| (November 10, 2009) I had used this parking to leave my car for a week. Great experience. Shuttle on the way to airport was available immediately. On the way back it took about 2-3 minutes for shuttle to pick me up after my call. Very proffessional staff. |

| (November 3, 2009) I had read a few negative reviews about price changes from quoted prices by others. This was easily avoided by bringing the confirmation sheet as instructed.
Easy to find.
Just minutes from the airport.
Pickup was almost instant, even for a very late arrival.
Price was as agreed.
Car was as left.
Couldn't be easier.

| (September 20, 2009) Generally it was a very good experience. When I arrived it was a bit confusing as to where I should part. Was unclear where valet vs. self park was located. However, once I got situated, the staff was friendly and helpful. Drop off and pick up were pretty quick. Great job! |

| Self-Park Covered parking doesn't exist! |
| (September 5, 2009) Online reserved a self-park covered parking space, surprised when the attendant said the covered parking was valet only, self park was in an open parking lot...
Website is intentionally misleading and should be corrected, that said no other complaints as they had plenty of parking spaces available and was easy to find. |

| (July 28, 2009) No problems parking or getting to/from the terminal. Upon paying, I was asked to pay a different amount than I had on registered for. I needed to show my receipt in order to get the rate that I registered for on line, which was not a problem after I showed the receipt.

| Scratched my car, got run around |
| (May 23, 2009) I had the same experience as the person with the Altima, my vehicle was damaged also with a scratch. Got a run around with the managers saying the owner would get back to me, the owner was going to be in, the owner left early. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Trenton and no response from Corporate Airport Parking, I've also filed a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's office and no response.
I would highly suggest since you don't park the car yourself and they do, that you take PHOTOS and lots of them including video when you drop the car off, I can't suggest that enough that you need to take pictures of your car at the time of drop off because if and when they do damage your car you have proof. I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my $76 to help cover the $220 in damage.
I'd avoid using them. |

| (February 15, 2009) Dropped off car(which was covered from the ice/snow), shuttle driver Allen was great...picked up from airport within minutes of my picking up my bags(again by Allen) and returned to a CLEAN car(Allen even loaded my bags into my car while I paid). So glad to have found them! |

| *** HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - SCRATCHED NEW CAR, DON'T USE!!!*** |
| (February 10, 2009) I parked at this lot for 3 days in late Jan 2009 with my 6 month old Nissan Altima Hybrid (brand new). When I picked up my car after my trip, I did a walk around and noticed two large scratches on the side of the passenger door. I brought this up to the desk clerk (Max) who not only inspected my car, but also agreed that there were scratches on the car. He gave me the manager's name (Junior) to call on the following Monday since that was when Junior would be in. Max also told me that they have access to a body shop and that they can take care of my car within a day. When I called the following Monday, Junior not only disputed my claim, he called me a liar and proceeded to hang up on me numerous times. After explaining my situation and trying to reason with him, he then put me through to his manager, George Rivera, who told me he would investigate the claim and get back to me within 2 business days. It's now been over two weeks and I haven't heard from George. I've tried repeatedly to reach him, but all the employees there claim he's not in. I am requesting a refund of this transaction as my experience has been horrific and I plan on reporting this lot to the BBB. I've been given the runaround for over two weeks and no one at this lot seems to know the meaning of customer service.
The lot is off the main road and very difficult to find. It is also one of the most run-down lots among the bunch and is in serious need of major capital improvements. When I parked there, I was told to park my car inches away from the next car outside (even though I requested indoor parking - since I jumped on their shuttle van immediately, I have no way of knowing whether they moved my car inside). My warning is not to park here unless you're looking for to be mistreated and your car to be likely damaged when you return. All the other positive reviews are likely shill reviews; I'm telling you I'm not a competitor, but an actual customer. These people don't deserve a single star, but since 1 star was the lowest rating, I gave them this. |

| (January 31, 2009) A little tricky to find, and the route you take depends on which website you use. Got there via I95 Exit 13A, Rte 81, etc which seemed fairly simple. Exited per instructions of staff, and was even simpler to get back to Rt 1/9 and then to I95. Everything worked smoothly going and coming - with only a short wait for pickup on return. |

