Minutes from the airport; came fairly promptly once we called from baggage claim (upon our arrival) and our car was safe and very clean upon our return. Great option. Would highly recommend it..and will use Dollar Rent A Car Airport Parking again.

| (April 11, 2010) Have used Dollar Parking frequently and they have been OK in the past but that is changing. Seems that the new employees have bad attitudes like they are doing you a favor.
Waited too long to drop off my car as employee (with bad attitude) was not at counter and wandering outside. When I returned from my trip I called for the shuttle. After waiting 15 minutes and noticing every other rental car shuttle pass at least twice I called again. I got an incoherent earful from another employee (with bad attitude)and the shuttle came eventually. Total wait for shuttle approx 15 minutes. Good thing I called with my ticket number (1/2 hour ago)because my car was not waiting for me but took another ten minutes to be brought down. Bottom line is that with so many people unemployed they should replace the bad attitudes with people who appreciate a job. If the company reads these comments (highly unlikely) they should use a mystery guest to evaluate their service. It would be eyeopening!!

I tried to cancel but the person I talked to said my not showing up would cancel my reservation. I liked the price and hope to use your facility when I travel in the future. |

| (March 31, 2010) Parking was smooth, I got there, left the car and withing 5 minutes was on my way to the airport in the shuttle, which unfoirtunately went to the Delta Shuttle Terminal first before going to the Central terminal.
Pick up was also easy, I called as soona s I got off the plane and the shuttle bus was waiting. My car was also ready withing 5 minutes of getting there.
This was a marked improvement from my last few times there as I notice the staff has also changed and are friendlier. |

When I called, the first 2 people I talked to didn't know where I was because "they weren't from the area." I finally reached the lot and thankfully got to the airport and made it to my gate when they were announcing last boarding call.
Besides that, the shuttle took me to the airport immediately and picked me up within 10 minutes of when I arrived home. |

| Shuttle takes too long/rude phone reps |
| (March 10, 2010) I had to call 6 times which resulted in waiting almost an hour for the shuttle. The first time I called the call went to the general voicemail box. The second & third time I was immediately put on hold by a rep for over 5 mins & ended up disconnecting. The 4th time the call went into general voicemail again. The 5th time the rep told me to stand by the rental car shuttle pickup (which is not where the shuttle was picking up). She sounded annoyed when I told her how many times I had called & asked for my airline multiple times even after I had given it to her. She wasn't paying attention to what I was saying & never asked for my ticket number. The 6th time the rep actually took my ticket number & called the driver for status & I finally got a shuttle 15 mins later (prior to that I only saw one other shuttle the entire time, I tried to flag him down, but he drove right past me).
The parking itself was reasonably priced & the reps at the counter were helpful. |

The driver took my ticket number as well as that of some other passengers and radioed them in. We all paid inside then went out to get our cars. The other passengers had their cars already waiting. The counter clerk told me that the valet was getting my car and it would be a couple of minutes. After 10 minutes and watching a second van load of passengers get their cars I went back in and asked the clerk if he was sure they were getting my car. He said "yes", but I insisted he check. He re-scanned my receipt and then realized a ticket for the valet had not been issued. then they began the process of retrieving my car. When I asked the clerk why he lied to me, he just shrugged his shoulders. So my total wait time from curb to car was about 40 minutes. I would hope this is not your standard level of service. |

| (February 4, 2010) Our experience getting to Dollar started off on the wrong foot. The directions on the internet took us about a mile out to 34th street. Once I relized that the Dollar right outside the airport was the one I was going to everything went smoothly. Shuttle was fast even at 4am. Pick up was even faster since they were waiting outside the terminal. Price was right. Being a travel consultant I will recommend Dollar to all my clients. |

| (January 20, 2010) Generally very good and that is why I chose Dollar over another company. However, this time, there were some problems
at about 4:30 PM when I arrived to register there was no attendent ready and the line built up rather quickly
Upoon return there was, again, no counter rep handling the car pick up and payment. One woman eventually did take over the counter area. However, she proceeded to charge me for an extra days stay because I had exceeded the 12:00 pick up time. She handed me over to another person who likely had more experience w/ the parking rather than leasing. When she did, she just walked away without a word about how this new person would now take over, etc. No smiles, please and thank you. They don't even look at you and recognize your existance as a customer (this is what most would expect with their trip to NY, but I'm a native new yorker and don't think this is the best first impression to the city or Dollar)
The second person pointed out where the reservation indicated the times I was to pick up and drop off. Both, suprisingly 12:00 noon. It was clear I dropped off the car about 4:30PM and was picking it up about the same time. She said it was my fault I did not read the reservation and agreed to its terms. I told her it appeared the computer program defaulted to noon on the system. She eventually offered to add an additional hour of time and I agreed as I was intent on getting on with my journey at only an additional hourly cost. In effect, I cut my loses with the person who had control over my car.
I went back to the first customer rep. told her firmly and respectfully that her customer service was inappopriate and disrespectful. She did not even look at me or recognize my existiance. Seems to be her MO
In every other way your staff was courteous and respectful. I do know they work under very stressful situations in the NY/LGA market. Except for the experience above I had an overall positive outcome w/ Dollar and would return to using the Dollar parking services at LGA |

| (January 20, 2010) We parked at Dollar Rent a Car and our experience was wonderful. We were lucky that there was a Van waiting for us to take to Airport on our way to Airport and it took about 4-5 minutes and we were lucky on our return, as soon as we got out we saw a Dollar Rent a Van outside and we were in our car in a very short time. We not only saved money if we were to take a taxi to Airport and back, we saved time to wait for the taxi both ways.
Would not hesitate to recommend and use ourselves again.

I told the person who I paid by my credit card that the license number was incorrect. The car retrieval men were looking for the wrong car. They were not told by the desk people. When they could not find it, I advised them the correct number. The car arrived 10 minutes later.

| (December 20, 2009) Everything was perfect, good and prompt service, except one major thing: the shuttle pickup on the return. It took the bus more than half a hour after my call, and it is the most nearby terminal (M). The people I spoke at the desk didn't know to tell me here the bus stop, so I had to wait outside at the cold weather. when the bus arrived it didn't stop by the curb but at the farther lane and I had to work my way - with the baggage! - through the other car lanes.
