| (September 15, 2009) I was very pleased with the price as well as the pleasant & professional shuttle drivers. However, upon my return I discovered several scratches on the bumper of my vehicle. I understand that these things happen, but when I reported it to the counter representative who went out to look, I was advised that these were old scratches - because they had a film of dust over them. Since my car had been in the lot for 4 days, the entire CAR had a film of dust over it!
I was given a short incident form to complete, and a phone number to call which I haven't yet had chance to do. It would seem appropriate that the company contact the customer rather than the other way around. I am hopeful that the company will resolve it in a professional manner.
My rating for this parking lot would have been much higher if this incident had initially been handled more professionally. |

| (September 11, 2009) Called the lot from the shuttle bus service phone. Attendant asked for my 6 digit parking tag number, which I provided. When I arrived at the lot, my car was already waiting for me at the driveway. I dropped off my ticket and picked up my keys and departed. Whole process took about 2 minutes. There's no way to beat that kind of service.

| (September 11, 2009) Since this was the lowest price parking I could find, I was a little uncertain how this would work out when I reserved it on-line through AAP, but it couldn't have been better. When dropping my car off, I was immediately taken to the airport. On return I found the bus waiting at the curb (for other passengers). I hopped on the bus and within a few minutes was at the lot. Since I had not called in because the bus was already there, Extra Car had to retrieve my vehicle, but it only took a minute. Since we had no checked luggage, we were in the car headed home within 20 minutes of the time we got off the plane. The only comment/suggestion that I would make is for the bus driver to check with each passenger to verify that they had called in, and radio in the info if they had not. Thanks for your good service Extra Car. |

Making online reservations is easy and fast, the rates are very reasonable, and we've never had to wait long to take the shuttle to or get picked up from the airport. When we get back, our car is right up front waiting for us. I don't think you can ask for more.
Next time we need long term parking in Seattle we will definitely look to Extra Car. |

| (September 8, 2009) As always when planning a trip I do my homework on everything. While usually we have family take us to the airport or we just do a sleep/fly package this time around we decided to just use a car lot. Extra Car was a great price, has great staff, and we never thought about "how is our car" (NO Seinfeld episode here all Seinfeld watchers know what I mean)while we were gone. Shuttle service was quick and no issues what so ever. We pulled in on Aug. 25th and within 5 min. we were checked in and on a shuttle! Upon arrival back from our trip a week later we called for a shuttle at 3:30pm and the shuttle was there, our car was waiting for us, we just had to get our keys and we were on our way at 3:45pm No kidding! I'm sure we were traveling during a slight lull say compared to holiday time etc. but we would not hesitate to use them again. We've already told my sister about Extra Car since her and her husband have an upcoming trip and don't want to bother family nor do a sleep/fly so they already said they'll just use Extra Car like we did! Keep up the great work Extra Car staff members this is how a business stays in business! |

We brought our receipt with us, paid right when we got there, they took our keys, helped us unload our car, we waited only 2 minutes for the shuttle, they loaded us on to the shuttle (not a small task as we have a ten month old:), and we were at the gate within 4 minutes. The driver was very nice. The same thing happened on our arrival back home - the shuttle was there within minutes and our car was waiting for us at the front when we got back to the lot. I would recommend this and I will be using them again for the rest of our travels. |

They knew we were coming, I signed a few papers and the shuttle had us off to the airport right away. Whole process was 5-10min. When our flight landed w came in early on a different flight, but all we had to do was give them a call and they were there within 15-20min. The car was waiting for us and we were right out the door. They were cheap, friendly and very quick. We really appreciated it, and will be using them again when we travel! Thank you!! |

There was no waiting for the shuttle to SeaTac and maybe a 10 minute wait or less (the time it takes for the shuttle to drive to the airport) for the shuttle to pick us up at SeaTac. I gave a 4* rating only because the advertised rate was $6.90/day, but we were charged $7.95/day. Other than that...two thumbs up! |

After reading the other reviews, I made sure to print a copy of my online reservation before leaving, but there was absolutely no hassle when it came to pay. When we returned home, the shuttle arrived within five minutes (probably within three minutes!) and our car was parked up front and ready to go. Very reasonable rates. I would definitely park with Extra Car again. |

Pick up upon arrival back from Iceland was even better. We called and the van was there is just a few minutes and we were the only two passengers. My car was ready to go when we got back to the lot. I didn't even have to search for my claim ticket. I just gave my name and my car was available.

They tried to charge more than what I was quoted on the website and what was shown on the printout that I brought along with me (I was told that was on the website/invoice was only an "estimate" ) but after some discussion, we managed to get the same rate.
Other than the above, we were dropped off and picked up promptly at the airport by a very pleasant shuttle driver. Check in was quick and the car was waiting at the front when we got back. We will use Extra Car again but I will make sure the charges are what I have been quoted on the website. |

Reserving through AboutAirPortParking gave me a lower rate than published but when I returned from my trip and picked up my car, they charged me the regular rate. When I protested they lowered the rate somewhat, but still not the rate I got here. Not until I showed the printed reservation with the rate from this site did they honor it. Don't know what they would have done if I didn't have it with me...
Otherwise: efficient parking (leave your key, they WILL reposition your car during they stay), efficient airport dropoff, somewhat slow pick-up.
All in all: I'll be back. |

We were promptly delivered, promptly picked-up and our car was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and the parking rate was about 1/3 of what the airport would have charged!
I will absolutely use Extra Car again when I go out of town and recommend this service to anyone looking for a good parking rate. |

| (July 27, 2009) My husband and I were very impressed with the service we received when we left our car at Extra Car. There was someone there to meet us when we arrived. He instructed us on what to do and took our luggage to the airport shuttle while we checked in at the office. The shuttle took us directly to the airport at the end of our short check-in process and the driver unloaded our suitcases and told us how to get to our airline. Upon our return, everything worked just as smoothly as when we left the car. Both shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful and the personnel at the desk were also. Our car was waiting for us when we returned, and since we had paid upon arrival, there was no waiting. We were on our way quickly. We will definitely use Extra Car on future trips. |

| (July 18, 2009) My wife and I received a very pleasant suprise last week when we parked our CRV at Extra Car. We left our house very early in order to leave enough time in case paper work took more time than we had anticipated. So surprise #1 was the speed with which the whole process took. Secondly, we were warmly greeted, and your shuttle was WAITING FOR US...as opposed to our usual wait for a shuttle. The driver, who put our bags aboard the shuttle and took them off at the airport, refused to accept the money I had waiting for him, saying "No thanks...that's my job." Well, I think it's my job to commend you at Extra Car, especially when the cycle was reversed. Our car was ready and waiting once I called from the airport, and again no one was hanging around waiting for a tip. Add the ease with which we reserved our space on-line, Extra Car provided great book-ends for the start and finish of our vacation. |

As I checked my information I noticed that the wrong date was put in on the reservation which I had done on-line. It was my error and your agents were quick to locate our car which was way in the back and I think they had to move several cars to get to it. They were all very pleasant about the situation even though I am sure it was a huge inconvenience as it was a very hot and busy day.
