| (December 7, 2011) Both arriving and departing, my experience was A-1. The drivers were courteous and friendly. Departing USA was a breeze.
However, the checkout was a bit confusing with the buses stacked up near the exit gate. Until someone waved me past, I really didn't know what to do. Perhaps that area of the north lot is being remodeled? |

| (December 6, 2011) In error we parked in the valet parking area. We paid the Valet pricing and were told they could not accept the $9.45 deposit I paid on line. The attendent said that I should be able to have the deposit credited back to me.

| (November 28, 2011) in the past we have always had great efficient pickup service from the airport back to parking lot. This trip was different, we had stood at the pick u location for about 20 minutes and no shuttle was visible any where.i finally called for pick up and the response time was another 10 minutes. Apparantly there was a shift change happening and this caused the delay. Drivers are always very friendly and cooperative. |

This time we noticed a freshly paved parking lot with new exit gates. Very nice. Both shuttle drivers were very nice and cheerful(even at 5 in the morning) The reservation process is very simple also. Thank-you Fasttrack.
PS-We always tip the drivers as they go out of their way to help with the bags and make the whole experience pleasant at a time when things can be very stressful. |

| (October 26, 2011) The parking lot is being paved which is nice but they need better signs for people to understand there is one entrance for Valet and one for self-parking. The staff is nice and worked quickly. The only problem I had was checking out. When I went to pay I was confused by the man not speaking clearly and not fully explaining the price. I had made a reservation online and part of the deposit was to be absorbed into the price and after we left we realized that his had not been done. When you leave make sure you know exactly what you are paying and why. |

The parking lot was a disaster of potholes, mud puddles, etc. but it appears they are paving a section at a time so eventually that will be a great improvement. When I returned I waited for almost 1/2 hour for the shuttle and finally called. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and basically said to wait in Zone 3 and hung up on me. The shuttle drivers were helpful and polite. The bad part was waiting and having to call and being treated so rudely on the phone. |

Two small issues: the shuttle bus driver did not give me a reference location for my car or any other receipt....I was fortunate to be able to remember the location. The second issue was I had reserved my parking using the web page but was unable to print a receipt, so I was charged the full amount. I now have to try to recover my deposit. Having a full digital accounting process would be better for the customer. |

You should devise a way where a customer who forgets where there car is,can be located by the driver, possibly using a scanner on the ticket to recording it on a hand held computer. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced. There were so many huge potholes "craters" that were difficult to avoid.
The van was waiting in the lot and quickly took us to the airport and when our plane landed a van was there within 5 minutes of our getting our luggage.
We did have a problem with the cashier which I did send a message to customer service today. We had prepaid $10.50 for a spot and when we checked out we had a coupon. The cashier stated that we could use one deal or the other. After several times of trying to get her to understand that we had a credit she refused to deduct it from our final bill. We are hoping that this problem will be resolved and we will receive a $10.50 credit on our Discover card. |

| (July 7, 2011) I had a reservation at the Fasttrack Parking area in Philadelphia on Essington Ave for July 2. Upon arrival, I gave my name and was informed that there was no record of my reservation. When I presented the computer printout, my reservation suddenly appeared. We parked in one of the last parking spaces available and left for our weekend away. The trip to the airport and pickup upon arrival were very good; the drivers were very helpful. However, when I went to exit from the lot, I was told that my reservation had been at the valet parking lot and I would have to speak to them to get my reservation fee refunded. After a brief discussion, the attendant applied my fee to the overall cost, which was what should have been done without question. My reservation and paperwork were from the Fasttrack Self Park lot, not the valet side of the parking area. I appreciated the service but didn't need the hassle

| Congested - confused entrance and exit |
| (May 3, 2011) On delivering the car and on pick up of the car I saw many drivers looking for economy parking pulling into and blocking the lot exit of the valet lot.
Buses loaded but unable to move and anxious drivers trying to get to the economy lot, jockeying around trying to get out o the valet area, blocking entrance and exit of other cars and of loaded vans.
An SUV driver cut our bus off, slammed on his brakes and then preceded to hold 2 buses up while reloading his family and luggage into his vehicle.
His fault? He needed to get to the airport and was very agitated by the mishap. Fasttracks fault. I would think so. The signage is terrible. The staff of the lots reaction? "These people can't read."
The signage is not made for a driver to see at normal operating speeds. It is to small to see in the dark. Also the pot holes are a bit extreme. |

Also even though we had a reservation when we got there we were told the self park lot was full and we would have to use the other side and leave our keys which we did not want to do - we rode aorund the self park and eventually found what could be called a space on the end of one of the rows. | My Fasttrack Parking Experience |
| (April 28, 2011) I arrived at 4:25 AM to meet the nicest man who told me if I was self-parking I needed to go to the other lot just feet down the street. When I got there a woman driving a van pointed out a parking place for me. I had help putting my bag into the van, it was a quick uneventful ride to the airport, and then I had help getting off the van. The driver even told me to have a nice trip.
Your rates are super so I would never hesitate to park there again. However, your lot is a mess with terrible potholes and that was annoying trying to avoid them.
Overall, I rate the experience a 5.

| (February 3, 2011) Maybe it was the crew working that evening. I called for pick-up and the line was busy for a good 10 min. After finally getting through I was told to look for the red van. We had parked in the self-park (south lot). After 20 min. a dark van with a south lot sign blew by us without even a glance. Since it was taking so long I called again, but the phone just rang and rang. 10 more min. go by and another dark van with a north lot only sign pulls up and picks up a gentleman (he was in valet). Right behind him is the long lost red van who was going to blow by until we started to wave frantically. He stopped and yelled out the door "Take the other van, it's the same thing!" as the other van starts to pull away. More frantic yelling and the other van stops for us. I usually use this lot but will reconsider next time. |

| (December 22, 2010) When I was looking for a place to park while we flew out of town for the weekend, I read the reviews and compared prices. I am adding my own very positive review to the others and hope that it affords others some guidance. This was the first time that we ever used Fasttrack Economy Parking and it worked EXACTLY like advertised. We got to the lot around 5:30AM and parked without any issue. The shuttle was actually sitting there when we arrived so we had no wait whatsoever. The trip to the airport was uneventful and the driver was very courteous and helpful. When we returned from the trip, I made the call for a pickup. We were picked up within 15 minutes by another very courteous and helpful driver. We could not ask for anything more. This company delivered EXACTLY what they promised and in a very professional and friendly manner. And the price was EXACTLY as advertised with no hidden fees or surprises. I will use this company from now on when I have to leave my car for a trip. |

| Service, promptness, & the coupon |
| (December 22, 2010) when I arrived to drop off my car the bus was there as I parked. The driver actually ran into Terminal A to check if I really was to go there - I wasn't so he took me to the correct terminal - that was above and beyond the call of duty. He was great. When I returned the bus arrived almost instantly. Service and promptness ere excellent. The only complaint I have is that my 20% coupon offset the access fee (I have no idea what the access fee is used for or why it is charged). So, I guess I saved money on a charge that is vague but unavoidable. |

| Good place to park. |
| (December 8, 2010) I am glad I found out this was s close to the Airport I was tired of paying $20 a day at the Ariports parking. Everything went well. Was only about a 15 min wait at 10pm on Sunday when I got back to Philly but I am glad I didnt have to wait longer. I will use them more often. |
