| Fishing Trip to Alaska 8/26 - 8/29, 2010 |
| (September 3, 2010) We were very pleased with service on our arrival. It was handled promptly and your driver dropped us off on the Departure level as two in our party were disabled. The driver wished us luck in filling the fish boxes we take up empty.
The poor driver who picked us up on our return was SHOCKED, when he arrived to pick us up and we had the Three boxes we took to Alaska PLUS 4 more boxes! He handled the loading and took the time to park next to our car in your lot and even helped load us out and saw us on our way. Good Job and it makes a great ending to our trip!!! We will use Extra on our next trip as well. Thank you and thanks to your people!

| (August 27, 2010) My experience at Extra Car was so-so. My battery was drained and I needed a jump before I could leave the lot when I returned from my trip. I don't necessarily blame Extra Car. I arrived and parked in a hurry and did not leave any instructions regarding its proper use. It is an older (86) truck with some particularities that only someone very competent and experienced would know to anticipate.
For example, if the key is taken out of the ignition without pressing down the button next to the ignition (bringing the key all the way to the very first position) there will be a small drain on the battery that can result in the battery dying if the truck is left sitting for more than a day or so. This is what happened.
From a handwritten note that got passed to me upon arrival, two workers had been involved in parking the vehicle, one who was unable to find reverse and wrote that there was a transmission problem. The other worker corrected him (on the note), saying that there was no problem and apparently had more success moving the truck. This worker however, is probably the one who pulled the key out of the transmission as described above.
Bottom line: I've got an old truck that runs well, but has a few particularities. I left ExtraCar feeling like I did not leave my truck in the hands of people having experience with such vehicles. I do not blame Extra Car, but I will probably not come back. If I do, I'll print out a little card with some basic instructions and have it taped to the steering wheel. |

We also got back in a little after midnight, called Extra Car and a shuttle was there to pick us up within 10 minutes. Anyway, the whole experience went very smoothly. I would do it again anyday! |

When I returned I called immediately, waited and waited as four Master B vans passed, waited longer and people who checked in luggage had gotten their luggage and loaded other vans and left before Extra Car finally showed up. I was disappointed the pickup was so slow. Outside of that it was fine. |

| (August 26, 2010) I went for this car parking lot because it had comparable, cheaper rates to the others and mostly great reviews. Upon arriving, around 7am, the shuttle immediately took us (my wife and I) to the airport terminal. When we got home a week later, the shuttle was already at the courtesy vehicle pick-up (I had called to let them know we had arrived when we landed) and the service was quick and hassle-free. Would go here again; slightly off from the SeaTac airport, but easy enough and a good deal. |

| (August 23, 2010) The first time I parked here, the service was great,the location was great, all was well.
The second time I parked here, I was told that my vehicle was over sized (I drive a full sized Ford F250 pickup) and I would have to pay an extra daily fee. Ok, I paid it. Again the service was great, the location was great the extra seemed worth it.
This time, I arrived and told them I had a reservation. They dragged out a rope measuring device and promptly told me that my vehicle was too big. They would accept it this time but don't come back.
They tell me that all of this information is on the web site, maybe it is, I didn't see it. I think I would have noticed a description stating that wheel bases over a certain number of inches and total length over a certain number of inches were not wanted. Also, given the number of full sized pickups in Washington State you would think that this info would be in LARGE PRINT.
Again good service, good location, They just don't want trucks on their lot
By the way, if they charge extra for larger vehicles (smaller than a pickup) do they give you a discount if you drive a Mini Cooper?? |

I formerly used the Masterpark Lot C right across the street and a friend told me about Extra Car. The differences are easy to spot, Extra Car has a family run atmosphere and Masterpark is run by a bunch of kids who don't really seem to care about saying hello before they take your money... Masterpark is about $12-$14 per day and Extra Car is about $6. For the service, location and price it's obvious where I will continue parking. |

| (August 4, 2010) Online reservation was a little tricky, however they had the booking when I arrived, there was a van there waiting to take us to the airport (5 minute ride). The cost was less than what the booking anticipated (somehow it turned out to be about 6 dollars less than what was booked for). When I arrived at the airport, their shuttle was their within 10 minutes, took us to the lot, with our waiting car staged and easy to get to. Minutes after arriving at the lot, we were on our way. Best service by far.
