It can be slightly confusing when driving to the location so please pay close attention. Also, they usually pick you up at the departing flight middle level not the baggage claim bottom level.
Overall a very good value and good service. I recommend them and will use them again. |

| (August 24, 2010) You should have a LARGE, ILLUMINATED sign right where you make a right hand turn into your lot. The sign you have is about 10 feet beyond your gate and is easy to miss. If you do miss the sign you are on a one way street and it is very difficult and frustrating to get back to your lot if one is not familiar with your area.
Aside from the above, the drop off and pick up were very efficient and the drivers were polite and friendly. |

| (August 24, 2010) I would use Park 2 Go again. Our flight was cancelled and when I called to tell Park 2 Go, there was no problem that I had to keep the car with them another night. We flew home on a different airline than the one we flew out on and that was no problem either. I just explained where we were and before they could tell me where to meet the van, the van had already left the lot to meet us. Both drivers were very pleasant, the desk clerks were very pleasant as well. The lot is very crowded, but my car was just the way it was when I dropped it off and it was parked out front when I got back, waiting for me. The driver put our luggage in the trunk for me while I settled the bill. |

The online reservation process was consumer friendly & the approximate charges were useful for overrall expenses.
Previously I parked in the airport parking lot but decided to try an alternative parking facility this time.
There are several parking facilities near the airport & I was unsure which parking lot would be best.
The total cost and close proximity to the airport made for an easy decision.
It would help if you had a computer or way to confirm the deposit paid, if the reservationist is unable to print the deposit letter.
The van/shuttle driver was friendly & professional.
I will use Park2Go again & will recommend your parking facility to everyone. |

Note that from the Verrazano you should take the NJ Turnpike North and that their lot is behind the McDonald's. Also consider saying that there are a trucks parked by their entrance. At 4am these words could really help a person avoid driving in circles and having to call the poor parking attendant who is very busy at that hour! Thankfully he was very patient and did a great job dealing with his customers. This place is worth it and very accessible. Happy Travels! |

| A positive experience at Newark Airport |
| (July 28, 2010) I followed Google Maps directions to reach Park 2 Go in East Elizabeth, NJ for 9 days' parking. The signage could have been more conspicuous, as I passed by the lot on my first try. The location and condition of the entry road were a bit off-putting, but once I saw the number of cars parked there (many newer and more expensive than my Prius), I started to feel better.
The Park 2 Go staff was both prompt and professional. I waited for less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to take me over the the airport. Driver assisted me with my baggage and was very courteous. Upon my return 9 days later, I called Park 2 Go, as instructed, gave my claim number, and the shuttle showed up at my terminal within 5 minutes. The same driver handled my luggage for me and promptly drove me back to the lot.
My only quibble was that I had to wait for the attendant to bring my car to the front of the lot, since I had given him the claim number over the phone when I called for pick-up.
For $11 a day at a New York-area airport, I am pleased with the overall experience, and I would use Park 2 Go again without hesitation. |

| (July 19, 2010) The facilities are barebones – a gravel lot off the exit and a trailer by the gate – but the employees of Park 2 Go were all friendly and attentive, and my car was in the same condition I left it in when I picked it up. There was no hidden "service" or "access" fee* as there is with Avistar and several others who essentially pad the cost after the fact to make their price appear lower in search engines. I waited less than a minute after arriving before being driven to the terminal, and less than two after calling for pickup. It took 30 seconds of redialing to get a live person after I got my bags, but that hardly qualifies as an inconvenience.
Based on this experience: highly recommended.
*other than the fuel surcharge, which was clearly indicated before I made the deposit payment. |

| (July 19, 2010) This was the first time my family of 6 had used a long term parking facility. When we got to the lot there was a full size van waiting for us and we were immediately taken to our departure terminal. The ride was about 5 minutes with traffic ( and lots of it). The driver unloaded our bags at curbside.
When we arrived at Newark airport and had luggage in hand, we called the phone number that was given to us and they told us to go to gate #8. We weren't there for more than 30 seconds when our van arrived to pick us up. The driver put our luggage into the van and off we went to the lot. Upon arriving at the lot our SUV was waiting for us at the exit gate. The driver even offered directions to us to get back to the highway. I would absolutely use them again, they were excellent.
The only thing that was a negative is that I had to call the
Park 2 go phone number 3 times because it was busy. But then again when I call my house I too get a busy signal(lol).

Also, remember to have your receipt stating the price you are paying and any deposit you have paid. |

Pricing is cheaper than most places I looked up online. When we arrived back at EWR, we called and within 10 minutes we were picked up. I gave it three stars because the driver EXPECTS a tip. There's a sign on the dash board that says "DRIVERS RELY ON TIPS" but they have to understand that we are still paying for a service and we don't HAVE to tip them. (I did tip when the driver dropped us off and helped us with our bags.) I say this because when we arrived at the car, the driver left both of our luggages next to the car without helping either of us and just walked away (i'm assuming he thought we weren't going to tip.) Just to prove a point to him, I placed all of our luggage in the back of my SUV and went into the office and handed him a small tip and said "thank you for the ride and assisting me with my bags." |

My biggest complaint is that we waited more than 20 minutes after we called you to be picked up upon our return at 3 a.m. You-re only 7 minutes away from the airport, so 20-25 minutes seemed too long to wait.
Also, the less-than-scenic setting and condition of your parking area is not pleasant and does not instill confidence in the safety of parking one's car on your site.
Still, considering the alternatives, we would definitely park with you again. Thanks for treating us well. |

| (May 13, 2010) Personnel were very cordial. I was greeted with a smile upon arrival. I parked and was wisked away to EWR. Return was a breeze. Alan, the driver is a very nice man and I was very happy with his driving skills. I highly recommend Park 2 Go. They exceeded my high expectations in customer service and satisfaction. ****Anyone wearing heels and/or open toes, :), just be aware that you are walking on a gravel lot. |

| (May 11, 2010) We recently used the Park to Go service in Newark for the first time and I cannot believe the level of service we received. Upon arrival we were immediately taken to the airport by a courtious driver. On our return within 10 minutes of our call we were picked up and returned to our vechile. It was that simple. I would recommend this service to all of our friends. |
