Got luggage out of the car after parking right beside the hotel in the first spot. Walked to the canopy over the drive,sat down 5 min. The shuttle came, friendly driver, took us right to our flight. When we returned Sunday afternoon (very busy time at airport) walked out to the median, 5 min the shuttle was there, back to the hotel, everything was just as we left it!! PERFECT!!! |

| (January 17, 2012) Drove up, dropped off bags, paid inside (rates were best in area & this was during the Orange Bowl) within a minute, parked the car so close to main entrance, greated by courteous driver (water offered both ways on shuttle to drink), lot was extremely secure, gated, well lite, drive to ariport was within minutes, picked up car upon return and since it was paid upon arrival, drove right out. Would use again and would now consider staying at hotel, very easy to use! Very customer service orientated. |

This could be an additional income source and added customer service;

| (December 4, 2011) We didn't know that the hotel shuttles picked up on the 2nd level of the airport. We were waiting on the lower, or ground level where all the luggage carousels are. Maybe if you can tell the people when you drop them off for their flight that when they return to go to the second level for pickup at MIA.
Because we were on the wrong level, we missed the pickup we should have been on and had to wait a half hour.
But other than that, it was excellent and both the drivers, to and back, were friendly and courteous.Our car was fine and we felt secure leaving at the hotel. We will use the Embassy Suites airport parking again. |

| (December 2, 2011) The shuttle driver was great! I got stuck in traffic and was running a little late - the next shuttle to the airport would've been 20-30 minutes, so he asked the other passengers if they could wait just a moment for me to pay for parking. If he hadn't done that I may have missed my flight so I appreciated the service VERY MUCH! The price is much better than what you'd pay at the airport, and the hotel is very close to the airport (across the street)so travel time is about the same as it would take you to walk from the garage. My only concern was where to catch the shuttle back to the hotel since there's no official shuttle stop. Naturally, you'd think to go to Level 1 where the Arrivals get picked up or "Ground Transportation" but the airport has a few signs (not many) for "Hotel Shuttles" on Level 2 (Departures) and since that's where I got off I figured the shuttle would have to pass by eventually. It did and I didn't have to wait long. Overall a great experience, I would recommend and definitely use this service again. |

Unfortunately, the gate was not working properly when I arrived and when I left four days later. Both times it resulted in several minutes of nerve racking delays at the machine as people were waiting to get out. |

After parking you need to go inside to the front desk with your parking ticket to pay and receive a pass to hang in your car, and this wasn't explained on the website. When you return you bring the pass inside, and they will have someone open the exit gate so you can leave. It was easy, though, and the shuttle was fast and convenient. |

| (November 22, 2011) Ride to the airport was on schedule, driver and van were great. Returning to the hotel we just missed the shuttle, saw their tail lights just as we walked to the curb. As promised they returned exactly in 1/2 hour....unfortunately the van was full from a previous stop. The driver stopped (which he didn't have to) and explained he just loaded the van and called to send another van immediately. Fifteen minutes later another shuttle picked us up. This was on a Saturday afternoon. |

| (November 3, 2011) Everything went smoothly. What to do when you first enter the lot with all the gates is confusing. So we got out of the car by parking in a taxi spot and then asked someone. It wasn't clear you get a ticket, go thru the gate, park, go inside present ticket and voucher to the front desk, you get a tag for your car to put on the mirror, and then catch the shuttle. Also getting out is confusing as we didn't have a ticket only the tag on the mirror which will not let you out. So we then had to ask and one of the people out front used his key card to let us out. But otherwise reasonably priced and worked out very well. |

| (October 16, 2011) Check in does take about 10 minutes. You may have to wait for the reception person to finish with another customer. Wish there was a more automatic way to check in. perhaps if the info was given at time you book the reservation online, this would not have to be. When one is rushing to catch a flight, that waiting for paperwork to be processed is a bit unnerving.
There seems to be more vans for pickup by other vendors making rounds to the one of the Embassy which comes about every 15-20 minutes.It is a welcome sight after a long flight from overseas!
This is the third time we have used this parking facility. The car is how we left it and we feel secure that the car is in good hands. We will continue to use the service. |

The only real downside was we just missed a shuttle to the airport and had to wait the full 30 minutes for another. We'd planned on that possibility, so it wasn't a big factor, just something to be aware of when planning. We waited about 20 minutes at the airport for the return shuttle. Expect to pay cash when you enter the parking lot unless you want to go into the hotel proper and pay using a credit card. We were able to park close to the hotel lobby in a well lit area. Since you pre-pay, leaving is as simple as driving out of the parking lot. |

| (September 9, 2011) I must say my first thoguht was that Airport Parking at $8.41 per day with an internet coupon finally had some competition!
We arrived with plenty of time as to not have any complications with the shuttle service. The driver on the shuttle going to the airport was a breath of fresh air. He not only was courteous but friendly and extremely flexible and pleasing. As we approached the Airport I realized I had left my cell phone in the car and asked him if we had enough time to go back to the Embassy Suites and return to the Airport on time to catch our flight. He said absolutely! "Eventhough the shuttle was every 30 minutes there should be plenty of time". Not only did he take us back to the Embassy Suites but actually stopped at my car to get my cell phone. He transferred our luggage to the next shuttle leaving, told the driver go, go, go, but also had time to say " have a great flight ". That is Customer Service! Our arrival at Miami International Airport went a little different...knowing that the shuttle was every 30 minutes, we went directly to the shuttle pick up area. No stopping. We didn't have any luggage so that made it even quicker. We arrived at the curb at 7:50 am. We agreed that the shuttle would probably leave the Embassy Suites at 8:00 am and be at the Airport by 8:10. At 8:30 there was still no sign of the Embassy Suites shuttle. We counted 7 shuttles from Airport Parking and at least 3 of every other shuttle nearby....I called the Embassy Suites, the operator said that the shuttle was there at 8:10 and was again coming back around at 8:40! I know there was no shuttle in that time and the fact that I was given an excuse and not a real reason really upset me. We were not the only ones waiting....Yes, I saved money on the parking but was the wait really worth it? The driver finally arrived at 8:45 and was extremely polite but very apologetic for being so late. He said "I had to shuttle other customers to restaurants and couldn't get here."
I don't blame him at all, he is told what to do! My point...if you're going to compete with Airport Parking let it also be with Customer Service, afterall that should be the priority. |

There is no central waiting place for hotel vans, which is not the hotel's problem, but possibly Miami Airport. Other airports have designated locations for vans. Maybe Miami is just too large to do so.
