes the pickup location keeps changing, but that is due to airport regulations - just make sure you're clear with the dispatcher what level to wait on and know what terminal you're in! Good job! |

Our car was covered with bird poop - dried and very hard to get off. They gave a $10 refund, but the aggrevation and time that it took to get it off was not pleasant. We wonder how one time that was not an issue and this time it was. We are not sure we will use them again. |

| (November 3, 2009) We used vista parking for our wedding and honeymoon travel. We were very satisfied with them. The drop off and pick up were both very smooth. We called for our pick up directly out of luggage pick up and by the time we went up four flight in an elevator to the designated pick up location, the transportation van was already waiting. We had no safety issues with our car and felt comfortable with the facilities. I would recommend Vista Airport Parking. The only, very small comment is that unfortunately your car may sit under airplane traffic, therefore you might acquire some jet fuel on your window but nothing that some windex can not fix. |

The best is when we picked up our car there was a problem with the starter on our pickup, one perticular driver couldn't do enough to help us out. We did get it started with his help.

We had children maybe 7 and 8 years old sitting on laps. very cramped and he was throwing our luggage in the van. He was rude when he was questioned about the limit of people allowed to ride. People offered to stay behind and he said to get in and not worry.
Otherwise the experience was just wonderful. Booking online, cashier and driver in was wonderful. Thank you. |

Never had issues with car scratches or anything like that. They always seem to have a van ready when I get there, and generally are quick about picking me up when my plane arrives. Seems a bit more run down these days, but hasn't caused any problems. And the rate I can usually find online is always great. |

| (October 26, 2009) Pros: Cost was less than most. Staff was very friendly. Transportation to and from the airport was expedient. Drivers were friendly. Car was parked for me when dropped off and available at the booth when we returned.
Cons:I had difficulty locating the facility when driving from Connecticut. Pickup at the airport is at the departure drop-off doors - not at the arrival area next to the baggage claim area (at least for our arrival terminal). This is not a problem in itself except that we were not informed of this - the dispatcher only said to go as high as we could and to then go to door #5. He neglected to tell us that this was in at the departure drop-off area which would have averted a second phone call. When we were picking up our car I overheard the dispatcher on the phone with another person calling for a pick-up and he again neglected to tell the person that their pick-up location is at the departure level of the airport.
Overall: I would use them again. |

| (October 21, 2009) I am not impressed with Vista Airport Parking and will not be using this service again. When first arriving, it took 4 phone calls to get a hold of a desk worker to help me actually find the lot. I almost gave up and parked at the Hilton instead because the people there were much more friendly and helpful.
Then upon return, I called the service and the man on the phone was extremely rude with me. I did not have my number available immediately, so he told me to call again when I had it and hung up on me. Then after I called with my number, I waited an entire hour to be picked up by a van and brought to my car.
I have never dealt with more rude service at any other parking location I have used and found Vista Parking extremely frustrating and not at all worth the few dollars saved. |
