Our car and belongings were safe and there when we got back! Because we got such a discount price we would use them again. |

| (January 3, 2012) The shuttle bus that took us to the airport was not up to my standards (a beat up van) and the driver almost missed the exit for the airport. We only waited about 5 to 10 minutes to be picked up at our car and did get to the airport on time. On are return trip we only waited about 5 to 10 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us up. A shuttle bus more up to my standards. We were dropped off at our car and went through the check out process in about 10 minutes. Our car was found the way we left it. All staff members were very polite, courteous and helpful.

| No Organization in the Lot |
| (January 1, 2012) The price is right but the lot is very disorganized and cars are parked helter skelter, every which way. I was told to park up against a fence against a tree. It was daylight when I arrived but when I returned it was dark and it took much too long to find my car. There is absolutely no organization and, with no pavement to mark spots in much of the lot and no row markers of any kind anywhere, I'm amazed anyone finds their cars in the dark! It was very frustrating. The shuttle van is also low quality. I guess you get what you pay for! |

| (January 1, 2012) The price was great except for the surprise added fee when paying the bill of the last day from ariving from my 6 day trip. The valet parking was nice, we came in after midnight and was nice to have the vehicle up front. The van was fithly but the driver was very nice. at pickup, there was not enough room, there were 11 passengers to be pickup, why there was not 2 vehicle remains unknown. Even for the added fee, it is still a good deal, but would have been nice to know the exact bill. |

| (December 31, 2011) I guess I didn't know what to expect having never used a service like this before so as I think about it, I probably got exactly what I paid for. At $6/day, it is much cheaper than airport parking but those dollar savings come with a cost - much less convenience.
The wait to get the shuttle to the airport wasn't long but it might be sometimes, so allow for that.
The wait at the airport to get the shuttle was over 30 minutes and then we did a 2nd stop on the "B" side and took the long ride over to the "A" side and did 2 more stops. From the time when I got my bags and called them to when I was in my car and ready to leave the facility it was at least an hour. There were other companies that showed up more frequently at the airport I noticed but they probably charge more.
If money is an issue and time is not, use these folks. |

| (December 2, 2011) I went online to see what was available for off airport parking (WAY too expensive to park at the airport) and found Park EZ fly to be the cheapest. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I made the reservation online. The lot was huge, and most of it was on grass. I got parked at the far end of the lot and there were no lights in the area. The lot is fenced, though, and when I came back to Orlando, my vehicle had not been tampered with. They could use more lighting in the back part of their lot. The van driver was courteous and helpful with baggage. The van I rode to and from the airport had seen its better days. Seats were comfortable, but I was afraid the doors were going to fall off. They were shaking and rattling like crazy. Overall, I gave them a 4 star rating because of the price, and short wait times to get to and from the airport. |

| (November 30, 2011) My husband and I used the valet service and we had a pleasant experince. We were taken care of right away and everyone was friendly. The shuttle was ready to pick us up with in 3 mins on the way to the airport but on the way back it took about 10mins, which is still not a bad wait time. One of the draw backs was the shuttle itself. I was somewhat uncomfortable but since the paking is so close it wasnt too big of deal. One thing that did impress me was that my car was already waiting for me as soon as we pulled up. Overall I would use the service in the future. |

When we flew in the van was waiting, the drivers both were very courtous and helped us again with our luggage. Called from the baggage claim level and had to wait atleast 15 minutes for a bad odor van to show up with a driver not so friendly who played the radio loud and full of static.

