| (June 2, 2009) I emailed my request for parking on the morning of my trip. I got my email confirmation right away. Driving directions were included and helpful! The woman at the desk was able to quickly find my reservation and had me ready to leave for the airport in about 5 minutes! When I got back to Philadelphia I called Winner from the baggage claim area and waited outside for less than 10 minutes for my car to arrive. I had paid extra to not have to go back to Winner, and was able to just drive off home. Great price, great service. I would definitely recommend and will use them again. |

The associates where not very helpful and tried to make me print out a confirmation to get the discounted rate. The ride to the airport was great, as well as my arrival. I just wish the assocaites in the location where more helpful and not acting like clerks- could not explain the policy and not familiar either.
If it wasn't for the price, I wouldn't return. |

| (May 19, 2009) The driver to the airport was very nice. The driver that picked us up from the airport arrived in my car with an almost flat right front tire. Right rear was low also. When I mentioned it to him he mumbled something and said he would put air in it when we got back to the lot. On the way back he drove fast not taking into consideration the tire was almost flat. When back at the lot he pulled up to the air pump, one of the other drivers commented on the tire being almost flat. It was very obvious! He put air in the front but wasn't going to add air to the rear until I mentioned it to him. Not only that but when he finished he left the car parked sideways blocking one of the lanes for other customers to come in. One of the other drivers rudely asked me to move the car because it was blocking the driveway. Whatever...
When I went in to pay I mentioned it to the man behind the counter who was trying to tell me the drivers were supposed to check the tires before they drove the car off the lot. Our driver obviously did not. It wasn't a big deal to any one about my tire. Which by the way was completely flat the next day and had to be repaired.
They were also very rude when called to pick us up saying we were due back the previous day. We clearly told them we were arriving Sunday morning at 6:15.
I would not recommend Winner Airport Parking to anyone. Nor will I ever use the service again! It was way short in living up to it's name.... It should have been called Loser Airport Parking!!!!!!!! |

Very friendly and helpful staff. After flying all day (from L.A.) and getting into PHL after 10 p.m. all we wanted to do was go home. We had signed up for the 'White Glove Valet Service' and this was a truly valuable service. Well worth the nominal fee. I will use your service in the future and will recommend you to others. |

| (April 27, 2009) Recently, I used this service. Drop off and pick up was very easy. Although the drivers were "a little peculiar," sort of like the people you meet in downtown Philly, they were courteous and friendly.
I purchased the interior detail for $105, and they did a nice job, inline with my expectations. I also had the Maaco next door perform some body work for me. Overall, they performed a sub-par job relative to other places I have been. The paint has some noticeable bubbling, and the color match isn't very good. I'm going to follow up with Jerry at Maaco, but for now, I wouldn't recommend them.
However, I highly recommend Winner for parking. The service and value is great! |

I did not like the nickel and dime style operation they run either, where every service is attempted to be added to your bill. Also, one of the drivers turned up the levels on my car stereo, so if I had played something loudly I might have damaged my speakers. Luckily, I noticed the difference before any damage occurred. |

The only difficulty I had was when I called to inquire about the most reasonable rate available. When I told the girl about the internet rate she said she didn't know anything about that and hung up. So I just made the reservation on line. |

The only suggestion I would make is to make it clearer where we should have been waiting after we picked up our bags and called you.
I don't plan on flying again soon -- the security arrangements and the whole thing just make it easier to drive -- but if we do, we will be sure and call on you again. Maybe next time I will get my car cleaned and lubed while you have it!
