| (March 12, 2010) We checked in very early in the morning, but there was no problem. We were checked in, and a shuttle driver was ready within minutes to take us to the airport. Our return too was just as smooth. We called the hotel upon landing, and only had to wait a couple of minutes to be picked up at the island. The car was waiting out front when the shuttle pulled up at the hotel, and it was undamaged. |

I waited about 8-10 min.--so what?
I can wait a few extra minutes to save big bucks for a 10 day stay. I can add part of the savings to the driver's tip. |

| (March 4, 2010) We arrived there about 5:50am on the day of our departure. The gentleman working the front desk of the motel (which is were you check in for parking) was acting very put out to have to help us. I have always used a different parking facility but thought I would try this place to save some money. The Valet service here was not truely valet. You park in the motel lot and then have to walk into the motel to check in with the front desk clerk. We did get to the airport in plenty of time and pick up service was good. |

| (January 22, 2010) Absolutely 5 stars. Dropped car off. Shuttled quickly to airport. Upon return, van was at the curb when I entered the shuttle area. Didn't even have to call. Return trip back to the Inn was fast, where my car was parked in front and ready to go.

price for parking was better than most. They do need a sturdy step stool for a disabled person, I had a difficult time getting into the van. Pickup time from the airport was slow. |

and pleasant. Upon delivery we were whisked off to the
airport in an immediate fashion. Returning, your driver
just happened to be at the pickup area when we called.
At your station our car was waiting and the driver

The woman at the desk insisted that there was a separate tax they had to charge, but she couldn't explain what that was--just that I had to pay it. Other than this, the service was great. |

| (December 6, 2009) I have never experienced such horrible customer service when parking at an airport until I tried to park at Seatac Crest Motor Inn. We called them after reviewing this website and the person answering the phone instructed us to NOT use this webiste for reserving and instead took our name and assured us that we had a spot reserved. Two days later, the day before the Thanksgiving holiday, we arrived at our reserved time. The manager and desk attendant told us that they had no room and could not honor any reservations. We asked what meaning a reservation could possibly hold for them if they were not able to honor them. They both looked back at me with a blank expression and replied that they don't take reservations. "Really?!", I responded, "Then why would you assure us that we have one when we called two days ago and why would you place a listing for the capability of a reservation on this website?". Again, a blank look and the same answer, "We don't take reservations".
So, do NOT try to reserve a spot here. they may not honor your reservation and you may end up like us, searching for parking at the last minute. |

I was lucky and made reservations online, but at least 2 people walked in the door behind me saying they had called in reservations and his response was 'we only honor web reservations, just because that idiot during the day takes them, I dont have to honor them'... seriously...

| (November 22, 2009) This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I called prior to making a reservation to get some questions answered and the manager was extremely rude from the beginning. When I told him that I was going to make a reservation online he said, "Then I don't have parking for you, quit wasting my time" and hung up on me. I will never use this place. You are taking some serious risk using this place. BUYER BEWARE!!! |

transport was waiting for me. Got to Sea-Tac quickly. On
my return I called and when they said 10 - 15 minutes, they ment it. The van driver gave me the keys to my car in route
and drove right to my car. No long waits or walking. |

| (October 25, 2009) My first time here went well. I had an early flight, so checking in and getting to the airport was easy because there was no crowd. I like paying up front. It makes checking out so much easier. It took about 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after I called on my return, which is acceptable. My car was waiting for me as I was dropped off. I'd say my overall in/out time was faster than at SeaTac Park, who I've used for years. It will take several more visits to to convince me though. |

My vehicle was kept safe and was waiting for me in the front of the Inn when they picked me up on the return of my flight. Everyone was pleasant and I received the service I expected. | (August 14, 2009) I've stayed there twice now when leaving town for more than a couple days. The shuttle to and from the airport is always fast and personalized, have not had to wait either time. It's a little scary handing over your keys to someone not knowing where your car will be parked and how secure it will be but in both instances I have not had a problem. My truck has not had any dents, scratches, extra miles or break ins while parked at Seatac Motor Inn. Staff is very friendly and courteous. |

| (July 6, 2009) Very Poor. I made a reservation, and paid a deposit online. When I arrived, they refused to honor my reservation. They stated that they do not accept a stay of 24 hours, and tried to charge me over $100 in advance for my reserved 24 hour stay. The clerks limited understanding of the English language didn't help much either. I had to find other parking. I would avoid the Seatac Crest Motor Inn. It is not clean, and the staff is not helpful at all. |

| (May 9, 2009) Saved about $6 per day at Seatac Crest over other lots. The shuttle van leaves every ten minutes and if you call when you get your bags they get there in 15 minutes. Maybe a little longer than some of the other lots but the car was right up front and if you park for a while, the dollars add up. |

| (July 17, 2008) Stay away. Hotel staff threw a rubber mat on the hood of my car, damaging it. When I tried to resolve the issue, they yelled at me and refused to give me contact info for management. I called police to file a report. While waiting for police I observed more rudeness and some scary hotel customers. Police commented that they have had other problems. They refused to pay for the damage they caused and I had to sic my insurance company on them. Stay away from this horrible rip-off place. |

(April 24, 2008) We parked with SeaTac Crest for a week in Dec 07, Feb 08, and March of 08. I have just reserved a week in May 08. There has been very little delay getting us to the airport after our arrival. Their price is very reasonable.

I was afraid that when I returned the car would be gone. Scary place...no good pay and extra buck and go to a better place. The prices is great, the shuttle service is actually great...no waiting to go to the airport and a short wait from the airport. The same service and parking is double at most other parking areas. Pros: Shuttle service runs when a customer is there, and short wait for pickup. Car is ready when we get there. Cons: None |
