| (May 23, 2013) When we arrived we were taken to the airport and dropped off. As we were ready to go thru the scanner we realized we were missing our carry on bag. We went outside and called you but the shuttle was there dropping people off and he not only took us back to my car to get the bag but turned right around and took us back to the airport so we weren't late. It takes a special company to do that. Thanks you.

| (December 3, 2012) Shuttle was quick to show and staff were very courteous. While it was extremely early 4:30 AM morning arrival, they were on the job. The shuttle driver was watchful at the airport on our return and quickly caught my wave to pick us up. |

| The bridge was out. |
| (August 22, 2012) My GPS took me to a bridge that was out, just where the parking lot is, so it took me 10 minutes more to get there than I expected. That time was made up by the fact that the shuttle was there and waiting for us to get in. As a matter of fact there were two of them just running around the parking lot. When I got back there was one waiting in Zone 4. Both drivers were fun to talk to and I enjoyed both trips. |

| (July 11, 2012) 1st time I used this service, it was excellent! Close proxcimity to the airport, shuttle met us at our car in the parking lot for our departure. Upon arrival we collected our checked baggage and called, the shuttle arrived in less than five minutes. Friendly staff!
Only note to drivers coming up 95 North, is there is a bridge that is under construction and the northbound lanes are closed, you need to stay on 95 to the next exit. Easy to find, the closure should have been noted on their website. |

On the return trips I waited about 10-15 min, which is to be expected at a busy international airport in a large city. I also felt safe leaving my car and going alone. When I went to pay, I had to produce my reservation printout showing a pre-pay of one day. Otherwise, I would not have received credit for that and would have over-payed. I will never make a reservation ahead of time again and wonder how many customers are being charged for more than they should because of this policy? |

When I returned I did not realize I was supposed to call for a pick up so I waited a while but once I made the call they were there within 5mins. The entire check in/check out process was virtually painless. I will use this parking facility again. |

| (December 1, 2011) When I pulled in, the shuttle bus guided me to a parking spot and the driver was ready to help with my luggage. It was a short ride to the airport too. When I got back, I called them and the shuttle was there in less than 10 mins to pick me up. We had 1 more short stop to pick up a few other passagers and we headed back to the lot. The driver helped me with my luggage even in the pouring rain and was very courteous. One warning though - if you book through the airport parking iphone app, you want to remember to tell them you booked it through "airport parking" to get your discount or print out a paper copy to be safe. The cashier was not too familiar with the app but was very very helpful and was very patient with me too. It was a great experience altogether! Using this place again!!! |

| (July 29, 2011) Your staff and operation are excellent. My only issue is that the signs at PHL airport indicate to wait at Zone 3 and when the van came by my waving did no good. Your tickets should re-inforce the pick up zones. After being in the air for 7 hours and arriving late at night, I didn't enjoy waiting for another 15 minutes.

However, when we departed to come home there was no record of it and they charged me the full amount. So I am disappointed in that because at 3 am I wasn't prepared to have to worry about calling the next day to get a refund. |
