| (March 5, 2010) Going to the airport and checking in was very easy and smoothly at 6:45am . We had a late return flight and it was about 12:30 am on our return after 8 days abroad. We called for the pick up when we picked up our baggage. My handicapped mother was with us so we were not very fast, but we were still outside in a reasonable time. We saw the van pull up (not even pulling into a parking spot) wait about 15 seconds and then drive off. We called again. They were very quick(within Minutes)about sending another shuttle to pick us up. We got on along with 3 other passengers (totaling 6 people)Shuttle bus drivers of both shuttles(arriving and return) helped with luggage. Checkout was not as smooth as check-in. She had difficulty making change. Also some Jerk got angered by the wait and was shouting and beeping his horn behind us. I would rate then averages |

| EXTREMELY HELPFUL! |
| (December 9, 2009) Upon arrival we were kindly directed to a nearby parking space and waited on by the shuttle driver. After a lovely vacation, we returned to the Orlando International Airport and found a shuttle already outside at ground transportation. When the driver dropped us off at our car, we were dismayed to find that it would not start (it was an older car with a few problems)! They guys there immediately offered to give us a jump and when the car stalled out in the median outside the park ez fly lot, three of them came out to see what was wrong, and give us another, more successful jump. They gave us directions to the nearest Walmart to buy a new battery and sent us off. We would like to thank them for all their help and highly recommend their business to other travelers! |

| (December 8, 2009) The only thing I'd recommend is making sure the drivers write down the space number on your ticket so it's easier to find the car. I didn't know to write it down and it's been given to me from other lots so I didn't think of it. I knew right where my car was located so it wasn't a big issue. Courteous and just as fast as others. I saved a lot by booking online. I wouldn't mind parking here again. Didn't see any covered parking if that's what you're looking for, but I didn't need to have that. |

| (December 4, 2009) The staff was short handed but they were pleasant in dealing with each customers needs.
There seemed to be much confusion on where and how to park the cars...it looked as though the vehicles were in a box and they had all slid and congested in multiple areas. There were no visible "parking lot" looks for ease and non-confusion.
When we called to be picked up on our return flight we were told we had to walk from the baggage claim area 30 to area 11 to be picked up. After a long flight this is not what we wanted to hear, especially since this had not been explained as the way things were to be when we checked in.
The overall satisfaction was very high...they did most everything they promised and considering it was a Thanksgiving Holiday weekend things could have been much worse.
All things considered, I would not hesitate to use them again. |

| (December 2, 2009) Wow! It was so easy parking my car at Park EZ Fly! I drove up and within a minute I was on the shuttle and on my way to my airlines. I was given a ticket to call when I returned, and when I walked out of the airport upon returning, there was the shuttle bus. I rode back to Park EZ Fly and within a few short minutes I was in my car and headed home. I recommend Park EZ Fly to everyone and I will use it again. It rates 5 stars in safety as well, as it has a 24 hour survellance for the parked cars. |

Dispite having my credit card and my reservation printout, both of which had my name printed on it, my name on the credit card receipt was not even close--over half the letters were wrong, not simply one or two characters. When I point this out and ask for this to be corrected, so I could have a receipt with my name on it for expense reimbursement, the attendant refused. After several further requests the attendant still refused. This should have been an easy fix, instead they obviously did not want my future business. If you get reimbursed for parking, recommend not using this company. |

First making the reservation on line, easy as pie.....finding the EZ lot even easier with your directions easily pulled up for printing. Smiling attendants, helpful van drivers. low fees, and a sense of well being after a long European trip, that my car is safe, and I have a Limo to pick me up, and I may add it was only a three minute wait once I claimed my bag. I called from the claim area, went outside to areas designated by your helpful agent on the telephone....and Voila the driver was there, what a nice relief. In minutes I was in my car. I paid the courteous agent, less than I expected. Nice....all in all you are surely going to remain a success at the Orlando Airport.....

| Terrible shuttle service! |
| (September 14, 2009) My girlfriend and I had a very rough experience getting back to our car on our return flight with Park EZ Fly. After getting our bags, we called the number they gave us, just like you always do with a airport parking company. They told us to go to parking spot B-11. We waited 15 minutes, then saw the bus drive right by us. I called the number again to make sure they were coming for us, and couldn't get through. Finally, 10 minutes later, my girlfriend got through to them, and they said they'd send another vehicle. Meanwhile, we were seeing every other parking company sending numerous buses on a regular basis, but no Park EZ Fly bus came. They finally showed up to get us after FOURTY-FIVE minutes of waiting!!! We were very frustrated.
On the plus side, after I complained, they did give us 50% off our total. We ended up paying roughly $3/day. I don't know if their shuttle service is normally this bad, but in any event, I don't plan on parking with Park EZ Fly again any time soon. |
