| (March 19, 2010) I had absolutely no problems. On the way out, I had to wait a few minutes for the van to fill up before they took us to the Terminals. On the way home, they were at the Airport about 5 minutes after i called. My car was open and waiting for me when I got to the parking lot. They loaded my luggage while I paid (which only took about a minute) and i was on my way home in no time. They gave me perfect directions to the Turnpike too. I would definitely use them again. |

| (March 17, 2010) This was the first time I tried AirPark. The service was excellent. No waiting, the shuttle to pick me up at the airport came in a few minutes, the car was outside and ready to go, and the directions to the Turnpike were excellent.
My only question is about the price. Different websites gave a different price. I paid $10+; another website I looked at charged $15+. When I called to inquire if there was something different about the two, I was told there was no difference. That is strange. |

| (March 17, 2010) When I called for pickup, I was told to stand at the traffic light outside the terminal A at Newark Airport and the driver will be there to pick me up in 5 minutes. After about 20 minutes no one came there and I called back, I was told that the driver is waiting for you at Terminal A at the traffic light. I told the operator thats where I am standing and there is no one here, then I saw a van parked about 200 feet away....I walked to that van and that was it....
I had to stand 20 to 25 minutes out in 50 MPH winds/rain on March 13th night....and it was not a good experience!!!
So my suggestion is that there should be a specific location which should clearly mentioned to the customer so that there is no confusion. |

| (March 17, 2010) When we pulled in to AirPark, we left our keys in the car, used the bathroom in their office, and simply hopped in the drop-off shuttle waiting for us out front. When we got back from our travels, we called for a pick-up, waited only about five minutes for the shuttle, paid the tab, and got in our car waiting for us out front. Hard to find any flaws in that process! |

The convenience of your location to Newark Airport is wonderful. When we returned from vacation, we got our luggage, called AirPark, and a shuttle was there within 10 minutes. We were in our OWN vehicle 5 minutes later, and on our way home.

| (March 12, 2010) I was very skeptical that AirPark could be as good as the other reviews said, but I must admit that everthing was as good as everyone else had found. The return was especially good: after getting our bags, when I called I at first couldn't find my ticket, so spent some time searching for it and then called back and just gave my name (I guess the guy on the phone could have saved me the hassle by offering to just accept my name instead of the ticket number). The van was actually already at the airport waiting, so no wait there. When we got to the facility, my car was pulled up at the front with the trunk open. The van driver transferred outr bags while i went and paid. Great! |

| (March 11, 2010) This was the first time that I used AirPark. It was the first time I ever left my car at an airport. I'll never use a car service again. First, it cost me less to leave my car for 5 days then it would have cost me to take car service one way. Second, the service. AirPark employees do all the work. When you arrive at AirPark their employees remove your bags from the car and load them into the van that takes you inot the airport. Then they unload the bags at the airport. When we returned from our trip they picked us up in 5 minutes. When we arrived at AirPark our car was pulled up in front of their lot withthe trauck open and waiting for their employees to move the bags from the van to the car. Fast, Easy, Professional, just Outstanding!!! |

| (March 11, 2010) We recently had the bad luck to have our flight slated to depart Newark in the middle of a Nor'easter snow storm. I wasn't sure what to expect at AirPark, never having used them before.
Inclined to expect the worst quality services in this part of the country, I was very pleasantly surprised to find the AirPark facility open and manned at 5am, and within 5 minutes we were enroute in their shuttle to the airport in some pretty bad weather.
Upon our return, the pickup was quick and efficient, arriving about 15 minutes after calling them. (Have the stub # ready when you call.) The car was staged for loading when we arrived, and we were off after the final $ transaction in 5 minutes. I would use the Newark AirPark services again. |

| (March 10, 2010) This is the first time in over 35 years of air travel that I have used off-site airport parking. Generally, the experience was good and worth the savings. I will probably do so again and in doing so use AirPark. Their location was no more or less convienent than other services and the price was competative. The overall service was good. If I had to complain about anything it would only be the pick up service at the airport. I, and a couple of other guys, had to wait abot 20 minutes for the van, that turned out was at a different location than where we were told to wait, then had to wait another 15 minutes for someone else that didn't show up. A quicker pick up at the location given would have been better. But, other than that, the service was good and I will use them again. |

