| (May 10, 2013) I have used the Self Park several times in the last couple years. The facility renovations and car routing have improved imensely. This service has been flawless. A spot vehicle meets you at the self park spot, gives you a location card for your return, and takes you and your bags to the airpoort. When you return the vehicles have always been quick to pick us up, and deliver us to the vehicle. Have never had an issue.

| (April 23, 2013) I got there at 3:00 am on Friday. Lot was easy to find, well lit, felt secure, I got a space right up front and the shuttle came right away. PERFECT! Coming home I came in @ 11:45, waited only a few minutes for the shuttle, there was alot of people waiting. The shuttle filled fast and there was still 2 people waiting,they started getting alittle disturbed. The driver was able to get them on and everyone was ok with it and we headed to the lot. I was dropped off right in front of my truck and check out was fast. Price, location, service was great. I'll be back if I use that airport again. |

I had the nicest driver ever! I was the only one in the van too.
On my return, I was just about to call and the van was right there anyway. Had another very nice driver!
I only like self parking, because I do not like anyone touching my car but me, and this was perfect!

It also took about 25 minutes to exit the lot, because I inadvertently went out the wrong lane (self paying rather than what I quickly thought was self-parking lane). I had to drive around, speak to the manager, and then have the initial transaction deleted, before the discounted amount could be charged. I also noticed a small scratch on the drivers side, that I didn't recall seeing before. Otherwise, the lot itself is in excellent condition, and the price was good. |

| (September 17, 2012) I fly from PHL frequently enough to know what to expect when it comes to parking at the off-site parking lots offered by various providers. In fact, the reason I parked at THE PARKING SPOT is because the lot I usually go to with a pre-arranged reservation wouldn't accept any reservations for the dates I was traveling and I only park places that allow me to self-park. That has never happened to me before, but I needed to park so I tried out this place. It was plenty convenient for me, but I was traveling at non-peak times at the airport. A shuttle followed me to my car for pick-up. No other cars parking, so we left for the airport immediately. The return trip was around 10:30pm on a Sunday night. I walked out from baggage claim preparing to call the number on my ticket and the shuttle happened to be pulling up at that very moment. I'm sure that was luck, but all in all, it was great experience. Thanks! |

I don't know if there is a certain amount of time they would have allowed to lapse before heading to the airport only partially full If I were in a rush, this could have been a critical issue. Overall, I felt the experience was easy and would use Parking Spot again. |

| (August 28, 2012) This was our first time flying out of Philadelphia (we are closer to Newark) however our overall experience was excellent and The Parking Spot contributed to that. We had no trouble finding the lot, the shuttle took us right to the Marriott on Friday night. When we landed at 10pn Saturday night by the time we had our luggage for 15 people the shuttle was there and waiting and was able to take us all at the same time. It was a total of 25 minutes from the time we stepped off the plane until we were loading our car at the lot. We would definately consider using The Parking Spot again. |

| (August 26, 2012) The beginning of our experience was not too pleasant. The first employee we encountered was extremely rude. We were waiting to be picked up and I wanted to ask the driver a question. The driver refused to open the door and then instead of asking me to wait a minute, he instead put his hand up and turned his head. I completely understand if he was unable to answer my question at the time but there are more professional and courteous ways to go about this. He truly needs a lesson in customer service. Coming home was completely different. The wait time was not terrible. The driver was nice and the gentleman at the cashier booth was extremely helpful. |

| (August 16, 2012) Well I stayed at this lot last year and a selling point for me was the fact that I did not need to call for a shuttle, they just come every 5 - 7 minutes. Which is true!! Last year the reviews were saying that the lot needed to be fixed and that it had a lot of pot holes which was true. This year when I went there the lot was in Great condition. There must have been a major clean up or something. No pot holes and the place looked great. When I was leaving the lot it was about 100 degrees out and the teller at the pay area was training someone. She was very polite and even gave us free ice cold bottled water which I was not expecting, but after coming home from Las Vegas in 110 degree weather it was appreciated. For me this lot is the Lot I will be staying with for all my travel leaving from PHL. Thanks =) |

I went down there, only to find out, the machine for my ticket was not working. I went back to valet entrance, and entered without a problem. The staff both coming and going were very courteous. We will be back to the lot on our next trip out of Philly!

| (July 19, 2012) I don't travel very often so I was unsure of how things worked. First I was driving back and forth on Essington Ave looking for an address or the Fast Track lot. My recipt said Fast Track and I had no idea of the name change to Parking Spot. I enevtually pulled in to Parking Spot to ask directions to Fast Track only to learn that this was the place. The shuttle to the airport picked me up right away. The driver helped me load and unload my bags and was very nice. Upon my return again the driver was very nice and helpful. My flight returned at 1:00 AM and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for the shuttle. The lot was clean and well lit and my car was just as I had left it. |

At checkout I had misplaced my reservation information. The attendant provided me with instructions on getting the problem resolved. I thought I was going to have to wait a while for the next one. Before I could get my phone out to call the company, another bus pulled up. The driver said there's never more than a few minutes between buses. All in all, very convenient at a good price. |

| (June 28, 2012) I was picked up right away when I arrived at the lot on Sat. June 9,2012. I had left my phone in my car and the bus driver was very nice about letting me return to the lot to get it ! On my retun from California I waited a little longer than I thought I would have to , buit all in all I have to say I was very pleased with my experiece . I will use fasttract on my next trip ! Thank you
