When we told him that we were standing in the location were the telephone attendent told us to stand, he replied that we should go to CBM's web site and check it out, because there are certain things that they can't tell us over the phone???? No help getting the luggage out of the van. Paid for inside parking and the car was very dirty from rain and dirt. The driver who took us to the airport was friendly and helpful!! The van was on time to the airport and we were picked up from the airport in a reasonable period of time! |

I'm English and live on the Treasure Coast and this was my first time flying out of Miami and I had no problem navigating in or out of CBM's location. |

| (June 22, 2010) I was a little apprehensive leaving my new truck at a place that looked like an impound yard.... though the desk clerk was very nice. The driver of the shuttle did not speak a whole lot, so I was glad that we made it to the right place at the airport. As far as covered parking.... my car was somewhat dirty and when they dropped us off in a unfamiliar lot, the inside of my car was very HOT.... not sure if it spent the week out there or not?!?! hmmmmm...... But it was priced right.... I'd consider using them again.....

When I came back 5 days latter I called the number and surprisingly the van was there in 2 minutes, (someone else was also there and called before I did)again good service and care. I have nothing to complain about. Only thing is is asked for covered parking and you don't actually see where the car is parked.Otherwise, like I mentioned, not the Ritz Carlton but excellent overall |

| (April 27, 2010) Although a little further away than some other parking facilities, the extra two minutes was well worth the savings. Courtesy from the employees and superfast service wasn't expected, but it was received. And it cost half as much as other offsite p[arking facilities.
I'm glad I tried CBM and it is a real bargain when traveling for more than a few days. |

| (March 25, 2010) I recently left my car for 5 days at the CBM Park and Fly. This was my first experience with CBM and I have to say I was totally impressed. Everyone I dealt with (from the desk attendant to the drivers) was extremely courteous. On departure day, we were at the airport with in 15 minutes of arriving at the lot and on arrival day, they picked us up within 15-20 minutes of calling for a ride. The convenience factor (and not having to deal with maneuvering other drivers at the airport) coupled with the great daily pricing cannot be beat. I have been recommending them to my friends for their future travel needs and will definitely use them again in the future. |

Once we arrived the service was excellent both going to the airport and returning. Both drivers struggled with English but were friendly and handled our luggage for us. | (March 7, 2010) I arrived 5:30 am to a strange area to me and because of darkness I had a hard time seeing the street signs. I called and within 4 minutes someone came to meet and to guide me. Returning 8 days later, I called to be picked up at the airport and within 10 minutes I was picked up. The gentleman gave very easy and clear instructions to I75 and I was on my way. All Personnel were very helpful and I will use CBA again and reommend to anyone. |

| (March 6, 2010) We especially appreciated CBM's prompt shuttle to and from the Miami airport. The battery in our van died during our 5 week absence, in spite of CBM's promise to start the engine every week. However, they jump started the engine on upon our return, at no extra charge. Apparently we had inadvertently left our GPS plugged in during our absence, which may have caused the dead battery. |

CBM is such a company.
Dropped my car off, and was immediately taken to the airport.
Returned to Miami, called CBM, less than 5 minutes I was
picked up and taken to my car.
Everyone I met was pleasant and helpful.
Oh yeah, and my car was clean when I picked it up.
Next time I need an extended parking in Miami, this is where I will go/

The van is there to take us to the airport, and is timely in picking us up. Pre-paying allows for a very easy exit, as when you get home from a trip you want to get going.