| (March 2, 2010) We were traveling with a 10 month old, so that was stressful enough. When we dropped our car off, we were greeted with helping hands to grab all of our luggage and load it into a waiting van. My wife held the "precious cargo" and we swooped off to the terminal in about 5 minutes. When we got to the terminal, again, we were helped with all of our luggage and sent off with an enjoyable experience of parking our car that would have been otherwise stressful.
Upon return, we called them when we picked up all of our luggage and despite a little longer wait than we would have liked for the shuttle, we were greeted once again by a helpful hands that loaded all of our luggage back into the van and then to the lot.
Now mind you this was the day after a major snowstorm and when we showed up to the lot, our car did not have a speck of snow on it. It was cleaned, ready to go with the trunk open and the helping hands once again loaded our car back up with our luggage.
Overall an excellent experience. We used them once in JFK and had a good experience, but the Newark AirPark was simple great! |

AirPark is the only parking facility I've experienced that takes your luggage from your car upon arrival and puts it in the van for transport to the airport. | (February 28, 2010) I went w/AirPark based on all the positive reviews and their service lived up to it. We dropped our car off and within minutes we were taken to our terminal. We got stuck in FL due to the crazy snowstorm and a couple canceled flights - but that wasn't a problem at all for the lot. When we finally arrived to pick up our car - 4 days late - they had it ready to go literally 2 minutes after we showed up. On a side note, I usually lock up my GPS in the glove compartment or toss it in my purse in situations like this, but forgot to for some reason. I was a tad worried but that and my iPod were untouched. I would definitely use AirPark again. |

It was so much easier and stress free, plus much cheaper. You just pull-in and leave the car with the valet. A van immediately took us to the airport-it's super short ride. When we arrived home, we called after getting our bags and they were waiting for us. When we got to AirPark, our car was waiting with the trunk open. The driver put all the bags in while my husband paid the bill. There was no wait and we were off. I will definitely use them again. |

At pick up they arrived within 6 minutes of calling them and put my bag into waiting car's trunk.

| (February 7, 2010) I have been using AirPark at Newark for five years now and they are excellent. I have also used their facility at LaGuardia a couple of times and have been satisfied there too. The guys at Newark are awesome. The drop off is very timely and the pick up is very convenient too. Too bad they can't get the road fixed at Haynes Ave but that is beyond their control. Keep up the good work. I have recommened them to many of my business co-horts and friends.

| Parking at AirPark |
| (February 4, 2010) I had a great experience parking at AirPark. I followed the directions on the website and had no problem finding the site. I pulled in, the attendants took my luggage into their van and dropped my family and me off at our terminal. Upon arrival to Newark, I took out my receipt, called for pickup (which came immediately), and returned to AirPark to find my car ready and waiting for me. Overall a great experience and I would definitely use them again. They are convenient, well-priced and easy to use. |

Check-in / check-out was efficient and fast. The people at the desk and the van drivers were courteous and professional.

| fast convejnient economical |
| (February 2, 2010) I will use AirPark whenever I have to Long term park @ EWR. The van was timely to go to and from airport, The car was ready upon arrival back to Airpark, the price was economical, no need ever again to pay the airports overprice or evem opther off site park prices. I wqas worried that Airpark was too far from terminals-- it is closer that PF and as close as competitors--But with a better pricr. I will be using them always now that my frist experience went so wqell.

| Easiest I have ever dealt with |
| (February 2, 2010) AirPark is awesome, they were absolutely the easiest and smoothest parking service I have ever dealt with. When we got there we parked the car and in maximum 5 minutes we were in the van on the way to the airport with bags all packed. On the return trip I called them and they beat me to the lower deck where I needed to get to. When we got back to the lot, our car was running to warm up (as it was like 20 degrees) and I was out of there in less than 5. I would recommend them over any other parking lot near Newark. Oh, and their prices beat most others also. |

| Almost, but not quite |
| (February 1, 2010) Everything was great until the driver took a short-cut from terminal A to B and dropped me off at the arrivals level for Delta instead of the Departures level. This would have been fine except the escalators were not working and I was forced to carry my 50 lb. suitcase up 2 flights to get to the departures level to check-in. Other than that, everything was great! |

| Quick and Professional |
| (February 1, 2010) This is my second time using AirPark. These guys are great, very professional, quick, location is close to the airport. Vans are clean and easy to spot at pick up, staff is professional. Never had a problem with my car. My only recommendation, and this is a long shot, is to have a shelter at pick up stand 1. In bad weather conditions, I hang out in the shelter at stand 3 and then have to run as soon as I see the van at stand 1. |
