| (January 26, 2012) When I arrived at AirPark the shuttle was waiting to take me to the airport. As I was checking in, the attendant was unloading my bags and putting them on the shuttle. I appreciate the fast and courteous service by all the employees. The checkout process was the same - fast and friendly. On my return trip the shuttle was waiting for me at the airport. I will definately use AirPark again. |

| (November 29, 2011) Once again, we were very happy with our experience using AirPark over the Thanksgiving holiday. The shuttle driver was couteous, the shuttle clean and the check in and out processes were quick. It's a pleasure to arrive in the lot with our car waiting and the trunk open. The wait for the shuttle on our return was a bit longer than we would have liked as we just missed an earlier bus that was pulling away as we arrived. |

| (October 10, 2011) When I returned to pick up my car it had a large fresh dent on the bumper and scratches on the sides. The workers were 'sheepish' and had me file a damage report and they took pictures. They said I should call the manager but he was away. I tried unsuccessfully to speak with the manager of this facility and they eventually denied responsibility and refused to reimburse me for my repair costs. It was so obvious to the workers and anyone looking at the car that the damage was freshly made, but they eventually denied responsibility and my insurance company was unable to get them to pay. It wasn't an incredibly expensive repair, since it was just the bumper and some scratches, but it was very upsetting about how lacking of integrity this company is. I tried to email and call their cop orate offices as well, but I had no luck. |

| (September 5, 2011) Newark airport travelers could not find a better place to park than AirPark on McClellan St. Easy access from both Route 1 North and South. We have used AirPark for the last 5 trips we have taken from Newark and the online reservation system speeds your drop off and gets you the best parking rate. We called for a pick up just after we got our bags at terminal A and AirPark was waiting at the curb as we walked out of the terminal. Doesn't get much better than that. |

| (August 24, 2011) AirPark loaded our bags as we were getting our parking pass and we were off to the airport within 5 minutes! We were nervous since we were running late already, but the parking lot is less then 5 minutes away and they knew exactly where our terminal was. When being picked up, we called to let them know we arrived and even though our flight was delayed 2 hours, there was still an AirPark driver waiting for us when we arrived. We waited a few extra minutes for another family to be picked up with us and we were on our way back to our car in less then 10 minutes. When we pulled up to AirPark our car was in front of the parking lot with the trunk popped. The attendants put our luggage in the car as we paid and we were off! GREAT SERVICE. WILL USE EVERYTIME WE VACATION |

The van was ready to take us to the terminal as soon as we arrived. Service is excellent - very fast and friendly. Van is clean. We have never had a problem getting back to the parking lot quickly after landing. This last trip our flight was cancelled and we had to fly into a different airport, then take car service back to Newark to pick up the car at AirPark. We called to let them know what was going on and when we arrived, the car was ready for us. We will use AirPark every time - can't get better service. |

| (August 17, 2011) I was departing on a flight early Sunday Monrning with a departure time oof 0600. I arrived the lot at 0430. There appeared to be 2 men on duty. One working the desk the other driving the van to the airport. There was a large party ahead of us requireing special needs. While serviceing this group the clock was ticking and more people were coming in . We luckily got out out but I am certain others missed thier flights. Not enough manpower on duty.

Upon return from our trip van was waiting as we came out of terminal, vechile was ready when we got back to the lot and processing at the desk was fast. Also very good value. I was in and out of thier very fast.
I will use Airpark again although I would leave additional time. |

Other well rated parking services are cheaper; specific instructions, before hand, on where pickup would take place at each of the terminals would have eliminated some confusion and delay. |

| (July 13, 2011) I flew out of newark on 6am flight and wanted some place I didn't have to wonder around in the middle of the night looking for.
Finding the places was a little wacky because I had to hit a U-turn at the end of Route 1& 9, but I'll chalked that up to my GPS. The people were nice, no issues with moving my luggage from my car to the van. I left a deposit and paid the rest when I got back. no issues with the car, but I did take my gps with me.
for 4 days came to 56.50 I believe and used the coupon from about airport parking.

| (July 12, 2011) This was the first time, and probably our last, for flying out of Liberty. However, if we ever have another opportunity, we will definitely utilize AirPark for our car. Instructions to their lot were clear, check in was efficient, and we were driven to our terminal with a minimum of wait time in a clean van with a helpful driver. Upon our return to the airport, we called after picking up our luggage and were given instructions to the pick up point. (Liberty has a ways to go in terms of clear signage.) However, with some help, we found our way underneath the baggage floor and walked immediately to a waiting van. It may have taken 15 minutes at the most from picking up the luggage to loading it into our waiting car (trunk open and pointing to the exit). Check out was just as quick and efficient with no surprises. A word to the wise: when making a reservation, print out the confirmation and bring it with you. Have the documents on your return as well. Definitely the place to park for Liberty. |

| (July 8, 2011) everything was very smooth. dropped the car and handed over the key to the desk. shuttle bus was there waiting (I guess we had good timing). when we came back from a 5-day vacation, called the lot with the ticket number after we picked up the luggage, shuttle showed up 2 minutes after we walked to the #4 stop in the airport parking lot. our car was waiting for us in the front at the parking lot. driver helped load and unload the luggage. the whole experience was great. way better than parking at EWR long term parking lot. and save money too!
driving from the lot back to NJTP took a bit longer because the access to the highway is not close by - it took 5 more minutes local street driving than driving to the parking lot - that's perfectly fine since catching the airplane is more time critical than going home.
We will park here for our future trips definitely. |
