Very convenient but after seeing our driver drive past us twice in my car I made the unfortunate decision to run after him clutching two toddlers. Not fun. Driver was apologetic but when telling them twice which gate I was waiting at -- not professional. |

| (October 19, 2012) Just by luck I found this service online and I am so glad! It works like a charm...just pull up to the valet kiosk and a uniformed, polite valet hops in your car. You drive to your airline curb-side drop off and he wisks away your car to covered parking until your return when you call from baggage claim. Then your car is magically returned to you in about 5 minutes, and you drive off to home! Fantastic! |

| (June 7, 2012) We loved LAX Parking Curb Express!
It was the first time that we were flying with our 8 month old daughter, so needless to say, we had a lot of stuff and were a bit nervous about the whole traveling experience. So, it not only saved us time (not having to load all of our stuff into a shuttle and then unloading it at the airport), but also a lot of hassle (greatly appreciated the help from the valet attendent who helped with our bags at the airport while I tended to our little one).
Then, when we returned to LAX after our trip, we loved having our car brought to us curb side. We only had to wait approximately 10 minutes or so. Again, the attendent helped us load our bags, then we hopped in our own car and drove away.
All-n-all, the whole experience was truly seamless and well worth it. We will definitely use them again in the future and recommend this service to all of our family and friends! Thank You!

| (May 31, 2012) We have used a variety of services for parking at LAX and by far think we have found our clutch parking service. After everything is said and done these guys are the best bang for your buck. First the cons: The lot that you pick the guy up from on you way to the airport is a little questionable. It is a dirt lot with a trailer on it. I would prefer better accommodations that made me feel a little safer in leaving my car with them. However, one employee told me they plan to fix this. The pros: we always seem to be running late and this service always helps us make up time. You pick the guys up, which realistically takes an extra 4 minutes max, drive to your gate, sign the paperwork and take off. Just that easy. We have always had really nice guys that we have left our car with, who acted professional at all times. Getting pick up when we have come back we have only had one problem and that was with understanding the lady on the phone. To be fair it is always really loud at baggage claim so this was not all her fault. The longest we have waited was 13 minutes for them to drop off our car. This is always way easier than taking a shuttle or waiting for a friend to pick us up. Specially after a really long flight it is nice to just get the heck out of LAX as soon as possible. We will continue to use this service for all of our up coming trips. |

The signage for the location is very small, it is only a small driveway and the sign is not obvious but it was a quick and easy way to get to the airport withiout having to transfer bags from one vehicle to another and door to door service. I would use it again , very convenient. |

| (February 22, 2012) Great service. Only problem is it is hard to find. Drop off is a tiny trailer behind on office building with only a small sign. Missed it the first time around. Paperwork has to be filled out on site. Thought they could have had that all filled out ahead of time from info we gave web site. But apparently they don't have access to web info so we had to fill out credit card and address info again. So give yourself an extra 5 minutes for paperwork. Valet then hopped in car drove with us to airport. unloaded our bags, gave him the key and he took off. On return we got our bags, called them, waited curb side, car was there in 5 minutes or less. Drove the valet back to their office and took off. Very convenient. Car was in perfect condition. I was a little cautious at first turning over the car and watching them drive off. But everything was handled professionally. My wife really liked the system better than the usual hotel parking and shuttle we previously have used. She was very comfortable with service and method. Especially great for people with heavy luggage or several bags because you don't have to lug your bags on a shuttle. Definitely would recommend service and will use it from now on. |

| Great Concept with a few careless employees |
| (January 26, 2012) The concept of curbside valet is great as well as the timeliness of the delivery of my vehicle. However it only takes a employees mindless acts to ruin a good thing. My 1st visit one of your valet people took the liberty of letting the top down on my convertible and changing my radio station to one of his rap stations before delivering my vehicle. Dropped it off top up and delivered top down. He couldn't resist it since it was such a nice day. Not to mention my items was shuffled through. The 2nd time my car was delivered with my custom sheep skin covers hanging off. I've had those on for 6 years and have managed never to have them come off. Twice used twice my car was delivered altered. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES PLEASE AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL THRIVE!!!! |

On the return trip nothing is worse than waiting 25 minutes for a shuttle when I just want to go home. True Valet could have come faster but I'd still rather wait 10 minutes and be in my car than 25 minutes, then travel to my car. |

