| (January 6, 2012) I chose them simply because it was too late for me to find any other parking company. The service was extremely slow, so give yourself 1-2 hours to complete the process (in and out.)
We had to wait at least 30 minutes in the mini-bus to be taken to the airport even thought there was nobody else checking in.
They guy who helped us advised us to call as soon as we arrived because it would take them at least 20 minutes to come for us. Fortunately, we did call as soon as the plane landed....but OMG!, we had to wait over 45 minutes for the mini-bus to arrive. We got in as fast as we could, and I had to sit on my friend's lap because there wasn't enough space. Some people had to take a cab!
On top of that, I can't say that I felt confident about their "security." There was nobody around when we got there or when we left. Anyone could have just taken anybody's car! Sure, they have the keys, but we all know that thieves don't need a key...specially if the place is dark and wide open.

| (November 28, 2011) Does not live up to its name. But then again, it had an ok rate. Took a while to check in because of customers asking "waist of time questions".
Would I recomend them? Yeah, I would, they took care of my car and had it waiting for me once we got off the shuttle... Then again at the rate air travel has gone to the sewars, the price, service and speed of this airport parking service... Is Luxury at its best.

I ask for a car wash which I was skeptical but they did a better job then the people by my house in the gas station. They can definitely count on me spreading the word about there great parking place. Also I saw they are a uhaul dealer as well which is good to know.

| (June 27, 2011) When I call for pick up, I was the one who called in in and when he arrived my group could not get on the bus, He was asked to let my sister ride with him due to medical issures. He commented that is she rode over she would have to drive back and pick us up. Seeing how we were from another state and did not know the area that was not due able. We had to wait another 25 min for him to get back to pick us up. This is my complaint in regards to your service

| (June 25, 2011) My car was kept well, getting to the airport at 4am was fast and easy. When returning, though, I called and was told someone was on the way at that time, but did not arrive for 35 minutes. Wish I had known, I would have gone to the bathroom instead of holding it for so long...otherwise things were great, and the price could not be beat. If not for the rate, it would be 5 stars for the service and safety of my car with 24 hours of supervision on the lot. |

| (June 15, 2011) Arriving their was a little confusing had 1 person at desk . people trying to get their ride to airport and person trying to go home and get her car out. the person behind desk was great and held is cool for 1 person doing everything it was 5.30 in morning and felt bad for him , but luck lady waiting for car was most kind and let him bring us to airport. on coming home everything was great had 3 people on and was a great coming home. | Missed flight bc of Luxury |
| (March 30, 2011) I've used Luxury Airport Parking at least a dozen times, and it’s a decent service for cheap-os like me who fly Spirit Airlines out of FLL. But, I almost lost all the money I’ve saved over the years during my last airport parking experience. I got to LAP at about 6:45 a.m. for a 7:45 a.m. flight, (an hour is usually enough time, since I already had my boarding pass and no bags to check in). But when I got to LAP, no one was there. I called and the driver said he was at the airport and would be back in 15 minutes. Mind you, the airport is only a 5 minute drive away. The driver didn’t show up until 7:05, and then it took another 10-20 minutes to get everyone signed up and loaded up for the airport. In short, I made it to the gate just as my plane was backing away for take off. I missed my flight. I didn’t get mad or demand a refund because I knew what I was getting into when I opted for the cheapest parking service. Also, I was able to talk/pray my way onto the next available flight without any fees. Thank you Lord.
Luxury Airport Parking is a decent service, but prepare for the unexpected. Give yourself enough time so that if something unfortunate happens on LAP’s part, you’ll still make your flight. You get what you pay for so if you don’t like the idea of potential inconveniences/waiting, spend more money for more expensive and professional service. Personally, even though LAP made me miss my flight, I’ll use them again because I’m familiar with them and they're the cheapest.

After an arrangement for pick up was made over the phone and directions were given as to where to stand and wait for the driver, standing was all I did. For half an hour. The airport is only three minutes away from the parking lot. A second call was made and it seemed as if no one knew that I was waiting. I was assured that in five minutes a driver would arrive. I was there for another fifteen minutes. Waiting. My total wait was over forty-five minutes in the glaring heat of the Florida sun. Not pleasant at all.
The driver apologized, but it seemed that the operators were the problem. I was forgotten. |

| Great Pricing & Free Shuttles |
| (March 22, 2011) The pricing cant be beat at self park $4.50 per day. My total for an entire week came just over $31.00 which would be a mere two days at another parking lot near the cruise terminals &/or airport. Not to mention, they also have FREE shuttles that take you to the ships &/or airport after you drop your car off. Making a reservation online makes check in & drop off so much more convenient. |

