| (August 10, 2010) As soon as we pulled into the lot, the car was cued up to facilitate loading of the luggage into the van and eventually parked by the attendant. I did not park the car or touch a piece of baggage! The van ride to the terminal was timely and again I did not touch a bag, the driver unloaded all the luggage.
Upon returning and after receiving our bags, we called and by the time we got to the pick up location, the van was there waitng. The driver loaded our bags into the van and after several minutes we were at the parking lot. Our car was at the office parked with all the windows open to make the car bearable on 90 degree day. I went into the office paid the bill and when I came out the attendant had loaded all the bags into the car.
The service rendered was much more than a place to park my car. I highly recommend their parking service and will be using it, the next time that I fly from Newark.

As a frequent guest at AirPark, I just found I could make a reservation for AirPark at a discounbt web site for less than making the reservation directly with AirPark. The cost diference was about $3.00 per day. You should be giving the lower prices direct to your customers and stay competitive.

| (July 3, 2010) All aspects of our reservation were handled professionally and efficiently. I booked online and printed out the driving instructions. Not familiar with the Newark area, I was grateful that the driving instructions were excellent. I would have had difficulty negotiating the construction and detours without such detailed instructions.
Dropping off my car was easy and we soon boarded the van for delivery to the SAS checkin. Returning from our overseas trip, we called for pickup. Our van was waiting for us as we approached the pickup point. The driver was courteous and helped us (two women) with our bags. We were given good instructions for getting back to the highway for our trip home.
I will definitely use AirPark again when flying out of Newark. |

| (June 24, 2010) I used airport parking for a long time, JFK, Newark, La Guardia. For the first, June 21, I called the office at 12:54 pm. I had to wait more than 25 minutes the shuttle to pick me up at the terminal in the middle of the day, which is a very quiet time. I called 4 times, first the guy on the phone told me the shuttle is on its way, then it is waiting for some one at an other terminal (which the driver is not suppose to do), then I spoke to a manager who told me he is sorry, then eventually the man on the phone will be at the terminal in 30 seconds, which was true. When the shuttle came it was empty(!). I asked to the driver what happened, but he didn't want to answer and told me to ask my question at the desk. The manager on duty told me again he was sorry, but didn't tell me the true about what happened. If someone told me at the begining we have a problem and you have to wait a little time, I wouldn't have been happy, but I would have understand. The way this issue was managed was not fare.
Eventually, the cashier took a photocopy of my driver license, which is something I don't like. He has the right to check it, but not to take a copy, it is no safe for my identity.
I'm thinking never use again Airport Parking. |

| (June 21, 2010) Everything others commented on the website about the quality of the experience proved accurate. While my arrival and departure times from the facility were very early and very late and there weren't many other customers, I felt very special in the pick up. After I settled my bill, I walked out the door and my car was right there with the trunk open and me on my way home.
One suggestion. I grabbed a business card from the front desk at the lot where I parked (at Newark) When I landed I called the number on it but the number on the card referred to the JFK office which was confusing (to me) but the office at JFK told me to call the Jersey office from the ticket which I did. Maybe cards should have only the number of the office from where they're given out. |

Online search revealed AirPark. Super easy to get tp. Super fast at getting me and my stuff to the airport. Arrived and called the 800 number only to learn they were there waiting for me. As soon as I made it out the door my stuff was loaded and in a minute was reunited with my car and on my way battling Turnpike traffic SOUTH. ALL GOOD. Highly recommended. |

We parked for a week at a price that was a fraction of the surrounding garages and taxi services. The employees were professional, friendly, and helpful to a degree that is almost unheard of nowadays. I dropped off my car and was in the shuttle on the way to the airport within five minutes and arrived at the airport departure door just as fast. Upon returning, they were at the airport within minutes to pick me up, and when we got to AirPark, my car was waiting, trunk open, for the bags to be put in. I was on my way home within minutes with the easiest directions to the Turnpike. I will use AirPark EVERY TIME I have to travel from now on. |

| (May 19, 2010) This was our third time using AirPark. Each time the staff was very friendly during the check-in and check-out process and the shuttle service was very quick. We pulled up to the AirPark facility and within three minutes we were on our way to the terminal. I didn't have any checked baggage so I called while walking up the concourse and by the time I was at the lower level pick up spot, the van was pulling up to the curb. Previously we had used Budget, AviStar as well as Newark airport long term parking but AirPark is the best. Be sure to make your reservations for AirPark via the internet to expedite your check-in and to get the best rate. |

willing to please.
The only problem I had was that my drivers side mirror popped
out on the drive home. I called the lot and they suggest to try and snap it back in place and if that did not work to
let them know and they would do what ever it took to fix it.
It did snap back in and all is fine with the mirror.
It may have been bumped loose when the car was washed.
Will be back again next month. |
