| (October 23, 2012) Great courtesy on arrival and departure, quick service from airport on the shuttle bus to parking area. Lot was clean and secure, check out was quick. Will definitely park at this lot again when I go to the airport. Shuttle was waiting for us when we left the baggage area. |

| (September 15, 2012) everything was good until I checked out. The cashier did not know what to do when I gave her a 20% coupon and the voucher for $8 which was my deposit. It was a small amount but I got screwed out of the correct discount. |

| (August 7, 2012) A little confused how the payment was made. Was charged a deposit. Inserted my card and deposit was not listed. The cashier had to remove the card from the machine and it took a little time to adjust the fare. I would not have inserted the card if I knew in advance. |

| (July 25, 2012) The shuttle was clean and the driver was very courteous and helpful. He was also a considerate driver in that he did not have us bouncing all over the place or being jostled when making turns and there are many in the route from the airport to the lot. The attendant who met me when I first arrives to park as also very helpful and pleasant to work with. The attendant who bought my car up was pleasant and I appreciated the bottle of water. Overall, very good serve for the price. |

| (April 25, 2012) It was a great stay for my car. The attedent ate gate when i got there was fast and a good person. The bus diver was good and help with bags I had no wait time for bus going on my trip. Coming home I had 2 min wait for bus not bad. I liked the parking spot at Haynes. I will use parking spot on other trips I take. Keep up the good work.

| (February 27, 2012) I booked this lot on line and was very happy with the rate and services. approximately $110 for a week long trip. The shuttle bus picked me up directly from my car when I left, and despite being after 2a in the morning only waited 5-10 minutes on the return. I checked out quickly and with no problems with my reserved rate discount, and both times was between the lot and the terminal within less than five minutes.
the lot is undergoing some construction it seems, but I generally had no problems finding it, or finding a parking space (I used self serve)
I'll definitely use them again in the future. |

| (December 20, 2011) The construction makes it very difficult to navigate in and out of the parking site. It would help if you provided maps/directions for people needing them to find their desired route. I had great difficulty finding my way to my route home.
I had to call twice for a van pick-up at the terminal. |

| (November 1, 2011) Shuttle drivers were helpful and courteous. Car was ready for us upon our return. Found unexpected condensation on the inside of the car windows that required that we wipe down the windows before we could proceed.
Shuttle wait time for pick up was a little longer than I would have liked but not really unreasonable |

| (October 1, 2011) Only comment is that I called at 2:40 for a pick up and let the phone ring 50 times and again at 2:50 - no one answered. So I waited until 3:05 when it was answered on the first ring. And the new shuttle buses are lovely. |

being that the roads to the airport are not the best, bumpy, & sharp turns
it was difficult to stay put on the bus seats, need seat belts, especially

| (January 31, 2011) I called upon arrival at Newark but it took them more than 40 minutes to pick me up at the airport. If you're the last off the shuttle bus, you could be looking at a long wait to pay for your car. Be sure to show proof that you paid online, as the person at the desk tried charging me twice. You also need top budget some extra time for drop-off. Both the person at the desk and the drivers could use some customer-relations skills. The good news: My car was sheltered in the last snow storm and they had it up front waiting for me when I returned. |
