| (July 13, 2010) I travel often and usually fly through LAX and SFO. SkyPark SF is the best ever. The service was attentive, fast, reliable, and shuttles were quick and available to and from the airport.
In the morning I got a donut and coffee and wasn't even finished with my them from the time we left the Car Park to where my ticket counter check-in was...
Upon arrival, there was little wait, the car was there immediately and I was off the lot within 2 minutes of paying.
I am super impressed with the cost, service and convenience. |

| (June 23, 2010) I've parked at SkyPark for the last 18 years whenever I have had to go out of town on short trips. They have consistently had top notch service. Attendants load your luggage in to the shuttle bus (which is always magically there when you pull in), it's a quick 5 minute ride to the airport and when you come back and call them to give them your claim check number, your car is waiting for you right by the shuttle drop off. If you become a preferred customer, then your credit card is automatically charged and your receipt is on your windshield. All you have to do is get in your car and go home! |

The location is not difficult to find, just don't use Google Maps--I lost thirty minutes with bad directions. |

| (June 19, 2010) This was my first SkyPark experience and it was very good--especially how fast the pickup was on my return trip.
Getting there at the start of the trip was a bit complicated with all of those turns and the directions online say "San Mateo Avenue" or "The Avenue" when in fact it's just The Avenue. It's too bad there is not a more direct route to your place.

When we returned we walked to the upper level and as we were getting our phone out to call the shuttle pulled up, our total wait time less than ten seconds. When we got back to the parking lot our car was pulled out and waiting for us. We paid, used their restroom and were on the road in less than five minutes. Could not be easier. thanks |

It took 5-10 min from the time we left the terminal, to when we got to skypark. I even lost my receipt for my car, so they looked up my reservation, checked my ID and i was on my way. Did a great job on the carwash as well. |

| (June 11, 2010) The drop off went very smoothly. We dropped the car off, gave the keys to the attendent, received our confirmation receipt and got on the van which immediatelly took off for the airport. Total time between drop off and arrival at airport was less than 1/2 hour.
The pickup also went very smoothly. I was on the first floor of the terminal when I called for a pickup. Was told the van would be arriving shortly. By the time I got to the second floor pick up location the van was waiting. Upon arrival at the SkyPark lot my car was waiting. Paid balance due and drove off. Total time between pick up, arrival at lot, payment of amount due and drive off was about 1/2 hour.

The people who work there are extremely efficient. Shuttles came almost immediately both to and from the airport. When we called the shuttle from the airport, they asked our ticket number, so that our car was right in front of the building when our shuttle arrived! We would definitely park here again if we need to park long term at SFO. Thanks for your good work. |

| (March 24, 2010) I got on to yelp to see how you were rated. There were 191 reviews ( as opposed to a dozen) and the average rating was over near the top of the list. This made me give you a try. I reserved online. The directions on my GPS got me to your place with no surprises. my trip to airport took less than 15 min. On my way back, it did not take much wait to the shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised to see my car already staged near the lobby.
I am VERY HAPPY with the service. To get me to give you 5 stars I want you to
1)assist with luggage esp. when there are women, toddlers and infants traveling to make use of your facility
2)Online reservation should be simply complete - I should not have to wait in line again to pay ( okay only $4.50 deposit is charged online - but convenience I expect is keep my wait to the minimum - I just want to get home.
3)Driver needs to smile and make some polite conversation : he'll get a tip if he does that

| (March 22, 2010) My husband and I are very pleased with the service at SkyPark San Bruno. The shuttle was prompt to get us to our airline. When we returned, I called for a pickup and spoke to a nice woman (whose name I didn't get). She assured me that the shuttle would be there in 6 minutes. Six minutes! We had barely arrived at the pick-up spot when it pulled up. After one other pick-up we were on our way back to the lot. Our car was right in front of the office waiting to be driven away. We will use SkyPark again and recommend it to others. Bon voyage! |

Upon our return, I called them from baggage claim and by the time we got out to the pickup area, the shuttle was pulling up. When we got back to the garage, our car was waiting for us! | (January 2, 2010) SkyPark exceeded expectations. Making online reservations was quick & easy. Check in on arrival at SkyPark was efficient. Luggage was loaded on & off the van. The van left for the airport as my car was being parked by the valet. On the return from Munich Germany after enduring the new excessive security measures of body pat downs and over an hour to get through the security checks we arrived at SFO (after a 12 hour flight). We called SkyPark for a van, and were met within a couple of minutes (obviously more than one van was operating). The driver loaded our bags. We arrived at Skypark, our car was parked right in front. We settled the bill - no hassle.
After a long flight it was great to have wonderful service. We will definitly use and recommend Skypark in the future. |

Parking here will be less than a one way ride to SFO---at least for me. SkyPark has their operation down very well. The only thing that prevents me from giving them 5 stars not getting a courteous greeting or thank you from the shuttle drivers, and the guy who takes your car. Other than that, I would recommend SkyPark to anyone looking for a reliable long term parking service. |

out another local business.
However, returning from 24 hours of travel from overseas we
called for pickup after we got our luggage and we were
heading out to the pickup area. As we were crossing the street to the island (with 2 wheelies each) we saw a
Skypark bus and we hurried up as much as possible ..
the bus pulled away EMPTY.
After waiting another 10 minutes and seeing at least 2 buses
for all other parking areas including SFO longterm parking,
DeAnza Parking, ParkSFO, and others. We were starting to
get cold because the wind was blowing. Good thing rain was
not due until that night!
I called again for pickup. Total .. we waited over 20
minutes for pickup during which time we saw at least 5
pickup buses for the other parking services. I still
tipped the driver presuming he was not the problem, but my
wife was against the tip.
Primary criticism - supposedly the first driver knew we
were coming and then left us with an EMPTY bus. We park
longterm at last once a month, as do many of our friends and
colleagues, and Skypark will be a lower preference for us
for future parking. |
