| (April 12, 2009) I have been utilizing your parking location for the past month and this was my third visit. The only problem I had was on Thursday evening, I do believe that it may have been due to the amount of customers you may have had there. I called for a pickup around 2015 hours and by the time I was picked up paid my invoice and my car was delivered it was 2105 hours. The two previous times this was less than 30 minutes.
Nothing else negative, just a slight delay.

| (April 9, 2009) Although everything went right with our parking on pickup we had to wait for at least fifteen minutes for someone to check us out. There were at least five (5) people working and several times the shuttle driver told the people in back that there was someone to pick up their car and no one moved until finally someone on their break came and checked us out for pickup while still chewing on her food. Kodos to this woman but a huge thumbs down to the rest of the staff. This experience may lead us to use another site in the future and also keep us from recommending the location to others. |

| (April 9, 2009) i will definitely use this parking service in the future! the manager was extremely courteous and helpful--especially after my flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. he got me a room at the nearby hotel at a rate that was 50$ less than the quoted price. additionally, he recommended nearby restaurants and offerred several other worthwhile suggestions. it was a direct contrast to the mayhem and inattentiveness experienced at the airport. When picking up the car on Sunday, staff seemed to be overwhelmed and frustrated because weather delayed flights and crowds came in after 9PM. Cashier was short and rude with me when I asked why I had to find my own car instead of it being brought out for me. This is not the norm at this location.
But I will be back unless this becomes the norm! |

I called the office for a shuttle as soon as my flight landed and there was a shuttle waiting outside the baggage claim area. The car was outside waiting for me to drive away. Completed the paperwork and was out of the parking garage in no time. The drivers and the staff were very courteous. I'd highly recommend this parking garage to anyone. |

In the meantime I saw several Budget, Hertz, Avis, Enterprise shuttles picking up passengers. Even people who arrived after me were picked up before me by various other shuttles. It made me wonder if I should have booked with them. I was cold and impatient to get to my car and start the drive home to Connecticut. Other than that all was well. Upon arrival, everything was processed quickly including shuttling me to the airport. When I arrived back @ Dollar-Rent-a-Car after my trip, my 2 complaints are that they never asked which terminal I was @ when I called for shuttle pick up, so the driver had to loop around before finding me; the other complaint is that it took about 15 mins for my car to be retrieved. Good overall experience though and would use them again. |

| Dollar Airport Parking at LGA - worthwhile |
| (March 16, 2009) If you want hassle-free off-airport parking for a few dollars less per day, then this company is a fine choice. I liked everything about their operation: easy in and out; quick, clean shuttle service; just a few minutes away from the airport; reasonable rates. The only gripe I have is that there is no place to sit and wait when people are collecting for the next shuttle ride to the airport. You can stand around the office or stand around outside in the garage bay, but the garage was pretty crowded and there was a lot of in-and-out traffic. The office needs more than the four available seats in a sequestered section that has a more relaxed feel. |

| (March 10, 2009) We recently took a weekend trip departing from LaGuardia Airport and used the short term parking at Dollar Rent-a-Car. It could not have been easier! Drop off was easy, got to the terminal quickly and pleasantly. Upon our return, we called from the terminal and within 5 minutes of exiting the terminal we were picked up by Dollar's van and brought to the parking area where our car was ready for us. I paid and we were on our way home! My only reason for not giving the maximum of 5 stars is the uncertainty of whether or not my deposit was credited to my account in spite of following directions. I now have to call to see if my final bill was correct. The amount of this deposit was only $7 and change...the daily rate was reasonable...but I would like to clarify this issue with the deposit. |

After dropping the car off, I went inside to the counter and was given a receipt with a ticket. This ticket included my parking number and the phone number to call when I arrived. The day I arrived I called the number, gave the woman my parking number and within 5 minutes after making the call the bus was pulling up. When I got to the garage, I went to the counter where I was handed my keys and paid the bill. All in all it was completely painless. I will definitely use Dollar Rent A Car again. |

| (February 15, 2009) We recently tried your service on a trip tp Florida. We almost always fly out of La Guardia and up until now parked @ AVISTAR. We never had a problem with them, their service was very good. But in these tough economic times we tried DOLLAR because you were less expensive.
Well I guess we got what we paid for. When we dropped off the car we waited for the shuttle for about 5-10 minutes before we asked when it would get here. It then took 2 calls for a 17 (whatever that is) for the driver to put down his breakfast sandwich start up the shuttle & bring us to the terminal. When we returned it took 2 calls & about 25 minutes waiting in the cold before the van showed up. While we were waiting at least 7 to 10 shuttles from EVERY other company came by. When we mentioned this to the young lady @ the counter her comment was "well it wasn't my fault."
Needless to say we will be returning to AVISTAR.
