| OK, but waited way too long for shuttle on returning |
| (January 9, 2012) It took about an hour between when we called and when we picked up our car, this included about 45 minutes of waiting at the curb while we watched SkyPark's competitors go by 2-4 times each.
Otherwise, no problems. Shuttle was clean. When we finally arrived, our car was waiting. The shuttle to the airport was very timely as well. Staff was very friendly.
I'd probably have given SkyPark 5 stars if it wasn't for the long wait on the return pick-up. Upon returning from a long trip, I just want to get home and this delay was hard to accept. |

| (November 26, 2011) I've used your parking lot several times but this last time wasn't good.
I called when I arrived home, 10pm Wed night. I waited a long while waiting for the bus and than the bus driver didn't even stop where I was standing, and I waved to him and he kept on going, didn't even STOP. So I called again and had to wait for another bus to come and get me.
Than, why bother making an online reservation?? I was charged $17 per day and when I asked the man why it was so much he didn't even read that I had a $13 a day discount, so he had to change all the paper work. I'm sure a lot of customers wouldn't even notice the price so you get the $17 rate even off on line customers.
It was great having my car out in front and the drivers were friendly. |

| (August 10, 2011) overall it was a good experience, however the process can get a bit better.. It took longer than any other airport parkings I used before (I fly every Friday thus I wanted to try this one too). I didn't like that I need to leave my car keys with the parking attendee (someone who has OCD having stranger in a car isn't pleasant), wait in the bus after dropping my car until enough customers gathered to leave to airport, and have to go stand in line to pay. Every minute counts so simplification in the process will keep me returning and using SkyPark. I have to say I liked that I had SkyPark pick me up from the airport pretty quickly and liked the fact that drivers were nice and sincere. Hope this helps

| (July 19, 2011) Service was great! Upon arrival at the airport, we contacted SkyPark that we have arrived and awaiting at the designated pick up area. They said a transportation wil be coming by in 10 minutes. Because of their multiple transportations, a bus arrived within 5 minutes and we were on our way back to the SkyPark garage where our vehicle was ready at the drop off area. Great service with polite employees!

| (April 19, 2011) For the third time we had a very nice parking experience this past week at SkyPark. The shuttle was very efficient in both directions and I had the car cleaned inside and out, which came out well. The only minor issue was that the car wasn't waiting for us when we arrived back at the lot, and we had to wait a couple of minutes for it to be brought down. That could have been because of the cleaning.
Anyway, we'll continue to use SkyPark when we fly out of SFO. |

| (January 14, 2011) I checked all of the parking companies on the internet and picked SkyPark based on best price, reviews and valet parking. I reserved a space for a week and submitted a deposit and was give a quote for my intended itinery. When I check in, I immediately received a receipt and was on the shuttle to SFO within a few minutes. When I returned, a shuttle responded to my call for a pickup within 5 minutes.
The best part was my vehicle was there when I stepped off the shuttle and when I went to pay, the total bill was $20 less than quoted!!!
I will certainly use you guys again. |

| (September 10, 2010) It was 4:30 a.m. and still very dark on the morning I left for Palm Springs. Unfortunately, I couldn't rely on my Mapquest directions because I could not read them in the moon light. I called SkyPark and the operator stayed on the phone with me until I safely arrived in their parking lot 10 minutes later! The short ride to the airport gave me plenty of time to make my flight. On return, I called after collecting my baggage and a shuttle appeared within minutes. I very highly recommend SkyPark for those who need to park long term with no GPS and even those who have it. |

In the morning I got a donut and coffee and wasn't even finished with my them from the time we left the Car Park to where my ticket counter check-in was...
Upon arrival, there was little wait, the car was there immediately and I was off the lot within 2 minutes of paying.

| (June 23, 2010) I've parked at SkyPark for the last 18 years whenever I have had to go out of town on short trips. They have consistently had top notch service. Attendants load your luggage in to the shuttle bus (which is always magically there when you pull in), it's a quick 5 minute ride to the airport and when you come back and call them to give them your claim check number, your car is waiting for you right by the shuttle drop off. If you become a preferred customer, then your credit card is automatically charged and your receipt is on your windshield. All you have to do is get in your car and go home! |

Getting there at the start of the trip was a bit complicated with all of those turns and the directions online say "San Mateo Avenue" or "The Avenue" when in fact it's just The Avenue. It's too bad there is not a more direct route to your place.

| (June 11, 2010) The drop off went very smoothly. We dropped the car off, gave the keys to the attendent, received our confirmation receipt and got on the van which immediatelly took off for the airport. Total time between drop off and arrival at airport was less than 1/2 hour.
The pickup also went very smoothly. I was on the first floor of the terminal when I called for a pickup. Was told the van would be arriving shortly. By the time I got to the second floor pick up location the van was waiting. Upon arrival at the SkyPark lot my car was waiting. Paid balance due and drove off. Total time between pick up, arrival at lot, payment of amount due and drive off was about 1/2 hour.

The people who work there are extremely efficient. Shuttles came almost immediately both to and from the airport. When we called the shuttle from the airport, they asked our ticket number, so that our car was right in front of the building when our shuttle arrived! | (March 24, 2010) I got on to yelp to see how you were rated. There were 191 reviews ( as opposed to a dozen) and the average rating was over near the top of the list. This made me give you a try. I reserved online. The directions on my GPS got me to your place with no surprises. my trip to airport took less than 15 min. On my way back, it did not take much wait to the shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised to see my car already staged near the lobby.
I am VERY HAPPY with the service. To get me to give you 5 stars I want you to

2)Online reservation should be simply complete - I should not have to wait in line again to pay ( okay only $4.50 deposit is charged online - but convenience I expect is keep my wait to the minimum - I just want to get home.
3)Driver needs to smile and make some polite conversation : he'll get a tip if he does that

| (March 22, 2010) My husband and I are very pleased with the service at SkyPark San Bruno. The shuttle was prompt to get us to our airline. When we returned, I called for a pickup and spoke to a nice woman (whose name I didn't get). She assured me that the shuttle would be there in 6 minutes. Six minutes! We had barely arrived at the pick-up spot when it pulled up. After one other pick-up we were on our way back to the lot. Our car was right in front of the office waiting to be driven away. We will use SkyPark again and recommend it to others. Bon voyage! |

| Return from Denver Trip |
| (March 21, 2010) Transport to and from airport was efficient, timely. Both drivers were helpful. On our return trip I could not find my claim ticket but the phone receptionsist gathered pertinent information and still had our vehicle waiting for us when we got back to the SkyPark garage. The only thing that might have made the experience a little better would have been to have had the windows cleaned. Thanks.
