They always tell you that the van will be there in 10 minutes. It usually takes about 15 - 20. If I didn't have to go to work in the morning, I wouldn't mind but I think they need to run more shuttles so that people can be picked up in a timely matter. Other than that, I think they are great. I use Park 2 Go everytime I travel (~6 times / year) |

| (January 1, 2012) This is the third off-site parking I have used. I felt that my car was very safe at this facility. The last facility I used was a dirt lot. My car looked dirty when I picked it up. The park2go lot is paved and fenced in. The van to take us to the airport was sitting there ready to whisk us to the airport. The staff was professional and polite. Next time I use off-site parking I plan to use park2go. |

| (December 20, 2011) Park 2 Go was an excellent choice, when we parked a van was waiting to drop us off at the airport, maybe 1-2 mins wait for a couple more people to get in and then we were off and at the airport in 5 mins. When we landed back, I called up the number given and the van was pulling into the airport pick up lane as we walked out with our bags. Short trip to the parking facility and within 10 minutes of walking out of the airport we were in our car and on our way home. The time taken to park and get to the airport is lesser than what I've taken when I parked at the Newark long term parking lots (P6 and P7). This shall be the parking facility of choice from here on!! |

| (December 13, 2011) Had a very good experience with Park 2 Go on Dowd Ave. Arrived at 5:30 AM and after quick check-in the shuttle was right there to take us to terminal. Upon the return flight,I called for pick-up and diver was there in less than 10 minutes. My car was waiting for me when we returned to lot and check-out was also quick. Drivers were very polite. In fact, the driver on the return asked us if we needed directions to get back on highway toward home. Will definitely use this lot agian. |

The driver of the shuttle that takes you to the airport from the parking facility claims to know where your flight departs from but on this occasion dropped me off at the wrong terminal. This was despite clear instructions to take me to the appropriate terminal. He then expected a tip for his poor service! |

| (September 1, 2011) It was hard to find this parking lot and we had to turn around twice ! We didn't know there is a I-78 Local side and an I-78 Express side of this highway. You have to stay in the I-78 local side to find exit 57. Also NJ-21 N is the same as McCarter Parkway. We were getting close to missing our flight but we did make our flight.
I clicked on the link from their web site for directions which took me to Google Maps so the difficult directions were the fault of Google Maps. Do not rely on the directions from Google Maps ! Call Park 2 Go before your trip and get directions from them directly, it'll be well worth your call.
Other than the problems finding them, they were very good. The van driver drove us quickly to Newark airport.
We parked in the Indoor lot since Hurricane Irene was on it's way to New Jersey. This was an excellent decision since we heard that other cars parked in the outside lot had water in them from the storm.
I would use them again now that we know how to get there.

| (August 8, 2011) I was pleasantly pleased to see that Park 2 Go was available for parking access for my vehicle that had my husband and I parking the car in the very early am hours. We, again, had access in the late evening/early am hours to pick our vehicle up with shuttle service to and from the airport. I had originally reserved a spot for self-service on the outside of the building, but they didn't have a space available when we came to deposit the car. So, they gave us an inside spot where we could park the vehicle for the same price quoted for outside parking. I really appreciated that action.
The next time I am travelling, I will definitely consider using Park 2 Go for my vehicle parking. |

Upon my return, I called the number given me and I was picked up in less than 5 minutes. My car was waiting for me at the enterance to the office were I quickly settled my bill. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes also. The place is convienant to Routes 1 and 9 and the NJ turnpike.

| (June 27, 2011) I wasn't sure about parking at or near the airport. I called a few places, but the only one that actually had a person to speak with was Park 2 Go.
We arrived early (5 am). Check in took a few minutes. The van loaded our luggage. The 7 of us loaded onto the van and were at the airport in minutes.
The same for pick-up. We called when we had arrived, and the van met us at the location they instructed. Back to the parking area in few minutes. Check-out took a minute.
Both drivers and the receptionist were friendly. |
