| (January 25, 2012) Driver was there very quickly after I called. I didn't realize how fast my luggage would arrive otherwise I would have called as soon as I got to the baggage claim. It would be nice if you could pick up on the lower level by the baggage claim. I was traveling with 2 large bags and my 2 young sons, so getting upstairs was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, service was great.

The car is always ready and waiting and I have not had any problems with vandalism of items left in the car. The chekout process is very quick and the price is very reasonable with one of the promotions. The shuttle bus usually arrvies within 10 minutes from the time I call. I usually call when disembarking from the plane to save on wait time. |

| (January 10, 2012) How else short of a limo could you have a van take you immediately to the terminal AND have your car waiting for you to get on the road when you return? They even run the heater when the weather is bad...
I use Vistas as parking there is a bargain since a roundtrip limo from home is $200 PLUS TIP. The drivers are polite, courteous, and helpful. |

| (January 6, 2012) The Shuttle was waiting for us at the lot, Check In was quick and easy. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Our return was just as easy.
The shuttle came to the airport within 10 mins as promised they driver was courteous and took care of our bags immediately.
I lost my "ticket" for my car during our vacation upon arrival to the lot the attendees without issue looked up my information and were able to locate my car.

| (January 2, 2012) I always park at Vista when I travel - I am quite comfortable with how it all works. The shuttle was waiting when we left the lot; when we returned from our trip we had to wait about 10 minutes (not bad). We then stopped at another terminal and waited about 5 minutes for the person who was supposed to be waiting. Not bad, but customers should be reminded to ony call for pick-up when they have their luggage and are ready to be picked up. Finally, when we got into our car we realized the seat had been adjusted - which is understandable depending on who drove it to its parking spot - but was kind of a pain since it had been set at the exactly right spot for our driver.

When we came back 10 days later, the van made it to our terminal 2 minutes after we got to pickup location. So our total wait time between pickup and dropoff combined was 2 minutes.

One note on peoples' theft complaints... just don't leave anything of obvious value in your car when either you OR a valet parks it. not when you park it for a week and not for an hour. |

Just remember to book online for the discounted rates and bring your receipt with you when you pick up your car. |

Had prereservations and payed amount of balance with no additional costs added.

My only suggestion is you have to upgrade your trucks. The back of the truck loading the bags was 'ugly" torn fabric or what ever .
May I suggest that when it snows that you clear a path for people to go to the hotel lobby. Many of us need to use their restrooms. (are we allowed to?)

The lot was well lit and secure. Upon our return, we called the Vista number and they directed us to the pickup location two floors up from baggage, door 5. The return shuttle arrived within 10 minutes and our car was waiting for us at the lot. Checkout was quick, courteous, and our discount rate of $9 a day was honored with no extra charge for our oversized vehicle. In the future, I will try and book all my flights from Newark just so I can use Vista! |

Two comments on the pick up:
1. The van was at a different level to what we thought - it was not clear and another van did not want to take us to the car because we were not "on his list." So we charged around looking for the right gate with an 86 year old in tow.
2. Despite on-line sign up, at payment time, we were asked for our paperwork to show that e were eligible for special rate - they must have had this in the system. It is 6MA, you have just come off a night flight, should not have to dig around for such paper work. Had paper work not been found, cost difference would have been at least $50. |
