Everything was indeed perfect: getting to the lot from home, and the ride to and from the airport were without problems. Our return flight arrived at 12:30 AM and they very promptly picked us up after we called (as is needed when arriving so late) and dropped us off at our car. With the Chelsea Street bridge out, the ride was a little longer and bumpier than usual, but it was very minimal - absolutely nothing to complain about. Directions to the lot were perfect and getting back home was not a problem. (You do need to chart your course before you go if you're not familiar with the area, however. Not much to ask!) The drivers were excellent as was the service. The lots were well lit and appeared secure. In summary, the price, service, and convenience all make this an excellent choice for parking at the airport. |

| Hard to Navigate |
| (December 21, 2011) Had difficulty with printed AAP driving directions (coming from I 93 South)and my GPS. Lucky for me I stopped a van driver for directions. Turned out that he was a About Airport Parking employee. A terrific guy who actually escorted us to the lot. Other lot attendants were very nice folk too. The lot appears very clean, secure, price was reasonable and the check-out process was quick. Perhaps Boston will someday complete the street construction so that getting to and from AAP will be much smoother. |

| (December 16, 2011) I fly frequently from Logan and usually I have a driver but this will change this year. This was the first trip that I parked my own car and the service was good although we had a lot of difficulty finding your lot. Were given poor directions both to the lot and for our return drive up 93N. So we spent quite a bit of time finding the highway. Our flight was 17 hours long, so an easy access to 93N would have been greatly appreciated. I would use you lot again but for for the access issue. |

| (November 14, 2011) The web booking was easy and the facility exceeded my expectations. I parked my vehicle for 8 days with no concern. Location was easy to find using the e-mailed directions. Given Boston construction GPS is problematic. The staff was friendly, efficient and accomodating. I covered my vehicle and in the time it took me to complete the task three shuttle drivers asked if I needed help and or if I wanted them to wait for me. I even enjoyed the transit to the Airport as the driver's banter was plesant. Upon return I had lost my parking ticket but there was it was not an issue and promptly resolved. I'll park there again without hesitation. |

Everything was fine - instructions to find the site, reservation for space was convenient, shuttle bus prompt at both ends - but the ride to the airport.
The trip took longer than advertised and was bumpy and uncomfortable. We understand that the bridge closing has made everything more difficult but would have liked to know the downside beforehand. That said, for us the discounted rate with the coupon went a long way to compensate for the discomfort, |

Lived in Masscdahusetts my whole life and never gave it much thoguht because I usually get a ride to the Airport. Such a savings compared to parking it at the Airport. I think you guys could make more money with services while the car is parked, i.e. oil changes, car detailing etc.... but all in all an awesome experience!

I feel it needs to be clear on the registration page of the driving changes. While we had our GPS, it didn't realize the bridge was out & was trying to redirect us to the bridge closing. We drove around for at least 15 minutes trying to get to Preflight parking. |

The shuttles were available and picked me up right at my car and helped me with my luggage and didn't have to walk to a "main area" to pick up the shuttle! Very convenient and very handy! When I arrived home, the Shuttle was at the airport already and I didn't have to wait. My flight came in very late, too, but I didn't have to wait! That was just awesome! And, they drove me right to my car!
I would definitely use the parking facility again!! THANKS! for being so accomodating -- it takes the stress off of having to leave your vehicle behind. |

The difference between departing from White Plains vs Boston was your service. While other family members chose WP, and had to arrange for outside parking with a local college, Airportparking granted me the convenience to make a smart choice when booking my flight. | (September 8, 2011) The detour is definitely causing problems. I would have been fine if the local street signs existed. The street sign for the street that is the right turn from Meridian onto the street you are on does not exist. I had to back track to figure that I had missed it.
The prepay coupon should be collected when I enter, not when I leave. I was lucky to have not lost it.
The ticket for remembering my parking space should also be provided when I enter, not on the bus. I walked over to the bus from my parking spot. I did not see the parking spot number in the dark, so had no idea it existed. Since I was later than I wanted to be due to the lack of street signs I had no interest in spending time looking for the parking spot number later when the bus driver wanted to know. |

On the return, though, myself and others, waited approximately 15 - 20 minutes for the ride. I made 2 calls to the service and all I was told was, "We'll be there." I know that there is more than one van. This was also a Thursday evening -- not a weekend or a particularly busy flight day, not a holiday.
Once picked up, the driver was excellent, as was the first driver. Took me right to my car. Love the system whereby the driver takes you right to the car. Smart. |

| Friendly and Flexible |
| (June 25, 2011) I booked my reservation through a third party website at a discount and put the receipt in the glovebox. We were pickedup immediately and helped fully loading our luggage. The driver was very friendly. On return we had a different driver and he was equally helpfull and nice. When we went to pay on the way out, we were being charged a higher rate than I remembered seeing on the website. I explained that and the gentleman at the register explained that we had probably booked via 3rd party and asked for our receipt. We forgot our paperwork was in the glovebox. The gentleman at the register was patient with us and asked a few questions and took the time to find our record & our grant us our discount.Not only did he do it, but he did it with a good attitude. As we pulled away, my wife openned the glovebox and found the receipt (numbskulls).
Anyway, the moral of the story is the business that treats it's customers with patience and respect, even though they are acting like zombies because of jetlag or travel fatigue (or just forgetfullness) deserves and will get our repeat business. 5 star customer service all the way! |

There was no mention of the bridge being closed so the directions were worthless. Luckily we asked at a gas station and they told us to watch for one of your buses and follow them!We did,and the driver was so helpful,taking us right to the parking lot instead of picking up passengers around the airport.The bus drivers are very courteous and helpful, taking us right to our car in the large lot.

| (June 9, 2011) I would have given you a 5 rating except for the fact that I printed the directios to the lot from the email I recieved with my confirmation info and bar code. Those directios were NOT updated to show that the Chelsea St Bridge was CLOSED. I was lost for AN HOUR in Chelsea and only got on board my flight because it was running a little late. It was not a good experience. The police at the bridge said it had been closed for weeks. You had plenty of time to change all of the directions on any email you sent confirming the reservation. I called the lot while I was lost and someone answered the phone who did not speak very good Enlgish, adding to the general upset and frustration. Needless to say, he was no help.
I told the guy at the booth what happened when I left the lot and he just smiled.
I also called and spoke to someone on the phone while still away on my trip and he just made excuses.
So, given the situation and the response to it, a 2 is a generous rating. The drivers were very nice. |

The only difficulty we had was the lack of a slip which the driver was to give us which made getting out of the lot take a bit longer than it would have if we had the slip.
Otherwise, it was a good experience. We were picked up quickly-no waiting on either end. |

| (June 1, 2011) Good service as promised. If I could change something it would be the donditions of the roads or the suspension on the bus. Both need help, although the bus suspension was/is an issue with the roads. I give you an A- and will use you again. |

| (June 1, 2011) Van picked us right up, driver helped with bags, filled out pick up slip. On return flight our wait was only a matter of minutes before the van picked us up.
I will use PreFlight again gladly.
