The drivers that picked us up and dropped us off where very friendly and through. My car was safe and returned to me in the same condition as when I dropped it off. The receptionist/cashier seemed very detached and were not too keen on making small conversation or being anything but business so that was a little colder than I had anticipated. Overall a good experience and I would park there again :) |

| (September 7, 2009) SkyPark had great service for a good value. The shuttle drivers were excellent and quick. The drop off and pick up of our car was very smooth and easy. The only thing you should be wary of is to make sure to bring your reservation number with you if you obtain a discount when you pay, otherwise, they will try to charge the normal daily parking rate. However, as soon as I mentioned I had a reservation, the attendant dilignetly searched for my reservation number in order to give me the discounted rate. |

| (August 12, 2009) It was our first time using SkyPark for long term airport parking. The service and staff were quick and courteous, including the shuttle ride that is provided to the airport - short and sweet. I choose this facility because of their 24-hour security and the high reviews from other travelers. It was great to know there are options to have your vehicle serviced or cleaned while your gone, for those that would like that done. When we returned - it was a piece of cake! We didn't even have to call to have the shuttle pick us up at the airport, as the shuttles stops by frequently enough. (Even if we had to wait just a few minutes, the "on demand" pick-up works great. I was really impressed at how quickly we were able to pay and pick up our vehicle; and how it was ready to go and close by (they had it ready to go for us)! Great experience for us, I highly recommend if you're looking for a friendly, quick, secure and convenient airport parking facility and all at a very reasonable price! |

| (July 22, 2009) Even though I needed a jump start when I finally got to the car, the service provided by the driver who called in for my pickup to the other guy who quickly brought out the portable jump starter for my car was great.
The cashier originally forgot to take off the prepayment deposit for the online reservation. If I had not remembered, I would have overpaid. This is the only reason I didn't give you 5 stars.
I'll be back (now that I know where SkyPark is located.) The location was a bit difficult to find at first. |

| (July 18, 2009) Worked very well except that I had to call several times to get picked up from the airport after my trip. Admittedly it was 1 AM, but they could have given me an accurate estimate of how long it would take for their van to come. |

| (July 6, 2009) All parking services provided as advertised. My only problem was that I booked my reservation online at a rate of $11/day for 11 days totaling $121. I tried to provide the reservation paperwork when we arrived at the lot and was told to keep it until we picked the car up. When we returned to pick up the car, they had already printed a bill for $178. I presented the reservation paperwork with the quoted rate and it took them roughly 20 minutes to figure out how to correct the billing. I wouldn't have minded so much, but at 12:30am with a tired 2 and 5 year old, it was painful. Make sure they have your correct rate information prior to leaving or at the very least make sure you print out your online reservation information. |

After finding the lot, things went very smoothly getting out of SFO.
Coming back to SFO imagine our surprise upon calling in to find that although all arriving people come out on the lower level, we needed to be on another level. That was a royal pain with the luggage we had.
Once we got everything to the right level we were OK but what a hassle using the airport elevator.
I cannot imagine why arriving folks are not picked up at that level... |

| (June 3, 2009) Unlike other lots we've used to park while on travel, SkyPark provides a convenient, affordable, and secure alternative to SFO's long-term parking lot situation. Shuttle drivers were both courteous and prompt, making sure we were quickly taken to and dropped off at our terminal, helping us with our luggage when needed, and promptly picking us up upon our return. Rates were both reasonable and competitive with other area lots and we didn't have to wait a long time to check-out when arriving at 12:30 a.m.
Seeing the sign for guaranteed holiday parking availability is an incentive when considering this lot for future travel arrangements, as long as it continues to remain affordable. My only suggestion would be to provide a customer phone-cue/hold for the 1-800 arrival pickup notification number. A message indicating that a service agent will be available to assist in the order of the calls received, would be much better than getting a busy signal and having to make multiple calls until getting through. |

| (June 2, 2009) Skypark always does a good job. Drop off is quick, the shuttle usually leaves promptly, and you are at the airport in no time. Pick up was smooth. After calling, the shuttle arrived almost immediately, and my car was waiting for me at the door.
My only nit is that my return flight was delayed and Skypark charged me a full extra hour for a 2 minute delay. When I complained, the clerk told me that there was nothing she could do. I was disappointed that they would nickle and dime in this way.
Despite this, overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Skypark. |

| (May 29, 2009) I was amazed on how efficient the staff was when arriving. The van was waiting, and after loading our luggage, we were at SFO in about 10 minutes.
On the return home we only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle. When we arrived at Skypark our car was brought to us, and we had a cup of coffee while waiting. We used the on-line purchasing which was $5.00 a day cheaper. i never fly out of SFO because of the cost and traffic. This experience will make me return to Skypark in the future.

| (May 17, 2009) This was so easy. We pulled up, transferred our luggage to a shuttle, gave them our keys and we were on our way to the airport. Very close to the airport too. About as close as the airport's own long term parking. When we returned and claimed our bags, we just called and gave them out ticket number. By the time we walked up to the curb a van was pulling up to take us back to the parking lot. And our car was ready and waiting for us. We paid and were on our way home quickly. I will definitely consider using this lot again. |

The online reservation gave me the confidence that my Lexus GS 430 would be in a covered and safe palce while I went on vacation.
I printed the online reservation which had a map on it - this was very helpful. Salut SkyPark.
The moment I arrived at Sky Park, the courteous staff gave me a parking number and ticket and helped with my bags into the shuttle.
Upon arrival at SanFrancisco, I called SKYPark shuttle and in 5 minutes I was on my way - SKOL SKYPark. You guys are just great. Wish more companies in America operate wih the same efficiency and courteousness as you. Thank You

| (April 17, 2009) This is so much more convenient than other long term parking ... no waiting for a bus in some remote place in a parking lot...you pull into a driveway, you are greeted by a person who gives you a claim ticket and transfers your luggage to an awaiting van and then you are off. You return, get picked up by the van within 15 minutes and after paying your bill, your car is waiting for you at the front door of the lobby. Unbelievably convenient and so much more economical than getting a taxi or airport shuttle for transportation to and from Oakland. |

When we returned, we called the number and the bus was there by the time we got to the curb. Even though we had a full bus, the checkout line moved quickly and we were on the road quickly.

There was space available at the last minute; there was covered parking for unloading (vs many places where you're out in the open seemingly miles from the any staff or shuttle buses); the shuttle buses were more than prompt; my car was ready with the keys in the ignition just feet from the office when I returned; and the price was very competitive. I will never park anywhere else at SFO in the future. |

I thought the service was good but was surprised to find that even though I thought I had prepaid online for the discount, my credit card was still needed as only a deposit was made. It would seem if I made a reservation, the payment can be made automatically without the hassle of the cc all over again.
Also, I gave them my entire set of keys and was returned only the car key. After inquiring, they said to look around inside my car as the 'driver separates them'. I did not like this and have not had any other parking place I've used do this.
I did like the people even though they did not go out of their way to educate first timers. |
