| (March 4, 2010) not only have i never used this company, i have never used an outside lot to park when going to the airport. i was a little nervous about, not just the car, but the timing back and forth from the terminal.
all that was set to ease when we arrived in jacksonville. a friendly and accommodating gentleman picked us up, took our bags and escorted us to our drop-off. the directions were simple and he handed us a card with the number to call when our return flight landed.
3 days later, after 6 hours of traveling, a driver pulls up to Post #1 5 minutes after we stepped off the plane.
I'm almost positive while we were gone, somebody washed our car and for such lovely service at such a wonderful price....i would've paid double! |

| New to the Area |
| (March 3, 2010) I'm in the process of relocating to Jacksonville and spend most of my weekends flying back and forth to Pennsylvania. I've used a few differenct parking services and this is the one I will be using from now on.
The service is outstanding plus they want you to call when you land so they can be there waiting for you instead of the usual "Call after you get your bags."
They were there waiting for me instead of the other way around and my car was already pulled up when we got to the lot. A+ Service! |

The care, attention and convenience are way beyond expectations. In addition to parking/shuttle, I purchased a car detailing and minor scratch removal service. The car is five years old and looks brand new. This place is unbelievably good. |

It was a little dark for my taste and at first made me feel a little uneasy about leaving my van. However, everything was safe and in order when I picked up the van. |

| (January 14, 2010) Since I moved to Florida, I've only needed to use an off-airport parking once, and I used V.I.P. Park & Ride, so I cannot compare them to the other companies. What I can say is that I made my reservation on line, I paid the lowest price compared to the others, and I received courteous, professional, and timely service. I left my car for 18 days, and when I got back my car was ready for me in front of the office, no need to wait. The car had been washed at no charge, and they had even changed a tire for me (we noticed the bad tire the day I dropped the car off). Had I parked at the airport, I would have had to change the tire myself after an 11-hour flight. There was also virtually no wait for the shuttle to and from the airport. At this point, I do not need to try the other companies: next time I already know where to stop. |

| (January 9, 2010) We used your parking facility for the first time. Left car on the 22nd December, picked up on the 2nd January. Our flight was quite delayed upon arrival, and I forgot to call you to let you know we wouldn't be there by 11:30pm as scheduled.
We called upon arrival in JAX at 2:30am. Your response was friendly, fast and you picked us up promptly. My car was warmed up with the heater on and WASHED!
What a wonderful experience. Everything was done so quickly and efficiently. I will recommend you to friends in the future and most undoubtedly use you again ourselves!

| (January 8, 2010) I arrived in a panic 30 mins before my flight and they had a van running at the front gate waiting for me to be whisked away to the airport. Within a min or maybe two I was sitting at the curbside baggage checkin with the driver helping me organize my thoughts and collect my things from the van. I never thought I'd make my flight, but sure enough they helped me do it. JAX security was a breeze too!
When I was picked up, I called dispatch and they informed me a Van would be leaving then and would meet me at baggage return doors. Sure enough, the van was and the driver even moved the van to almost the actual lobby doors (a big no no at the airport i guess) to help save me from carrying my heavy bags to the shuttle bus area.
My only complaint is that my SUV has collected 3 years worth of dirt from extensive time and dirt road travels. While babysitting my ugly beast for 2 weeks they decided she needed a bath and removed it all. Now my wife wants me to wash the suv on a regular basis :( |

| (January 4, 2010) I used VIP Parking services from Christmas Eve to New Years Day. I was very impressed because everything was so easy and quick from the time that I pulled into the parking lot. They instantly put me in the van to get to the airport, loaded and unloaded my bags for me, and gave me a card with a number to call once my plane landed to come pick me back up. Also, if you reserve ahead on line you can get a great discount. I will absolutely use VIP Parking again for my next trip instead of paying a ridiculous amount of money to park in the airport garage. |

| (January 2, 2010) Departure service was excellent - on time, courteous, etc.
Arrival was not quite as smooth. My first call was to an answering machine, so I left a message. Not knowing for sure that the message was received, I called again as I secured my baggage and gave them the number for my car. I waited at the proper post for about 10-15 minutes. Not really too long except that I had been told that when I made a call immediately upon landing that the van would be at the post by the time I arrived there.
After arriving at the parking lot, I went in the office to pay. The bill was not correct b/c it had not included the discount I was offered when I made a reservation on line the night before departure. It also did not include the payment of one day that I made on the morning of departure. When we got those details correct - very nicely and accommodating in that process by the way - my car was still not ready for me. So I had to wait several more minutes for it to be brought to the office. It had been cleaned, however, and I do appreciate that service, a nice job!
I understand that every transaction is not perfect and from time to time, things happen to make them less than what the provider intended. So I am certainly not overly upset by this, but it left me wondering what I could have done to make it as good as I thought it would be.
Hey, I'll use V.I.P again and will probably have a wonderful experience. And notice I gave you a 4 star rating even with the bit of confusion.
