| (February 1, 2010) Leaving the car and trip to airport was great. Staff pleasant and driver very nice. We had a wheelchair and people were very helpful. Coming home was a problem, It seems Southwest comes into more than one terminal although I didn't know that. The person on the phone was very curt (lots of laughing and goofing off in the background) "What do you mean you don't know what terminal you're in?? Go find someone and ask. " I was then kept on hold ( It was midnight) on and off for quite a while. I was told that pickup was across the street to the center median. That was difficult with a wheelchair and when I started to explain was cut off. The driver picking us up was very nice and helpful. Better phone manners would have made this a much better experience. |

| (January 18, 2010) Generally my experiences have been positive. Last week I waited 25 mintues for my car to arrive at the airport. I called the main # and reported that I was still waiting. I was told that the driver was circling the airport; however, it only takes about 5 - 7 minutes to circle the airport. Apparently the driver stopped at the wrong area and was not cicrling. Finally, after 25 minutes of waiting, he cirlced and utltimately found me.
In addition, there should be a choice of non-smoking drivers. The clothes of smokers tend to smell like smoke and honestly it just stinks up everything. |

| (January 14, 2010) Upon arrival I waited about 15 minutes to be waited on. The person who waited on me was very sullen and discourteous. I gave him my reservation information and he crumbled it up into a ball and threw it into the waste paper basket. He then began to ask me all of the questions that I had answered at home to make the reservation. I asked him why didn't he just use the information from the reservation? His discourteous and major malfunction attitude reply was "Do you know how many of these things we get everyday?" I answered "No, I do not.". At that point I just replied to all of his questions about my car, the flight, etc. I did not want to disturb his psyche, so I said nothing about his lacking of customer service abilities. I could go on but on the positive side, both gentlemen that drove us to and from the airport were very pleasant and we conversed as normal people do. No I did not mention anything about the episode with Mr. Nasty. On the return to home, the staff at Winner was very courteous and efficient concluding our transaction and getting me on my way. I am curious as to where the lack of communication occurred with the reservation system. Once I determine this, I will either not use Winner Parking or your service if it does not connect properly with your business partners. I would appreciate help making my decision. Thank you for the opportunity to let me air this complaint. |

| (January 6, 2010) Overall, I was very pleased with my experience Winner Airport Valet parking service. The only thing that would have been nice is better signs explaining the proceedure for checking in. I realize I was there on an unusually busy day (Dec. 24th) but the proceedure was not clear. People from the back of the line were walking up to check in while those of us toward the front waited in line unaware of the need go into the office. There was no one to tell people where to go or what to do. Since cars are parked in the order that people checked in, and not the order they were in line, people in the know were parked long before the others causght on.
Otherwise, I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be using you again in the future. (Especially now that I am "in the know".)

| (January 6, 2010) I loved the parking and the valet pickup at the airport. It was below freezing when we arrived at PHL, but our vehicle was warm and the driver was very helpful in loading our suitcases. The only drawback is that I was told on several occassions that they could perform warranty issues with my Saturn Outlook, as well as perform an oil change while we were away. I was sent an email that the oil change was completed, but never notified that the warranty work would not be addressed. Although it was convenient having the oil change done while we were away, it was more costly than I could have done elsewhere. I would have appreciated a phone call or email about the warranty work. Instead I did not find out it wasn't addressed until I called to complain that some of the items still were not fixed. Ugh! |

No direction was given on what to do or expect when you pulled in. If you are inexperienced like I was you end up sitting in your car wondering what to do next. Finally decided to play follow the leader and follow a fellow parker into the bldg. There I registered and went back out to my car to await my driver. All good so far.However, on the return trip after I got my luggage I called to ask for pick-up. As per instructions "CALL AFTER YOU GET YOUR LUGGAGE NOT BEFORE." No problemI followed the instructions and waited 35 minutes while other people who didn't follow the instructions were picked up before me. People who came in after my flight were picked up before me. |

| (December 24, 2009) You can tell a lot about a company and its service during stressful situations. Winner was a WINNER! We went to Winners the morning of Dec.19, 2009 winter storm. Snow was accumulating quickly and the roads were beginning to ice. The driver was ready to go once we arrived at Winners. The roads were slippery and the driver drove cautiously. He dropped us off at our terminal, helped with our bags. It was EASY and very CONVENIENT!!
We were one of the last planes to leave Philly that day because of the storm.
Returning to Philly our car was covered with snow. Winners promptly got our car ready and met us at the terminal in a reasonable amount of time due to the snow conditions. The car was warm and we were ready to go home.
We will use WINNERS from now on. They are dependable, reliable, safe and the price is reasonable.

| Burnt Clutch |
| (December 20, 2009) I've been using Winner for years, and they've always been responsible and courteous. However, I have a manual transmission and recently I've been using them every week for the last 3 months, and I now have a burnt out clutch at 32K miles, which is highly unusual. The repair bill will be close to $2K because the flywheel was also scorched. While I can't prove that Winner caused the problem, it is highly probable it was a contributing cause. The flywheel scorch was their fault, because the driver didn't know how to handle the failing clutch wile he was driving.
Each driver's knowledge and skill at using a manual transmission is highly variable. I would suggest not using valet parking, at Winner or elsewhere, if you have a manual transmission. |

However, when the man delivered my Tahoe to the airport when we returned, he scoffed audibly and rolled his eyes when I didn't give him a tip. If tipping is necessary, it should be clear. But I paid to park my vehicle and paid extra for the valet service at the airport. It's not like tipping someone to help with luggage, a service they otherwise wouldn't be paid for. The employees should not be rude to the clients ever, but especially because they expect something that isn't part of the deal. This type of attitude will greatly affect which service I choose to use the next time I fly. |

| (November 30, 2009) So I pulled into your lot at about 4:30 pm on Tuesday evening. I was about the 20th car on line. Since you ask for reservations online, I would think that you would be staffed (especially at holiday time) for this.
Then, I was picked up at the airport at about 11 am (it took you guys about 25 minutes to arrive which seemed like a long time). When I got to the cashier, it turns out that I just missed the cut off for the day to begin. Screw me on that one.
Then I realize that although I got to your place at 4:30 on Tuesday afternoon, and parked there until 11 am on Saturday morning, it's a whole five days. I'm thinking that it's four days. Wow.
Your drivers are incredibly nice, and totally overqualified (which is good). Your manager appears to have the personality of a toad, and the cashier never learned to smile or even act like she is interested one bit.
