| A little weird but it works! |
| (March 15, 2010) I have used about airport parking a few times but never winner parking. I have to say that the process of going to winner, having them drive you to the airport in your car, then having them pick you up in your car and drive them back to the lot seemed strange. Of course you can opt to get picked up at the airport and not have to drive back to the lot, but I am not dropping another $12 for the 5 minutes in time savings. Another thing that bugged me as other reviewers have said is that the person at the counter had to re-enter all my personal info, they didn't use any info off of my reservation print out.
Overall dispite the strange process the drivers/staff were awesome, and their driving was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use winner again or recommend them to everyone. One of the best options @ PHL! Give them a try and have some faith, you won't be disappointed.

| (March 8, 2010) Had difficulty understanding that since I went "online" to secure my reservation that I had to provide all of the information again when I checked in. When contacting your dispatch upon my return, I provided the necessary confirmation number that was indicated on the tag given me when I arrived at Winner. The dispatch asked me for the year and make of the car. Fortunately, everything turned out okay. Just curious why they would ask for this information since it had already been provided when I made the reservation online and again when I checked in prior to departure.

| (February 24, 2010) I liked that when I got there, they had at least 3 attendants tending to customers, so no waiting. The driver drove my car to the airport, which was a little weird, but ok. At the airport, he pulled in front of another car, which proceeded to hit us, but it wasn't his fault and no damage was done.
The best part is when you come back and they give you your car at the airport and you can go home from there. You pay like $12 extra for that, but it's totally worth it! Smart idea. |

Such things as will we have enough time to make the flight because I have to park the car and take the shuttle bus back?, will I be able to find my car when we land? Will my family be safe when I go to retrive the car from parking? Anyway, I am happy to report that All my fears have been removed because of Winner Parking!! The service was incredible, I was completely relaxed throughout the entire process and when we landed in Philly, my wife called and our car arrived the moment we walked out of the door.
