long wait for shuttle
(November 11, 2009) The parking lot was fine-the directions to the lot were incorrect as written on the website. When we returned we had to call the hotel twice to get the van to come pick us up-we waited about an hour.

Garden Inn Parking
(October 18, 2009) I had a little problem at first finding the parking area and didn't realize from the web site that I needed to stop at the Motel to get access papers. Other than that the experience was fine. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I discovered a dead battery. The staff at the HGI was very helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend.One other thing on return to the airport I didn't know which shuttle to catch for the HGI.

Long Term Parking
(October 11, 2009) Shuttle was great, on time. ONly complaint is having to take the train after arriving to get picked up. Luggage is cumbersome and would be better if picked up at the terminal.

long term parking not at JFK
(October 5, 2009) Parking at the Hilton Garden Inn JFK went very smoothly. The only problem is it's very time intensive. Once at the hotel I was told the shuttle runs from the hotel to the terminal every half hour. And it took at least 15 minutes to arrive at JFK. Likewise, it took at least a half hour to leave the terminal and get to where the hotel shuttle can pick you up and we had to wait for close to a half hour for the shuttle to bring us back to the car. It does save you money, but it definitely adds time. The shuttle driver and the person behind the front desk were very professional and pleasant.

Parkig Lot
(September 13, 2009) The directions to your Inn were not right and it took us 2 phone calls to get to the right place. When we arrived I was surprised to see the parking lot was not attached to the Hotel, but down the block. I needed a ticket to get in the lot but not out of the lot. I didn't feel comfortable keeping my car there since I didn't see any security that you advertise. I don't plan on using this lot again. I will say the employees in the Hotel were very nice.

(August 21, 2009) Hats off to the Hilton Garden Inn's Airport Parking operation. Online applications and registration could not have been simpler. Staff & drivers were courteous and efficient. It's great to have this service available. I will definitely use this them again.
