I wasn't expecting a wash or anything because the rates are so low....but if it would have gotten a rinse or something that would have been the "Extra" touch to warrant a five star! |

| (March 7, 2010) I arrived 5:30 am to a strange area to me and because of darkness I had a hard time seeing the street signs. I called and within 4 minutes someone came to meet and to guide me. Returning 8 days later, I called to be picked up at the airport and within 10 minutes I was picked up. The gentleman gave very easy and clear instructions to I75 and I was on my way. All Personnel were very helpful and I will use CBA again and reommend to anyone. |

| (March 6, 2010) We especially appreciated CBM's prompt shuttle to and from the Miami airport. The battery in our van died during our 5 week absence, in spite of CBM's promise to start the engine every week. However, they jump started the engine on upon our return, at no extra charge. Apparently we had inadvertently left our GPS plugged in during our absence, which may have caused the dead battery. |

CBM is such a company.
Dropped my car off, and was immediately taken to the airport.
Returned to Miami, called CBM, less than 5 minutes I was
picked up and taken to my car.
Everyone I met was pleasant and helpful.
Oh yeah, and my car was clean when I picked it up.
Next time I need an extended parking in Miami, this is where I will go/

The van is there to take us to the airport, and is timely in picking us up. Pre-paying allows for a very easy exit, as when you get home from a trip you want to get going.

| OK, But Consider other Options First |
| (December 31, 2009) First, this is not self-parking. You will need to trust these folks with a key so they can cram your car into their crowded back lot. Even though your car will be parked very close to others, with a high danger of minor bumps and scratches, they will expect you to sign away all of their responsibility for loss or damage to your car.
The outbound part worked OK: We left our car and were promptly taken to the airport in their van. However, their van does not make regular circuits of the airport and you must call them for pickup. It took us several calls to each of their 2 phone numbers before a human finally answered the phone. All this time, visions of being stranded at the airport danced before our eyes. Once somebody finally answered the phone, pickup was fairly prompt and our car had been extracted and was waiting for us in good condition.
It worked out in the end, but we were not left with a "warm fuzzy" feeling. |

Droping the car took only a few minutes. I was immediately on the shuttle towards the airport.
They picked me up after a short wait right at the airport when I returned. The car was reay and I could leave with nothing further to do.

The ability to obtain indoor parking also was perceived as additional security. A quick wash (rinse off) was an additional benefit to remove accumulated dust following a 3 week parking interval. We will definitely use this facility on future occasions.

| (December 4, 2009) I was little concerned about leaving the car and its keys there, but it was a holiday weekend and I didn’t have time to look for another option. I was not prepared to leave my car and its keys in Miami; its trunk was loaded of things that I had bought for Christmas.
The parking staff were very courteous at the registration (process that take like 5 minutes), then they drop me at the airport very quickly (like 5 minutes away).
The only problem I have it was at the pick up. Since it was holiday weekend, the traffic around the airport was very crowded, the driver keep escaping my location to avoid traffic, therefore I had to wait more than 20 minutes for them. Anyway, the other staff’s member always was courteous on the phone and answered all my calls to keep me calm.
Finally they picked me up; my car was ready to go; nothing was missing; nothing was damaged.

| (December 2, 2009) I recently parked at CBM at the Miami Airport. Check in was great, very friendly staff, they park the car for you, easy shuttle ride to the airport. When I returned to pick up the car there was a scratch and dent in the passenger side door. (they park the cars very close together).
The counter person was very nice, said sorry and gave me info on who to contact. I sent a message to the person and I have not heard back.

I arrived after midnight, and within 10 minutes was picked up; my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Fast service; very well treated. I do recommend this service. Once we got back to their location, they went to bring around the car. Since it was outside, uncovered, they rinsed the leaves off it before bringing it around.
PROS: Nice guys, good prices, close to the airport. The cars are behind a hidden, fenced off area.
CONS: Their location is down a small quiet road that makes you feel like you're lost in an industrial area. The building is not well marked. It doesn't look very professional. It took them about 15 minutes to come get us. Their white van doesn't have anything written on the front so you could miss it easily if you're not paying attention. |
