i like the idea of having my own car warm and waiting for me .
however i had to wait in the bitter cold for 20 minutes for my car to show up and i paid to have it at the airport.
i would like to use the service again but hesitate for this reason. |

| (January 31, 2012) I was very impressed with the service at Winner Parking. The lot appeared to be very clean, well lit and secure. It was the first time we used it so I did have some questions. The young woman who processed the car was very helpful (although the other woman with her was quite negative). The man who drove our car to the airport was very polite and helpful providing information regarding our return. We were picked up and were on our way home about 15 min. after contacting them. Since we opted to have the valet service and drive home upon the car being delivered, we did not have a check-out process. Our bill was attached to the steering wheel and it was the exact amount stated when I reserved it on-line. I will definitely continue to use Winner when we travel and I highly recommend them. |

They are always on time to take me there and are pretty prompt in bringing my car back when I arrive home. I like the idea that I can leave right from the airport instead of going back to the office. |

| (January 25, 2012) The Good: Leaving on our trip, Airport Parking is a real winner. They were ready for me when I arrived and the check-in process took only a few minutes. The driver to the airport was careful and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.
The Annoying: When we returned and called Winner, the operator asked if I had our bags. I said I did. She said, the driver would be pulling up any moment to the curb and we should go to the center island and wait.
We did wait, about 15 minutes, so the the driver didn't exactly "just" pull up. When the car did arrive, it was covered in snow. I had to clean off the car because it would be illegal in PA to drive with snow on the roof on the interstate.
The driver helped me somewhat, but he agreed that Winner should have done a better job getting the snow off the car. At the end of the trip, after paying the additional money for the valet service, I just wanted to get in the car and get home. So it was a bit disappointing, but, overall, I would probably use Winner again for the convenience they offer. |

| (January 17, 2012) This is the way to go. I have been using Winner for at least 5 years. I show up at their place, sign in, which takes 5 minutes, get back in my car with my bags and the Driver gets in the drivers seat and my vacation begins. They help me get my bags out of the car when they drop me off at my departing gate and wish me an excellent vacation. Upon returning from my vacation, they pick me up in my car, meet me at baggage claim, help me put my bags in the car, and off i go with my car and head home. I did not have to wait longer then 10 minutes for them to arrive. They are friendly and service oriented. THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER....and the price is fantastic for the service. |

| (January 5, 2012) Our flight out of LAX was to arrive at 4:30pm in to PHL. However, there was a medical emergency so we had to be diverted to Dallas. When we arrive in PHL we called Winner Airport Valet Parking services to report what had happened and that we would call back for pickup as soon as our bags had arrived. A valet was sent early and when we not outside to receive our car we received a threatening phone call from Winner Airport Valet Parking and told we would be charged for the fact that the valet had to circle the airport.Really! So, we're being penalized for being courteous. The phone operator needs to be retrained in customer service or she should find another job. |

We opted to pay an extra fee so we did not have to return to the facility so the driver loaded our bags for us and we drove off. I LOVE THIS SERVICE! |

When we returned, they were there to pick us up in 5-10 minutes. The daily rate was very fair for the sevice they porvide.
The drivers were courteous, friendly, and handled the bags for us at the airport.

| (December 8, 2011) Our pick-up took three phone calls and about 50 minutes. Apparently the confusion was when I placed the first call, I thought I had given the complete info; the second phone call led to a promo announcement when I thought I had given the info. We got it straightened out with the third call. Apparently I should have waited through the promo to get to complete call.
Now that I understand the system, I don't expect I problem the next time.
