The best part of the experience was the assistance rendered by one of the shuttle drivers when we discovered that on our return, the car's battery was stone dead. He gave the battery a jump start and had us on our way in short order.

Once you park there No, long waiting to get a shuttle to the airport and they help with your luggage!
When you come back from your vacation you just go to Area 3 and their there in less than 5 min's. again they help with your luggage. Then they take you right to your car and again help with your luggage!
I have tried four different airport parking facilities and this one I found to be the most pleasant and easiest to park my car at.
Put the most important I feel that my car is safe there because it's well lighted and there is constant employee movement in the lot.

| (January 16, 2012) My experience with your parking operation was great. When I arrived to the facility a bus was waiting and the driver very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the departure gates within 15 minutes of my parking the car. Upon my return, which was late and cold, the driver was again friendly and helpful. The bus was warm and he assisted every passenger boarding. The only negative was his radio was a bit loud, but that could just be my taste. Again he got everyone to their respective vehicles safely and in a timely manner. I was the last to disembark and he waited until I started my vehicle before leaving the area.
Overall I would recommend your facilty to others and give you a nine out of ten. |

I only waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive when I returned. My vehicle would not start and the driver went and got a jump box and jumped my vehicle. Best parking experience I have had. | (January 6, 2012) Except for the fact that I thought was longer this time that any time before everything else went well.Last time when I parked my car I apparently had prepaid my parking charge so I paid nothing at the exit.This time the gentleman manning the exit booth asked for payment and showed me the recept that I copied when I booked the parking which clearly showed that I indeed did not prepay the total amount,so...I paid.Why the difference between then and this time? |

Amazingly, the shuttle bus was waiting for us when we pulled into the lot and took us immediately to the airport. Upon our return, we no sooner had pulled our bags off the turntable and called Central Air Park that we walked towards the door and saw the shuttle bus waiting! The drivers were friendly and helpful and made our trip a lot easier! |

Drivers always were courteous and helpful. Airport pick-up took more time than departure pick-up, but time is less important after arrival. The car was always untouched, and leaving the lot was always strait forward. Discount coupons always were honored. Our experience always was enjoyable. |

The reason for my 3 star rating is over the price charged. I was quoted a daily rate and paid my deposit. These were both used in calculating my total, and yet there was a discrepancy in the charged price which they were unable to explain. They only could say that the contract price was an estimated total. I would be okay with a slightly different amount, if I had breached the contract - however I arrived exactly at said arrival time and departed within 30 minutes of my departure (I believe earlier than my estimate). So beware, some haggling may be required despite contract. |

| New Favorite Place to Park at PHL |
| (November 29, 2011) Central Air Park turned out to be a very convenient and safe place to park at PHL. Upon arriving at CAP, the shuttle drivers acknowledged my arrival and met me and my family at my car (there were at least four shuttles with drivers waiting around in the lot to take customers to their flights). The Driver provided me a card with my parking location and number to call upon my return. The shuttle was very clean and the thing I liked best about their shuttles is that your luggage rides with you in the main cabin luggage rack. I prefer this over other vans where the luggage is in the rear and you worry about the driver accidentally giving another passenger the wrong luggage. My return was very smooth and the shuttle arrived between 5 and 10 minutes of my call. The person on the other end of the phone however did have an abrupt style about her, hence the 4 Stars instead of 5. At checkout, I handed the clerk my web-based parking discount which was processed with no problems. I will park here in the future for both business and vacation travel. |

The shuttle was right there after we parked our car to help us with loading on our bags. We were given our locater ticket to hold on to for when we return so we know where we parked. After just a few minutes picking up a few other passengers, we were on our way to the airport and arrived in just under 10 minutes to our departure terminal. Upon arrival back into our city, after retrieving our bags from Baggage Claim, we made our call to the number provided on the locater ticket and the shuttle was there in five minutes to help load our bags and return us to our car. It was flawless!!! Way to go, for sure. |

He offered to get a compressor and tried to pump it up, but that didn't work. Had to call AAA and wait for them to come and fix it. My vehicle was new and I felt comfortable leaving my car in the well lite lot with many other vehicles that is supervised 24hrs.
The only complaint I have is that the women that answered the phone when I called for a pick-up at the airport was very short and boaderline nasty.

The driver took note of where I was and picked me up at the end of the row. For this trip I did not have any large bags, so I was able to board the shuttle without assistance.
Upon my return, I called and the shuttle picked me up within a few minutes. I was returned to my car promptly. I found the car in great condition without any scrapes or bumps. I had to wait a few minutes in line to pay because I took advantage of a special rate. The payment process could be improved. |

I had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up at terminal F because the two buses that came by were already full. Upon arriving back at the airport I called to be picked up and again a prompt response. The driver made a point to position the shuttle's door on the side of my car so we wouldn't get as wet.
If I had any complaint at all, it would be with the cashier who didn't seem to be as friendly as the other employees that I had contact with. |

My only critique is that it took a little while to check out because there was only one person answering calls and working the window.

| (August 27, 2011) Shuttle drivers did not help with luggage. Attendant at exit was asleep! I had to knock on the window to wake her up. Your service is fine, but could be significantly more professional. |

| (August 25, 2011) Using your parking lot takes 1 worry off my plate. My husband is very anxious when he travels but we have always had a favorable experience parking here. The shuttle drivers could not be more helpful and the return shuttle is just as convenient and fast. Thank you for a smoothly run organization. I was also pleased with the discount for booking on line ;) |

| Safe and sound plus friendly |
| (August 19, 2011) Left the car for 2 weeks and wanted a secure lot. Looked on the internet for candidates and found Central Air Park with 24 hr. security, constant shuttle to the airport and a reasonable price. Arrived at 4:30 a.m. and received friendly, prompt service to the airport. Called for the shuttle on return and it showed up promptly and with the same friendly and helpful service.
While making the reservation on line I was presented with a coupon for an even lower discount price. Central Air Park didn't honor the coupon but the price for on line reservation was already lower than their advertised price. I was a little puzzled why the coupon was pushed to me and didn't understand the explanation at check out of why it wasn't valid. Still, I was very satisfied with the service and overall price. I will look to reserve a spot on line next time I need to travel. |
