| (November 12, 2009) This is my first time to park outside of airport parking lot. Some one was stay in the office waiting for me at 3:30AM whan I arrived. Easy to find that location and quick service, just need 10 minutes to the terminal after I dropped my car. And I called some one to pick-up after I returned. Just hung-up the phone and walked to the road side, van was already there. And when I arrived the parking lot, my car was waiting for me. Excellent service ! Thank so much ! |

The only problem we had was a miscommunication upon our return. I had requested to be picked up at terminal B. We waited 20 minutes and I called again and was told that the driver was waiting at terminal C.
Other than this little slip, I was very happy with the service and would use your company again. |

| (November 10, 2009) I used the airpark service last week and will use it again this week. Just make sure you follow the directions clearly as it is easy to get lost in this area - the lot looks rather run-down but is probably par for this part of town.
When I arrived, a van was waiting and the driver promptly loaded my bag while I took my online receipt inside. I was out in less than a minute and on my way to the airport. The driver was very helpful and courteous (the office agent was not particularly helpful but not rude either).
On my return, I called as soon as I was off the plane (no checked in bags) and the van was at the pick-up point within a few minutes of my getting there. Once again, very helpful and courteous driver, check-out was easy and my car was waiting and loaded up. Altogether a very streamlined experience and good value for money. |

| (November 6, 2009) I travel at least one time per year, so I use airport parking quite often. This is the best parking service in the Newark area that I have used so far. I was dropped off at the right terminal. Others have told me that they could not drop off at the International terminal and drop me off at the domestic terimnal, then I would have to carry all of my luggage up stairs to International terminal. I called them after retriving my luggage and they picked us up within five minutes. I give five stars.

| (November 5, 2009) Convenient to reach; service was great - got us to the airport in a jiff on our out-bound trip.
Coming home, we called for pickup from the baggage claim area. True to your word, your shuttle was there within 10 minutes to pick us up while we watch other folks linger for a much longer time.
Our car was cleaned - as requested; staff friendly and courteous and it did not cost us an arm or leg.
Will definitely use this service in the future.

We got there, and the friendly attendent/driver immediately took us, loaded our luggage in the shuttle and waited patiently while we checked in (which took less than 5 mins), and we were off...
Coming back, we had a midnight landing in Newark, and we called the number, ad they met us outside within 10 minutes of the call - different driver, but just as friendly. We got to the place and our car was waiting for us... Checked out within 5 minutes and on our way home...

Everything went smoothly, from checking in, getting to the airport very quickly, and only waiting one minute on return for the van to show up. The only drag was that I arrived at Terminal A, so the van made 2 more stops at Terminal B & C to pick up other passengers, so the return wasn't as quick, but completely understandable. On return to the lot, my car was waiting for me at the entrance with the back open ready for my luggage! Excellent service! |

They always seem to have a shuttle on hand, so you never have to wait long to get your ride to the airport. Our only complaint was that we requested a car wash (they offer a ton of car-related services on-site) and upon our return 6 days later, we were surprised to see that our car hadn't been cleaned. According to the front desk clerk, it had been raining throughout our trip, which wasn't 100% true.
So, our car is still a bit dusty, but in otherwise great shape. We will definitely return to AirPark in the future. |

| Easiest off-airport Parking Ever |
| (September 1, 2009) This was the most affordable and easiest off-airport parking I've ever used at any of the three major NY area airports. I dropped off my car and the awaiting van took my family and me to the terminal quickly... about a six or seven minute drive. Upon arrival at EWR ten days later, I called the 800 number and within a few minutes, a van showed up to take us back. My car was already pulled to the front of the line and ready to go. And what was more exceptional was that in the time it took me to get out of the van with my two kids and spouse, the driver had already taken my bags from the van and placed them in the trunk of my car. The total time from gate to driving away in my car was only about 20 minutes (we had no checked baggage).... incredible.
I will most definitely use Airpark again when I fly from Newark. |

| (September 1, 2009) I am impressed with the efficiency and quickness that my auto was processed, the assistance with the luggage & the safe and short ride to the Newark airport. When I returned & after I made the call to AirPark office, my shuttle van was present at terminal within 10 minutes. The parking lot has a tall, at least 8 foot fence surrounding it. Even though I had early flight out (6am) and a late flight return (11pm), there were a few employees waiting and ready for service. The directions provided on the web site & with my GPS I got me there with only 1 short brief wrong turn. The street signs were difficult to see quickly & highway speeds in the dark.
The parking lot appeared to be secure. The auto was parked at AirPark for 15 days. I had left the windows slightly open; but one your employees closed all the windows and locked all the doors for us. Thanks.
My only dismay was that upon my return to Newark airport I had brought all my 6 pieces of luggage out to the curbside (Newark, NJ) with the assistance of the luggage handler. But when I call AirPark for a pick-up at the upper level, curb side, I was told to bring the luggage downstairs to the parking lot level, curb side. So, naturally, I had to request assistance again from the luggage handler to bring my luggage bags back into the terminal and bring them downstairs. Needless to say I had to tip the luggage handler twice within 10 minutes. But I may have forgotten from two weeks ago that I was told to bring the luggage to the downstairs level. |
