I have used an airport valet service for more than 15 years for both personal and allot of business travel. They were good but last few times they took way too long to get me a driver to take me to the airport and sometimes waiting more than 20 min for pick up from airport (this is supposed to be a premium service!), so I tried Central Air. Central Air Park is just as fast if not faster and very profssional and courteous. Cheaper too! |

When we paid for our parking stay we had a $4.00 credit for preregistering on-line but I could not see where it was deducted on the receipt that I was given.
Overall, I was happy with our parking experience and will use Central Air Park again in the near future and again after that.

The driver was helpful and very courteous.
The lot was clean, well lit and appeared secure. As I was putting my club on my steering wheel, the waiting driver assured me that the additional security was unnecessary.
I like the simplicity of the check-in/check-out procedure although I didn't have a check-in card available. I was able to use your technology to print out my confirmation my confirmation papers from my flash drive.
My car was found the way I left it although I was a day late arriving because of a cancelled flight due to weather in Dallas with a reschedule a day later.
I am sure I'll be using this service on my next multidays flight from PHL. |

| (October 10, 2012) Everything was great - lot was clean and well lit, check in was good; check out was quick. However, did not feel a need to ride around the parking lot for 15 minutes on the shuttle bus while the driver was desperately looking for more passengers to pickup and take to the airport. Also, when we arrived back home, I called the location to dispatch a shuttle as was explained on the business card and ended up with a voice mail - left message and a call back number and no one ever called back -- had to call a second time. In the meantime, a shuttle bus happened to be in the area so we got on that one.
All considered, it still was not a bad experience. We would park there again. |

The ONLY negative occurred when we arrived at PHL. We phoned the number on our receipt to announce our arrival, and were told (rather sharply) to go to zone 4. The female voice had attitude when we asked what that meant. We did see signs for zones as we walked toward baggage claim. She told us we KNEW WE HAD TO GO TO ZONE 4. Truly we didn't, (don't recall being given this direction at all), but we found it anyway, got picked up by the shuttle - all was well. Phone manners would have made the return to the parking lot a perfect "5" on your rating scale. |

I was starting to get concerned because it was later than I felt comfortable until my flight. He tried another bus and I got on it. The new shuttle driver saw me earlier and understood that I was waiting and drove me without delay to the terminal. This driver made it worthwhile. He was great! |

Central Air Park. I was still taking my luggage out
of my car and the shuttle bus was already there. The staff was curtious and very helpful. While in the shuttle I realized that I had left my wallet in my car. We were still at the lot so the driver let me off and notified the other driver to take me to my car. He did this so the other passangers would not be delayed. It happened that I did have my wallet with me after all and the next shuttle picked me up right away and took me to the airport.
On my return trip, again, the shuttle showed up at the airport less than 5 minutes from the time I had stepped out. The lot was clean and well lit and
properly secured. My car was just as I had left it, and the check in and out process was expeditious and friendly. Thanks for the excellent

| (September 15, 2012) I give Central Air Park high ratings for everything except when it came time to exit the parking lot after my flight. My trip was scheduled for Labor Day weekend 2012. The driver gave me a ride to my car, which was helpful, but I did notice the long procession of cars in the check-out line.
By this time, it was about 11 p.m. I believe it took an hour for us to get to the cashier's window. There was another window but that was only if you didn't mind losing your discount, so no one entered that window. This was my first time using this service.
I don't know if this is how it usually is or because it was a holiday and everyone happened to schedule their return flights on Labor Day, but I was extremely tired and exasperated from the long wait. Other than that, staff were courteous, my car was the way I left it. |

I had my printed receipt from the on-line reservation with a discount and it was processed quickly. The only thing that could be improved is instructions on what to do when you arrive at the lot. |

| (September 6, 2012) On the way out we had to wait for a shuttle for about 10-15 minutes and then the driver was extremly rude to the passengers and was slow at packing the shuttle with lugage and unloading. We almost missed our flight because of it. On the way back from the airport we had a very pleasant driver and didn't have much of a wait. Our checking out experience was not fun. The cashier seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and we waited in line for about 10 minutes before it was our turn, and there was only one other car in front of us. And then we had to wait a while for her to tell us how much we owe. It was very clear that she does not like her job.
We will continue to use your service, however this was not the best experience we had and there are some defient areas of improvement needed. |

| (July 19, 2012) Shuttles kind of follow you when you park, so pick-up in the parking lot was immediate. Driver was professional and friendly 'shood' me away from picking up my luggage and got it for me. Wait at the airport when returning was a little long 10+ minutes. But again, driver was happy to pick up my bag and we were quickly on our way.
Prob biggest issue was when leaving the parking lot, I had my receipt of downpayment ($10 or so) and a coupon I'd found online for a cheaper rate. I was told the coupon couldn't be applied since I'd made a downpayment, but neither documentation said anything about the other. Was annoying, but still saved about $20 from airport parking when it was said and done and shuttles were just as if not more frequest. Next time I fly PHL, I'll go back to this lot. |

| (July 18, 2012) Central Park was a dream! It's easy to find, we got a discounted rate by reserving ahead and taking the print out with us. When we arrived two shuttles were circling the lot looking for people to pick up. One motioned to us as to where open parking spots were and met us there. We went from car to shuttle, bags and all in a matter of seconds! The driver was friendly and courteous, he helped with our bags. It's very close to the airport so you don't need to allow for a lot of travel time in between. Be sure to know exactly what terminal you need to leave from. We were flying AirFrance and assumed because it was an international flight we should be dropped off at Terminal A for all international flights! :( The driver assumed this much as well and left us off there. We were actually supposed to be at Terminal D. It was a fiasco to get there after the driver left and we realized our mistake but we made it and it was really no fault of Central's. Upon arriving back at the airport I called Central from the number on the card they give you (reminding you of where you are parked)after we had passed through customs and collected our bags and by the time we made it curbside the driver was there in maybe 3 minutes! We were very impressed and relieved as it was VERY hot out! The shuttle took only a few minutes to get to the lot and the driver dropped us off at our car. Check out was easy. Price was as promised and our car was perfect! I will park here from now on and refer everyone there! A+ Central. Please remember to trip the drivers, you know how heavy bags can be. |
