No more worries about the car coming late, and most important - how they promise to honor a coupon and then renege on it when you get in the car. The shuttle to the airport could use some updating, but nonetheless, we got back and forth to where we needed to go and did not have to wait more than 5 minutes on the return trip for the shuttle (the shuttle left immediately from the lot to the airport). We will definitely park here again. |

| (September 14, 2011) This was the first time we kept our car here while on vacation. They were extremely professional and the lot was very secure. As listed on their website you would receive a car wash if you stored in covered parking and after a certain amount of days rental, and I was pleasantly surprised that my care was cleanly washed upon our arrival at pickup. There was barely a wait for the shuttle to the Airport, and they arrived quite promptly at the Airport to take us back to the lot for pickup. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and we will be using them for our next vacation. |

As with the previous 2 times, making the reservation was easy, the trip to the airport was within 2 minutes of arriving at the facility, and my pickup after returning to NJ was also very prompt. Excellent service by any standard.
I was disappointed this time by the fact that on my trip TO the airport, the driver took "a short cut" by NOT taking me to the departure level of Terminal A; instead, he took me to the lower level of the airport where he picks up returning customers - meaning I had to walk at least 3 times as far with my heavy bag to get to the terminal and then go up 3 levels to get to the Departure Level to check my bag. That is not the standard of service I had expected. But this was only 1 driver; all the others have provided perfect service. |

Within 2 minutes of my arrival at the parking lot, I was already directed to a van which left for the airport only one minute later!

| (April 23, 2011) I was extremely pleased with Corporate Airport Parking. I had read previous reviews that said it was hard to find. Trust me-I get lost going next door-but this was EASY to find. Navigating around Routes 1/9 and the airport is confusing, but the directions to Corporate Airport Parking are clearly marked, and you can't miss their big blue awning. They were also very helpful on the phone when I called for directions in advance.
I had also read reviews that said the vans were old. This was not the case for me. They told me that they replace their vans every 3 years, so I was the beneficiary of the brand new vans, which were clean and appeared to be in good condition. The drivers were friendly and helpful and carried my luggage, loaded my bags into the van, and on the return trip, the driver even loaded my bags into the trunk of my car (in the rain)!
The van was ready to take me to the airport as soon as I pulled in to the lot, and check-in was effortless.
Coming home, I called the van from the Starbucks at the exit to Terminal C, and it was already there waiting for me when I got outside to the designated pick-up place. I couldn't have asked for speedier service. When we arrived at the lot, my car was ready and waiting for me.
Really, this couldn't have been easier, and the price was right. I highly recommend Corporate Airport Parking if you are traveling out of Newark Airport. |

I made it to the lot and someone was ready to drive me to the airport within 5 minutes!! The driver was adorable, kind and reassuring that I wouldn't miss my flight. I arrived quickly and made my flight no problem. Upon my return I called for my pick up and the van arrived within 2 minutes of my getting to the pick up location. TIP: when you call for your pick up upon return have your ticket number ready. I wasn't prepared to give the number and the guy on the other end was apparently overwhelmed as he pulled the phone away from his face and yelled 'come on!!!!" while I dug through my wallet. Fair enough... I'd choose them again! |

This is the first time that we made a reservation for parking at corporate. I paid an upfront deposit and on the printout I received the remaining amount that was due was supposed to be $80.00 including tax. When we picked up the car the attendent said that the remaining amount due was $84.00. When I asked why he said that was what had to be paid. This did not leave me with a positive feeling. I think that the actual cost should match what is stated on the printout when reserving the space. |

| (November 3, 2010) We chose Corporate Parking after reading many reviews from other travelers in which CP received generally high marks. This is a good option if you don't mind being just a bit further from the airport than some of the other parking options, including LT @ Newark Airport (by far the most expensive). Drop-off was easy and simple, and the driver loaded our baggage into the back, and whisked us off to the appropriate gate. No slogging our way to a central pickup station, and no waiting.
Return trip was somewhat different: we called CP as we retrived our baggage, and were told to cross the main street outside the terminal and meet the driver in the middle area. No problem, except that we exited our terminal at Parking area 1, and the CVP driver was at Parking area 6 (a few hundred yards away). We had two pieces of luggage, two carry-on bags and a personal item bag each - quite a load of baggage. I called CP asking where the driver was, that we were waiting at Parking area 1. The man who answered was less than courteous in demanding that we go to area 6, and only when I asked him to have the driver come to area 1 did he say that they weren't allowed to pick up passengers anywhere but area 6.
We finally made it back to CP's main lot, and waited for a couple of minutes while the driver retrieved our vehicle. He brought it out, parked it, and promptly hopped back into the CP shuttle to head back to the airport for another pickup. Did NOT help at all loading our luggage into our vehicle (not a physical problem for me, but this is part of the service they claim to provide).
CP washed our vehicle and shined the tires (to get this service you will have to choose the 'Park Inside' option, and be there for more than three days).
Overall, a relatively inexpensive choice ($121 for 7 days, parked inside, and within a well-secured lot with a heavy gate). Not the easiest place to get to, but worth it considering the rate and (most) of the services provided.

