| Efficient and curtious |
| (August 25, 2010) USAirways had our flight all mixed up regarding time of departure.
Since that occured, we were in a very big rush. The Fasttrack driver saw us enter the parking lot and followed us to our parking site. After a "Good Morning" greeting, he helped us with our luggage and drove directly to the airport. Needless to say we arrived safe and sound.
Upon arriving back into Phila Airport, we collected our luggage and waited for only seconds to hail the Fasttrack bus.
This is our second time using Fasttrack. We will certainly use it again and recommend it to others. Thank you for being so effiecient and curtious.

| (July 28, 2010) Using Fasttrack worked out well for us. The bus was there to get us when we parked our car and a bus was at the pickup location when we returned. I would definitely use them again. |

| (July 13, 2010) The lot for the self park was full but with a little effort on the part of the clerk at the valet lot they were able to honor my reservation rate there. The cars were ready and the shuttle pickup was quick.

| (June 22, 2010) This was my first time using Fasttrack. I'll definitely be using them again. I had virtually no wait for the shuttle when dropping off my car and when being picked-up from the airport. Both drivers were great, even loaded my bags into my car for me. I was very nervous because I hit a huge traffic jam on I95 on my way to the airport. I got to Fasttrack with less than an hour till my flight was scheduled to depart. I thought about just going straight to the airport and using short term parking so I didn't miss my flight. Fasttrack got me there with time to spare! |

| (May 16, 2010) Fasttrack was GREAT I called when I got my bags walked out the terminal and shuttle was waiting outside when i walked out. GREAT SERVICE, fair price. Droped Me right off at my Car and helped me with my bags.

| Fastrack is the best |
| (May 8, 2010) Parking at FastTrack was agreat experience. We arrived there there about 3:30 AM or so in the morning. A person was waiting to take us to the terminal. After return, we were picked up within 4-5 min. Then, our car batery was dead. A person brought the charger and we were on our way within 5-7 min. This was again in the morning 6:00 AM, we had a red eye flight from LA. What would anyone rate this kind of service, the best 5 star. We will always park after this experience and recommend to our family and friends. Thanks Fasttrack Parking ----the best around.

| Best bang for the buck |
| (May 8, 2010) Driver was pleasant, helped with bags, came immediately to airport when called for the pickup, took me straight to my parking spot and helped with bags again(no drop off point where you have to walk from with your baggage). Great price! |

Shuttle picked me up right from my spot (however didn't have time to wait it seemed)
From the aiport the shuttle arrived 30 minutes after my first call. I called twice and then it finally arrived.

| (March 29, 2010) I felt the price for self park was a good value. The pick up was absolutely top shelf. The driver of the van pointed out a spot to park and before I had even gotten all my stuff out of the car, he was already loading my suitcase from my trunk into the van!
However, the return was quite slow in picking me up. I called to find out when the bus was expected and could not understand the response. I think the wait was around 25 minutes but once on board, everything went well. |

| (March 11, 2010) My husband and I always use Fasttrack for our parking needs at the airport. We've never had any issues. Service is usually on point and we never have to wait too long for a pick up when coming back from vacation. There are sometimes other options available that are cheaper but we stick with what we know and are happy with. |

| Help with Shoveling |
| (February 16, 2010) When I returned in the morning on Friday, Feb. 12, my car was blocked in and was covered by snow. The van driver shoveled behind my car so that I could get out of the parking space and, then, helped remove snow from my car. He did this in a very friendly, helpful manner. I'm sorry that I did not get his name. |

| (February 16, 2010) Leaving our car and ride to airport was a good experience, but returning was not so good.
When we rretruned, we waited for 20 minutes after calling for the shuttle, then when it came it was full, and we had to wait for another. The driver was courteous but the cashier was not.
When at the cashier, we inquired about being charged for 8 days when we were only gone for under 7 days, she rudely said, "it's what it says on the screen" she said that 3 times....she did not give us an explanation of the costs.
We paid and left, but I am not sure we will be back as there are so many other choices for parking where our business would be appreciated.
Good customer service makes the difference. |

| (January 20, 2010) Always used the economy lot at the airport. Decided to try another lot because of past experiences and the cost. Your lot attendants are very friendly and helpful. The service was quick getting us to the airport and the wait to be picked up was minimal. Very satisfied and would use your service again. Also my sister and her husband were with me and they also remarked on the service. We will be back again. |
