We watched many shuttles from other car lots come and go while we stood in the cold waiting for Extra Car to pick us up. Maybe they just don't have the volume of business to justify another shuttle? But the price still makes it a good bargain. |

| (January 25, 2012) I had a marvelous experience parking my car at the Extra Car lot for a 3 day trip to Burbank,California. when I arrived (at 4:40 AM)the staff was ready for me and very friendly and organized. My car was taken and I was whisked away to the airport in minutes. On my return there was 4 inches of snow on the ground. The crew was very busy and so cautious with everybody's car. The lot was covered in ice and snow and yet each car was delivered to its owner with the windshield brushed off and the engine warm and running. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful despite the fact that this was once of their worst days in a long time. I shall be a repeat customer. Thanks |

| (January 21, 2012) Getting to the airport went smoothly. I arrived at the lot, check in was quick and easy. I waited about 5 minutes for a shuttle to the airport. Upon my return into Seattle, it was snowing and my two year old and myself waited for over 20 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. It was freezing and I was not pleased my toddler and myself had no choice but to wait in the cold for that long. |

When we arrived at the lot, I paid the balance owed and the shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport. When returning from our trip, it was easy to call them on the courtesy phone at the airport and they arrived within 2-3 minutes. Our car was waiting for us when we returned to the lot. |

The shuttle drive (Michael) was very nice. When I returned home the day after christmas the shuttle was already on its way to pick up other passengers so my wait time was very minimal. When I got back to the lot my car was waiting and it took less that 2 minutes for me to be on my way home. I would highly recommend Extra Car and will certainly use them again in the future. |

When I arrived from Los Angeles at SeaTac I could'nt fine the shuttle service so I called them and they kindly directed me to the 4th floor qverhead bridge and down the otherside to the shuttle service. And in no time I was flagging down the extra car shuttle bus! The driver called in my ticket number so that my van was waiting for us upon my arrival at the parking lot now that's service, keep up the good work! |