I don't think I can ever do regular parking again. :-) So nice to have your car brought to you after a long trip, without having to board a shuttle that circles the airport 5 times before taking you to your car. The came with my car in 10 mins or less!!
Note: The valet service changed it's drop off location and that new address was not reflected on my reservation receipt, so it was a bit frustrating. Fortunately I had enough time before my departure to find the new place.

| (January 6, 2012) I was extremely happy with the service. I am in a wheelchair, so shuttling luggage back and forth is a real hardship. We pulled in over an hour early than our appointed time so there wasn't anyone outside waiting to greet us. We called and they came right out and it was smooth sailing from there. When we came back from our trip, we called after picking up our baggage and they almost beat us to the curb. They loaded my luggage and we were headed home in record time! Make your reservation well ahead of your travel dates as they do fill up. |

| (December 27, 2011) I would've given Express Curv Valet 5 stars if I hadn't had to email & call for two weeks to get an overcharge refunded on my card. Once I did get a hold of someone who understood my problem, it was resolved quickly.
The service itself is fantastic. Never having to wait for a shuttle was great, and they even called us the night before our return flight to double-check our arrival time. The guy who met us at the airport was very nice & courteous, as was the guy who drove our car back to us at the curb. I never had to deal with a line or someone behind a counter or anything.
Living in the Valley, I used to take the Flyaway to LAX all the time, but unless I'm gone for an extended period of time, I'll pay a little extra (though still a bargain for what you get in return) and use Express Curb Valet again for sure. It definitely beats having to wait for the Flyaway on the way BACK, and having your own car to drive home in also allows for that post-flight snack I always seem to need. |

The fact that there is no shuttle involved and the driver takes you in your car is so nice. on the arrival side we called when we got to the baggage claim area (our bags had priority delivery) we got our bags within about two minutes and the car showed up about two minutes later - literally was able to pull up right infront of the american bag area . the driver was very courteous, helped us put our four bags in the car and very graciously accepted our tip - 5 star all the way.

| Totally worth the cost! |
| (November 10, 2011) LAX Parking Curb Express Valet was a little pricier than some of the other companies BUT it was totally worth it! The last thing I wanted to stress about was parking and shuttles, on top of everything else that is already stressful about traveling with children. Their service was EASY! Their building is on the way to the airport and they have a Driver waiting there to hop in and take you. While they do discuss full payment up front when you get there, there is no pressure to handle right then and there. Our driver was very friendly and explained exactly what would happen. He would drop us off and then drive our car back to be parked securely while we were gone. He gave me the # to call when we got back and explained that we could pay when we got back. When we arrived back to LAX, we got our bags, called the #, paid over the phone and voila - 10 mins later our car was there. We didn't even have to drive our valet back to their building. He helped us load our bags in the car and we hopped in and were on our way home. Seriously, the easiest process and money well spent! I would absolutely recommend!!! |

When I landed, I grabbed my bags and called them. They were there by the time I was walking out, I was able to flag them down. The nice valet attendant walked back to the lot. This was the best, eaisest, most convenient service ever. You can pay a few dollars less but you'll have to wait for a shuttle. For a few dollars more..I'll pass on waiting on a shuttle. |

My car was not waiting for me and I had to wait. I called when the plane landed and had no luggage to pick up. The employee told me to call again when I was waiting outside at the curb.
When someone has been traveling and they are tired and overwhelmed, they aren't thinking about having exact change for valet. It would be nice if the valet had ability to make small change.

I called them upon my return when collecting my luggage, and they picked me up, curbside within 5 minutes of my call. The only con for me was that I found them difficult to find. I had to drive around the block twice, as they are poorly marked, other than that I was very happy with the service, and would highly recommend them. |

| (October 14, 2011) Very easy to pick up the valet and be dropped off at the terminal. Valet was courteous and helped with the bags. Pick up at the terminal was also quick and easy. Valet was great. My concern was the amount of dirt and soot on my vehicle after being left for a week. It was parked in a parking structure that was open to the elements. My vehicle had black soot all over it and water spots (The vehicle is a 2011 Audi A6 which I keep spotless.) Will probably look for an enclosed parking structure next time. |

| (September 27, 2011) I read positive reviews on line so decided to try this LAX Parking Curb Express Valet Service. It was easy and perfect. We arrived at their office at 6 a.m. and they were waiting out front for us. Jumped in the car and dropped us off at our airline with no hassle whatsoever. When we arrived back at the airport after our trip, we called them when we had our baggage and they arrived within 5 minutes. All the drivers were friendly and courteous. I will definitely use this service if I use LAX in the future!!! Much easier than parking in the lots and not that much more expensive. |
