| (July 13, 2010) We drove to Jacksonville from south Florida to leave our car for a 2 week trip to Seattle, WA. We reserved a couple of months in advance and when we arrived, they were expecting us. The car was parked, instructions on how to reach them when we returned were given (easy: they gave us a card with a phone number). When we returned, we called as soon as we arrived and by the time we were outside the terminal, our ride back to our car was there! What great service! I would definitely use them again and would encourage any one reading this to use this company. Their prices are great - the service wonderful - and you even get a free car wash if you leave your car for more than a few days! Awesome! |

| (July 12, 2010) i have used VIP park and ride several times now. i live in Savannah, Georgia and am able to find much cheaper flights out of jacksonville. After i've driven 2 1/2 hours down into florida, i am greeted by a courteous staff (even at 4:30 in the morning) who loads my bags and within minutes carts me off to the airport, which is just down the road. On my way back i simply call the office number that has conveniently been attached to my luggage and by the time i'm out of baggage claim, the van has arrived. as we pull into the parking lot, i notice that not only is my car sitting in the front lot, it is sparkling from a light wash down.

| (June 15, 2010) A collegue from work recommended I park my car at the private parking lot at the airport. I was not aware they existed, so I researched my options on the internet. I learnt about VIP parking and choose them. Service was great overall. Staff was professional and polite, van that took me to the terminal was clean and smoke free. The best part is that when I came back from my trip, my car was ready for pick up and it received courtesy car wash. There were no hidden charges, I paid exactly what I was told. I would park there again, best value on the strip. |

Took me when I was ready and was there waiting for me to collect my baggage. THe drive even took my bags loaded them in the van and then put them in my car. Big change from the other lot. Best part of the service, my car wasn't all dusty and nasty from sitting for a week. It was freshly washed as I got there. For the money, a bargin. They could charge way more and still be the best service in the area. I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM FROM NOW ON! |

I drove up in the morning, I was greeted immediately, bags removed from my car, and off to the terminal within minutes. Upon return, my car was waiting for me in front of the office and was even washed! The price for parking is soooo right! I will use them without question on my next trip.
The only suggestion I have is for them to LIGHT UP THEIR SIGN. It is easy to miss in the dark. |

| (April 29, 2010) Our last trip out of Jacksonville airport was a disaster...we were delayed in NYC for 5 hours and then 3 more in Atlanta. When we finally arrived back in Jacksonville, I called VIP at 2:30am and they told us where to meet them. They were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. When we got back to our car, it was washed and ready to go...no waiting. They made a disasterous trip a little bit better. we will definitely use VIP whenever we fly out of Jacksonville.

Upon check in we were provided with a wallet sized card with the contact number to call when we returned; this was very helpful. The driver was pleasant and professional and assisted with our luggage both loading an unloading. When we returned, we called the number on the card from the plane and by the time we collected our baggage our driver was there and waiting on us; no wait time. When we arrived at the lot, our car was out front, freshly washed and our driver transferred our luggage from the van to our car; again, no wait. Needless to say, We couldn't be happier with the service and I've never paid less for parking at JIA. Outstanding! |

My return flight was cancelled due to weather conditions at the departure city and I had to enlarge my stay at the parking side from 9 to 10 days. I called them about this and asked to keep the same promotional rate I got before for the extra day. They have easily accepted this. When I was back, they did not even charge me for the extra day! Hook-up to and from the airport is extremely easy and quick, staff is very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this parking place to everybody! I was super happy with my experience. |

| (March 16, 2010) We're just back from our first trip where we used V.I.P. for parking at JIA and we're thoroughly pleased with their service. Upon arrival for our outbound flight, they transferred our luggage to their shuttle bus, under cover at their office building, and parked our vehicle for us. The shuttle driver assisted us with our luggage at the terminal. Upon return to JAL, we called them as we were collecting our luggage and we had hardly any wait at all for the bus. The driver transferred out luggage back to our just washed vehicle (again, under cover at their office. V.I.P.'s service is "as advertised" and their parking rate makes this among the best long-term parking values at JAL. We'll definitely be using V.I.P. again. |

| (March 4, 2010) not only have i never used this company, i have never used an outside lot to park when going to the airport. i was a little nervous about, not just the car, but the timing back and forth from the terminal.
all that was set to ease when we arrived in jacksonville. a friendly and accommodating gentleman picked us up, took our bags and escorted us to our drop-off. the directions were simple and he handed us a card with the number to call when our return flight landed.
3 days later, after 6 hours of traveling, a driver pulls up to Post #1 5 minutes after we stepped off the plane.
I'm almost positive while we were gone, somebody washed our car and for such lovely service at such a wonderful price....i would've paid double! |

| (March 3, 2010) I'm in the process of relocating to Jacksonville and spend most of my weekends flying back and forth to Pennsylvania. I've used a few differenct parking services and this is the one I will be using from now on.
The service is outstanding plus they want you to call when you land so they can be there waiting for you instead of the usual "Call after you get your bags."
They were there waiting for me instead of the other way around and my car was already pulled up when we got to the lot. A+ Service! |
