| (October 21, 2009) My experience with Winner was a great one! We always use them! I think it is brilliant and much needed to be dropped off and picked up in your own car. We usually give ourselves an additional 20 minutes to stop at Winner. Where as when parking by the airport, or any other service that requires you to drag your luggage on and off a shuttle, we would give ourselves an additional 45 minutes to an hour. I highly recommend using Winner. |

| (October 20, 2009) I parked my car at Winner Parking Facility when I went on vacation. Overall, the experience was good. I felt that my car was taken care of while I was away, however, the process when I came back was a bit annoying. I did not like the fact that my car was not made readily available to me as soon as I had my luggage. I had to wait on the driver to get to the airport and after a 4 hour flight, the last thing I wanted to do was to wait outside in the cold for my car. There should be a better and more efficient way on your return. |

| (October 18, 2009) When I returned to Philadelphia Airport I had lost my paperwork so I went to the website to get the phone number of the lot. When I called, all I got was a recording telling me there was high volume and to send an email! 411 couldn't give me a local number. I finally gave up and took a taxi back to the location. When I got there, I was the only person picking up my car. Where was the volume?
Otherwise, when I dealt with live people at Winner they were all very helpful and nice. My problem was with technology only |

| (October 11, 2009) The service was quick and aggravation free. The daily price was competitive and fair. Our wait time after arrival at the airport was very short. The driver's, both ways, were courteous and friendly. Our reservation, and the reserved price, were both honored. That hasn't happened at other airport parking services we have also used.
As long as the daily fee remains fair and competitive, we will be using Winner exclusively in the future.

Being female and traveling alone, I was more than a little anxious about this but the drivers were very courteous. It is very convenient and mostly hassle-free. Since I did not know that someone else would be driving my car, I did not look into facts such as what if they are in an accident, etc. I would reccommend that you give your customers a fact sheet when they sign in. |

However, at the front desk at Winner, the employees seemed to be a bit cranky, maybe just not having the best day. I think someone at Winner also put air in my tires, since I remember they were a bit low when I left my car. So that was great too.

This last time, however, The driver who drove me to the airport did not know how to drive a manual transmission. He was missing and grinding gears and driving in gears too low for the speed. He didn't seem to understand me when I voiced my concern. Needless to say, I felt a bit uneasy about the safety of my car and specifically my transmission. |
