| (July 2, 2009) Our experience with extra car was a very pleasant one. As soon as we pulled onto the lot, there was an attendant right there. He immedietly took our luggage out of our car and placed them in the area to wait for the airport shuttle. We took care of paperwork and within a short period of time, was on our way to the airport. Once we were back at the airport from our trip, we only had a short wait for the shuttle to go pick up our car. The whole experience with extra car for us was a very pleasant one and I would diffenetly recommend them to anyone. |

| (July 2, 2009) The company name should be Easy Car, not Extra Car. Aside from figuring out where to do a U-turn to get into their lot (they're on the northbound side of the street), my virgin trip to Extra Car was super easy. Dump car (they park it)/get claim check/board shuttle. Everyone there was genuinely helpful and friendly. On both inbound and outbound trips the shuttle was right there - no waiting.
I was reluctant to try somewhere new, but from now on I'm going to Extra Car. It's better AND cheaper. |

| (June 28, 2009) We had a great experience with Extra Car. The van drivers (both arrival and return) were especially courteous and friendly--as well as good drivers!
We were very glad that the security was so good as well. The only slight blemish was that since the car was was not in a covered space, it was fairly dirty and had bird droppings on it, but I don't know of a remedy for that and with the low rates charged, we certainly wouldn't expect you to wash all the cars before pickup!
Anyway, all in all--a great experience and we will certainly use Extra Car again in the future.

| (June 15, 2009) Upon arrival the lot person was quick and efficient. The desk person was very nice and courteous as well as the shuttle driver. I was running late and was thankful that I did not have to wait a long time for the shuttle to leave for the airport. From the time I arrived and we left was 5 -6 minutes.
However, on my return when I called the Gentleman on the phone was rude and snappy. When I arrive to get my car he did not look at me once, did not smile, he was doing something else as I showed him my ticket, then he slammed my keys on the counter. No thank you, good day or kiss my
@-$. The shuttle driver was very nice and asked us how our trip was, etc, to everyone that got on the bus.
When I got in my car there were things moved around that did not need to be moved. I will double check my milage next time (IF there is a next) because I am pretty sure there were extra miles put on my car. It also had a cigar smell. When I arrived all the windows were down, did they need to air it out? Or was someone standing close by that was smoking a cigar and it got in the car?

You won't get a tree falling on your car at Master Park, but oh well. Not sure how it all turned out with her but I'm sure they took care of her. |

Wait time was about 10 to 15 minutes for their van to leave Extra Car and the pick me up once I arrived, which is a little longer than I would like. However, the price is low, so if you don't mind taking a little extra time, it may be worth the wait. |

| Over 30 Minute Wait Time |
| (April 14, 2009) The lift to the airport was prompt and the driver was courteous.
However, I had to call three times and wait for over 30 minutes for a lift back to Extra Car early Saturday morning.
I first called at 7:05 AM and was told the driver would be there in five minutes. After waiting for about ten minutes, I called again. I was told that the driver would be there any minute. After waiting another ten minutes, I was told that the driver should have arrived already. He said he would call the driver and instruct him to go to Station 1, where I had been waiting.
The Extra Car shuttle finally arrived at 7:40 AM.
The driver claimed that he had driven by the station ten minutes ago and there was nobody waiting. I checked every shuttle that had passed and an Extra Car was never present.
The driver was very rude and untruthful. |
