Checkout was quick and easy. The only glich was that when I first arrived it was confusing as to where to park my car. A bus driver came by and showed me (and another customer) where to park.

| (September 26, 2010) I've parked 3 times now at the Thrifty lot in San Antonio. I find it to be an excellent value. Staff is courteous, pick up and delivery is quick and the lot is secure. My ONLY negative is that the lost closes too early (11 pm). Twice I have had delayed flights and nearly missed getting my car out. After a long day of travel, the prospect of not being able to retrieve my car and having to find a hotel so late, is not at all enticing. I park at the airport lot when I know my flight will be arriving late, but I just wish Thrifty would stay open a bit later - at least till midnight all week. |

| (September 16, 2010) I parked at Thrifty for five days during my vacation, due to the fact I had a new car still with dealer plates, and didn't want to park at the airport. My car was safe and sound, behind a security fence, not unsecured as at the airport. Nothing would have occurred most likely, but I felt better parking here. Check-in and check-out were easy, as was the shuttle, and the online price of long-term parking was half that at the airport. I'd do it again. |

| (September 15, 2010) Parking could have been better marked with signs on where to park since it is a rental car lot and the airport parking counter needs to be staffed. Other than that, the shuttle was prompt, the car was fine and the price was affordable. It's a little tricky getting to the lot from 410. I would use this particular parking facility again for future extended stays. |

| (September 14, 2010) The price is right, to and from the airport was OK.
The only problem was that when I entered the office at the parking lot, there was a line of people ahead of me - probably renting cars. Another counter had a sign "FOR PARKING" or something similiar. But there was no one manning that counter. So after waiting a while, I asked one of the Thrifty people what should I do. He said go to the other counter, and he would help me - and he did; however, the people in line in front of me were not happy about me getting ahead of them! We need a better procedure.

| (September 10, 2010) Everything about using Thrifty parking was wonderful, except when I went to get my car out the lot to go home. I was told to park it against the back fence. When I got there late that night, there were lots of rental cars parked so close to my car, that I almost couldn't get my Suburban out. I don't know what I would've done. I guess they would've had to spend 30 minutes or so moving cars, which would've been terrible for me, since I was tired and ready to get home. They definitely need to improve on the space they give people trying to do long term parking. |

| (August 11, 2010) I BOOKED MY RESERVATION ONLINE FOR A PARKING SPACE AT THRIFTY. THE CHECK-IN TOOK LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. I WENT TO PARK MY CAR AND WAS ON THE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. UPON RETURING, IT TOOK LESS THAN 5 MINUTES MY BILL PAID AND ON MY WAY HOME. THE BEST PART IS THAT IT IS ALMOST HAVE THE COST OF THE AIRPORT PARKING ACROSS THE HIGHWAY. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THRIFTY AGAIN ON OUR NEXT VACATION. |

The drop off was smooth (a bit of a wait because it was first thing in the morning), and the Thrifty buses run more often than the airport parking buses. |

I did not have my reservations in paper format, and the service rep allowed me to email it to her so she could print it out for me. The drivers that transported me back and forth to the airport were great with helping with luggage, and holding good conversation on our short trip. On my trip back, I had a very cranky 1yr old, 3 suitcases, and no hands left. They made it easy to leave my luggage at the front so I could get my car. I will definitely use them on all my future trips if I have to park my car and travel again. |

My wife and I had a little trouble finding your business account of the direction are a bit sketchy, also when we tried to contact someone to get directions from your office all we got was an answering machine. Consequently we were pretty late getting to the airport, but made it just in time to catch our flight. Other than that it was very reasonable to stay at you place of business.

Only problem we had was that we forgot to bring a printout of our confirmation, so we had to use one of Thrifty's computers to access our online email to find it and print it. That held us up (would have been a problem if we had been pressed for time). Don't know what we would have done if we did not have online email. Seems Thrifty's system could be fixed so that the piece of paper would not be necessary. |

However, I had a 6:00am flight and the earliest the parking opened was 5:00am, which made it tight to get to the terminal. They were a few minutes late in opening. The plane was already boarding when I got to the gate. I would use the parking again but keep in mind about the time you open. |

You zip in and then zip out, the drivers grab your luggage and you are dropped off and picked up at the curb at the airport. No trying to remember where you parked your vehicle or having to haul your luggage all around. Great service, I highly recommend, rates are great also!!! |

I guess the get a job after being released from prison was something this guy did not want to do. The staff at the front gate, and the transport shuttle was very nice and polite. They accomandated me with a cool professional attitude. Overall my car was safe and in the spot i left it without any problems.
