We didn't have to wait at the airport after calling in to pick us up..they came right away and the van driver was so polite and helpful and cheery. He jumped out and grabbed our bags and did the same unloading. The car was parked right out front when we came to get it and was they seemed to take care of safety precautions. I would trust them again if I go on a lenghthy trip, especially for the daily rate...very reasonable. |

| (April 10, 2009) Parking at Extra Car was completely hassle-free. I confirmed a reservation on-line first, so I just pulled in, left the keys in the car, presented the paper work and got in the courtesy van for the short, 5-minute trip to the airline terminal. On the return 8 days later, I called from my cell after getting bags and van arrived at suggested spot about 10 min, tops later. The car was waiting at the office when van got there. They helped with all baggage both ways. Easy, Easy! and very reasonable. One of the least expensive alternatives. |

I waited less than 60 seconds for the shuttle and the driver was very professional. One guy did not have his ticket, but the driver took care of everything so that his car was ready once we returned to the lot. Great job folks. |

| (April 9, 2009) I've had bad experiences before with long-term parking near Sea-Tac, but Extra Car was awesome. The process was easy. And if you reserve a space in advance online, the price was affordable (roughly $7/day plus taxes and such). The shuttle to and from the airport was very quick and ran regularly. And there were none of the unexpected billing charges common at other airport parking places.
I would definitely use again. |

I was a little freaked out by having to leave my car keys with the attendants. I would have preferred to have parked the car myself and kept my keys, but upon my return, my car was still in the same place and all seemed well. |

| (April 8, 2009) We reserved our parking online, dropped off our car as planned (except we were 30 minutes later than we had mentioned because of traffic through Seattle). We were shuttled to the airport and our driver was kind and handled our luggage for us. On the way back, our flight was delayed but when we arrived at Extra Car, our vehicle was waiting for us. The check out was quick and we were on our way home within 5 minutes of arriving at the parking lot. We inspected our car before leaving and did not see any damages. The cost to park at Extra Car was less expensive than at other parking lots. Thanks for taking good care of our car. |

| (April 8, 2009) When we arrived we were immediately helped and taken to the airport if a very timely manner. On our arrival back home we waited in the parking complex on island 3, because we were told it was the closest to us, for 25/30 minutes, when extra car is only 5 minutes away. My husband called twice before we actually saw the van, and then he drove right by us. So then I called and we had to wait another 8-10 minutes before he showed back up. Things happen and I am not saying I would not use them again, as there price was better than most. We were just really tired and had a four hour drive ahead of us, and so the confusion was a bit irritating. No one is perfect and as I said things happen, I am sure it was not done on purpose, just a mix up.

I did pay for a car wash, interior and exterior, while I was away, and neither occurred. The clerk told me that I needed to contact the company through their website and they would make sure to give me the services paid for during my next visit. I wasn't thrilled with that option because it meant having to stick with Extra Car. But this story has a happy ending: when I emailed the company, they immediately gave me a refund. | (January 7, 2009) The service was excellent except that you may have to do something about your loading area at the lot. You are on the Pacific West Coast and it rains most of the time and loading and unloading in the rain were not that great when you are all wet getting in your car.

Their charges didn't match the online quote. We had to argue for the right price and were treated poorly by untrained clerks. Also, the person that parked our car rummaged through our dash compartments but didn't take anything. I wouldn't recommend this place. |

| (December 11, 2008) I was generally pleased with the service, but there was some confusion about how we were to claim our car over the phone at the airport. The first time we used your service, we just had to give our license plate number. The second time we assumed the same procedure would be followed, but we had to give the invoice number for the transaction. This caused us to fumble for papers, hold up the line for the phone, and cause a delay. The person on the phone commented that we must be new to Extra Car, when in fact, it was our second dealing with your company. Other than that, which was really relatively minor, we were very satisfied with our experience and will go to your lot again on our next flight out of SeaTac. |
