| (February 1, 2012) We are pleased with VIP and would use you again. I did not give you 5 stars because the shuttle was a little late - the driver apologized because at the last second a customer showed up who needed to be taken to departures - a valid excuse. Also, the facilities are still a little too shabby for a five star. Every other aspect was very positive, especially the fine people who are employed at this site. I now have a business card and can directly reach you regular site instead of paying $2 extra to make a reservation. I could not find your direct site on google. |

| (January 30, 2012) The only problem I had was on return, I had parked in a handicap parking space and you allowed a SUV to park in the no parking access area next to my car. This made if very difficult to even open my door. Because your parking people allowed this, I will not return. |

When I came back my car was waiting for me and my suitcases were put back into my car.

I would reuse them, however, I would make sure that I checked my vehicle before I picked it up going forward. |

The shuttle on the way back from the airport was large, new and comfortable. The wait at the airport was fairly short. Checkout was a little longer than I would have liked, but not unreasonable. | (December 21, 2011) Went on a personal trip for the holidays and found this discounted parking lot near the airport online. The location was convenient near JAX. The person checking in my car was very friendly and I was soon on my way with a valet driver. When I called on arrival the driver showed up within 5 minutes and I was whisked back to the lot where my car was waiting. We had a great conversation on the return. It was a pleasant end to a great holiday vacation. |

| (December 3, 2011) Our second time parking with VIP. Both experiences have been very good and we would not hesitate to use VIP on additional trips from Jacksonville Fl.
The second trip had a wait time for pick-up at the airport of approximately 10-15 minutes--a bit long compared to the number of competitive vans sitting at the curb for 10 minute periods.
The transportation to the airport was very timely.
A nice feature of the VIP model is not waiting for the van to search you out and pick you and others up in a big parking lot. The same on the return. Had parked at USA previously and found the pick-up and drop off in the parking lot upon return to be very long. Full vans and if you are the first on during pickup or last off during drop off on the return trip you might have to wait while 10 others are ahead of you. With VIP your car is waiting for you ready to go upon return from the airport--just pay and go. When leaving for the airport they take care of parking the car.
The people were very nice at VIP also and the price was unbeatable for the 10 day park.

| (December 2, 2011) WE have never used an overnight Park & Shuttle service of any sort before; we are no very frequent travellers. The staff at VIP Park n Ride were great. Friendly, courteous, helpful (I wasn't sure what to do or how to do it), they made everything easy and safe. Traveling with an infant (our daughter is just 8 months) can be a challenge, but they were so helpful i don't have words. I know where I'll park my car if we have to travel out of town again overnight. I highly recommend the Park n Ride team for anyone who is considering parking their vehicle while they travel.

| (December 1, 2011) My car was waiting for me upon my return; the shuttle was already en route to the airport when I called for a pick-up. Excellent. My concern is with the "covered" parking. My car (which is white) was filthy, even though I paid a premium to have it tucked away under cover in the garage. In fact, it was so dirty that I took it to the car wash the very next day. I question whether it was actually parked under cover, in the "garage" as promised. I paid more than 2X the normal rate for this added protection, but I feel pretty sure that my car was not under cover ... Otherwise, no problems, just an extra $12 paid for cleaning my car, in addition to the premium I paid VIP. |

| (November 20, 2011) When I arrive to drop off my car, I was incredibly late, that is all I had to tell the 2 gentlemen waiting. My luggage was in before I got to the door of the van. Off we went all the while, the driver is doing his best to calm my nerves about the possibility of missing my plane.
As it turned out, after going through a lengthly check-in process at the airport, I just made it as they were announcing final boarding.
I am glad for this opportunity to express my thanks to all that dreaded morning. If it weren't for the fact that I am relocating out of state, I would use V.I.P. exclusively and tell everyone I know to do the same.

I opened my trunk and handed them the key to my vehicle and they took out my bags and loaded them into the van, gave me my claim ticket and off I went. When I arrived home, the shuttle again was already there, they loaded my bags and ever put them back into my vehicle which was already waiting for me when I got there. The price in wonderful and the staff in wonderful. I will be using them again in the future for sure! |

I arrived at 2:30 AM and since I had made reservations online there was no paperwork to fill out. I simply got a claim ticket the driver loaded my bag and we were on the way to the Airport in less than 5 minutes.
I returned a week later a little after Midnight I called the offoce and the Van was waiting for me when I went outside. My vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived ready to go. The young ladt in the office already had the balance of my bill and again was on the road in less than 5 minutes
The location is convient and secure you pull up under an awning which is well lit and out of the weather.

The wait was a few minutes longer than I experienced with another vendor, but the cost savings more than offset the few addtional minutes that I spent waiting for my ride.
My car was waiting for me when I arrived at their lot. Check out took less than a minute and I was on my way. All in all a pleasant experience with no surprises. |
