| (August 29, 2010) There appeared to be only one shuttle running causing a 10-15 minute wait for both drop off and pick up. Other than that, the service was prompt and courteous (provided you don't mind listening to the driver's music on the bus). The price was the best of the group as well. |

| (August 10, 2010) This is the third time my family has parked our car at Park and Jet. On two occassions I parked the car myself and picked it up in the same location. The parking areas are ample for most normal sized cars. I have never experienced a "ding" or any damage or loss while my car was parked there. This last time my car was parked by the attendant, and was waiting by the office when we arrived. The airport shuttle service is as good as any, and the prices are competitive. Will be parking there next month when we take off on another trip. |

The price was 45.00 for 5 days, far less than the 130.00 for airport on site parking. It was quick and painless. We reserved and paid online and then dropped the car off, took the shuttle to the airport, and it was good! I definitely suggest using this parking option! |

| (March 24, 2010) The parking was quite affordable, the response once we returned from the airport was quick, and the release once back at the lot was fast and painless, with the car already pulled to the front of the lot. The only issue was one shuttle driver who seemed to be fresh from NASCAR and didn't realize that it was rather irresponsible, dangerous and illegal to travel through the tunnel under the runway at a speed exceeding 65 mph. He seemed to have only two modes while driving; 1)tromp on the gas and 2)slam on the brakes. The return driver was much calmer and the ride was much less harrowing. Needless to say, only one driver earned a tip. |

He seemed cranky and hostile when I asked questions. I didn't like that and it's questionable if I would use your service again. That was twice as long as I expected to wait, so it was kind of frustrating.

The reception clerk was rude when we picked up our vehicle. He was upset because I did not call ahead of time before I picked up the vehicle. The reason I did not call was because as soon as we got to island 3 at the airport, the van was already there.
Instead of coping an attitude, he could simply have smiled and informed me that they can provide better customer service when they know the vehicle owner is on the way.
Although the service was good, I don't need to deal with rude people. I will not return. |

| (November 13, 2009) Left the car for our last trip to Vegas. They brought us our car with an obvious dent the size of a silver dollar with paint residue on the passenger door. I saw it immdediately and brought the attnedants out to view the damage. They said it was a white rock from the freeway. Such a lie! They wiped as much of the evidence off the car as they could and stayed with plausable denial. Autobody shop confirmed it was a dent from a door handle, not a rock. I emailed the owner and explained the situation. He did not even bother to respond.
I feel confident they knew they were responsible, and they knew who had caused the damage.

| (October 13, 2009) I arrived at the facility very early in the morning. There were no lights on outside & there was a sign on the door stating to "call this phone number". I looked inside & saw two men sleeping inside on dirty couches. I knocked on the door & waited in the rain while they came to the door. The check in took far too long & I was getting a little frustrated. I had to park my car myself(which was OK), but it was raining & I could have parked it while the very rude check-in guy was doing paperwork. When I finished parking my car I asked the rude guy, who showed me where to park if I was close enough to the next car. He then said, "I don't care, it's your car." Ride to the airport was with another person who was fine, but I let him know I didn't appreciate his co-worker's rudeness. When I returned I was picked up by another person who was quiet during the ride. I had kept my car keys so I went to get my car, again in the rain. I asked him to please have my luggage ready when I returned. Well, he was inside warm & dry & no luggage ready. I had to go inside & again ask to have my luggage put in my car. I know this doesn't sound that bad to some, but rudeness & bad service do not make for happy customers. Go somewhere else!! |

| (October 2, 2009) The parking lot is a little off-site from the airport, not on the International Blvd like other parking lots. So, you need to have an ample of time to go to the terminal and the same thing when you're picked up. Even if you're driving by yourself, it would take a least 10 minutes to go to the terminal.
We were late for our outbound flight, the owner was patient enough to wait an extra 5 minutes to drive us to the terminal. We were lucky that there wasn't other people in a hurry or waiting to be picked up, because I think they only have 2 running vans (the one that I saw on the lot). I reserved for self park, but due to the lateness, they valet my car anyway.
When we came back 5 nights later, we arrived around 12AM. We felt we waited forever to be picked up, because other shuttle buses came and go and it was very late at night (with kids). When the shuttle van arrived, I looked at my watch, only 15 minutes since I called them. That made sense, considering the drive time under speed limit itself was at least 10 minutes.
Our car was ready, didn't notice any physical damages. But again, I don't have a new shiny car with lots of personal things inside.
In conclusion, provide ample time to be picked up. Good price. Good lighting on the parking lot, looks secure enough. Would use this parking lot again in a hard beat next time. |

