| (January 26, 2012) This is a relatively inexpensive parking facility very close to LGA. They got us processed and to the airport quickly - and had the car ready for us when we returned the following week.
Only minor complaint is it seemed to be an excessively long wait for the van on our return, but overall a good experience, and we will definitely use Clarion again. |

The attendant stared at it for several minutes until I suggested he release me manually. We had to go to the hotel lobby so he could look up my fee on their computer. (I was two hours past the reserved time due to flight delays) Then back to the lot so he could manually imprint my credit card receipt while other customers waited for their turn. I suggest a backup plan and training attendants in basic math skills. |

Cost with good for NYC, not so great compared to some other U.S. cities. I would use this parking again. |

| (January 12, 2012) This is one of the best ways to go. We are from CT and traveled out of LGA to Aruba for 8 days. At first I was nervous about leaving our car in their open lot and leaving my keys behind for a week, but when we got back the car was pulled out to the front and the bill was waiting. We paid $16/ day compared to $33 at the airport. If you have a company vehicle you have nothing to worry about either. The shuttle ride was quick and the wait time was 5 minutes to the airport and about 5-10 min when we returned. Highly recommended for LGA parking. Thanks. |

| (January 8, 2012) I arrived at the lot at about 5:30 am and had no trouble after showing my advanced reservation print out. Getting on the shuttle within 15 min after having missed the previous shuttle was smooth. The driver was helpful with the bags.
The return flight arrived at about 8:30 pm. Parking duration was about 10 days. I called the required number and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes. Upon arrival to the lot, the car was waiting and running making it easy to load the luggage quickly in the cold weather.
Payment was quick and I was out of there fast. Not sure how this compares to peak hours but i was satisfied with the service. I would likely use this location again. |

I emailed immediately advising what happened and as soon as they were open, they responded right away and took care of the problem. I felt comfortable the parking was secure and very close to the airport. |

We've parked many times next door at Dollar Car Rental, but the last time there the car came back with some scratches. It was a rainy nite when we called from LAG to be picked up. The van was there in no time. I felt sorry for the pkg lot attendant (one man alone on duty) who had to retrieve our car in pouring rain. He was kind enuf to put our luggage into the trunk. We tipped him, and were on our way, no problems, no new scratches. |

| (December 1, 2011) From CT we usually fly out of Hartford but were able to get better flight times out of LaGuardia and the tickets were almost $300 less each.
Long term parking at LaGuardia is very expensive, not always available and a hike to American Airlines with luggage could be even worse in bad weather.
I posted a question on TripAdvisor and the Clarion was suggested as our best choice for price and closeness to AA at LGA, and it was... you could literally see it across the highway 2 minutes away. We arrived around 3am, the shuttle was infront of the hotel, we dropped off the car with our online receipt and we were gone. When we returned I called the 800 number once we had our luggage and someone was there to pick us up in less than 5 mins. If traveling from LaGuardia again we will definitely use this service again, they even offer a cheaper rate (almost half) if you stay over the night before which would have really been convenient considering the time of our flight. Maybe next time... |
