GREAT SERVICE

(May 3, 2008) Great Customer Service, Staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle to the Port of Miami great,on time as advertise every hour on the hour sometime sooner.
Pros: Great saving when compare with rate at the Port of Miami

WORST SERVICE!

(February 26, 2008) They do not know the meaning of customer service. All agents are extremely rude. The manager might as well quit as he is worthless. Save the headache, park at Continental--it is down the street.
