| Not a "true" valet facility |
| (July 30, 2011) I was surprised to find that you had to park and walk in this airport valet service experience. In Cleveland at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport, you drive up, hop out at the arriving area, and the valet takes it from there. Pick up is done in the same manner. You call when you are in baggage claim, they drive down a level and you drive off. This is for the same price as Pittsburgh. For me, it was the same as parking off-site. Thank you. |

| Quick And Easy But Watch The Price! |
| (December 5, 2010) I appreciated the convenience of valet parking at the airport. However, I pre-registered and paid a deposit on line which was to guarantee my rate, and when I picked up my car I was told there was an increase in rates and was asked to pay about $60 more than I expected. They did work with me and brought the price down, but I left feeling that they didn't even recognize my on line registration. |
