Was told to go up one level from the baggage claim to meet the driver at the Domestic Departures. However, since I didn't check any bags when I exited I went up one level as I departed which was International Departures. Didn't realize that there were three levels. Would be helpful if persons are told, there are three levels, meet at the middle level, door #5, which is Domestic Departures. Also, if you reserve it on line, be sure to bring your coupon both when you drop it off and when you pick it up, otherwise you will have to pay the full price. |

| Getting There Is the Difficult Part. |
| (October 23, 2009) I was off to an early morning start, dark and rainy, directions in hand. Everything was going well until I was in the immediate area, then I was hopelessly lost. After making several U-turns, I was making another when my headlight illuminated the Airport Park sign.
All aspects of the parking experience were good except the local directions need improvements, along with the Signage for the parking area.
Another positive note was the helpful attendent, who got me started, because I left my dome light on, due to the poor instructions, and after 10 days my battery was dead.
I will say that now that I know the Parking location I will definitely use it again.

| (September 23, 2009) When we returned back to the EWR airport on Sept 20th, we had to wait for 40 minutes at the airport for the pick up. I had to call 908 353 9800 five times. After thrid call they stop answering the phone. I had to call again from another phone. The person was rude and said it takes time to be picked up and not to call again. Initially they ased me to go up and wait at departure gate no 5. There was no gate no 5.he asked meto waut for gate number 2. Then I had my friend called from another line, they asked me to wait at the arrival. When I picked up the car, the perspn charge extra $4 for airport taxes. I had to hackle to to get the refund of $4. The person at desk said that he just came to the duty and he does notknow anything about 40 min delay.

I was initially hesitant about the location and reliability, but the lot was well lit, the attendants were friendly and the shuttle was quick. The same holds true for pick-up. I called from the baggage area with my name and ticket number, and the van arrived pick-up area within five minutes. My car was ready and waiting at the lot.
If you reserve online, be sure to print the coupon and keep it with you to present at pick-up.
Park 2 Go was much better than I expected and cost far less than long term parking at the airport parking garage. I'd definitely use their services again.

We asked to be picked up at the baggage claim but insisted we should get picked up at the 2nd floor mind you the elevator was down so I INSISTED THAT WE SHOULD GET PICKED UP AT THE BAGGAGE CLAIM since we were already tired from the flight.Won't use this lot again. |

| MISLEADING PRICING, VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE, POOR SERVICE |
| (August 14, 2009) This place was recommended to me as a lower cost alternative to parking at the airport for my seven day trip. It all seemed good on paper but beware:
1. I was departing Newark at night and this place was nearly impossible to find. It's located off an unassuming highway behind the turnpike and is hidden behind a truck parking station. After bringing this up, one of their employees confessed that even with a GPS most of their customers get lost and have a hard time finding the location. Also the signs posted are too small and are very difficult to identify.
2. On my way back the driver took about a half hour to pick me up at the terminal. I saw other shuttle services zipping by with passengers, on multiple trips. What was even more unacceptable was that he grumbled at me and had an attitude once he did pick me up. Also the van was very dirty.
3. Finally when I was paying the bill for parking, the attendant (mistakenly or not) tried to over charge me. My rate was suppose to me 8.99 a day and he tried to charge me 11.99 a day. If I did not catch it I would have over payed and never known. Also there is a 15 percent NJ parking tax that they don' tell you about when they give you the price quote online or when you arrive at the location.
I do my best not to complain, especially about things like this, but I feel it's important to share a review when you can help someone else make a wise choice.
All in all I could have probably parked at the airport terminal for the same price and had a more convenient and pleasing experience. |

That beings said, the service here was wonderful. I pulled up and was processed and in the shuttle to the airport in less than 10 minutes. The driver of the shuttle was very nice, and a great driver. Upon returning to retrieve my car, I realized I had forgotten to print out my reservation confirmation entitling me to a discount rate. When I told the man behind the desk this, he asked what rate I was quoted with my confirmation and then gave me a lower rate! Nice guy. Great service. My car was waiting out front for me when the shuttle dropped me off too. Fantastic. |

| (June 24, 2009) After you finally find the lot (I drove by it multiple times because it's tucked away from the road), you'll see that it's not a typical parking lot, has very limited lighting, and questionable security. I chose this lot because the website advertises valet OR self parking and I like to park my own car and take my keys with me. When I arrived, I was told that there weren't any spots left, so I had to leave my keys with the attendant. There are only 1 or 2 vans to drive to/from EWR, so the wait time is dependent upon where the vans are.
Overall, the lot and service are ok. The staff was friendly, and everything turned out fine, but it wasn't a top-of-the-line experience. |

