(August 28, 2010) Everything went as planned and customer service was great. The only thing I was not happy with was when the driver brought the car to the airport for the extra fee he park in the middle of the street and cars were honking their horns and speeding around us. I have two children and it was really not safe when 15 feet ahead was a parking spot.

(August 28, 2010) I was not referred by anyone to this company. I never even used airport parking before. I chose Winner Airport Valet Parking simply by the reviews that were printed. Everybody's review was very postive (nothing under a 4 star rating) Now after having used their service, I, too am a satified customer. The staff were very pleasant,courteous and efficient. I did not purchase any auto detailing or maintenance work (that part of the review was not very positive) because I really didn't need the service. Again I say a job well done, Winner Airport Valet Parking! If I travel by plane again I will use Winner again.

Parking for Philadelphia Airport

(August 28, 2010) This was our 3rd or 4th time using Winner Parking, and they have consistently been very good! They got us right over to the airport early in the morning, and then picked us up a week later at curbside. The only thing I would have wanted was that they be a little quicker in picking us up after the long plane ride. It did take about 40 minutes between our call to Winner, and when they actually arrived at the airport. But, all in all, it was a very good deal money-wise, and we would definitely use them again in the future.

(August 19, 2010) I would tell the world about your service-a friend told us and we could not believe how good it was. We were more than happy as you can tell, and everything was great. Since I have your attention, I do have one question-When I made my reservations I gave a credit card # and I believe you put $6.00 on it (I have not received my bill from the credit card co) and I don't believe you deducted it from my total bill. I am not worried about the $6, for the service far out waited the service we received. That was my ONLY question, but I will tell all our friends about Winners! Thank you.

Manners and Consideration should never be optional

(August 19, 2010) The convenience of Winner was wonderful, the valet who drove us to the airport was very personable and allowed us to feel comfotable leaving our vehicle with him. However the valet who picked us up left a bad taste in my mouth. It was raining extremely hard and instead of letting me out at the door under the awning, he pulled the car all the way around so that I had to get out into the rain. He pulled up, put the car in park, jumped out and ran to the office door; never opening my car door, offering an umbrella or holding the door to the office open for me. The cashier then had to scramble around to find change when I wanted to pay in cash instead of leaving the charge on my credit card. He did it, but with a lot of mumbling and attitude. After having a relaxing vacation this was not a good way to return home.

I was,however,now too happy that the 10% coupon was not allowed to be used with the web deposit. No where on the coupon was any reference to not being able to be used with this download coupon with the web deposit.

Ideal in every way

(August 10, 2010) We drove our car to the location which is easy to find...and when we returned, the car was detailed (and a bit wet) and driven to the curb of the airport. We got in and drove straight home (extra fee to leave driver at airport). It's great to get into your own car after a harried trip home. Why would anyone limo?

(August 10, 2010) I have absolutely no complaints about the overall service of making the reservation (online), checking in, being dropped off at the airport, being picked up from the airport and the checkout/payment process. It was smooth, and as advertised. But I think that the cleaning was way overpriced. I think I could have gotten the same quality of "detailing" from a carwash for $20 - 30. So, would I recommend using the service to a friend, or use it again myself? Sure. But next time, skip the extras.

Philly airport parking

(August 2, 2010) I live in central Jersey and find flying out of PHL more economical sometimes than Newark. I can go on the net and always find a good deal at Winner, so have been using Winner for my Philly trips. The service is good and I have no complaints, and will continue to use Winner in the future.

Very convenient

(July 30, 2010) This is the first time we used the "valet" type service where we are let off at the airport in our own vehicle - no transferring bags and waiting for a shuttle. Our flight returned late in the evening, so for a mere $12 we had our vehicle dropped off to us at the airport - it was well worth it. This service was most convenient and extremely reasonable.

Favorite parking at PHL

(July 26, 2010) I have parked at Winner Valet Parking afew times a year when I travel. I especially like being driven to the airport in my car and only moving the luggage once. I also always request an airport pickup in my car on my return. It is much less of a hassle. Everyone connected with Winner that I have dealt with is polite and I appreciate that.

Wait time far too long

(July 20, 2010) The checkin was great. Fast and speedy. After I received my luggage, I called to get picked up. I opted for the white glove pick up. I had to wait 31 minutes before my car arrived to pick me up. The parking facility is only 2 miles down the road. I felt 31 minutes was way to long to wait.

(July 19, 2010) Winner was, without a doubt, the VERY BEST PARKING EXPERIENCE we ever had. My wife was in a wheelchair, and we were searching for a way to avoid hauling the the wheelchair up and down a shuttle bus. My search led me to Winner, and About Airport Parking. The online reservation went very smoothly, and within minutes we were on our way to PHL departures. It was there that we just took the wheelchair out of our car, and we were on our way. No shuttle bus for us! The return was just as nice. They got the car to us within about ten minutes (even at 11:30 at night) and I was in and out and on my way home in *less than one minute*. Such speed! Such ease! And such a good price! Next time we fly out of PHL, we're going with Winner, wheelchair or not. Thanks for the opportunity to review such a great service. Fast, convienient and hassle free

(July 14, 2010) I learned of Winner Airport Valet Parking from a neighbor who traveled out of PHL over a dozen times in the past year and raved about their service. This was my first experience with Winner and I must say it was a very pleasant one. The check-in was fast and a driver was immediately available to drive me to the airport. The drivers and staff were friendly and courtious. On the return trip, my car was delivered promptly (5-10 minutes) to me outside of baggage claim, the driver loaded my baggage in my car, and I was on my way (I chose the White Glove Service). And the cost was quite reasonable. It doesn't get any better than this!!

(July 13, 2010) Its extremely expensive to park here if one does not come armed with coupons. its one of the draw backs. But once armed, I feel much better about parking here. Its been a great service - on time and very careful and polite drivers. We had one driver who drove us back from the airport. He mentioned he was working on a culinary degree - very motivated and very polite. 5 stars (expect for the high rates without coupons ;))

Please improve clarity

(June 28, 2010) Overall your employees were very polite. A few things that could be improved regarding clarity: * You need a bigger sign. I could find Pacifico but went past your entrance and had to call for directions. * I was unclear about the return process and expected a van to return me to your facility. Please include a summary of how the process works on the back of the stub with the phone number. * The phone response was garbled, when I called upon my return to Philadelphia. Please instruct your personnel to speak slowly and enunciate. The client is in a noisy airport, so we cannot hear very well. Thanks for your polite service.
