| (December 15, 2011) Left my car here for about 4 days and I liked the fact it was self-parking. you share the same parking spaces with people who actually stay there. The space is shared with the Sheraton.
Don't trust some of those Valet services with your car. Although not as cheap, at least you know your car is alright here. didn't notice any dings or scratches on the car so can't complain. Signed in about 10 minutes. I called for the shuttle when I was in Federal Circle and it came within 10 minutes. Went to my car and left. Pretty simple. |

| Very Convenient |
| (November 23, 2011) This is the first time I used "Airport Parking." I was a little hesitant at first, not parking in the long term parking lot for the first time, but I will say this was a very easy way to park. Once at the hotel you pay you fee, park in the gated lot, and get on the next shuttle. They run every 30 min. You are dropped off at your terminal within minutes. The only confusion I had was getting the shuttle back. It turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part, but basically after you arrive, you get on the airtrain across the street from the terminal and take it to Federal Circle. The shuttles are waiting at Federal Circle and take you back to the hotel from there. My car was found just the way I left it. It sounds a little like a nuisance but it really is very simple. I am definitely going to use this service from now on. |

| (October 1, 2011) (1) Shuttle and Driver: Very good - prompt and helpful.
(2) Security: Questionnable. Gates were open on return to pick up auto.
(3) Desk at Hilton Garden Inn: Attempted to not give credit for the deposit that I had prepayed by credit card. After I had pointed out the clerk's error, he tried to pass it off as "they (About Parking) don't calculate the taxes correctly." It took a second "discussion" before he redid the billing and credit card charge. |

| (July 12, 2011) My most recent stay at your hotel was excellent. The hotel was located right next to the airport and the shuttle was quick to the check in for our flight. I would strongly suggest using this option during travel out of JFK to be fresh for your flight out of the States! Parking was quick and easy out upon return to your home. Thank you everyone! |

| (June 23, 2011) This was a great place to park. Entrance to parking is gated and secure, as is the entire parking area. Shuttle runs frequently and the staff was very helpful. Much easier and cheaper than parking at the airport. Took us about 5 minutes from the hotel to the terminal. |

| (June 16, 2011) The process is well structured but there needs to be better training. I was running late and every second counted. The fellow checking me in was having trouble with the computer program and had to call someone more knowledgeable to help him two or three times. I also heard him complaining about the computer and how whatever he had to do was stupid.
I missed my flight and while I don't blame this person, I would have felt much better had the process gone more quickly and smoothly. |

All the above the parking had lot of space and you can park any where in it's premises along with hotel guests there is no separate long term parking.
Even though bit expensive I suggest this parking and definitely i recommend this facility. |

| (January 9, 2011) We were departing on our flight on December 30th, just a few days after the "blizzard", when I found out that our reserved parking space at another lot might not (probably not) be honored because they were still digging out. I switched reservations to the Hilton when I was assured (direct call to them) that they were up and running.
The whole process went smoothly, although you do have to allow sufficient time to be shuttled from the hotel to the terminal. The shuttle runs just once every 30 minutes, so you should allow 45 to 60 minutes - ~10 minutes to get parked, 30 minutes waiting (if you miss the shuttle) and 15 minutes of actual travel (particularly if there are other travelers and you are going to terminal 8).
Notes:
1) Stop at the entrance to the hotel to "check in" and pre-pay your parking at the front desk. Unload your bags here and go park.
2) When you return you take the (free) AirTrain to Federal Circle where the (once-per-half-hour) shuttle will pick you up. Back at the hotel you just get in your car and drive away since you pre-paid.
3) The shuttle might be marked Hilton or Sheraton.

Shuttle driver was very nice, he waited for us while I was parking the car to drop me to the airport gates. I will definitely use this Hotel for parking and possibly staying in the hotel in the future.

| (October 26, 2010) The parking at the Hilton Garden Inn was convenient and easy to find. For seven days, it was least expensive than parking at JFK.
Upon arriving, the employees were very friendly and helpful. I arrived a half hour than my allotted time to be at the airport which was three hours before my flight time for international. The shuttle service was quick. Upon my return, I had taken a cab from JFK, since my arrival was after 12 midnight. My car was fine. I would recommend using this long term parking. |

| (June 9, 2010) I missed my flight by 10 minutes because the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. I parked my vehicle and waited 20 minutes for the shuttle. Although the driver and shuttle was at the hotel, he did not want to leave but rather wait until the scheduled time. As a courtesy and to improve service, if passengers are waiting exceptions should be made to leave rather than wait for the next schedule.
Need improvement with signage to the parking lot. I missed the entrance three times going around in circle as there are no signs.
Pricing was over the top for an off site parking. Had it not been an international flight I would have flown out of Islip and park for "free" as an Islip resident. I may choose a door- to door airport shuttle as the price is comparable and I would make my flight.Thanks anyway for your accomodation.

| (April 18, 2010) This is the second time I have used About Airport Parking and the Hilton Garden Inn and in both cases the experience was excellent. Everything worked as advertised, the staff was efficient, helpful and friendly (even in the very early morning hours), the shuttle service prompt and the drop off right at the terminal. Pick-up at Federal Circle also worked perfectly, one can use either the Hilton or Sheraton shuttle (the two facitilites are adjacent)which minimizes the wait. Will do it again on April 30!
One note of caution: The Hilton is NOT where the map shows it, it is off South Conduit. Being on the wrong side of the Belt Parkway can easily add fifteen minutes of circling around to get there! |

I got a nice guarded spot that is part of the hotel parking, for 15 US$ a day. we then took a 10 minute shuffle bus to the departure terminal, again with excellent and friendly service. when we got back 5 days later I found my car in perfect condition and again a very friendly staff who helped us out. It only ook us a few minutes before we were on the road. I will definitely use this facility again, at last when traveling with family for shorter periods, more economic for us than to hire a cab all the way from Westchester and back. |

When you return, the process of getting to your car is easy if you proceed from your arrival terminal to the Airtrain station and take Airtrain to Federal Circle. All the local hotels with shuttle service including the Hilton Garden Inn make a regular stop here for pickups to the hotels. When I got there, I had just missed the Hilton shuttle but another one arrived in another 10 min. so the wait was modest. |

Once at the hotel I was told the shuttle runs from the hotel to the terminal every half hour. And it took at least 15 minutes to arrive at JFK. Likewise, it took at least a half hour to leave the terminal and get to where the hotel shuttle can pick you up and we had to wait for close to a half hour for the shuttle to bring us back to the car. It does save you money, but it definitely adds time. The shuttle driver and the person behind the front desk were very professional and pleasant. |

When we arrived I was surprised to see the parking lot was not attached to the Hotel, but down the block. I needed a ticket to get in the lot but not out of the lot. I didn't feel comfortable keeping my car there since I didn't see any security that you advertise. I don't plan on using this lot again. I will say the employees in the Hotel were very nice. |
