| (November 3, 2009) Best value for what you get @ SEA. @ Airport Parking's website is incorrect in one regard though: they no longer offer car wash services here. Waited @ 10 minutes going and 15 minutes coming--about par to the low side. But reliable, friendly service. One thing to note (it didn't happen to me) but they rely heavily on when you say you'll come back as they box all the cars in. So if your plans change you have to let them know at least 2 hours before you show up for your car. |

It's also nice that Extra Car is a few dollars cheaper than most other paid parking lots. My car was returned in good condition (which I always worry about), and would have been waiting for me when the shuttle dropped me off, but I forgot to call like I was supposed to. Even then, I only had to wait about 10 minutes for an attendant to get my car to me so I have no complaints. I definitely have found my new lot of choice. |

Arrival pick-up took a little bit longer than the other parking places but probably waited no more than 10-15 minutes. Once we arrived at the parking lot our car was waiting for us. To be safe make sure to bring a copy of your reservation with you. I recommend and would use them again! |

| (October 16, 2009) The price is good and your car will be safe. The place was little small so it was little tricky for us to spot it at the first. They seemed to have only one shuttle bus so we had to wait 5-10 min for the bus to come back. Make sure you plan extra 30min - 1 hour for the wait and the slow traffic while passing Seattle city. The only thing to complain is that the sting on one of my puffy animals hanging on the passenger window got cut off. Everything else is good. |

| (October 11, 2009) Because my wife and I are not frequent flyers, experientially, we fail to know of those who would, in a trustworthy fashion, be good stewards of our vehicle while away on a trip, the most recent being two weeks in duration. We "took a chance" by engaging Extra car online. As such we were rewarded with exceedingly professional service in a most expeditious and timely manner for both flight departure and in return for a reasonable daily fee. Anecdotally, I further commend their staff for going the "extra mile" in accommodating my forgetfulness in the haste transitioning from their place of business to the airport per se....my camera equipment being left in the car. Not being pressured for time of flight departure, a cell-phone call was made to the Extra Car office to retrieve the camera equipment while I caught the shuttle bus back to the lot. In the interim, they had transfered the vehicle to another lot designated for long-term stays and had already sent a staff member there to retrieve the camera. He was back, on site, in less than 10-12 minutes and I was on my way back to the airport as soon as humanly possible, the grateful recipient of their polite willingness to accommodate my want/need in an empathetic and compassionate manner and allowing for photographic capture of 649 images while away. We were heartened by the fact that there are still businesses that strive to serve the public honorably and professionately with consideration for their patrons above and beyond the call of duty when confronted with the opportunistic challenge to do so. As a strong proponent of "word-of-mouth" advertising, either positive or negative, at a ratio of 1/250, there will be no hesitation on our parts to entrust Extra Car with our property in the future based on our very positive experience recently. Thank you, Extra Car staff, for your conscientious and disciplined professional service.

I'm very satisfied with Extra Car and will use it again in three weeks. The check in process was simple, and the bus to SEA was there is a few minutes. We returned three hours early (caught a different flight), but I did not realize I needed to notify Extra Car. Called them while waiting for the pick up bus (again, no long wait) and said I'd be there in a few minutes. Contrary to comments I overheard from others on the bus about arriving early, I found that my car was ready shortly after I got to the office and completed the paperwork. As we had already reserved parking it was painless dropping off the key and getting onboard the shuttle. The Extra Car staff had our luggage already on board.
Returning at SeaTac after our trip I placed a call on the courtesy phone to Extra Car and they said a shuttle was about 5 minutes away. Sure enough, one came by within that 5 minutes and the driver placed our luggage on board and was kind enough to ask us about our trip.
Returning to the lot, we found our car waiting for us. The staff was friendly and welcomed us back home with smiles.
Extra Car went the Extra Mile in making our airport parking a no-hassle, efficient experience.

| (September 15, 2009) I was very pleased with the price as well as the pleasant & professional shuttle drivers. However, upon my return I discovered several scratches on the bumper of my vehicle. I understand that these things happen, but when I reported it to the counter representative who went out to look, I was advised that these were old scratches - because they had a film of dust over them. Since my car had been in the lot for 4 days, the entire CAR had a film of dust over it!
I was given a short incident form to complete, and a phone number to call which I haven't yet had chance to do. It would seem appropriate that the company contact the customer rather than the other way around. I am hopeful that the company will resolve it in a professional manner.
My rating for this parking lot would have been much higher if this incident had initially been handled more professionally. |

When I arrived at the lot, my car was already waiting for me at the driveway. I dropped off my ticket and picked up my keys and departed. Whole process took about 2 minutes. There's no way to beat that kind of service.

| (September 11, 2009) Since this was the lowest price parking I could find, I was a little uncertain how this would work out when I reserved it on-line through AAP, but it couldn't have been better. When dropping my car off, I was immediately taken to the airport. On return I found the bus waiting at the curb (for other passengers). I hopped on the bus and within a few minutes was at the lot. Since I had not called in because the bus was already there, Extra Car had to retrieve my vehicle, but it only took a minute. Since we had no checked luggage, we were in the car headed home within 20 minutes of the time we got off the plane. The only comment/suggestion that I would make is for the bus driver to check with each passenger to verify that they had called in, and radio in the info if they had not. Thanks for your good service Extra Car. |
