Their only comment was "10 Minutes". 30 minutes later, I called again (it was cold out) and was given some big excuse that they had to drop off and pick up all together and should be there in 10 minutes. It was at least 10 minutes later. Man at the desk apologized for hold-up and handed me the wrong key so evidently I was not the only one they forgot to pick up when called. He handed me my key and never said a word as to where the car was. I had to go looking for it. Very POOR customer service. |

| (May 13, 2010) Can't beat the price, HOWEVER, the young girl at the front desk was not helpful at all. When we walked in she just stared and stood there, didn't greet us or ask can I help you. When I asked if this is where I check in for parking she just said yeah. So I told her I had a reservation and she just said okay. Didn't ask for my name or anything. So I gave her the paper I printed for my reservation, she filled out a form, had me sign it and when I gave it back to her she just stared at me, so I asked if that was it, then she said she needed my key to my car. I gave that to her and then she gave me a claim ticket. My son needed to use the restroom, when I asked if there was a bathroom she said yes, but didn't bother telling me where it was, so again I had to ask well where is it so he can use it. When we returned from our trip it was the same experience with her, they really need a new receptionist there, SHE was NOT very helpful at all. The shuttle service and the guy driving the shuttle was great! He was Very friendly, fast loading and unloading our bags and we were traveling with 3 small children so our experience with him was great. He even remembered us when we returned and stopped when he saw us approaching the shuttle station at the airport to make the pick up call, so we never had to call, it was just perfect timing! So He was great and we tipped him well for it! |

| (March 31, 2010) The parking lot at the front of the motel was very small and crowded. There was only one available slot to temporarily park while I went in to check in at the front desk. This process was slightly confusing, I didn't know I was to leave my key with them so they could park in the secure/gated lot behind the motel. So that made me feel safe knowing the lot was restricted. Other than the initial confusion, everything went smoothly. The shuttle drivers were friendly, they went over where to go for pick up upon return, describing what number to call from which courtesy phone(s). The ride to the airport was quick, maybe 5 minutes. Pick up from the airport was just short of the 20 minutes I was told when I called for the shuttle so nothing unexpected and no problems. Good service, great people. |

The gentleman working the front desk of the motel (which is were you check in for parking) was acting very put out to have to help us. I have always used a different parking facility but thought I would try this place to save some money. The Valet service here was not truely valet. You park in the motel lot and then have to walk into the motel to check in with the front desk clerk. We did get to the airport in plenty of time and pick up service was good. |

| (December 6, 2009) I have never experienced such horrible customer service when parking at an airport until I tried to park at Seatac Crest Motor Inn. We called them after reviewing this website and the person answering the phone instructed us to NOT use this webiste for reserving and instead took our name and assured us that we had a spot reserved. Two days later, the day before the Thanksgiving holiday, we arrived at our reserved time. The manager and desk attendant told us that they had no room and could not honor any reservations. We asked what meaning a reservation could possibly hold for them if they were not able to honor them. They both looked back at me with a blank expression and replied that they don't take reservations. "Really?!", I responded, "Then why would you assure us that we have one when we called two days ago and why would you place a listing for the capability of a reservation on this website?". Again, a blank look and the same answer, "We don't take reservations".
So, do NOT try to reserve a spot here. they may not honor your reservation and you may end up like us, searching for parking at the last minute. |

It makes checking out so much easier. It took about 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after I called on my return, which is acceptable. My car was waiting for me as I was dropped off. I'd say my overall in/out time was faster than at SeaTac Park, who I've used for years. It will take several more visits to to convince me though. |

It is not clean, and the staff is not helpful at all. |

| (July 17, 2008) Stay away. Hotel staff threw a rubber mat on the hood of my car, damaging it. When I tried to resolve the issue, they yelled at me and refused to give me contact info for management. I called police to file a report. While waiting for police I observed more rudeness and some scary hotel customers. Police commented that they have had other problems. They refused to pay for the damage they caused and I had to sic my insurance company on them. Stay away from this horrible rip-off place. |
