| (September 14, 2009) I made reservation on their site and print coupon for discounted price. when I got to lot they told me they will accept the coupon. so I parked my car and left. when I came back from my trip, chasier did not eccept the coupon and charge me their full price. service was very bad and I will not use this parking anymore. It wasn't any manager on the site and nobady cared about your problem. they adviertise discounted rate and special to bring you in and then they charge you full price. ( sep/12/2009) |

| Never again! |
| (July 21, 2009) 1) This lot advertises continual pick-ups (I believe every 5-7 minutes like their competitors) but to my surprise when I was being let out at the airport they told me to call for a pick-up. When I returned from my trip I called right away and was told it would be a few minutes and to wait outside near a taxi stand. I don't know what the temperature was on that July day in Phoenix, AZ but the heat was absolutely extraordinary (and I'm from AZ)! For over 20 minutes I watched as vans from all the other lots cruised by repeatedly. I went inside and called again. "Are you the one who called for a pick-up at terminal 2? Oh. They'll be there in a few minutes."
2) When the van finally arrived it was virtually uncooled. Lots of noise came from something that looked like it should be a cooling system but nothing cool came out...in fact I couldn't tell that any air of any kind was coming out.
3) I had used a credit card to prepay for my reservation in order to save on their rates, which were barely under their nearest competitors. When I drove through the attendant's window they required that I produce a piece of paper that was to have been printed out by me on my computer at home. Since my printer was broken I had jotted down any pertinent info. on a slip of paper, just in case. Well by then I was so over heated from the long outdoor wait and the hot bus that I was completely flustered and couldn't find the slip of paper. They told me I would have to pay a second time and had no way of confirming my prepaid reservation. (I did finally find the piece of paper thank goodness.)
4) They also advertise free bottled water which in Phoenix's extraordinary heat can be a lifesaver and I was relying on this. None was forthcoming and I was so frantic to start driving to cool off the car (it was an inferno by then) that I didn't bother to demand the water.
5) The directions they gave me to get to the highway I needed were awful and led to having to stop and ask for better directions in a bad part of town.
Never again!

| (May 6, 2009) We had no problems with our parking in Columbus OH. Used the on line prepayment. When checking out however we were charged for another day. Was not going to argue with the attendant at 11:30 p.m. Could get no satisfaction or explanation from their customer service department. They continued to say that we were billed correctly. Somehow 10 plus 1 equaled 12! Check your bills. |

| Damage to car without compensation |
| (March 12, 2009) Pick up car during early March snow storm. Notice wipers were on during my drive home but they were not moving due to iced windsheld. Apparantly the attendee turned on my wipers and stepped out of the car when he brought it up to me. The idiot didn't think that turning on the wipers when the couldn't move due to the ice would burn out the wipers. When I reported this they basically told me tough luck and that it could have happened anytime. Needless to say that's my last time with these dopes. The thing that really gets me is I tipped the guy to boot. |

| (February 25, 2009) Attendant entered drop off time as 1:39 and did not designate A.M. or P.M. Dropped off car at 1:39 p.m. for a 4:45 p.m. flight, returned at 12:20 p.m. four days later, was charged for five days because they said the drop off time was 1:39 A.M. Felt like they were calling me a liar even after I sent them flight confirmation. |

| (February 14, 2009) Avoid completely if possible. I have an account and pay for valet parking. The last 3 times I arrived back from my trip I either A)had to wait for them to find my car B)jump start it(never had a problem before or since) C) find my car again. The last trip I decided to pay via Travelocity. Even though I chose the North Park, everything came through as South Park self parking. I was also supposed to click a link to print a coupon because they had no record of me paying for parking. What kind of rinky dink computer system do they have. Not only that, to get a refund you have to fill out a sheet of paper and write your credit card information and just hand it over to them. Am I supposed to trust someone who can't even find my car with holding my credit car information in a secure spot? I'm done with FastTrack. Later losers. |

| (January 27, 2009) called the phone number when we arrived back in Philly and were told to wait outside. We met two women who had been waiting for an hour. We waited (with them) another hour and a quarter. Fastrack buses kept driving by, full of people, and saying they would send an empty bus to our terminal. It never happened. We finally had to step in front of a bus, and climbed on when the driver started to tell us he would send another bus. Came very close to fisticuffs on the bus. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE |

| (August 29, 2007) WHEN I CAME HOME FROM TRIP AND WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR, THE LEFT FRONT FRONT BUMPER WAS DAMAGED. THE MANAGER WHO WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND (Y. ZURY) REFUSES TO CALL BACK AFTER CALLING HIM APPROX. 13-14 TIMES IN 2 DAYS. I WOULD NEVER TAKE OR TELL OTHER PEOPLE TO USE THAT LOT. |

| Horrendous!!! |
(April 23, 2007) I like to give credit where credit is due, but this experience was unpleasant from beginning to end. When first dropping off the car, we had an attendant who barely said two words (I couldn't have heard anyway with the loud radio in the background). We were told to call with the voucher number upon return, which I did. I got a barking order to wait at the stop for the bus (no goodbye or acknowlegement that he had evem heard the number.) When we got to the lot (a half hour after I had called) the car still had not been pulled. We waited another 20 minutes after that! The person behind the desk was very nasty and unprofessional as well. (again, with loud radio serenading us). Our flight from Birminham to Philadelphia took less time than it did to get the car! This is a questionable (at best) operation that I would never use again. Pros: The shuttle bus driver was professional and helpful. Cons: Unprofessional, nasty desk staff, dirty office, inefficient service. (Why bother calling from the airport if no one gets the car anyway?) |

(September 15, 2006) I started using Sunpark (before it was placed under the Avistar umbrella of companies) when my company provided me with a cupon for parking during a business trip. Ever since then, I have used this location. I fly almost every weekend to Boston, MA and they at times will take a shuttle with just me in it to the airport so I can make my flight ontime! They are in the process of really cleaning up the place and I love it there. I highly recommend using them- if anything, go for the price! It's so cheap already plus they always have online cupons available! Pros: Price, safe lot, extremely courtious employees, quickly pick up and drop off Cons: I wish they still had the oil changes and car wash available while you were away. |

(August 2, 2006) It seemed a bit skeezy to me when it turned out they were a valet. I prefer to park my car myself and not leave my keys with people. That being said, they were very courteous. They gave me a phone number on my ticket to call when I arrived. Everything worked out fine. THe only trouble was I got a bit lost coming back to the airport. Pros: Fine, prompt bus to/from airport Cons: Valet only, far from the airport and hard to find/get back from |