When I returned, the truck was backed in against a fence, and it was raining, so I did not do any real checking of it's condition. When I got home, I saw where the truck had been backed in really hard against, what looked from some bark-like residue on the rear bumper, and was dented!!! Very unprofession handling of my property. I will never return, and will make every effort to discourage anyone else from using your lot!!!! |

One, I zeroed out my odometer and when I returned, I know the odometer should have read a tenth of something just by the amount of driving in the parking lot, when I compared my engine miles from when I left to when I returned, there was 6 miles unaccounted for. Also, I had a one dollar bill and two dollars in change in my ashtray, which I closed before turning the car over to the company, when I got in the car, the ashtray was opened and the dollar bill was missing. Needless to say, that was going to be a tip to the driver but seeing as how they already took it upon themselves to tip themselves, no tip was warranted. |

BE PREPARED....the courtesy phone is the only way a pick up call will be accepted; per the lot attendant on the phone the evening of July 27th. They quickly take you to the airport and pick up was prompt. My car was waiting up front again when I returned. All employees worked together to take care of all of us. There wasn't any standing around or poor attitude. I'd use them again. I thought the location of the lot was going to be a problem but they have the trip to the airport wired and it was easy to get in and out of. Nice job Park-n-Jet, I doubled my usual tip.

Pros: (1) Very reasonable price (2) Both self-park and valet are available (we opted for self-park)
Cons: (1) The website says it automatically calculates the lowest price by combining all applicable coupons, but according to our reading of the coupons, we were shorted about $5 for a 5-day stay. (2) We were charged at the time of drop-off, but we prefer to be charged at the time of pick-up per our experience at another lot. (3) The entrance/exits do not seem as secure as other lots. (4) Staffing was mixed. At drop-off, the two staff were gruff, unfriendly and had thick accents. At pick-up, the driver was friendly and language was not a problem, although the person in the office was difficult to understand. (5) Because it is a small lot and a small office, there is no ride to/from your car, so be prepared for wet luggage if it is raining. (6) Check out is not as convenient as other lots where you retrieve your car and drive to the booth at the exit. Here, you have to present your claim ticket in the office before going to retrieve your car(maybe as a security precaution but doesn't make sense for self-park and prepay), and in the meantime, your luggage may be outside getting wet (see #5 above). (7) The shuttle van does not seem to run as often as some other ones, but in our situation the wait was reasonable. We would recommend calling them for pick-up. |

| (March 1, 2009) While we were a little suprised at the main office building being quite run down, the service was impeccable and our car was safely parked in a gated compound. We got lost trying to find the place, and the attendant stayed with us on the phone a good ten minutes guiding us until we got there. He was very polite, my husband has never been called 'sir' so much in such a short amount of time! Getting our car in was quick, and as soon as it was parked, the shuttle was ready to take us to the airport, which was only about 5 minutes away. On our return, we only had to wait 5 or 10 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up again, and it was quick to check out.
Service and value wise, they get 5 stars. I would have given a 5 star rating overall, but had to dock a star for the office building. Next time we fly out of seattle, we definitely use them again! |

| (February 22, 2009) Going to the airport experience wasn't as smooth as I was hopping for - I didn't have my reservation printed out but did have the reservation number. I was told at first that I didn't have a reservation and therefore they could not take me in; I had to log in to my e-mail to show them the proof. So make sure that you have that print out with you! Other than that everyone was very nice (I called them 2 million times trying to find the place and they patiently explained the directions to me over and over again). On the way back I was picked up from the airport in 10 min after my call. Overall I was very happy with the service and plan to use them again. |

| (February 18, 2009) Great price, somewhat disorganized. I had pre-registered online and still had to tell them all of the information when I got there. My daughter had made a reservation online also and when she got there they couldn't find the reservation. She entered all of the information again, then still had to verbally give the information yet again. Also, her rate for the same number of days (she even picked up her car 5 hours earlier) was $6 more than ours. Didn't want to question because we needed to get to the airport. I'm not sure we'll use this place in the future. I may give them one more chance because of the price though. |

| (February 14, 2009) I've been using Park 'n Jet for over 2 years. I had tried another place, but this one is the most convenient for the price, the staff are friendly and do a good job at always getting me to the airport quickly. I have never had any problems with my vehicle upon return. |
