Great Service

(June 22, 2009) I have used Fasttrack four times since February 2009. Their staff is wonderful and pick ups are fast. Great service!!

Avoid this company

(January 1, 2009) Horrible service. What is the point of reservation when they can turn you away at the site. The attendent told me that he does not know anything about any website and the reservation I was holding. So be very careful. Do not trust this company. I had to look around spent another 30-45 minute to find another place to park. Fortunately I was early enough that I did not miss my flight. These guys have no shame and basically running a scam for people to have a false feeling of comfort of parking reservation. Stay away.

Great

(June 25, 2008) My family has used Fasttrack parking twice for long term parking with no complains and actually compliments for being family friendly. The shuttles were always prompt and the driver helpful with our extra baggage of strollers and car seats.

Find another option...

(November 28, 2006) After touching down at SFO a little before 10 pm on the Sunday after Thanksgiving several of us waited approximately 30 minutes before a shuttle arrived - after two phone calls. We were forced to watch at least 3 shuttles from every other parking company arrive to pick up passengers in the time we waited. Since they only had one shuttle running it quickly filled and some people were forced to wait for another loop before being picked-up. All told it took over an hour from the time I walked outside the airport until the time I left the parking lot. I will never use these guys again.

Not My Favorite

(August 1, 2006) You all might think this is crazy, but one time when I parked there, the lot was crowded and I needed to leave my keys with a valet. When I returned from my trip, my Pez dispenser was missing: a Fozzie Bear pez dispenser at that. I'm not making this up. It was a number of years ago and I'm still scarred by it. :-(
Cons: Be careful of your Pez dispensers.
