| (September 3, 2010) I would definitely recommend Dollar as a long term parking solution for anyone leaving from LaGuardia. They were prompt in processing our reservation and we were on the shuttle to the airport in no time. It took less than 10 minutes to get to our terminal. We called when we landed the following week and waited less than 10 minutes for them to pick us up and take us back to our car- and this was at 11:30PM! Dollar Parking was well worth it!!! |

| (September 2, 2010) This is a great parking service. Drop off and pick up are easy, though when I dropped off they were shorrhanded at the counter. But the supervisor jumped to the counter and handled it quickly. Shuttle driver was helpful and courteous and was professionally dressed. Easy to find, minutes to the terminal, easy pickup, you can text your ticket number and your car is right there when you get there. I will use this again! |

LGA is small enough airport that even if other passengers had to be dropped off at other airlines, there wasnt much of a delay to get to yours. i liked the low cost of parking compared to many of the other places.dropping off my car was fast and picking up my car was fast enough. would use them again. |

| (August 30, 2010) Overall, the service is fairly good. The facility is easily accessible, and the directions and help for dropping off the car were very good. The representative handled my documents quickly, and the wait for the airport transfer was short. The problem was in the return. After retrieving our bags, I texted the home base, and the driver also called in my car account so that it would be available upon my arrival. At the counter to pay/reconcile my account, one person was available to service a line of customers, while 3 others at the car rental counter had nothing to do and didn't help. Additionally, it took 30 minutes to retrieve my car, completely defeating the purpose of the service. |

The attendant first brought down the wrong car and then took quite some time too figure out which car was mine. Several shuttles came in and people received thers cars, and there my wife and I were waiting. Also for some reason the guard who must check your paper work always seemed to go back to his booth between cars leaving. He seemed to just sit there and take his time while people are just trying to get on the road and get home. Hopefully this will help improve the situation. |

The valet service could not have been more friendly, helpful & gracious, & the shuttling to & from the airport could not have been faster. But the experience that I appreciate the most was the fact that once I was airborne on the outbound flight for my week's trip I realized that I left my Nikon 35mm DSLR on the floor of my car behind the driver's seat, & on my return there it was right where I left it. This airport parking experience was all upside & no downside: I'll be back! |

| (August 19, 2010) We had to wait quite a while, and then when we flagged the dollar shuttle down he said we were on the wrong level. The level we were on had signs saying ground transportation, so I think it would be helpful if you notified customers just where the pick up is.
Also, although the driver did pick us up on the upper level where we were, he said we were supposed to have called in our car number when it was my understanding that the driver would call it in.I noticed that when the next passenger got on he said nothing and just called in that persons number. |

The drivers to the airport were very nice and helpful, you could tell they really want tips. My only problem was the women in the office, try were extremely rude and you could tell they didn't want to talk to you or look at you. However, again, surprises are not what you are looking for. It would have been better for the car to have come out with a simple, thank you.

| (July 28, 2010) I believe you have a great operation/idea, but this being my second time it was not so pleasant. I travel every week and could use your service frequently but there would have to be improvements. Pick-up took over 35 minutes and I did not get credit for my "deposit" upon payment. I asked the attendant and assumed it was credited, but in looking at the charges it was not.
Unfortunately the pick-up driver who was very pleasant had the responsibility of picking-up everyone and then manning the counter for payment, all the while hearing call-ins from the airport for pick-up. Felt sorry for him and even commented to him about it.
Fix the credit, improve pick-up and you/we'll be in good shape.

| (July 27, 2010) Dollar Rent a Car Airport Parking is ideally located less than a mile from LaGuardia Airport. The rates are better than any of the other off-site parking facilities, and MUCH better than the on-site parking facility.
Additionally, the convenience of being dropped off at your airline's departure terminal vs. having to walk a very long distance if parking on-site makes this a super value.
The check-in process is quick and very easy. The staff does not make you deal with a lot of paperwork, including the online voucher. With your reservation, they just include the discount as a matter of courtesy.
The only thing that made the difference between 5 and 4 stars was the small amount of difficulty in getting in contact with the desk for the pick up. I called twice to get the shuttle to pick us up, however we were picked up within 5 minutes of the second call.
Overall, a huge value and I would use this service without hesitation. |

| (July 20, 2010) Drop off was painless, and we immediately boarded the van for the 5 minute run to the terminal. On arrival back at LGA in baggage claim, we called for the van and it arrived within 5 minutes (7PM on Sunday). Paying at the counter took only a few minutes (no line) and the car was pulled up and waiting for us. Highly satisfactory, our first time using Dollar for parking. Do remember to make a reservation; and there is a sign in the office that says the reservation need not be honored if you arrive more than 1/2 hour after the reservation time. Be forewarned. |

| (July 12, 2010) While I had no problem using the dollar rent a car long term parking, the employee I encountered when I returned from my trip was a complete joke.
There are 2 lines, one for long term parking and one for car rentals. there were 2 employees work the rent a car line and no one at the parking line at the moment. There was one customer renting a car and 3 customers waiting to check in or check out of the parking lot. 2 of us got in the wrong line, when we were rudely told by this employee that we were in the wrong line. When we moved to the proper line. This employee who was not doing anything, told us that someone would be with us in about 5 mins. After the 5 mins he moves over to our line and says "well I guess I can get you started". He processes my ticket and asked for my credit card. I told him I was paying cash as my wife had my wallet with my bags back at the airport. He rolled his eyes and said. "we'll I guess you're going to have to wait another 10 minutes cause I gotta get a key to open the drawer" He moved back to the renatl car line and did nothing. about 5 minutes later a woman appeared from the back and asked if she could help me. she did and the transaction was taken care of. When all was said and done a 3 minute transaction had taken 30 minutes add on the 15 minute wait for my car and my wife was waiting with the bags for 45 minutes, again for something that should have taken 10. Your business is a service oriented one. There are very willing and able people looking for jobs these days. To have someone as rude and incompetant as the employee you had working is bad business. |

- By the time I was picked up at Delta (main airport), the shuttle stopped at every terminal, and it took far too long to get back to the garage.
- Then, after I paid for my car, it took almost 20 minutes for my car to be brought down (after I had been told the car would be "right down").
I'd like to park here again, but I'd like to know that there will not be as much "wait time".

| (June 23, 2010) I was lucky to make a "one hour before I fly out" reservation. Upon arrival, the Dollar Rent A Car employee was friendly (keep in mind it was 5am) and extremely helpful. She even pointed out a discount that I was entitled to. The price was easily 40% less than airport parking. Each way (arriving and leaving) took less than 10 minutes...and that includes the free shuttle to the airport.