We were back at the lot shortly there after, where my car was washed and waiting for me. I was able to pay quickly and was off. When I made my reservation it was clear that I was using a discount coupon. When I paid at the lot, I assumed that everything was computerized and that my coupon discount would be applied. Only after paying the wrong amount was I told that I have to present the on-line print-out. The system seemed very out-of-date and possibly misleading.
The car wash feature is a major plus and was well done.
Without the discount I probably would choose a different lot. Price is important.

| (September 15, 2010) My Buddy Joe told me about Corporate parking and I was a little hesitate because in the past I had a bad experience at another parking location by the airport. However, that was not the situation here. As soon as I got to the parking location the shuttle was ready to go. Coming home once I got my bags I called and the shuttle was at the airport within ten minutes to pick me up. The only thing I recommend is if you make your reservation on-line keep your confirmation with you because they needed to see that when I picked up my car so they could verify the on-line rate I was given. I would recommend Corpoarte Parking to anyone, it was Easy and very reliable! |

| (January 3, 2010) I had a confirmed reservation. When I arrived a a pouring rainy night they said they were full and had to go elsewhere. by the time I found another spot we had missed our flight. It costs us hundreds of dollars to re-book and of course we have no recourse.

| review of Corporate Air Parking during X-mas travel |
| (December 31, 2009) Friendly drivers and convenient way to park when flying out of Newark since I was traveling with lots of bags and a 3-year-old. I would have liked my car to be ready quicker when I returned, but I was in a van with 2 other parties on one of the busiest travel days of the year, so to be expected. Also, the online discount is not automatic, you have to show your receipt, but attended had no problem refunding me the difference. In summary, I'm satisfied and will park there next time I travel. |

| (December 31, 2009) The time it took to get a shuttle to and from airport was considerable high. This was the first time I parked at Corporate but I regularly park off site (at Vista parking). Shuttle sevice to and from airport is much quicker at Vista |

| (December 31, 2009) Excellent drop-off & pick-up service; our car was ready to go when we arrived; staff was friendly; site is a tad off the beaten track but lower price makes up for it. However, a word to the wise: If you get a discounted price by reserving online, be sure to bring a hard-copy of your receipt as I was quoted at higher price at the counter when I finally picked up our car (in fact I had read of someone else's similar experience with this type of situation prior to making my first reservation with Corporate - which prepared me to bring my reservation receipt with me). This should NOT happen as they should know what the reserved price is and not try to take advantage of someone less observent or in a rush - it felt dishonest. I will give them one more chance, but if the same situation occurs a second time, or ever again for that matter, it will be the last time they see my business. Read my lips Corporate Airport Parking owners, tighten-up your operation and you'll continue to receive people's business. Honesty is not only the best path, it is also the most honorable one. |

| DON'T USE THIS PARKING LOT!! |
| (December 28, 2009) We made a reservation at this lot for the day after Christmas, confirmed with a credit card and a deposit charged to the card. When we arrived, we were told they did not have space for us, even though we had a reservation. They were not helpful at all, saying that they could not do anything about the deposit charged to our card, and just kept telling us to move our car out of there way. We had to scramble to find alternate parking, and of course it was at a much higer daily rate because it was last minute. Fortunately, we had planned to arrive well in advance of our flight time, so we were able to make our flight. Had we not allowed for more than the recommended time, we could have missed our flight. |

| (December 26, 2009) Upon arriving at Corporate Airport Parking with reservation in hand, I was turned away with the explaining that they had no more spots and there was nothing that they could do for me. This is a poor way to run a business. I was lucky that my flight was delayed and it gave me enough time to find another facility in the area. Hopefully I will be refunded, but I am not even sure of that. Corporate Airport Parking thank you for nothing. |
