| (August 23, 2010) We tried Vista for our first time using long term parking. They were very easy to find off of Route 78 and took us immediately to our terminal for departure flight. The return trip didn't go as smoothly though. When we had collected our bags, we called for the van. One came within 10 minutes, but didn't have room for our party of 4. Unfortunately it was another 35 minutes before another van came to pick us up. The people were nice and it was convenient, but waiting 45 minutes for pick up after travelling all day was a bit frustrating. |

| (August 22, 2010) Getting to the airport was fine, but when we arrived back at the airport we did not know we needed to call them to tell them we had arrived. I called multiple times and got no answer then finally when someone picked up they were very nasty to me because I didn't have my ticket number that they gave to me. No one told us that we had to call them or keep the ticket number or go to the top floor of newark to get picked up. They need better customer service, but it was cheap so I guess in this case you get what you pay for. |

| (August 22, 2010) Everything was as advertised, easy to get to directions, quick check-in we were at the airport in no time. Upon our return however we were told to wait by the wrong door by the dispatcher when we called to get pickrd up, I saw the van pass us and I tried to flag him down but to no avail. After he zoomed passed us a 2nd time I called them again and was told to wait by a different door apparently the confusion is that Continental has several terminals it uses and the pickup door is different depending on the terminal. After they got that straight everything went well, even with that delay it was less time than using long term parking at the airport. Thanks |

| (August 19, 2010) Proximity to airport is good and $10/day price is great. Our drop off was flawless and we got a quick ride over to the airport. Upon return, however, we waited with several other people at the terminal for a pick up. We saw a Vista van and it stopped in front of us, we all moved our luggage into the street near the back door and then the driver just took off. We tried calling and couldn't get through to the office, but then another van came by about two minutes later. Very frustrating though. And the van that did finally pick us up had no air conditioing and was super hot and uncomfortable.

I wasn't sure how it would be since I've used a couple of other off site parking locations and they either don't give you the right cost information, the shuttle service is poor, or the location is not clean. I guess my only advise would be on the final bill to detail out each day's cost so the customer understands the tax involved so they don't get confused on the $10 a day deal.

| (August 12, 2010) When we arrived at Vista Parking, the attendant was ready to take our luggage and get us to our terminal. This was all done in about 15 minutes. When we arrived at the termial, we realized we had forgotten a very important bag in the car. In less than 10 minutes, the attendant returned to the terminal with our missing piece of luggage in plenty of time to get to out flight.
Upon returning from our vacation, a Vista attendant was there to pick us up in about 10 minutes time and return us to Vista Parking where our car was already waiting for us.
Payment was fast and easy (I did it online before my trip) and in no time we were on our way home,
I have used Vista before and highly recommend it to anyone who needs parking facilities during their vacation.
