There is never "extra" mileage logged. Nothing is ever been messed with or missing from our car. With the prices Extra car charges one would think its too good to be true. Its not.
Extra car takes care of our car like a relative.

The only draw back is that it takes a little while for them to pick you up at the airport because they do not have alot of shuttle busses. |

Great drive to the airport and it was very busy time (6am). After I arrived home I phoned for pick up and I had just hung up the phone and the shuttle was pulling up. The timing was perfect and I figured since the shuttle was right there I would have to wait for my vehicle upon arrivng at Extra Car, to my surprise my vehicle was waiting right out front for me. All the staff are friendly. I will stay here again. Would reccommend to all. Great value for the money!!!! |

Our car was outside ready to go once we pulled into the lot. I recommend it to those who want a fare price with excellent service. |

| (May 5, 2010) We have parked with Extra Car about 5 times now. We were referred to Extra Car by a good friend who has used them a number of times and was very happy with them. I made a last minute flight not long ago and could not park with Extra Car as they were full during the time I was going to be gone. I used another parking facility and was NOT happy with them at all. Rude check in personnel, rude drivers. And the lot did not seem safe or well lighted. Extra Car employees have always treated us well. They are very friendly and courteous. I feel safe leaving my car in their lot and have always been dropped off and picked up promptly. Would highly recommend them! |

| (May 1, 2010) We thought everything went fine. We arrived on the 15th and within 15 minutes were on a bus to the airport. The driver told us how to get to Alaska Airlines front desk. He helped us with our luggage and was very polite. Coming back we didn't realize that we needed to flag the driver down when he came to pick us up, so we had to wait for him to make a round trip to get us. When we arrive back at the parking lot the driver helped take our luggage off. The staff inside the office quickly did our paper work and had us out the door. Thank you for your help.

When I returned and called for a ride back I was told to call back when I was outside and waiting. I was ready, just not outside in the cold and rain. My traveling companion had made other arrangements, so she gave us all a ride to the lot to pick up the car. I was tired and now had to deal with this fiasco. I was not happy. The staff was not friendly or helpful at this point. They gave me my keys and pointed towards my car. We had to drag our luggage through the rain to the car. On the upside the car was just as I had left it, clean and undamaged. |
