| (July 27, 2009) We really liked being dropped off and picked up in our own car, especially since we were traveling with a baby. It's much more convenient than moving all the gear from the car to the shuttle and then into the airport.
When we dropped off the car, the employee helping us asked if we'd like to spend $10 extra to leave from the airport and not have to bring the driver back to 'home'. Sounded great to us. When we got back, she hadn't noted it or made arrangements so we were not able to leave from the airport directly. I'm not sure why she was selling it so hard and not following through. |

| (July 23, 2009) We had a good experience on the drop off but when we called to be picked up in our car for a quick exit from the airport we waited close to half and hour. When the driver got to us he said that a door was left open and it drained the battery. They had to give my car a jump. I am not sure how a door was left ajar because my Santa Fe shows on equipment pannel in bright lights when a door is open and he had to drive it all the way back from the airport with that light flashing. We were not very happy. |

| (July 11, 2009) I enjoyed this smooth well lubricated business. The valet chatted with me going to the airport and I laughed off an offer to buy my car. He was a nice guy and made me feel more comfortable releasing my vehicle to him. I was out of town for 10 days and despite some spider webs and door damage, the car was in good condition, no valuables missing, and the oil change I ordered in addition was a great time saver. More auto services would be nice as I needed registration and brake services as well.
I tried to chat up the return valet, but he ignored me. He drove the car way too fast and it strongly effected his tip.
Again, payment upon returning to the office was easy and I was on my way home in no time. |

Our driver seemed pretty miffed that he wasn't tipped (I wasn't expecting to need to, so didn't have cash ready, plus was very rushed for the flight). Our outbound driver was also suffering from some kind of cough, hacking a lot on the drive. Inbound was very friendly, seemed to not expect tipping. |

The only complaint I have is my last experience when my flight was delayed in St. Louis we return back later then we were suppose to and I got charged an extra day for that. I did express in my disappointment that I had to paid when I had no control of the flight delay and as soon as we landed I did call to let the know but he said there was nothing he could do because it was after 11am other than that keep up the good work.

| (June 9, 2009) Not only is it way less expensive than parking in the garage (which is what I normally do), it was totally convenient. I'm really forgetful when it comes to parking, so I always have to take pictures of where I park my car so I have the slightest chance at finding it when I get back (I know, it's bad). This way, I don't have to remember anything. I just make a call, and my car arrives. The white glove service is totally worth it. The process before going to the airport is extremely quick - took maybe 10 minutes from arrival to being dropped off. I will definitely be using this service every time I travel now. What costs $80 in the on-site garage was under $40 with WAVP. Next time, I think I'll get my car detailed. |