The workers have many responsibilities which meant waiting at the desk to check in while they were out driving the shuttle or directing people coming in. I did not like that I had to do paperwork upon arrival after making my reservations and giving a deposit on line. Upon our return, once again we were waiting in the office to make our final payment. I did not find it very efficiently handled. |

| (January 29, 2011) The way to the airport was very quick. On the way home we had to wait for 45 minutes for a shuttle despite their sign inside claiming drop-offs and pick up every 15 minutes. We said all 3 times on the phone when we called that we needed a van (we have a 9 month old who needed her car seat strapped in) and instead they sent the shuttle with no seatbelts. This was disappointing because we had already been waiting so long. When we finally did get back our car was waiting for us which was nice. Both drivers were nice and very helpful. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A CAR SEAT BE SURE TO MAKE THAT EXTRA CLEAR TO THEM THOUGH!!! |

| (December 20, 2010) So far everything went well, it all feels only a bit complicated.....there was enough stuff, everybody was friendly. We had to wait on the counter, the front door was closed we had to walk all the way around to the back door, the person was with something busy......I do not know what...we were in a hurry because we did it the first time and had no idea how much time it would take. So lettings us wait for something like paperwork or something that could have wait and make us leave would have felt better. So the organization could go certainly faster and easier. Other than that it all worked out well.

The service is a definitely not luxury. You get crammed into a van coming and going. We called ahead as instructed upon our arrival to the airport when we landed; our car was brought out 20 minutes later, after we were told to go to the office to sort it out ourselves. Again, it was a good value. The customer service was far from good except at check in. The gentlemen that checked us in was very polite. |

I self parked and where I ended parking was under a berry tree which left my car a wreck with berries and bird droppings. After a week, my car was in pretty bad shape when I picked it up. I would use them again, however I would double check the spot I am assigned to self park and ensure a "cleaner" area of the parking lot |

| (November 8, 2010) I've used Luxury 3 times and had 3 different results. The first time was smooth and quick both at dropped and pickup. The second time the driver got me to the airport quickly (thankfully), but took nearly 30 minutes to come get me after I returned. The third time was the worst. I arrived at FLL on a Monday morning hoping to go straight to work and not be too late. I called Luxury as soon as I got off the plane to request a pickup and got their voicemail. I called 5 more times over the next 10 minutes until I got someone. They said they were on their way. 30 minutes later they arrive in a minivan already carrying 2 people. The 6 of us that had been waiting to get a ride had to decide between us who would be left behind to wait even longer. Like a gentleman, I volunteered. It took the driver I-don't-know-how-long to come back because I'm still here waiting. Luxury Parking is good for getting you to the airport fast, but I don't recommend them if you don't want a long wait after you come back to FLL. |

| (August 17, 2010) A day or two prior to arriving I called to verify the price and was advised there would be an additional charge for internet booking (there wasn't but this is what I was told when I called Luxury directly.) When we arrived at 6:30AM there was no one at the site and no sign on the door. We called and someone came within 15 minutes.
When we arrived back to Ft. Lauderdale, we called for a pick up and was advised call back when we had our luggage (understandable) but then it took over a half hour to be picked up. Once back at the car log they said that we had a HHR which they first claimed to be an SUV. After we satisfactorily resolved that issue it took another 15 minutes to move the cars around so we could get out.
Friends of mine recommended your service but they went with other agencies which were a little more. I believe I made a mistake by going with the less expensive car lot. I would use your service again but probably not with Luxury---especially if I had a tight schedule. |

Some suggestions I would offer are to check rate with rate agreed to when making reservation and make sure you are comfortable with valet parking and leaving your keys with them. There was no self park available when I had arrived. I was required to leave the keys with them and was a bit uncomfortable at first but all went well. Thus I would surely park with them again. |

| Honest, Efficient and Reasonable Parking |
| (June 12, 2010) Prior to our recent cruise out of Fort Lauderdale, my husband and I did a search for parking and found Luxury Airport Parking. The cost for a week was less than half of what the port charges. The employees were friendly, efficient and honest. We had decided to take our GPS with us on the ship for safekeeping. Unfortunately it fell out of my pocketbook and into the shuttle. When we realized it was missing we contacted Luxury Parking and found out it had been turned in. The manager mailed it to us. It is refreshing to know that honesty and integrity are still alive. We used the GPS to find the lot and did pass it once. It was worth going around the block again. The shuttle service was quick. Having read the other reviews I asked how to identify the van when I called for the pick up and was told it would have the name on the side and 2 American flags on the front. We spotted it immediately. We would definitely use again. |

| (May 25, 2010) I read the reviews before I decided to give this facility a try. I parked there for 3 days. It is not the easiest place to find even after reading the reviews and asking the staff for direction. There is no clear sign on the streets as its competitors do to direct customers to the facility. I was surprised to find my car radio station presets had been changed both in AM and FM. The staff seems confused even after I presented my online confirmation to them. It took over 5 minutes to checked-in and checked-out. The shuttle drivers were courteous. |

| (December 14, 2009) I always use park n ride which is about 9.00 a day, so I wanted to save some money and use another lot. I was hesitant at first but it turned out to be great. Very close to the airport. And when I arrived home my flight was an hour delayed at night. I called the shuttle service when I was getting off the plane and they were there as soon as I got outside! (I only had a carry on). I have a BMW X3 and my car was safe and secure. I would definitely use them again! |
