An extra note, I misplaced the receipt and they were very helpful to fax me a copy. |

| Night Manager ruined otherwise positive experience |
| (February 17, 2009) Night Manager ruined otherwise positive experience: I had made my reservation online for $X per day, only to be told when I arrived that my rate was $X+3 a day! I had to push and persist and provide my Triple A card to get the rate that I had printed out from the internet and brought with me! Then, upon my return the same night manager told me I owed the $X+3 rate again where I once again had to show the same piece of paper and go through the same routine to get the lower internet daily rate. This left a very poor taste in my mouth. On the positive side, both drivers were very pleasant and timely. I'll try parking elsewhere next time.

| (February 17, 2009) There is always a line waiting to drop off cars and it is always a bit disorganized at the drop off. The pick up at the airport is always fast and reliable. The white glove pick up service is the best there is around. |

| (February 4, 2009) Always stay at Winner when traveling to and from Phila. airport. Service is excellent and having someone drop off the car and take off so we can be on our way is a pleasure (an extra added expense).
Prices however have been creeping up and they may soon price themselves out of the competitive market. Things are tough for all right now--they should consider specials and lower prices for their loyal audience and new customers as well. |

| Parking @ Winner Airport Valet Parking |
| (January 23, 2009) I had the pleasure of parking my car at Winner Airport Valet Parking, the gentleman that took me to the airport was very pleasant. I called for my car when I arrived @ PHL and received my baggage and my car was brought to me within 5 to 10 minutes and I was able to drive straight home from the airport. That is a convenient service. I also like that my car is in a secured area and I can be reached it there is any problems with my vehicle. At other lots, you leave your car and they do not know who car it is.
I will definitely use Winner Airport Valet Parking again. |

When I forgot my handicap placard in my car they shipped it to me. Every so often I try another competitor, but always go back to Winner. The drivers are also often young students from other countries working to better themselves who have interesting stories to share. |

Upon our return we picked up our bags and called the office our car was delivered within about 5 minutes of walking out side. I couldn't have asked for better or more convenient service. |