The staff were courteous, the parking area quite clean, well marked and well lit at night. The shuttle to the airport was efficient and also clean.
On our return we called for the shuttle and though we were quite a bit later than planned, because of weather delays to our flight, the bus turned up promptly. We were also given explicit instructions where to meet the driver.
A good experience and one I could recommend to others without hesitation.

| What makes off airport parking good ? |
| (March 5, 2011) Off airport parking has only a few points that can make a difference for the traveller...here is how Park EZ fly stacked up for me.
1. Proximity. Park EZ Fly is close to the airport and in spite of the challenges that they face with current road construction issues, are still convenient and easy to get in and out of.
2. Parking and delivery to airport. Plenty of parking and the shuttle met me at my car, helped stow my luggage and got me to my terminal efficiently.
3. Pick up at Terminal. Fast !..Fast..!!
4. People. My contact points; reception, shuttle drivers and cashier were cordial, helpful and efficient.
5. Cost. Park EZ Fly's rates, especially the on line booking rates were very competitive.
The only issue that I had was in spite of calling to inform EZ Fly that I was going to be a few days late picking up my car I was charged a late fee which added quite a bit to the
overall cost of the stay. |

| Hard to Find |
| (March 2, 2011) The construction on their road makes this business so hard to find, we had to navigate the area in the dark early morning hours. There was no directive when we pulled into the property, we didn't know where to stop and go inside, and our shuttle was late leaving for the airport because one of the customers had gone into the restroom and didn't come out for at least 5 minutes. We called for directions, and the man was friendly enough, just hard to understand his English....
Other than that, we were happy with the trips to and from the airport. The shuttle was there waiting for us when we walked outside the Orlando airport, and the check-out service once we returned to the lot was pleasant enough. Unfortunately, we had to make a right hand turn out of the lot, which caused us considerable difficulty, as it was rush hour and heavy traffic to make a turn around. It will be a nice road once the construction is over, but make sure you get directions, and googleearth the area beforehand. Especially if you are arriving before dawn.

| (February 25, 2011) I found the cost and convenience very good. The only problem I had was the confusion in the name of the company being displayed at the facility,on the courtesy vans and on the claim ticket. Their seems to be a transition going on with the company name and it is not consistant on the facility site, the vans or on the claim tickets. Maybe I just wasn't paying close attention but the van driver needed to confirm for me that my ticket was for his van since the name on the van was different than shown on my ticket, but he was the van that arrived in the designated spot at the designated time. I will use the service again in the future but hopefully by then there will be some consistency in the company name, making it easier to locate and use. |

I had to call the place and have them direct me to the lot. 2) the lot was on a road with a lot of on-going construction making it difficult to find and tricky to get to. That said the lot was fine and the van drivers were efficient and prompt. The cost was reasonable and lot was OK. The place also goes by Park and bark as they have a dog kennel on site as well. We did not use those facilities so I have no comment on those. |

| (January 24, 2011) We have parked at Park EZ Fly several times and we think it is the best in the Orlando area. The attendants are all very courteous and helpful at Park EZ Fly.
I do have one complaint though:
We got stranded in Switzerland for two extra days because of the inclement weather, no planes in or out. When we returned we were surprised to find that they charged us $7.99 for the two extra nights, instead of the $3.99 special rate. I explained that it was not our fault that we were delayed, but he said that was their policy. We had never been told that the rate would go up if we weren't back when we planned to be. It was a long flight home and we were very tired and that news was not welcome. It wasn't the extra charge as much as we were not told in advance; but as it was we had no choice.
We will be flying out of Orlando again in April and will be gone for 10 days. If there is any way you can adjust the rate for a few of those days, it would be appreciated.

| (January 16, 2011) This was my first time using a parking service. My mother made the reservation online from out of state. I was able to easily find the lot but was directed to another lot so I had to retrace my route backwards 3 miles. This upset me because I then became nervous that I would miss my flight. When I arrived at the lot I was immediately welcomed by someone and directed as to what to do. I was picked up immediately at my truck by the shuttle and was at the airport in a matter of minutes! Wow! Upon return I called for pickup as I was walking to the ground transportation area. They were courteous on the phone and as I stepped outside I was immediately greeted by the shuttle driver that was there already. I had a zero wait time! All of the employees were friendly. I hadnt realized that I forgot to lock the back of my truck but noticed nothing had been touched from it. Will definitely use this lot repeatedly for my future flights. |