| (May 22, 2009) The parking lot is a little tricky to find, but there are plenty of signs. After your first trip, you won't have a problem finding it again. The staff was very friendly and the service to and from the airport was quick.
The only thing I didn't like was the "checking out". I made a "reservation" on-line, receiving a special rate and paying a $10 deposit. When it was time to pay my balance, the office person did not know that I had the special rate and charged me full price. I also had to ask about the deposit and if that was applied. He was very nice about it, but it was a bit of a hassle. Just make sure you have all of your paperwork with you when you go to leave.
I would definitely park here again. Everyone was nice, my car was fine, and the price was right! |

| (May 19, 2009) I chose Park 2 Go because I thought it would be a professional, up-to-date facility. It is a trailer in a lot down the street from a strip club. When I pulled up at 5am, all the lights were out and I had to wake up the attendant. He had me park my car myself, so I had to lug my luggage back to the trailer. One of the reasons I specifically chose Park 2 Go is because they offered valet service. Then we stood around waiting in case someone else showed up, because no one else was there. On the way home, I was reprimanded by the counter attendant that because I "didn't let them park my car" that I would have to carry my luggage there myself. When I started to complain that I was told to park my car, the attendant who was the one on duty cut me off and said he would carry my bags for me. I refused because I did not want him near my car. I would never park here again.

| (April 20, 2009) I have used park2go many times in the past with little trouble. However, when I received my car a few weeks ago, there was damage to my front bumper which they refuse to reimburse me for. When I picked up my car it was in the evening so I couldn't see the damage (deep scratch on front bumper). The next morning I noticed the damage and immediately called them. They never responded to any of my calls, etc. I just filed a Better Business Bureau response to just let it be known that you park completely at your own risk. There is a strong likelihood your car will get damaged and they will not let you know. You will have to either catch it immediately (very difficult) and even if you do, I doubt they'll remedy the situation (I assume they'll claim that the damage was there already).
So I will never park there ever again. |

Finding the place is not helped by the poor directions. other travelers i encountered spent the same extra 1/2 hour finding the place. when it came time for pick up upon return I called and was told we would be picked up in five minutes. That never happened. It was over one half hour waiting in the bitter cold. when I called and spoke to Brian and told him I had a daughter on crutches and the the five minutes was already fifteen minutes, He again said the pick up would be in five minutes, which I guess is his stock reply. when I pointedly insisted on a more acurate time, as he he had already told and missed that deadline he hung the phone up. He had a real attitude. I was also over charged, not given credit for my deposit. Overall it was a the kind of experience that left me wanting to write a formal letter of complaint to the airport terminal authority.

It was VERY difficult to find as the sign is tiny and the personnel in the office were downright snotty. The nicest person was the van driver who quickly took us to the airport. Upon return at 11:30 PM I called to be picked up. It was 30 degrees outside. We were not picked up until 1 AM. The person in the office was obnoxious and rude. He did not explain to the van driver where to pick us up and hung up the phone on us after the 4th call. Finally the van arrived by mistake as the driver told us as he was dropping someone else off. He was nice and apologetic, but we were freezing and tired and had an add'l 2 hr drive back to PA. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a car park service and I would not recommend it to anyone. |

| (January 2, 2009) Finding Park 2 Go was a little tricky. However, once there, dropping off the car and getting to the airport was quick and easy.
Coming back was similarly fast. A few minutes after placing the call to the office, the shuttle was there. I had the same driver both times and he was pleasant and a good driver.
The only thing that does not allow for 5 stars is the parking lot seems to be a dirt parking lot and in bad weather, this makes for a pretty dirty car when picking it up.
Overall, I probably would still use this company again. |

That said, I've never used a garage anywhere where the guys working there were as helpful as the fellows at Park2Go! I've never used the term business-like to describe parking lot attendants before in my life, but the word would definitely fit everyone of these fellows.
I recently moved to North Jersey and I need to occasionally take the train to DC. I don't want to go into NYC or downtown Newark; this lot will make it very easy for me to catch AmTrak at the Newark Airport station Believe me, I will be a regular customer from here on out. |
