| (March 26, 2009) Parked, got in the shuttle and made it to and from the airport very quickly and easily. The only problem was that when I told them I lost my ticket, it seemed as though they were not ready for that. It took WAY to long to find it in the system and the driver almost wasn't going to let me on the shuttle without proof my car was there. (Are there many people cruising around the shuttles for fun?) Overall, a worthwhile (and apparently a much cheaper) option.... |

| Great service, facilities and prices |
| (March 18, 2009) Everything about our experience was positive. There was space available at the last minute; there was covered parking for unloading (vs many places where you're out in the open seemingly miles from the any staff or shuttle buses); the shuttle buses were more than prompt; my car was ready with the keys in the ignition just feet from the office when I returned; and the price was very competitive. I will never park anywhere else at SFO in the future. |

I thought the service was good but was surprised to find that even though I thought I had prepaid online for the discount, my credit card was still needed as only a deposit was made. It would seem if I made a reservation, the payment can be made automatically without the hassle of the cc all over again.
Also, I gave them my entire set of keys and was returned only the car key. After inquiring, they said to look around inside my car as the 'driver separates them'. I did not like this and have not had any other parking place I've used do this.
I did like the people even though they did not go out of their way to educate first timers. |

| A month at SkyPark |
| (February 11, 2009) We recently left our SUV at SkyPark for just over a month, while we stayed for a week in San Francisco and then three and a half weeks in Hawaii. Everything about our experience was excellent. Check-in was easy and efficient. We especially appreciated being able to access our car after the first week to switch over our luggage for the Hawaii trip. And when we got back, the shuttle was prompt and the car was downstairs waiting for us. The car was in fine shape (except just as dirty as when we left it - I wish we had taken advantage of SkyPark's car washing service). And the price for a month's parking was considerably less than any other covered facility near SFO.
In summary, I would recommend SkyPark to anyone who needs to leave their car near SFO for an extended period. |

The car was parked for me and I was helped with my bags. Which is a great help when traveling with children. I had to wait about five minutes for the shuttle service to arrive and pick us up. Being so close to the airport and with affordable pricing for parking I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using this again. |

| (January 2, 2009) I've been parking with Sky Park for many years and have never had a complaint. As a registered frequent parker, my car is always waiting for me when I return, ready to go. Once, a long time ago when the car key got misplaced, they quickly chaufferred the whole family home (25 miles) so that I could get a spare key. The misplaced one showed up a few days later. I have never found a dent or other evidence of damage or misuse. After some bad experiences with other parking services, I hope to stay with Sky Park a long time.

| (January 1, 2009) I chose SkyPark mostly based on reviews from this site, and I was definitely not disappointed. Their service was excellent, and I had a smooth experience as a first-time customer. Be sure to have a printout of your reservation in hand, don't lose your claim ticket, and be sure to grab a donut/banana to snack on!
The place is pretty easy to find, and convenient to get to—I was coming north on 101, and it was quite straightforward. I would definitely recommend SkyPark to anyone looking for long-term parking at SFO. |

When you return, you just give them a ring, tell them your claim ticket #, then hop on the shuttle (not more than a 10-15 minute wait, even late at night). Your car is waiting for you when you arrive--you can just pay and leave.
Bonuses: free doughnuts and coffee in the AM (I've never had either, but it's a nice thought), and AAA discount. |

| (December 1, 2008) This was the first time I used SkyPark and was impressed with the fast service upon arrival, and the efficiency of the shuttle service overall, however.....
On the return, the 800 provided on the ticket took me straight to a VoiceMail Menu, and after the introduction the VMM hung up on me 4 times. Not cool. I called the local number instead and to my glad surprise the phone was answered late in the evening. Now what would happen if I didn't have that local number??? The rest was without issues.
FIX YOUR 800 number and don't tell me (as did the person who answered the phone) that it was my fault. I know this kind of stuff happens all the time, it is a glitch, but can be fixed.
