| Excellent Experience with Extra Car |
| (March 9, 2010) We had an excellent experience with Extra Car. First off, we got the best daily rate available. It was a really good deal. My husband was orignally worried about how long the drop off process would take but he said it was really fast and easy. The lot was easy to find and there was a shuttle waiting to take him to the airport. Nice!
When we came home, we gave them a call to let them know we were back. Our shuttle driver was very nice and the shuttle was clean. When we got back to the lot, our car was right there in front, they had pulled our car around.
Everything ran very smoothly, from drop off to pick up. We will definitely recommend and use Extra Car again.

| (March 8, 2010) Dropped off the car with the friendly receptionist and within 5 minutes we were in the shuttle driving to the airport. Airport pickup wait time was less than 10 minutes. Car was ready to go when we got to the lot and check-out was very quick and easy (once again another friendly receptionist). I will definitely park here again. |

| Extra Car Parking 02/23 - 03/05 2010 |
| (March 8, 2010) I made it to Extra Car parking and they were very quick about taking my payment and signing in my car. I was then quickly taken to the airport. On return, I called and they were there within 10 minutes as promised and I was taken back to their lot. My car was ready and all I had to do was show ID and I got my keys and was off. I think it was the most painless and positive parking experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Extra Car for airport parking. |

| (February 26, 2010) I parked at Extra Car for approx 2.5 days and really have no major complaints about the service. If you want to leave for the terminal at nearly the same time you arrive at the lot this lot is not for you. If you don't mind waiting 5 - 10 minutes as well as receive a complementary USA Today or Seattle Times newspaper then this lot will not dissapoint. I arrived at 4:30 AM and was in the terminal by 4:45 AM. On the return the shuttle was at the curb within 8 minutes of my call to the office. My car was out front and waiting when I arrived at the lot and the staff was competent and had my keys ready. It was raining when I arrived and there is no cover so you will get a few drops on you but for the price it is well worth it. I would use them again. |

Desk attendants were courteous to greet upon arrival and departure. Shuttle drivers were more than helpful and always respectful. Couldn't believe the great, timely service we received for the small amount we were charged. No damage to our vehicle (was scared due to the small area all the cars are parked in). We had no wait time to get to airport, and waited only 15 minutes for pickup from airport. Would not use any other parking company when departing SeaTac. |

We had a bit of a wait to check in- only one counter attendant and there was a line. Shuttle service was prompt getting us to the airport but the van filled quickly and had to leave people waiting for the next one. A little bit of a wait at the airport on return- between 15 and 20 minutes. But the car was pulled out and ready to go when we got there. Overall satifactory. |

Extra Car had basically all good reviews and a great price. It was easy to find. She shuttle drivers were friendly. The girl behind the counter wasn't the nicest - not rude just not as pleasant as I'd have hoped for. Anyway, car was fine, nothing missing/damaged. I had a great experience with them and the only thing stopping me from using them this time is that they don't have the same great rate. |

| (February 3, 2010) Everything went SMOOTHLY with Extra Car. I never expect things to go smoothly but they made things EASY. When we got there the shuttle waited until I finished my paperwork and while I was doing that, offered to help unload our luggage out of my car and into the shuttle. They also called and asked if I wanted a camera that I left in the car (which was an old camera that I haven't taken out) and offered to put it in the trunk where it cannot be seen.
Upon return they were helpful in directing me to the pickup location and the shuttle promptly arrive. The driver was nice and welcomed us home and the small talk was comforting especially after a long trip. What would've made this experience perfect would be if my car was running and heating up and if they offered to put my luggage in the car. I was exhausted so it would've been nice but nevertheless the experience was superior. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. |
