| (January 30, 2012) Friendly courteous staff back and forth to LGA airport. Though my flight was delayed on return I had no wait time for my shuttle. Checking out without any problem my vehicle was delivered on time and the way I left it. Would use this facility again and would also recommend to friends and family.

| (January 30, 2012) The staff at the desk is ALWAYS pleasant, cheerful and very helpful.
Unfortunately, the driver that picked us up from LGA on our return flight home was grumpy, never offered to take our bags and drove a little crazy. I have to say, any other trip and the drivers have always offered to take our bags for us; been pleasant, and always offered to take the bags off the shuttle - so this driver was an exception to the rule.
We aren't going to let his poor preformance influence returning!

Shuttle was warm (it was very cold in NY when I returned) and drivers were friendly and courteous. Counter service was quick and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. This is the second time I have parked at this location when flying from LGA, and will definitely use you again in the future. |

| (January 4, 2012) This was my second time parking here, and everything went smoothly both times. Even though I live in NJ and could get to Newark airport in half the time it takes to get to LaGuardia, I would have to allow more time anyway to drive all the way out to long-term parking and then wait for the shuttle back to the terminal. So if LaGuardia is an option I'll take it, because the parking service at Dollar Rent A Car is great - totally hassle free, plus it's so close to the terminals. |

| (January 3, 2012) Right away I could tell it wasn't going to be a good expereance picking up my car on 01/01 at Dollar Airport parking. Took longer then expected to be picked up. Driver stopped in the middle of the road at USAir arrivals. Didn't even stop until I yelled to stop. Never got out to help with baggage. I text as they told me to and it seemed the driver had no idea I was waiting for a pickup.
At the Dollar garage it was very unorganized, very short handed. Car was not waiting for me. Had to wait another 20-30 mins. to get car. Will not be using this garage for future trips when needing airport parking. Will make sure to get a reservation at the Clairidon Hotel Parking next door. |

| (December 30, 2011) The only time I waited for the shuttle was on the way to the airport at 7am. My only complaint was that no one directed to the waiting area for the shuttle so I felt like I was wandering around and in the wrong spot.
Also, I felt like the price was a little high compared to other services I have used in the past. |

| (November 7, 2011) Price was right, convenient location and short waits for the shuttle. Check-in was 5 minutes.
The checkout process was a circus. There was a new person at the front desk who was not trained to checkout for airport parking. The process took over 20 mins. and when I went to drive out, check-out was still not finished and I had to go back in to the counter before I was allowed to exit. I was tired after a long day and flight delays and just wanted to be on my way.
I would recommend this service but be prepared for delays at the return/check out process. |

We called immediately and it was more than 20 minutes and then another similar wait once we paid for our parking. Two other customers plus a rental car customer on our bus were long gone before our car was finally brought up on the second request. We were told to provide our claim number when we called so our car could be brought up but clearly that is not how it is done. It had been parked someplace where it was dripped on and had to be scrubbed clean in several spots. If we had to drive again we might park there but it would be with much lower expectations for service. |

| (August 10, 2011) I arrived at 5 a.m. for a 6:40 a.m. flight. The shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes and it only took about 5 minutes to get to my terminal.
Upon my return, I called the number of the service and the shuttle arrived in about 5 minutes to take me back. The car was waiting for me when I returned.

| (August 8, 2011) Dropping off was easy and the shuttle bus was right there. Upon return, picking me up from the airport was about half an hour and the most disaster period was getting my car back. It took the garage one hour to get me my car and having children with me getting tired and no one there to help you was a mere disaster.

| (August 3, 2011) When I dropped off my car, the attendant assumed I was returning a rental even though I parked it in the Park/Fly lane. He moved it to the rental return lane and had to tell him I was parking it.
Didn't wait long for shuttle to airport.
When I returned, I sent a text (per their instructions) and didn't receive a response and waited 15 minutes for a shuttle (no big deal). There wasn't a staff member covering the parking line when I returned. Waited a few minutes until one of the rental car attendants went into an office to ask someone to come out and help me for parking pick up. Staff member that helped me looked like I was bothering her to finalize my bill. Worth the price compared to $33/day |

The woman at the counter began helping the other customer, a rental car customer. She called and called again for the person at the parking register to help me. When I paid my balance, I went to the designated spot to wait for my car. The security guard told me that it was taking too long for my car and I should return to the counter. The same rental agent saw me return and she found a parking attendant to help me.
I suspect I could still be there waiting if your very helpful staff did not take care of me. |

| (July 27, 2011) Making the reservation was extremely easy. When I arrived, it was... Drop the car off, sign in and get picked up by the shuttle. I don't think from arrival at the parking site until I arrived at LaGuardia was 20 minutes.
The driver was friendly and helpful.
On the return side, the shuttle happened to be waiting at the pick-up site. That usually doesn't happen, although I have to say that when I have to wait, it's a very short time.
My car was waiting for me as the shuttle driver called my ticket number in to the desk.
Outstanding. I always use Dollar Rent A Car Airport Parking and expect to for a long time. |
