| (June 26, 2010) For some unknown reason, our battery was dead upon our return, even though it is relatively new. Extra Car jump-started it and it was ready for us. Our plans of avoiding the rush hour traffic and having a dinner nearby had to be changed as we were warned not to turn off the engine for a while. Rush hour was terrible, but we had a nice Chinese dinner in Silverdale and the car performed well. It started up without a problem two days later after having sat in our garage for a day. We are still puzzled, figuring a door must have been left ajar. However, everything worked out okay and we give Extra Car ****'s and a thank-you. |

One thing extra Car could add for a small fee is a to have your car washed when you pick it up. Our car was very dirty when we picked it up. There must be a construction site near by. But it can be expected at any lot that the car will get dirty. |

| (June 22, 2010) I used their parking facilities 6/16 thru 6/20. On my return, I was kept waiting for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport for almost 10 minutes after I called them. The shuttles from other parking companies were seen more frequently than theirs.

| (June 21, 2010) At first we were a little skeptical because of the distance, but it was very fast and convenient. They were very quick to process everything as we went through about parking.com. After I was dropped off at the airport I realized that I forgot my GPS unit and car phone charger in the car. I called them and asked if they could get it out for me when I come back and they said they would get it to me. Within 10 minutes the pick-up bus came by and gave me my things from the car. They went above and beyond, it was great. |

Most other airport area parking lots start at $12.95 a day and up for all the same service...why would you NOT park here. It's a great change. |

But there were pull-up stations to drop off right up front and a very pleasant and eager little guy that picked up our bags (which were HEAVY) without letting us lift a finger. The check in was marvelously easy and the shuttle was fast, clean, and all the employees seemed to be very accomodating. Even at 1am when we got back. I would definitely recommend using their service again! |

Since they are located in Seattle, I would highly suggest a covered area for loading and unloading your bags - it was pouring down rain and with three of us trying to get in and out of the trunk in the rain - it was a little crazy! On a sunny day - I would use them exclusively. On a rainy day, I might pay more for a covered load/unload spot! :) |
