| (November 18, 2009) Upon our arrival at the airport, and clearance through immigration and customs, I called to be picked up. Someone answered and asked for my receipt #. I was then put on hold for at least five minutes. When someon finally picked up the phone again, I was informed that my car was already on its way to the airport. My wife and I hurried to the exit only to see our car drive by Terminal A. We then waited another five minutes for the driver to complete the loop and return to Terminal A.
Being put on hold for that period of time is unacceptable and very unprofessional. |

| (November 18, 2009) Airport Parking reserved the 6.73 a day rate but Winner did not and we had to call for a refund. After giving them the printed out confirmation of rate and deposit, Winner still entered it in their system wrong. When we called them on it, they told us it was our problem that we didn't see them enter it correctly into their system. Not sure how we can do that when we are on the other side of the counter and they don't give you anything to confirm what they've entered. We told them they just lost a customer and they told us "so". I did call back again and got someone else on the phone but I still don't think they charged us correctly nor did we get credit the the 6.00 deposit we made.
This is the second time that Winner has done this to us and we will not be using them again.

She was to busy talking to her freind and when I question the bill she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Never again will I park there. Sorry I took so long to respond. I have since had to fly and parked some place different. I would have given them 1 star but the drivers were really good. |

We usually give ourselves an additional 20 minutes to stop at Winner. Where as when parking by the airport, or any other service that requires you to drag your luggage on and off a shuttle, we would give ourselves an additional 45 minutes to an hour. I highly recommend using Winner. |

| (October 20, 2009) I parked my car at Winner Parking Facility when I went on vacation. Overall, the experience was good. I felt that my car was taken care of while I was away, however, the process when I came back was a bit annoying. I did not like the fact that my car was not made readily available to me as soon as I had my luggage. I had to wait on the driver to get to the airport and after a 4 hour flight, the last thing I wanted to do was to wait outside in the cold for my car. There should be a better and more efficient way on your return. |

When I called, all I got was a recording telling me there was high volume and to send an email! 411 couldn't give me a local number. I finally gave up and took a taxi back to the location. When I got there, I was the only person picking up my car. Where was the volume?
Otherwise, when I dealt with live people at Winner they were all very helpful and nice. My problem was with technology only |

The driver's, both ways, were courteous and friendly. Our reservation, and the reserved price, were both honored. That hasn't happened at other airport parking services we have also used.
As long as the daily fee remains fair and competitive, we will be using Winner exclusively in the future.

The rates are cheaper than economy parking, I don't have to take a shuttle to the airport and I feel confident that my car is safe. This last time, however, The driver who drove me to the airport did not know how to drive a manual transmission. He was missing and grinding gears and driving in gears too low for the speed. He didn't seem to understand me when I voiced my concern. Needless to say, I felt a bit uneasy about the safety of my car and specifically my transmission. |
