The parking lot/service booth was clean, clean bathrooms, friendly cashiers (even at 1:30AM), and cameras everywhere to ensure safety of you and your vehicle. Our car arrived within 10 minutes of calling after we got our bags. It was a great experience and will use Winner again. |

When we returned, the dispatcher advised us to look out for our car and flag him down. When I spotted the car,I waved my hat because there was lots of traffic.The driver acted as though he resented my jestures.When he got out of the car he stood behind the car and was clearly reluctant to help with the luggage.After it was loaded, he stated that the drivers weren't required to help with the luggage.I replied that the other drivers did not have a problem with it.He didn't have a problem accepting the tip which, in retrospect, he shouldn't have gotten.
I found this episode irritating because the driver on the websites animated intro has no problem helping "Mr Jenkins" with his bags on departue and arrival. |

The valet parking makes airport travel a breeze. The driver drops me off at the curbside check-in with the luggage brought out of the car for me. The return trip is the same. The car is brought over to me by a Winner driver and the bags are placed in the car for me.

We dropped off our car on a Sunday mid morning and no lie were in and out of there in 10 mins! Our driver to the airport was Very Friendly! The counter person was Fast and Friendly! A totally enjoyable no hassle drop off. Once at the airport our driver helped with our bags and wish us a safe flight and an enjoyable vacation. Arriving back was just as Great! After retrieving our bags we called the number on our ticket and within 15 mins our car was there. Again the driver was Very Friendly, helped put our bags in the car, checked the ticket and we were on our way home. I Love the valet service with the checkout straight from the airport. No need to go back to the lot. Straight home from the airport! A Great Feature! Our car was returned to us the same way we dropped it off! Overall the Staff and Service are 5 Stars+. I will use Winner Airport Valet every time I fly! Great Job Guys! |

| (July 30, 2009) When I returned from San Antonio, on Monday (07/27/2009) I noticed as soon as I got in my truck that my gas needle had gone an eighth of a tank since I dropped it off on Friday. I had just put gas in my truck that morning prior to leaving to the parking lot. I get 19-20 miles to the gallon on the highway and 16 in town. When you put down the amount of gas in my tank after you dropped me off, you circled 1/4 tank of gas. A total of 9 miles to the airport and back will not eat up an eighth of a tank of gas. I drove home 22 miles and the needle did not move after driving it to my apartment.I drove a total of 37 miles total on the eighth of a tank of gas before I put more gas in it on Wednesday. Even then, it had only moved down to a sixteenth of a tank. I don't know what happened to the gas while it was parked in your parking lot, but somehow I lost about 2 gallons of gas. The service otherwise was good. The drivers were friendly and I enjoyed having my truck delivered to me at the airport, but this little incident will make me leary of staying there again.

| (July 29, 2009) The gentleman when we checked in was RUDE. He tried to throw out my printed reservations after he cut out the discount coupon. Luckily I asked for it back because they tried to charge double when I returned from my vacation. Also The gentleman who picked us up at the airport, in OUR car, said Sh*it a few times, almost got into an accident while driving OUR car, and wouldn't put on his seat belt while driving. He refused even after the fasten seatbelt buzzer kept going off for him to do so, and I told him why it was going off. |
