I booked this for my daughter and was a bit hesitant doing so until she called and said how excellent the service was. They were expecting her, helped her with her bags and got her to the airport and right to her gate in excellent time. Picking her up was also quick and efficient. They helped her with her bags, put them in her car, had it started and on her way. I definitely would use air Marino parking again and highly reccomend it to everyone. | (February 14, 2013) On August 1, 2012 My family and I drove to AirMarino for shuttle service to the Pittsburgh Airport for a flight to Jamaica. We arrived like 2 mins after the shuttle left and within 5-10 minutes another shuttle arrived and transported us to the airport. Upon our return to Pittsburgh I called and they asked if I had my luggage, I told them I am in the process, they said call back because they will get ticket if they have to wait long. After securing our luggage, I called back and as I winked they were there. They loaded the luggage, and wisk us to their location, the car was waiting, the loaded the luggage, I paid the bill, then I checked my milage to ensure my car wasn't been used. All was in order. Will use for further travel. The only thing I wished is that they offer service to bus downtown Pittsburgh. I travel to Philadelphia PA often, and would like to take the MegaBus and not drive. Wish they have the service. |

| (November 21, 2012) I would highly recommend Air Marino to anyone flying out of Pittsburgh. Their rates are impressively low considering how close they are to the airport and how superb their service is. I easily reserved my drop off and pick up time online, was expected the morning of, had my car taken care of, and was shuttled to the airport within minutes. When I arrived back to Pittsburgh after a few days, a simple phone call after I got off the plane had my shuttle waiting for me in less time than it took for me to get to the airport in the first place. Again, I would recommend this service to anyone, and I will be sure to use them again. |

We felt important and were checked in quickly. The shuttle drove us right to the airport. When returning we waited 5-10 minutes for the shuttle and again we were greeted by name. Our car was in front of the office ready and being warmed up for our trip home. Our bill for checkout was processed quickly and we were able to leave within 10 minutes. The fact that I could pull up directions (I am from Cleveland ) on their web site was a big plus as was the 24 hour lot security. My wallet, left on my car console upon arrival at the lot, was quickly retrieved and delivered to me at the airport with a smile. Upon return, 6 days later, airport pickup and subsequent check out were quick and easy and they knew how to get me on the highway headed in the direction of home. | (June 30, 2012) I have always been the type that parked my car at on-site airport parking because I thought it was less of a hassle. Was I ever wrong! AirMarino parking is a great and economical way to start your trip and an easy, hassle-free way to end it. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. The check-in process couldn't be simpler. For a family of 4 with a mountain of luggage, they loaded it all in their van and we were off to the airport quickly. Unfortunately our return flight was delayed and yet, they were the same cheery, helpful people when we arrived at 2:30 am. They arrived promptly to pick us up at the airport, loaded our luggage in their van and them transferred it to our waiting car when we got to their lot. I will absolutely us them from now and on and will recommend them to all my friends and relatives. Thanks AirMarino! |

We were running late to the point of worry. From the road, I called ahead to relay all information required. They had the transport van running and cooled waiting. I arrived, they moved the luggage, scanned my credit card, I signed, gave them my keys and left with in 3 minutes. The pick-up was less stressful but and equally as impressive. The drive to the airport is short, the drivers very friendly.
Upon our return, we were a little freaked out since we had misplaced our contact info for the lot. Once we did get in touch with the desk, the young man directed us to the shuttle pick up point, which was already there, loading folks.
Having the car running, ready to go was a nice touch.
The only possible! improvement that I can imagine is to have compensated for our stupidity of leaving the car's sun roof cracked, which resulted in water in the cup holders and spotted seats.
As long as they're priced competitively, we'll be back! |

| (May 5, 2012) Air Marino is by far the best parking facility for the Pittsburgh Airport. When we arrived, someone immediately removed our luggage and placed it in their van. After brief paper work we were on our way and were soon dropped off at curbside checkin.
Coming home it was just as good. We called the number on our ticket, waited at the door near baggage pickup and Tom was there within 10 minutes. Again, he handled all the luggage and when we arrived back at their lot our car was waiting right beside where we got out of the van. Tom was great as was the office staff and the price is much less than parking at the airport. Plus parking at the airport is not nearly as convenient, dragging your luggage to the closest pickup shelter, waiting with others and possibly not getting on the first shuttle and always dragging the luggage on board yourself. Plus, and this is big- you are not dropped off at a convenient location, you still have to haul your luggage inside until you get to your airlines checkin. Believe me, it's a no brainer- park at Air Marino. |

My ONLY problem (and it WAS my problem) was I was on fumes when I arived. The having the car running when I arived would have been a very thoughtful thing BUT I was almost out of gas already. All ended well - I found a gas station before it went dry.

My only (minor) complaint was that the guy who parked my car said he would dispose of some fast food trash that was in my car so I didn't have to bother. He forgot. So after a week or so of sitting in the elements (not under a roof), my car had signs of week old trash in it; but it was all warmed up and ready for me when I got off the shuttle. Very nice touch.
I'll be gladly using them again...very nice folks, trying very hard to please. And a great price. |
