The driver takes you to the airport, helps you take everything out of the car and then drives your car back to Winner and parks the car. | (June 3, 2012) We chose the valet parking option since we were travelling with our daughter's small children, car seats, strollers, etc. and the valet service eliminated transferring everything to a shuttle. The service was excellent. Speedy check-in and check-out and very friendly staff. When we arrived back in Philadelphia our car was just a phone call away and a Winner staff member arrived promptly with our car. I would highly recommend Winner to anyone. The only drawback for us, hence the 4 star rating, was that it took a little longer to get to their lot for us since we come from south of the airport and passed more convenient lots on the way. |

My only complaint is that my car had some odor when I picked it up. The odor seems to have been transient, but it was not pleasant. |

| (June 1, 2012) we were skeptical about using a parking service and thought we would be waiting at the curb once we finished our vacation . but we called Winner while we were getting our baggage and I swear as soon as we walked to the curb around the corner came my car. The staff were very nice and friendly which made the start of our vacation tha more enjoyable . We were very pleased with the over all service . also we saw where our car was being kept the whole time which was a nice feeling. I plan on using this company for all my trips.

| (May 7, 2012) Winner Airport parking made my experience seamless. From when I pulled up to the lot, it took a half hour to get my reservation settled and get to the airport. When I got off my plane we called them to pick us up (as we did not check bags) and by the time we walked to the pick up area the driver was there to pick us up! Didn't have to wait at all. It was fantastic after a long trip and waiting in airports that I didn't have to wait anymore. The only thing that annoyed me was that they give you coupons but when they tack on service fees it still comes to almost $10 a day vs the coupon rate of $6.19 per day. But I think it was worth it and that's probably what it cost all around in that area for parking. Would definitely recommend it to others and I would also come back. This was my second time using Winner. |

| (May 6, 2012) Fast, Easy and very inexpensive. Employees were pleasant and easy to deal with. The two drivers were pleasant and very courteous. The only downside was the wait for the car. This was not the fault of Winner. Since our flight was delayed for over 2 hours the pick-up area at the airport was mayhem! There were no police or other officials to control the cars. People were double and triple parked blocking all access. I saw my car go by because of this but there was no way to hail him or for him to stop. We had to wait for him to circle the entire airport. When he arrived he was very apologetic and very helpful getting us on our way. We will definitely use Winner on our next trip. |

Everyone was quiote courteous. The pickup seem a little slow (wasn't sure if it was more or less than 15 minutes) but traffic was congested - even at 11:30 PM. Only thing to improve - nighttime lighting - we arrived at about 4 AM and departed about 12 midnight - and if it wern't for the flashing red lights you'd be totally missed. Also the lighting for getting out of your lot and on to the front road then on to Essington is poor.
I'll use you again.

She also helped to unload the lugfgage from the cargo carrier on top of the car. | (April 15, 2012) I use Winner Park frequently (at least once a month for a week) and always have the same rate. On my last trip down, I forgot to print my coupon with my rate and when I was at the counter, I could not get the rate that a) I've always had and b) I had booked for the trip.
A rate should be locked in by customer so I don't have to go through the maze to get my price each time and so my price is recognized at the counter.
Other than that, I find the staff to be courteous and the service to be very nice. |
