The only thing missing is the free car wash that the service we used in Salt Lake City provided when they returned your car. While it was only a quick drive through located on the premises it got rid of the dust that build-up after a long weekend or week of storage. Even if it was an additional three dollar charge it would be worth it. |

| Great valet service, but beware of servicing your car there... |
| (June 8, 2010) We use Winner Airport Valet Parking about 4 times a year and its a great service with great pricing. However this last visit, I took my husbands vehicle to valet with and requested an oil change and all this fluids topped off. We were charged for both, but when we got home we noticed NONE of the fluids were topped off. The oil change was done, or so it seems to have been done, but the fluids were clearly empty. I understand they send their cars to be serviced at the Honda Dealership next door, but I believe its also their responsibility to check these cars before handing them back off to their customers. My husband contacted Winner about the issue, and no one has returned his call. Its frustrating since we have been faithful customers for 4 years, using them 4 times a year. |

Since this is a service they provide regularly to the airport I feel they should have a master list of all terminals for each airline instead of having us walk around trying to figure out where we were. | (June 2, 2010) Got to Winner, checked in - their employee drove me to the airport. Got to the airport the Winner employee unloaded my luggage as well as waited a minute while I checked with TSA security about a carry on item. Once I had everything I needed he took my car back. Upon arrival, I called Winner to let them know I was ready to be picked up (after retreiving my luggage) and told them the terminal I was at. About 10 minutes later they were there with my car and receipt. Also spent the few extra dollars so that I did not need to drive them back to the Winner location. They loaded my luggage into the car, and I took off - highly recommend this service for traveling. No needing to deal with shuttles and lugging your bags around. They arrived promptly after calling and I didn't need to go back to their location to pay the bill or anything. Great service! |

| (May 15, 2010) I would have selected a 1 because of my experience to the airport, but thankfully on the way back from the airport, my experience was much better.
On the way to the airport, my driver did not talk to me or engage in conversation. He was also very rough driving my car and I would have appreciated a little respect to me and my vehicle. I apologize that I did not get his name.
However, my driver on the way back from the airport was very friendly, asked me about my trip, and told me all about the local news I missed while I was gone. He was definitely worth tipping!

| Good for parking, VERY BAD FOR REPAIRS |
| (May 11, 2010) If you're looking just for a place to park while you are out of town this is a convenient option. Its much cheaper than parking at the airport and it was very easy driving to the airport and being picked up in my own car.
However, if you're looking to have you car repaired while you are out of town I would suggest you look elsewhere. I wanted to have an oil leak fixed. They took the car to the Honda dealership down the street. The Honda dealer was unable to fix my oil leak and suggested I take it to my own dealership. All they did was add more oil (which is currently leaking out). I would have expected to receive a call or email notifying me of this so that I could arrange for my car to be taken to my own dealership, but this never happened. Instead I only found out because I requested a copy of the repairs invoice and read the details. Otherwise, I would have just assumed it was fixed as no one notified me.
If you just want to park this is a good option, but if you want repairs go someplace else. |

| (May 10, 2010) this is the second time I have had a dispatcher with an attitude. the person questioned me why I hadn;t called because I was later than the 12:30 am arrival. Answer, I am sitting on a tarmac in chicago. I don;t appreciate the attitude. It is delightful to get out of Philadelphia and go to the mid-west and other places where people are actually happy you used their services.
We will continue to use Winner however, if I have one more incident of a dispatcher with an attitude, I will look for another company. |

| (April 28, 2010) We just took a flight from philadelphia airport last week. We live about 4 hours from there in upstate NY so I didn't know of any parking places around. I did some internet looking and Winner seemed to have the best rating for the fairest prices since some others only seemed less expensive until all of the fees were added on. We had a quick friendly check in and then opted for the gold service valet parking at the end which was only a one time 12.00 adder. It was a quick trip to the terminal from the parking lot, but we decided that we would just rather jump in and go to beat rush hour traffic afterwards. The driver was there in a few minutes after we picked up our luggage. The beauty is that they take you in your own car so you don't have to waste time transferring your bags to another vehicle or shuttle and wait on other people to fill a bus. The driver came out and we were off. Excellent drivers both ways. Supe nice and professional. We'll use Winner whenever it's available again. Every now and then a company gets it right and this one does! 2 thumbs up from our family. |

With travel as it is these days, at least you can eliminate some of the hastle with this service.
They will drop you off at the terminal in your own car and pick you up when you return with your own car. You don't have to wait long for the pick up either.

| (April 7, 2010) Had no problem with the valet parking, it was just as advertised and very reasonably priced. Oil change while I was gone also worked out great. The 'super detail' on the other hand, I was NOT happy with. It was 185+ dollars and behind the gas access door wasn't even cleaned. The exterior trim pieces were cleaned but not dressed at all. I was very diapointed for the cost. Don't get me wrong, the car was clean and a good coat of wax seems to have been applied, but it did NOT meet the description, and was way over priced for what was received! I would park there again without hessitation, but would never have them do another detail! |

Pull up to Winner, check in, and they drive you to the airport in your own vehicle. I also pay the extra fee to have them pick me up upon return so I can just leave, as opposed to driving back to Winner's location. Check for Winner coupons before you researve, you can get under 7.00 a day parking. |
