| (August 15, 2010) Almost every time that I have used this service I have had wonderful drivers who were very helpful, got out and loaded my luggage and took me directly to the Southwest ticketing area. There were two instances where one morning driver dropped us off at the pickup area and we had to go up the escalator or elevator to get to ticketing. There was another instance in an evening pickup where the driver was very uncommunicative and acted like we were an interruption to his evening.

| (August 12, 2010) Just moved to the Orlando Florida area and on my first flight experience used the airport long term parking lots. Found them hard to find in the maze of roads, slow shuttle and lack of empty parking spaces. Wanted a better way! Found PARK EZ FLY on the internet and figured for the price, I couldn't go wrong. Upon arrival, lot was easy to find, my space was waiting and available, shuttle followed me in and immediately whisked me to the terminal. Faster than the airport authority ever did. Upon my return, I called the shuttle service when I got off the plane. It was waiting for me when I got to the ground transport area and it whisked me back to the lot. My cost was 1/2 of the airport long term with better/faster service. What more could you ask for. |

When we arrived to park our car before our trip, the shuttle was right there waiting for us as soon as we retrieved our luggage from the car trunk.

| (July 23, 2010) Bad: When our flight was delayed due to engine troubles and forced us to reschedule, we called and asked what we could do. A non-management employee said he'd change our reservation, which was quite generous. Unfortunately, when we finally arrived to check out, the manager refused to offer any kindness or understanding about our situation. In the end we were charged for an extra day at their regular daily rate instead of the online reservation rate. We won't return.
Good: The shuttle drivers are great, kind and timely! It took less than 10 minutes to go from the lot to the airport. Their online reservation rates were half the price of the official airport daily rates. |

| (June 25, 2010) We arrived at Park EZ Fly around 5:20 a.m. on June 11. We waited until after 6 before a shuttle came to take us to the airport. We were told that one shuttle was not running. When we arrived at the airport, we were dropped on the bottom level and we had a lot of bags to transport. We had to get in a really long line to check our bags and it was a nightmare! We barely made our plane and it was a very traumatic ordeal. We had been told that the shuttles ran every 5 min.
Our return experience was excellent. The shuttle was right there to pick us up! The battery in the car was dead when I tried to unlock the car but the driver of the shuttle got his own vehicle which had long battery cables and started the car for us. Too bad the start of our trip was so traumatic! |

| (June 18, 2010) Pick up TO the airport was excellent. As soon as our car was parked, there was a shuttle ready to take us to the terminal. However, on the pickup FROM the airport back to the parking lot, we had to call twice and waited 30 minutes. The advertisement said that there were 7 shuttles, running every five minutes. This was not the case on our return to the parking lot.
The personnel were very courteous and helpful during pickup and return, as well as the checkout clerk. I would use the lot again, with the hopes that our experience with the slow return back to our car was an isolated incident.

| (June 3, 2010) On Friday, 05/28/10, my wife and I parked our vehicle for a planned trip out of state. Prices were very good with PARK EZ FLY. When we got to the airport, we unloaded our suitcases, and went to check in. Little did I know, I had left a very good pair of Oakley sunglasses on the seat. We checked in, and went over to grab something to eat. I got back to where my wife was sitting and asked her if she had seen my sunglasses. She advised not. I went out to the check in area at the curb and asked them with negative results. I checked the front desk and airport lost and found with negative results. I started to think that maybe I had left them on the bus over. I called the Attendant, Reedy. He called out to Ramos, the driver. Mr. Ramos checked, and advised he had them. Approximately 25 minutes had gone by at this point. Mr. Ramos showed up in about three minutes, no passengers, with my sunglasses. I was very impressed! Mr. Ramos transported us back on our return, and I thanked him again. I'm a Sheriff Motor Deputy. I see a lot of bad with what I do. It's nice to see something like this every once in a while. Great job!