Signs on McClellan Ave. to direct you to the lot would be helpful. I used the under cover parking alternative and thought it was a different location. But now I know and will use this for my next parking need. |

| (January 22, 2009) I left my car for 4 days, in January. When I came back, it was warmed up, washed, and free from snow. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and courteous. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is that I was quoted one price on-line and paid a higher price upon checkout. The difference was a matter of less than 10 dollars, and when I mentioned this to the person checking it out I received nothing more than a shrug as he kept talking to someone else on the phone. Since my family was waiting in the car I wasn't about to pursue it, but it slightly soiled an otherwise perfect experience. |

| (January 2, 2009) I've used them once before in 2007 and it was ok. I went back to use them again this year and on the way back from the airport,the driver not only that he did not speak any English (I can deal with that) but the guy was in lala land. First he leaves the airport and he's on cloud 9 so instead of getting off the exit he goes back to the airport, so ok I'm thinking maybe he has to pick up another passenger but then he's getting frustrated so now I know he missed the exit. We're driving again and now he misses the exit to 1-9 south and goes 1-9 North and takes 78 West gets off in Elizabeth and is totally lost, so I ask him are you lost and he's ah yeah, so instead of being the shuttle for 8 mins I was there for 36 mins, get to the parking and tried talking to the manager he's like there is nothing I can do about it.

| (January 1, 2009) Finding the place was the hardest part. After we found the place, from there on out the service was superb! A van was already awaiting us, taking us directly to our terminal. Upon our return, the van was waiting right where they said it would be, and our car was up front with the boot open, ready for us to pay and drive away. The rate was very reasonable. |

| (December 9, 2008) The service provided was professional and very timely. We arrived at Corporate and immediately were taken to the airport. Upon our return, we were picked up at the terminal in a timely fashion and the van was warm because the day was rainy and cold. The driver was very friendly and provided good conversation during the drive back to Corporate. When we returned to Corporate our car was ready to have our luggage placed in the trunk..The payment process was quick and we were on our way within minutes.
We will certainly return next Thanksgiving and hopefully during the summer. |

| (December 2, 2008) For being my first time leaving my vehicle at a parking garage - I had a great experience and everyone was very nice and helpful even when I got lost a block away from the location. My car was ready when I got back and it only took a few minutes to pay and head on my way home.
based upon my experience I would refer them and will use them the next time I need to garage my car.
I was away for 9 days and I was happy I used the facilities.

(September 4, 2007) Wonderful lot to park in!! Kept my Infiniti FX35 there for a week in the indoor lot and not one problem occurred. Super fast service and shuttle time!!! Nice job with the car wash....great to return from the Caribbean with a clean car waiting!!! Thank you so much!!!
Pros: Super fast service and shuttle time. By the time we walked outside after retrieving our luggage the shuttle was waiting for us!
Cons: A little more pricey than some of the other lots....but definitely worth it! |

(January 24, 2007) I dealt with 2 other airport parking businesses before Corporate and after having used Corporate, I do not plan on changing. They are friendly, efficient, affordable, and fast. I was lost one morning and one of the employees stayed on the line and directed me until I came to familiar ground. If you want good service, this is the place to go!!

| Relieved of a Parking Headache |
(January 19, 2007) We've avoided flying out of Newark primarily due to parking problems in the past that have caused us to run late, even miss flights. Despite our flying out on Christmas day, returning just before midnight on New Year's Eve, we were treated well by every staff member we encountered. We were attended to immediately and had virtually no wait for the shuttle on either end of our trip. My car was ready and waiting -- and clean! -- upon our return. I'm sold. These gentlemen will see me again!

| (December 21, 2006) I have used Corporate Parking several times now and they have done a good job. There are options for indoor or outdoor parking. Close and convenient to the NJTP and airport. The lot is fenced, security seems good. Many shuttles going back and forth so we did not have a long wait. Also used their online discount coupons. |
