We had some concerns, but when all was said and done, and we came back 10 days later....we got picked up in a reasonable fashion, our car was there and was safe, and the price was reasonable. What could improved: it took a very long time for them to answer their phone, when we had our luggage and were ready to be picked up at the airport. Also, departing....the driver let us out way too far away from Alaska Airlines. Everyone on the van got off at the same place. |

| (January 2, 2012) I've used Skyway about 5 times. They have the best prices, and I have had no trouble with them, nor with the staff and drivers.
The only drawbacks are the distance from the airport, and the fact that the cars are stored in the parking lot out back of the inn, but neither of those count against the savings. |

| (December 31, 2011) I reserved this on the internet, great price at $5.99 per day (very low for SeaTac). I realized I've used the place before. It's a cut-rate hotel & parking lot a mile from the airport. It was very busy when I dropped off my car and the shuttle took a long time to gather up the people and leave for the airport. I thought I had planned plenty of time but got to the plane just in time. Coming home, it was much smoother. All in all, it was a good value. |

| (December 30, 2011) The lot is just the excess parking space around a motel that I would never stay in... but my car doesn't care about house keeping or dirty sheets. Aside from the look, I felt safe enough parking there and leaving my key with the attendant. Even though the lady at the desk didn't seem too thrilled about her job, she answered my questions sufficiently.
The shuttles were quick and efficient. I am expecially glad that I did not have to deal with driving though the nasty holiday traffic near the airport. Our driver navigated it much better than I could, and it probably saved me a bunch of stress and a few profanities and hand gestures.
When I came back, the car was fine. In fact the Seattle rain left it a bit cleaner then when I dropped it off. Also, the attendant had pulled the around front and ready for me to load up and drive away.
In all, it was a great value and I would definitely park there next time I fly out of SeaTac.

| A little better than you would expect |
| (December 24, 2011) When I arrived, I was about 45 minutes early. I handed the lady at the front desk my printout that I got from aboutairportparking.com and she pulled up my info. I paid for the remaining owed amount and gave her my keys.
She gave me a pink ticket that she told me I needed to have when I came back in order to pick up my car. I was a bit worried about losing it, so I put it in my luggage in a zipped pocket that I didn't plan on using very often.
The shuttle was there and waiting when I arrived, so he loaded my two bags into the back and it was a short and smooth ride to the airport.
When I got back, I called while I was still on the plane but rolling around on the tarmac waiting to arrive at the gate. She told me to call back once I was at the crew van pickup area. So, I waited until I got my bags and went there to call again.
This time, she asked me for my ticket ID, so I had to call her back after I found it. I called her back and told her, and she said I was good to go and needed to wait for the van that said SKYWAY INN on it, then wave it down when it got to me.
From this point in time, it took about 15-20 minutes of waiting out in the cold, but I was wrapped up and warm for the most part, so it was no big deal. I was just glad I saved so much money, provided my car was still there/in the same condition.
The ride back to the lot was smooth, and it was easy to locate my car as it was pulled out by the side of the building in a line of cars waiting to be picked up. It appears that it had been there for a while as the window was frozen over, so I idled for about 10 minutes or so to get everything warmed up before I left.
Overall, for the money, I would absolutely park there again. The parking lot is fenced, and the place also is a hotel so there is some security, but I wouldn't say it's a "Secure" lot. However, as long as you don't leave anything in the car that could be easily stolen, I think it would be a safe bet that parking there won't cause you any harm, and save you a lot of money compared to other parking locations. I only paid $4.99 a night, and their advertised price was $8.99 a night if you paid in person, so I feel like I got a really good deal. |

| (December 16, 2011) The folks at Skyway Inn are great! I went to prepay for my parking and I had left my credit card at home and was heading out of the country. Oh, Crap! I called to let them know when I was going to be back and they held the shuttle for me, got all my paperword ready, and did it with a smile. I made my flight with the family everyone was happy! A round trip from Skyway to Auburn in 23 minutes on a Friday night, too! Thank you Skyway!

Many of the other parking lots' shuttles passed by eight, nine, ten times while I waited for Skyway.
Bottom line- if money is all-important, use these guys; they're courteous enough and are about the cheapest lot out there. If time matters more, choose a larger lot. |

The driver on the way home was awesome. He picked us up quickly, loaded and unloaded our bags, and he even got our car.
The Bad:
The driver to the airport was extremly slow taking his time, made me load our luggage into his van and took his sweet time. also at 3am, they should have the van warmed up when we told them we had a baby. its a bit cold at that time in the morning in late november.
All in all, i would reccomend them and i will use them again! |

The reason our wait was about a half an hour was because they only have one large van running as their shuttle and it was full by the time it got to where we were waiting, so the van had to go drop everyone off and then come back for us. The driver was apologetic and very helpful with our bags and our car was waiting out front of the Skyway Inn when we got there.
Overall, great value for about 1/2 the rate of the bigger airport shuttle lots. Would definitely use them again. |

After parking my car and paying they take me directly to the air port. I took the 188th and orrilla rd S exit from the freeway and missed all the other airport traffic. I stayed over night one time using the get one night free stay with a 7 day parking and I was a little worried because I had to walk outside and around the building over to the elevator. However, once inside the room it was very clean and nice. I'm sure I will use them again because you just can't beat the rates. |

| (September 7, 2011) I will admit, I was skeptical of this joint. It looks run down, sketchy and unprofessional, but all in all, I had a great experience with this place.
The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The shuttle drivers were really polite, fast and accommodating. The shuttle driver on my return even went and retrieved my car for me. Also, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle even over a holiday weekend when I was traveling.
If it's your first time, I'll give you some foresight: Pretty much you just drive in, park anywhere, leave all of your stuff in your car, and go to the hotel lobby to check-in. There you will pay for your parking and you will receive a valet ticket. You then go back to your car, place the ticket on the dash, grab your belongings (of course not leaving anything valuable in the car or anything enticing in plain view), and you lock the door. You then return to the hotel lobby and give them your car key. It may be helpful to bring a spare with you so you don't hand over your house keys as well.
For the price, it's a good deal and convenient. I will park and fly from here again.

| (September 2, 2011) It's a little farther out, but handy enough and easy to find, right on the main drag south of the airport entrance a couple of miles or so.
Our car remained safe, service was very good, both at the desk and from the shuttle driver, shuttle waiting time not bad.
We appreciate having found a place that doesn't 'kill' you on pricing. It's a good deal IMO, about HALF of what some places will take from you! I hope the prices remain sane.
We found the place after a brief search online, would use the service again, I'm sure.

This may have been just a coincidence, but on my return trip to Seatac airport, I walked over to the outside shuttle bus waiting area, and sure enough, the Skyway shuttle vehicle was one of the first ones to arrive. Coming back from a long trip, this came as a godsend. |

| (July 14, 2011) We had used Skyway Inn Parking one before and were satisfied with how we were treated and our car was kept safe.
This time we used Skyway Inn Parking. The price was good. We were treated professionally and kindly. The van was very comfortable and clean. The driver was very polite, dressed appropiately, and helpful. We didn't have to wait very long at all. |
