| (January 9, 2012) I was afraid when I left my brand new car and noticed the place is not fenced, the lot is dark and isolated. I thought about going somewhere else but I was running late...so, no other option than praying for the safety of my car. The guy at the drive thru window was everything but friendly, it wouldn't hurt to say hi. Good thing was the shuttle was already there, so, there was no wait :) When I came back (at midnight on a Sunday)I got confused with their automated phone system but I was able to manage it after a third attempt. I waited 15 minutes, which wasn't that bad. The bus driver greeted me, he already knew my name. When I got to the lot my car was already parked at the front and the front desk (different guy) seemed to be in good mood... In Recap, Good value for your money, fair experience. I might park there in the future. |

They are a little further than the other parking places (a few minutes longer via their free shuttle), but that just means you save $$.
The people who work there are VERY friendly (i.e. shuttle driver and front desk person). My car and keys were waiting when the shuttle dropped me off at the lot.
My flights back home were cancelled/delayed, and I got back to my car 20 hours later than I thought I would--but they did NOT charge me for the extra hours (they said it was still the same day). I thought that was very nice of them!! |

It was frustrating to see a dozen other budget parking vans come by over and over before we saw the park n jet. We were waiting for a good 15 min if not more.
I understand the price is much less with park n jet, but clearly you get what you pay for.
next time, I will spend a little more and get picked up sooner. |

| (May 21, 2011) I had a really good experience with this Parking service. My reservations were easy to make on line, the price was outstanding. When I arrived with 2 cars, 7 people and a ton of lugguage I was checked right in, they helped us unload the luggage and they loaded the luggage on the waiting van, we were in and off to the airport in less than 15 minutes. We arrived and made the call, they were there immediately, packed us all on the van, our cars were waiting up front for us in the same condition we left them. Packed up the cars, checking out was simply giving them the tag they gave us, we got our keys and off we went. Less than 15 minutes...I have absolutely no complaints. They were all friendly and personable. I will use them again as it save us about....$180. Re #32388 |

| (March 16, 2011) I've parked here twice and both times they only had one shuttle running. They are about 10 minutes from the airport which means up to a 20 minute wait for a shuttle. I was running way late one time for a flight and this sure didn't help. Prices are good and the staff is friendly but I'll look for other places in the future. |

| (March 3, 2011) The place was a little further out from Seatac than the other companies, and smaller but they were cheaper than others online. Service at drop-off was average with an unfriendly guy at the counter who all-but ignored us (it WAS 4AM though. Pick-up time was slightly longer than other bigger companies, but still within 10 minutes of our call, so we couldn't complain. The automatic speed-dial at the airport did NOT work, so we used the number we had copied down previously and our cell-phones.
Because of the cost, we'd use them again although if prices were comparative we would go with a bigger firm next time for service and convenience. |

The rates are the best around Seatac. The counter staff are friendly and fast. The shuttle van drivers are prompt and helpful. I have used this service four times now and tell others to come here as well. Will be back again and again. |

The car was parked in the front parking area, which we had to pull it out ourselves in order to load the trunk. There was only one other client at that time and going the extra mile really would help tired travelers after a long flight.

| (August 10, 2010) This is the third time my family has parked our car at Park and Jet. On two occassions I parked the car myself and picked it up in the same location. The parking areas are ample for most normal sized cars. I have never experienced a "ding" or any damage or loss while my car was parked there. This last time my car was parked by the attendant, and was waiting by the office when we arrived. The airport shuttle service is as good as any, and the prices are competitive. Will be parking there next month when we take off on another trip. |

| (March 24, 2010) The parking was quite affordable, the response once we returned from the airport was quick, and the release once back at the lot was fast and painless, with the car already pulled to the front of the lot. The only issue was one shuttle driver who seemed to be fresh from NASCAR and didn't realize that it was rather irresponsible, dangerous and illegal to travel through the tunnel under the runway at a speed exceeding 65 mph. He seemed to have only two modes while driving; 1)tromp on the gas and 2)slam on the brakes. The return driver was much calmer and the ride was much less harrowing. Needless to say, only one driver earned a tip. |

The reception clerk was rude when we picked up our vehicle. He was upset because I did not call ahead of time before I picked up the vehicle. The reason I did not call was because as soon as we got to island 3 at the airport, the van was already there.
Instead of coping an attitude, he could simply have smiled and informed me that they can provide better customer service when they know the vehicle owner is on the way.
Although the service was good, I don't need to deal with rude people. I will not return. |

| Dishonest and irresponsible! |
| (November 13, 2009) Left the car for our last trip to Vegas. They brought us our car with an obvious dent the size of a silver dollar with paint residue on the passenger door. I saw it immdediately and brought the attnedants out to view the damage. They said it was a white rock from the freeway. Such a lie! They wiped as much of the evidence off the car as they could and stayed with plausable denial. Autobody shop confirmed it was a dent from a door handle, not a rock. I emailed the owner and explained the situation. He did not even bother to respond.
I feel confident they knew they were responsible, and they knew who had caused the damage.
